Dear sir,

With all due respect,

This is to bring in your kind notice that i, dilip thakur, age 65 years (Retired person), local senior citizen of rajgangpur s/o: late mahender thakur, residing at at-kumbharpara, near baba talab, ward-no-1, post-rajgangpur, dist-sundargarh, state-odisha, pin-no-770017.

My sbi saving bank a/c no: [protected]. Bearing debit number [protected].

On dated 11-10-17 at 09.00 am, a fraud bearing mobile number “[protected]” has called in my mobile number [protected]. And misguided me that he is calling from head office of sbi, making me panic that my account balance is hacked by the hackers & my debit card will be blocked immediately & my entire bank balance will credited to other account. He then requested my debit card number & i act accordingly & provided the otp as guided by him. As i was alone in my home so i was unable to consult any one.

1st transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 9.30 am as “ the message is 822586 is your one time password for online purchase of rs. 25000/- at the mobile wallet thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone from : vk –sbi otp to: airtel 11/10/17 09:30 am.

2nd transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 10.28 am as “the message is 427284 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9998.00 at www. Olacab.com thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone.

3nd transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 10.32 am as “the message is 330544 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9996.00 at www. Olacab.com thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone.

As advised i had visited the rajgangpur police station, but they refused to take fir.

Being a senior citizen, i request you to get back my amount of rs.44, 994/-at the earliest. I will be highly obliged to you for ever.

    Sbi has issued me credit card telling that for 50 days i will get interest free credit. Now within few days of taking credit i got statement, after failing one payment date, sbi has charged me late payment fee 500/- + payment dishonour fee 350/- + fin charges 477/- + tax 239/- = total 1566/- extra on credit on credit of rs. 13324/- before 40 days, which is almost 11.8% in one month. Home loan or education loan does not take so much interest.

        All the paytm transaction done by the credit card no.[protected] was not actually done by me. (Except the transaction done on 4th september 2017 of amount rs 306). I also want to bring this in your notice that i have not received any o. T. P or any alert messeges that is usually sent on the registered mobile no. Before any transaction. I have already lodged the complain regarding it by reference no.[protected] dated[protected] and got my card blocked still someone tried to take out rs 1000 through paytm. Kindly look in to the matter.

            I was required to pay rs.4291/- for the month of september, 2017 before 3rd october, 2017. I paid the same through online “pay any visa card” option in icici bank on 27th and received transaction success report. The payment was rejected at sbi and credited to my account on 3rd october, 2017. I once again paid the same amount on 4th october, 2017 in the same manner from another account and again it was rejected by sbi on 7th and credited to my account. Meanwhile, they debited my account with rs.500/- and gst of rs.90/-. I have been following up with them to know the reasons for rejection by mail. They have answered saying that they cannot resolve the compliant in my favour. I have today once again paid the same amount. I have been making similar payments every month for the last several years and such an issue has never arisen.

              I used internet banking of Sbi after 8p.m. to close my one fd which was carrying an interest amount of 6.9% for which i gif one otp. That time msg came from sbi since that the fd will be encashed on next morning. In morning to my surprise i got a sms from sbi that this fd and one more of my fd which was carrying an interest of 8% got also encashed.

              I only got a otp for closing first fd and my second got automatically closed which i definitely didnt asked to get close.

              Now at the bank statement in front of first fd the narration is also coming wrong. That shows that something was wrong with the internet banking of sbi.

                  I would like to say that i had went on 22/09/2017 to SBI ATM near Harun Nagar Patna.Me Withdrawl 20000. But cash not dispursed. But balence deduct. There guard not available or Atm slip does not available. Or not coming any massage for deduction on my mobile.That time i understand that balence not deduct. But on 28/09/2017 i have update my passbook then i confirm that my balence have already deduct..me call the customer care no. [protected] right away There CC authority take my complain and give me a complain no.AT[protected]. And told me, your problem solved in 7 working day Then right now i went to go our branch. Branch manager said to me yes your account balence have deducted that time .he told me this problem is Sortout by our CC service or enquiry sell from Bombay and he told me give application in our SBI main branch.but my application there not accept.
                  Then after complain i wait 7 day but my 20000 rupee does not Recieve in my account then i repeat call on CC service of your bank on 10/10/2017 then he told me sorry sir, and re-again give me another complain no. - [protected] and wait for 7 working day.
                  Right now there will no any conclusion of my problem.
                  Sir i am very Harrassed or mently disturb. Please solve my problem urgently.
                  Another way i have not recieve my balence in 7 working day then i went to go RBI with one application against this problem.

                      I had deposited a cheque of peoples cooperative bank ltd in the name of nitin anthony luther sb account no [protected] at sbi arya nagar branch, kanpur on october 5. I used my atm on october 10 only to find that there was no cash. I tried on october 11 it was the same status and even on october 12 the status shows the same. The bank staff claims that it would be cleared in one week as all the cheques go to lucknow for clearance. I have already been deducted rs 25 for no cash.                         Sbi is taking a very long time to address and resolve an issue. On 7/10/17 i have done a transaction of rs 14, 999 at mi store madhapur which got declined but amount has been debited from my account. When i called sbi they asked me to send a complaint and saying that it will take almost 120 days to resolve the issue, which is a very long time. Sbi must improve in this regard

[protected] of state bank of india for which total outstanding amount is 176000/- and it is due to my inability to pay the money i requested them to convert the outstanding amount in emi so that it is not burden on me but they are harassing me calling at my office landline number & mobile due to which my office work is getting effected and i have received warning from my hr department that if the said calls from recovery agents are not stopped than they will terminate me from the employment with immediate effect which will effect my livelihood and it will further create more inability to pay them. However i have no intention of defaulting the payment but i do not have the total amount at one go to pay them and they are not ready to convert the outstanding amount in emi which i am ready to pay.

                              My a/c no. [protected] harishankar yadav. My a/c debited but cash not dispensed from atm. I tried again but same on 11/09/2017 about15:30 at allahabad bank atm igims branch patna.
                              I complained online but not satisfied with resolution. Total debit from mt account 10000*3=30000. My home branch manager's behavior is bery bad with customer. The guard of atm gave me in written for non withdrawl of cash from atm. After three times complain cash not credited in my account.

                                They just gave me the transaction id, ARN and RRN number. But couldn't refund the amount 14300 to my account. No resolution provided me yet and refund still not credited.

                                  Date 11 oct 2017 time 5:03pm, i have received a phone call from num [protected] my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 10000/- adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

                                  They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and 16 digit card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 20000/- each will be credited immediately. After providing otp 3 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

                                  The transaction was for https kitecash in

                                  Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

                                  Rs. 20, 000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx0350 at https kitecash in on 11 oct 17.

                                  Please return my money asap.

                                    SBI kanpur cantt does not give signed/stamped receipt on the counterfoil when cheques are deposited. They say it is their new policy. WHat happens if the cheque is misplaced or lost by the staff or even stolen? Without a signed or stamped receipt how can we make reference in case there is a problem with the cheque? This is not a one-off incident. This has been happening for several months. Every time the answer is that they have stopped giving signed or stamped receipts on the counterfoil. The counterfoil is simply returned without their signatures or bank stamp. On making telephonic enquiry on the toll free number, I am told that there is no such policy of not giving signed / stampee receipts. However, in practice it is different. I recently deposited a cheque and the counterfoil was returned without the sign or stamp. On enquiry the same answer of bank policy was given.

                                      The same accident happened with me as well I have the queries.
                                      This is kapil Gour credit card holder of SBI. As discussed on call with Customer Care executive, I have an issue of amount deducted from unauthorized sources some time ago I received a call and informed about the card details and mentioned about the usage. Also they have asked my personal information for verification. I have provided some personal information in that one information I have provided incorrect but they have corrected me. So I came to know they have known all my personal information and its a valid source. After that they have asked a one time password for card activation and to generate pin number online I have provided as they are from bank. I have provided card details for activation as still the card was not activated.After that I received a message an amount of Rs. 8239 was transferred to JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES.
                                      Please advise for below questions:
                                      My first question is how the know my all personal information like my DOB, Father name, my address and my all card details as like a customer Care executive.
                                      1. If my card was not activated how they can able to transfer money, one time password alone is enough for transfer without activation.
                                      2. How they came to know when the card was dispatched, and all my personal information without my knowledge
                                      3. how can they complete the transaction without activation or pin no.
                                      4. Amount transferred to a valid account called JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES why can't you catch them if a complaint raised against them
                                      5. There are several cases raised against to this particular person why still the issue occurs again and again.

                                        I am really harassed by SBI card recovery agent Pushpender (phone [protected], [protected]) who is threatening me with police complaints and bringing police to my house and abuse me as I have failed to pay my credit card EMIs. All this is causing me great mental disturbance, and if anything happens to me then who will take care of my family. For an amount of 1.5 lakhs, how can SBI harass its customers like this. There is a need that all customers should ensure that banks follow the guidelines and not resort to illegal means to recover money. SBI should not be hiring goons to recover money.
