I had used credit card no. [protected] of state bank of india for which total outstanding amount is 176000/- and it is due to my inability to pay the money i requested them to convert the outstanding amount in emi so that it is not burden on me but they are harassing me calling at my office landline number & mobile due to which my office work is getting effected and i have received warning from my hr department that if the said calls from recovery agents are not stopped than they will terminate me from the employment with immediate effect which will effect my livelihood and it will further create more inability to pay them. However i have no intention of defaulting the payment but i do not have the total amount at one go to pay them and they are not ready to convert the outstanding amount in emi which i am ready to pay.

Sir i lost 236 on excess dr as well as insufficient balance enquiry charge 23.60 2 times. they are every time apply irctc transaction comission 11.80 why it is needed when narendra modi says online transaction.EVEnb NPS contribution online they took charges

    I am deposit cash counter 9th october rs.200000 and rs.70000 account number [protected] zeromass cash counter 70000 deposit transaction is wrongly cash withdraw every day i am asking bank person is told cgl/ bgl different not show csp working capital is not update 200000 i am asking 70000 is clear is frist than update 200000
    Please help me this issues

      My a/c no. [protected] harishankar yadav. My a/c debited but cash not dispensed from atm. I tried again but same on 11/09/2017 about15:30 at allahabad bank atm igims branch patna.
      I complained online but not satisfied with resolution. Total debit from mt account 10000*3=30000. My home branch manager's behavior is bery bad with customer. The guard of atm gave me in written for non withdrawl of cash from atm. After three times complain cash not credited in my account.

        Please check the two transaction carefully. I have received only one refund amount 14300/- on 29th september but the remaining another refund has not still credited to my account. Another refund is still pending. Check the two details very carefully and investigate details.
        Please don't misunderstand and don't get confused with the two transaction individually.

        They just gave me the transaction id, ARN and RRN number. But couldn't refund the amount 14300 to my account. No resolution provided me yet and refund still not credited.

          Dear sir,

          Date 11 oct 2017 time 5:03pm, i have received a phone call from num [protected] my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 10000/- adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

          They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and 16 digit card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 20000/- each will be credited immediately. After providing otp 3 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

          The transaction was for https kitecash in

          Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

          Rs. 20, 000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx0350 at https kitecash in on 11 oct 17.

          Please return my money asap.

            SBI kanpur cantt does not give signed/stamped receipt on the counterfoil when cheques are deposited. They say it is their new policy. WHat happens if the cheque is misplaced or lost by the staff or even stolen? Without a signed or stamped receipt how can we make reference in case there is a problem with the cheque? This is not a one-off incident. This has been happening for several months. Every time the answer is that they have stopped giving signed or stamped receipts on the counterfoil. The counterfoil is simply returned without their signatures or bank stamp. On making telephonic enquiry on the toll free number, I am told that there is no such policy of not giving signed / stampee receipts. However, in practice it is different. I recently deposited a cheque and the counterfoil was returned without the sign or stamp. On enquiry the same answer of bank policy was given.

              Dear sir
              The same accident happened with me as well I have the queries.
              This is kapil Gour credit card holder of SBI. As discussed on call with Customer Care executive, I have an issue of amount deducted from unauthorized sources some time ago I received a call and informed about the card details and mentioned about the usage. Also they have asked my personal information for verification. I have provided some personal information in that one information I have provided incorrect but they have corrected me. So I came to know they have known all my personal information and its a valid source. After that they have asked a one time password for card activation and to generate pin number online I have provided as they are from bank. I have provided card details for activation as still the card was not activated.After that I received a message an amount of Rs. 8239 was transferred to JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES.
              Please advise for below questions:
              My first question is how the know my all personal information like my DOB, Father name, my address and my all card details as like a customer Care executive.
              1. If my card was not activated how they can able to transfer money, one time password alone is enough for transfer without activation.
              2. How they came to know when the card was dispatched, and all my personal information without my knowledge
              3. how can they complete the transaction without activation or pin no.
              4. Amount transferred to a valid account called JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES why can't you catch them if a complaint raised against them
              5. There are several cases raised against to this particular person why still the issue occurs again and again.

                I am really harassed by SBI card recovery agent Pushpender (phone [protected], [protected]) who is threatening me with police complaints and bringing police to my house and abuse me as I have failed to pay my credit card EMIs. All this is causing me great mental disturbance, and if anything happens to me then who will take care of my family. For an amount of 1.5 lakhs, how can SBI harass its customers like this. There is a need that all customers should ensure that banks follow the guidelines and not resort to illegal means to recover money. SBI should not be hiring goons to recover money.

                      I sent money to sanjay marshkole and naresh narnaoure of amount 998 and 500 respectivaly which is not received by them but i paid that money from my account. All these transection done on tej which is recently launched by google. They showing waiting for bank. I am trying to contact bank but there is no option of complain or consumer care executive. It has been 2 days.

                        Dear sir

                        A refund of 978 rupees was successfully processed on 30 september 2017 to my account, they told me amount will show till 6 october 2017. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        I have deposited 25000 from salary account to saving account but sbi deducted 25 rs. if i dont deposit then the bank will charge me for not maintaining minimum balance. this is not fair sbi. u r chrging us alot. please review this charges as we poor people are facing alot these types of chargess... ...

                          Hi,

                          I had recently applied for tata credit card. I got my card and after few days i got a call and the person who called me addressed herself as tata executive and said this is a welcome call from tata and please varify all your details through ivr.

                          She confirmed my exact credit card number, expiry date of my card, cvv number, phone number and address. After that she confirmed my dob and emailid through ivr which was not correct. I informed her that only dob and email is incorrect and rest all information is accurate. After that she said she is updating the dob which required confirmation from my side. After my confirmation i got a message that multiple transaction has been initiated from my card.

                          I have raised police complaint, grievance and informed tata.

                          I was shocked to know that my emailid and dob is different from what i had mentioned in credit card application. When i asked credit card form copy, i have been told that we can not share with you as you failed to confirm your identity. I dont know who can updated my dob and email id with my confirmation.

                          I am shocked to know that the person who called me have all my confidential details like credit card number, expiry date of my card, cvv number, phone number and address. How could it be possible with any internal help.

                          I have been told that merchant has not claimed the amount yet and they have raised dispute[protected] againt the claim, amount will not be transferred to the merchant but sla is 18th nov. And today is 11th oct.

                          From last two days i am taking follow up with tata but they are not even replying to mails or call. Even though i have forwarded the mail to ceo and head of tata but they are also not replying.

                          I want below information and appropriate information:

                          I want you not to transfer the amount to the merchant who has not claimed the amount yet.
                          Share the copy of the credit card form that i had filled.
                          Want to know how and when you changed my dob and email id with my confirmation.
                          From where that person, who called me have all my confidential information.
                          Why no one is responding to my mails and calls.

                          My card should not be unblocked under any circumstances.

                          Please refer interaction id[protected] and dispute number[protected] which have all the details of my credit card.

                          You can call me on [protected], if you need any information.

                          I got the call from tata ([protected]) and told sbi is handling all the tata credit card data and issue. Please get in touch with sbi and if someone have your confidential information than it must be passed through sbi.

                                (1) first this bank show irregularity of my pmry plus loan and after that i complain continue in present.
                                (2) i have three stores before demonitarisation first navin general store kandey kiroli 262531 and second pant general store kandey kiroli navin general store stop first because they irregular activity and then pant general store devinagar and mansi coaching classes and computer work but after demonitarisation i have only one mansi coaching classes and computer work 262531 because i have a large lose.
                                (3) i write a letter to pm sir because demonitarisation based the order of honerable pm sir. And it is forwaded to finance ministry so 2 january 2017 his decision iam eligible about 10 lakh loan.
                                (4) after that i went to sbi kandey kiroli and gave a letter to honerable branch manager. He and his assistant misbehavour. So i again write pmo.
                                (5) after that 30 march he called me and i go to bank and honerable manager sir said to me, " your loan will be 5 lakh they agree and prepared the documents and said ca balance sheet required it, s cost is 2000 rupees.
                                (6) 8 may loaning process is complete and all the document signature by me and honerable manager sir said the money send to merchant account. And do not complaint.
                                (7) when second day money not come than i again file a pmopg and detailed the total event so these officer angry perhaps and mudra loan cancel and blamed me.
                                (8) my loan is never npa so they again a plan deposit in bank they ignore and i write to him every time in written.
                                (9) 24/05/2017 date i deposit the money my saving account and his assistant saw me but i did not think it.
                                (10) 26/05/2017 i deposit in bank 1300 rupees than machine write contact branch. I write quick 26/05/2017 in the email of sbi kandey kiroli but they have no action.
                                (11) i urgent deposit in account because 90 days complete my loaning account and 15 date when i go to bank it is rainy day bank guard out me in out side of bank.
                                (12) after that bank give me npa notice so they break my fd. But i went to again 29/06/2017 date i went to bank but in this day change of behaviour of branch manager sir and because they success my loan npa i sell my assets but never my loan happened npa.
                                (13) date 29/06/2017 i request branch manager sir you stop one month my debit card he take my card and open i deposite cash in my account 2800 and after opening the card 200 and decline it by bank. Then honerable manager sir write his letter he use it is not stop. Sir during this month first i deposit third party account and after that by check some deposit. But third party not cimpulsory.
                                (14) so in this way angry with me honerable branch manager sbi kandey kiroli blamed me and they success to npa the account. Thaey are officer and have may rights so they misused the rights.

                                    Problem with credit card details my actual date of birth is 22/05/1989 i have sent soft copy of my id proofs still it is not updated i am not able to create my card pin due to this mistake i am not getting proper response from this people.
                                    We regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse any amount towards the annual membership fee on your sbi card account.

                                    However we wish to inform you that we have taken note of your request[protected] on miscommunication and we shall get the same resolved at the earliest within 18/10/2017.

                                      This is to inform you that i had remitted money in nepal from sbi bank, chakli circle branch, baroda, gujarat dated 30th june, 2017 with ticket size of inr 26500, which didn’t get transferred.
                                      I had initiated complaint but nothing has been resolved so far.
                                      It’s already 111 days and still the sum is not credited to my account. So i request you to do the needful. Following is the information related to this issue:

                                        I applied for fresh passport. Payment of fee was made but even after deduction of money from my bank account, the status on website was shown as ‘failed’. The deducted amount will be refunded within seven working days,. But the amount can not be refund my account that day i lost two transactoin the amount 908.08+900requesting you please refund my amount 1808.08 rupees sir please my one payment refunded me
