My complain was closed without resolving the issue. Ticket number is [protected].
My education loan account has been turned npa without any reason. This was bank's error but for resolving it i am not getting any help from anywhere. Every time ticket is being closed without resolving the issue. I have been paying emi on time but still my account is npa

    My pension has been reduced from the month of sept'2017 from rs.23447 to rs. 23279. The basic pension after 7th pay is rs.22063 and applicable rate of da as well as medical but it appears the basic pension itself has been redused from rs.22063 to rs. 21000 which appears to be wrong.     I retired from air force on 31.05.1991 from group-i (Instrument fitter). My basic pension was rs.8585/-and applicable rate of da plus medical per month before 7th pay commission report. After implimentation of 7th pay commission report my basic pension was fixed as rs.
    22063/per month (Rs.8585×2.57=rs.22063) and was getting the same along with appliable rate of da and medical upto august 2017.in the month of sept'2017 my pension has been reduced to rs.23279 (Rs.21900+4%da+rs.500 medical). The matter was taken up with bank manager but he could not give satisfactory reply. Please intimate me about my correct basic pension. My original ppo no. Is 08/14/b/05961/1991.

    No information about my complain has been received from the bank as yet. Please look into the matter.
    Since more than one month passed but no action appears to have been taken in this matter nor any message or mail received. What is the use of this type of complain lodging. If some thing can be done please do urgently so that I can get correct pension.

      Hi team,
      A sum of 11, 545/- has been deducted from my account without placing any order. There are no order details in my flipkart account nor is payed to flipkart in any form. But the bank statement shows it was payed to flipkart.com, bangalore. Please do look into the matter and resolve the same. Attached the screenshot of bank statement.

        I went sbi nathnagr janinmadir road nathnagar, bhagalpur, in bihar. For money transaction on 13oct at afternoon time. No one given proper resolution for that. When i went to manager for that. I told him who we can payment transaction. Thy did not told me proper resolution. But warning given by the branch manager also they told me i will kill you. You don't know about me. I will kill you.

          Sir,
          Today we tried at least 12 times to pay online our electricity bill on website http//uppcl.org using our sbi maestro debit card but were unable accomplish transaction due to error indicated as "tpge2332-not captured". We could not understand this error and could not any help from the website or from the bank during the attempt to achieve transaction.
          Finally i had to request my brother in lucknow to pay my bill from his account through net banking.

            I had paid electricity bill of rs 6720/- through bhim app and debited from my sbi account on dt 6-7-2017. But yet this amount is neither received to beneficiary nor backed credited to my bank account. Where is my amount gone who is utilising it could not ascertained by sbi or bhim till now after constant followup of both agencies by me from 3 months and more. Hence please take fast action of backing my amount with interest to my bank account back immediately.

                sbi shubh nivesh endowment policy - sbi not paying customer even invested amount by fraudulent calculation

                This policy taken for 5 years by paying monthly total premium rs 3973 (Includes rs 120 service tax +cess) totally i have paid 2.38 lakhs over 5 years
                Now they have come with calculation saying i will get back 2.35 lakhs.
                This mean no interst on savings and i am screwed of even my invested amount. This is a big fraud being committed by sbi insurence
                I do not know who this mad persons in sbi...

                I got a message on my registered mobile no. With sbi credit card (Card no-[protected]) on dated 29th sep-17, that rs-88, 560/- is transferred to "the mobile wallet jaipur", which is totally wrong transaction, because i did not do this. I also raised the complained to sbi credit card department immediately. The complained no. Is[protected]. But i do not get resolution yet.
                So this is humble request to you please intervene and resolve this as soon as possible. I am very tensed about this. This is very huge amount for me. So please help me.

                after 2 months, this is still not resolved. Bank are not going to share any transaction details. and they are forcing to pay this amount, which was not transit by me. how it can possible. please help to resolve this as earlier.

                      Sir, i am a regular customer of your bank. Sanjeev sharma s/o shri satyadev sharma a/c [protected] in hathras 204101 main branch sbi.
                      Sir, one of the employee of your bank shilpi aggrawal is too rude with the customer and her behaviour has to be checked.. When i make a query about rtgs towards her, she scolded me. She lost her temper and spoke too much. My humble request to you please take a action against her.
                      So that she will not make such a behaviour against another customer..

                        I am sr citizen plus heart ailment, am unable to spdak to the br manager due to either he is busy on phone or he has no time to meet me. The staff is neither wants to help nor sort out the customer problems saying that they r unable to cope up the work in their br. They even pass on the responsibility for any problem even if they know the solutions for the said problem. This is not happening with a y pvt sector banks like axis/yes/kotak anytime. I[censored] ask anyqueries, you get the instant answers.

                          With all due respect,

                          This is to bring in your kind notice that i, dilip thakur, age 65 years (Retired person), local senior citizen of rajgangpur s/o: late mahender thakur, residing at at-kumbharpara, near baba talab, ward-no-1, post-rajgangpur, dist-sundargarh, state-odisha, pin-no-770017.

                          My sbi saving bank a/c no: [protected]. Bearing debit number [protected].

                          On dated 11-10-17 at 09.00 am, a fraud bearing mobile number “[protected]” has called in my mobile number [protected]. And misguided me that he is calling from head office of sbi, making me panic that my account balance is hacked by the hackers & my debit card will be blocked immediately & my entire bank balance will credited to other account. He then requested my debit card number & i act accordingly & provided the otp as guided by him. As i was alone in my home so i was unable to consult any one.

                          1st transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 9.30 am as “ the message is 822586 is your one time password for online purchase of rs. 25000/- at the mobile wallet thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone from : vk –sbi otp to: airtel 11/10/17 09:30 am.

                          2nd transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 10.28 am as “the message is 427284 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9998.00 at www. Olacab.com thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone.

                          3nd transaction was carried on dt[protected] at 10.32 am as “the message is 330544 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9996.00 at www. Olacab.com thru state bank debit card ending 6005. Don’t share this with anyone.

                          As advised i had visited the rajgangpur police station, but they refused to take fir.

                          Being a senior citizen, i request you to get back my amount of rs.44, 994/-at the earliest. I will be highly obliged to you for ever.

                            Sbi has issued me credit card telling that for 50 days i will get interest free credit. Now within few days of taking credit i got statement, after failing one payment date, sbi has charged me late payment fee 500/- + payment dishonour fee 350/- + fin charges 477/- + tax 239/- = total 1566/- extra on credit on credit of rs. 13324/- before 40 days, which is almost 11.8% in one month. Home loan or education loan does not take so much interest.

                                All the paytm transaction done by the credit card no.[protected] was not actually done by me. (Except the transaction done on 4th september 2017 of amount rs 306). I also want to bring this in your notice that i have not received any o. T. P or any alert messeges that is usually sent on the registered mobile no. Before any transaction. I have already lodged the complain regarding it by reference no.[protected] dated[protected] and got my card blocked still someone tried to take out rs 1000 through paytm. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                    I was required to pay rs.4291/- for the month of september, 2017 before 3rd october, 2017. I paid the same through online “pay any visa card” option in icici bank on 27th and received transaction success report. The payment was rejected at sbi and credited to my account on 3rd october, 2017. I once again paid the same amount on 4th october, 2017 in the same manner from another account and again it was rejected by sbi on 7th and credited to my account. Meanwhile, they debited my account with rs.500/- and gst of rs.90/-. I have been following up with them to know the reasons for rejection by mail. They have answered saying that they cannot resolve the compliant in my favour. I have today once again paid the same amount. I have been making similar payments every month for the last several years and such an issue has never arisen.

                                      I used internet banking of Sbi after 8p.m. to close my one fd which was carrying an interest amount of 6.9% for which i gif one otp. That time msg came from sbi since that the fd will be encashed on next morning. In morning to my surprise i got a sms from sbi that this fd and one more of my fd which was carrying an interest of 8% got also encashed.

                                      I only got a otp for closing first fd and my second got automatically closed which i definitely didnt asked to get close.

                                      Now at the bank statement in front of first fd the narration is also coming wrong. That shows that something was wrong with the internet banking of sbi.
