I tried booking a ticket using Ixigo and made a payment of Rs. 1166.03 from SBI bank account linked with Paytm on[protected].
The amount is deducted from my bank account but the Ixigo payment failed and money is not credited back to my account even after six months.
The transaction details in my account are

    I had opened account on 22/04/22 and my request for debit card was accepted on 23/04/2022 but its been more than 1 month i havent received my debit card yet. As i checked the status its showing not yet dispatched .please look into this and help me out because its urgent for me to have atm card as i want to withdraw cash and do other day-today transaction

      On 17th may 14:30 hrs i was withdrawing rs 10, 000/- amount from my EZ Pay card [protected], But cash never came from ATM machine but it got deducted from card . Tried complain to sbi CC after many days they took my complain, but no response so far... Kindly help me to get amount reverse in the card.

        My Credit cards bill was pending 71000 due to my health issues unable to pay last 3 months .
        I already told to agents I will clear total amount by next month before 15.
        But recovery agents harrasment is very bad.
        They are calling and harrassed to my villagers and my family members.
        That will be effected on my lifes.
        This is way of recovery system in RBI guidelines.
        You will take legal action if I will not pay but this is not correct way of recovery. Can you please stop this type harrasment and calls i will clear all payments by next month give me time .

          Sir my credit card payment unable pay last 3 months due to some health issues..I told to agents and bankers i ek pay nect month total amount but they are calling to my villagers number and harrassed to them and my family members.this is effective on my family lives.
          This is the way of rbi guidelines recovery system.
          Please approach by rbi guidelines.

            I order Product from Amzon Order id[protected] ant esport superflow 120 kit ARGB case fan on dated 26 April 2022 but product was missing some item so i returned the product .On dated 10 may 2022 Amozon Refunded amount of Rs 2150/-
            The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]
            But still Amount not reflect in my Bank account.my Account details State bank of India Ac no [protected]. So plz investigate the bank for this transaction pending amount .thank you sir

              My account is locked out and now am unable to unlock with my PAN and DOB. Neither the website allows to create a new account with the same PAN.

                I had a student loan in sbi when i went to Australia in 2015. It was a Joint loan account with my father so if I do not pay, my father can pay it off.

                In 2020, i paid off all the loan amount with interest. But i still have my account in sbi because i did not expect the bank to defraud and mislead me.

                In 2022, my father satish kumar narula and my brother Ashish Narula appled for a current account. The application got rejected saying our cbill score is very low. And we havr still 13 lakh pending for my student loan account.
                Upon showing proof of statements and my online banking transactions. We proved that it has been paid off. But the manager in kotkapura refused his mistake. And said, It will take time in process. And misbehaved with my 57 years old father. He is a heart patient and has high bp problem. Now i am in Australia and want to know what are my options?. As a NRI account holder. I am inclined to remove all our accounts from SBI kotkapura and open it sonewhere there is respectful staff. And i will make sure no one from my circle even visit sbi and open account there.

                    My Yono app is not working so i went to branch and complaied but the issue still persist.
                    I am a mother of two young kids and its very difficult to frequently run to sbi home branch for same issue.

                      This is regarding financial terrorism of SBI credit card department. They didn't dispatch credit card, there was no outstanding amount. But since last 5 years they are torturing by calling, generating unexpected bills and sold my data to third party Financial terrorists for surprise attacks.

                      RBI has given authority to this/these banks to blackmail customer for CIBIL score if we do not support their immoral and unethical financial fraud which can be called as Financial terrorism they spoil CIBIL score and that affects our various normal activities in life.

                      I visited few of the nearby SBI branches. They forward to another branch to take care these issues and no one help on this to close or clarify.

                      Reported many times to customer care and their officials, they say will close with repetitive words of sorry for inconvenience but again the status is same. Now, they have sold my phone number to so many third party.

                      Govt of India must take actions against these frauds which i treat as Financial Terrorism.

                        I had submitted application and tried to pay online via upi but after successful payment, passsport payment status is showing as failed, and redfund due date is already exceeded but I didn't get any refund.

                        I tried to call SBI phone number mentioned in pasport portal, but no one is picking up the call, neither getting any response from email Customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in

                            I have Ordered Earpods on Amazon but not recieved the product, Amazon has initiated the refund but still not credited in my bank. So as a result amazon provided a Refund Reference number - 957005

                                I have paid double on a product name madam golorious women grey wedges so i asked to refund flipkart and they provide me a bank refferal id[protected] and told me that refund will credited on 10 may but still i wouldn't received my refund..so i request you for this complaint

                                  I was getting SMS on overdue amount of Rs. 3659/- for a SBI card which was never delivered to me. I never used SBI card for past 10years and I am not sure for what reason I was getting the overdue.
                                  When contacted the customer care they told they are not able to see any transaction/ purchase on the card and even they are not sure to which email account statement are sent. After several calls finally I could able to get the account no. I requested to wave-off my balance as I haven't made any purchase or any transactions from past 10yrs and do not know how Rs. 3659/- was raised. They didn't do it.
                                  Finally I paid the overdue amount as it was affecting my CIBIL score. Now I need the NOC letter and closure letter. When checked with customer care they mentioned it is sent to mailing address. But not sure to which mailing address it is sent.

                                  Could you please send the NOC letter and closure document to my email id mentioned in the request in Interaction Id[protected].

                                      NON-DISPATCH OF ATM CARD

                                      I have raised multiple complaints and request through customer service and yono app however NIL response received from SBI. Dropped several mails to to mail ID indicated by customer rep and the complaint was closed indicating to mark mail to some other id which does not exist (Screenshot attached). Tried reaching home branch by telephone as per contact number provided by customer service rep, someone picked up the call and hanged up saying connecting to relevant person.

                                      Few correspondences made to SBI via email placed for reference.

                                      I have applied for ATM card in April 2022 However, I have not received the same till date.

                                      Last week I have raised a complaint regarding card not yet dispatched. For this complaint I have received trail mail - it says ‘Approved’

                                      I fail to understand the meaning of ‘approved’ when the status still remains ‘card not yet dispatched’.

                                      I tried calling the Sbi Home branch wherein someone picked up the call and said he is connecting to someone else and disconnected the call. No one bothered to pick up the call later.

                                      I again contacted customer care for resolution and I was told nothing more can be done and drop mail to home branch, they might help !

                                      As a fellow government employee, I understand SBI also is a government bank but the service I received is just pathetic and Atrocious.

                                      Request look into the matter at an early date.
