I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo.com on 27th september, 17, but cancelled it the same day. The amount has not been refunded yet though the cancellation was processed within an hour by goibibo. How shall i know the status of this process? According to the message by goibibo, the amount was to be refunded into the account within 5-7 working days which did not happen.

Kindly help. Thank you.

    Dear sir,
    I had paid to indigo airline for booking amount of rs.3345.00 transaction id:jsbi[protected]igacdlfyr0 on 06/10/2017. According to indigo airline it was due amount and indigo airline didn't get any amount from sbi. So i must needed repayment on 08/10/2017 that of my journey.

    My request for refund the money and please inquiry the matter for further action.

      All three a/cs were transferred to sbi motidaman branch 2671- ifsc code sbin 0002671 on 20/06/2017. But interest from 1/4/16 to the date of not credited to a/c. Union bank of india which transferred the a/c says sbi is suppose to give interest as interest on ppf is credited once year at the end of finance year. Repeated visit to local branch has yieled no result

      When I was using the machine I swipe my card and take option of debit with amount of 10000rs the machine did not gave me the money but they show me message the debitting 10000 rs why it is please solve my ref no is[protected] and response code is 072

Today suddenly i got a call from [protected] and told me that he will block my account if i don't share the account details and pin. So i kindly request you to please take a server action on it or else i will lodge a complaint against sbi in the consumer forum.

          Hi,
          I got a call they said they are speaking from sbi and offered extra discount on my credit card.
          They said this will be in the form of various clothing and accessories.
          They asked for the otp and the next second i know is 7517 rupees were deducted from my card.
          Please help me out.
          Do sbi makes any call like this?
          If no then please help me get my money back and take strict action so that these fraudsters can't make a fool of anyone like this

            A manager called sekar who worked in thirukazhukundram sbi branch kept my pension book somewhere while shifting the building (2009) he also accepted that he only lost the book somewhere and promised me that he'll search and give but 3 years he was shifted to somewhere so he said to his successor (Baskar) about this issue then also baskar didn't find the book or report it to twad board where i'm getting my pension. I've also given many complaints about this but still they haven't taken any action. Twad board is telling me to get some acknowledgement from bank. Pleas take some action or reply me with whom i contact because this is a very urgent issue. So pl revert me as soon as possible

              We have clearing account with your branch bhanvad distjamnagr state gujrat
              Account no[protected] name icici bank ltd. At every month end we need balance confirmation by your branch but every month branch accountant mr. Amrutlal patel created some issue and not provide the b. C. C on time. On 3/10/2017 he provided me b. C. C of icici account with some altreation which is rejected by icici coporate team with reason branch stamp require with signature. So on 09/10/2017 i have visited the branch and requested to mark branch stamp but mr. Amrutlal patel (Accountant) has split the b. C. C of my a/c and. Throw back into dustbin. Kindly provide me reason why? He has splited the official document of icici bank. And take neccessery action against such offical who dont have basis manner of banking.

                On sat 7/10/17, at sbi honda sattari goa branch 6191, my deposit for housing loan instalment was denaid by cashier stating that it was not from their branch. I was supposed to be deposite rs 3000/- in 500 notes, and 100 coins of rs 10. The cashier told he will not accept ₹10 coins, you have to deposit it where i am having my loan account. I request him to take it for my savings account, which is in same branch at honda, he told that it is only wednesday they are accepting the coin. I told branch manager in this regard but he also refuse to allow me the deposit. And written note on depositing slip that coins to be deposite only on wednesday.
                Now i want to know is there any rule regarding this and why they have not displayed the same on counter. Normally this is happening every branch. Your staff is not ready to accept the coins especially ₹10. It will be very great full if senior look into matter seriously.

                    This morning at 10.27 am, i have received one message on my bank registered mobile "you have made 2 invalid login attempts for username xxxxx
                    On 08/10/2017 at 10:27 am. You are left with 1 more attempt and user access
                    Will be blocked for a day post 3 wrong attempts.

                    This message i received. I never attempted to login at all at this time. But surprise to see this message. I checked with the my bank account, it is
                    Quite intact. I immediately changed the password.

                    How this is happened. My login username and passwords are very secret
                    Then who will do this. Is it any malfunction of the bank server system.

                        Time and again i have been requesting sbi credit card authorities to send me hard copy of the monthly statement to my residential address. But i only get msg that the copy is dispatched but till date i have not received any month statement. They are telling lies. Today they sent a msg that the statement letter is returned back to them. Actually due to rains we have not left the house for so many days and my wife is house wife. No letter or courier ha come till now to my residence. I don't believe in net banking because of hackers. So pl send me monthly statement henceforth for clarity of transactions and i can have a proof. Thanks

                          Respected Sir/Mam,

                          My name is Prashant Jain one of the faithful customer of your State bank branch Sagar (mp) branch code 0475 holding a saving bank account no.[protected].My father was also holding a current account in your bank since last 40 years. Unfortunately he has been passed away on 02/07/2017. he holds a current account, fixed deposit and the Joint saving account in your bank.we don't have the nomination in these account hence the account become deceased.

                          This is the compliant against Mr K.N. Vaidya (Dy Mgr.) SBI Sagar PF no. :2876957 .

                          After few day of my fathers death i visited the branch for withdrawing process.on 07/07/2017 here Mr Vaidya told me that my father don't have nomination in his account and came after evening 5 pm. in evening when i reached the bank to meet Mr Vaidya give me the mobile no. of the lawyer to meet him and give me the deceased form. As i have't deal this type of situation earlier so i was totally unaware about the process. This was against the law of banking regulation act that the bank official is suggesting the bank lawyer to the clients he have the visiting card of the lawyer in his table below the glass. there is cent percent surety that he has the commission settlement with the lawyer. Actually i am a person belonging to Ca field pursuing Ca final hence i m aware about all the about all the form that how the fill the form. The form was very easy to fill but he forced me to visit the lawyer as i said i want to know the procedure but he told me that we don't tell about it go to lawyer and he will told you the whole process. this was against my right to Right to Information from the bank. the bank failed to provide me the customer care service. As the process was a easy one i can do it myself if i have been simply told the procedure by the bank and hence resultant in saving of thousands of rupees. As i was told by the lawyer to arrange the surety as the amount was above Rs 500000. I have inquired in the bank about the surety so Mr Vaidya told me that the person giving surety should of SBI only means holding account in SBI. We don't accept the other bank surety which is against the law of Banking regulations as the surety may be of any bank. As the amount was 800000 Rs the surety may be one having the credit worthiness above that. But the he forced me to have the atleast 2 surety Anyhow i manage to arrange the surety holding a CC account in your branch and i told him about that can a CC account holder may be surety so he told yes as its against means a CC account holder can't be surety as CC account holder holds banks own fund. As i was assured about the surety by Mr Vaidya that CC account holder may be surety i have completed the whole documentation process. The lawyer was so much follish that he made all the document notarized even the letter of indemnity and all the supporting and i have paid few thausands for that few. As at last i came to know that only Letter of disclaimer have to be notarized and no other document. After the first process i have submitted all the document with with the branch after 15 days i received a call from the Mr Vaidya that came in branch there i have been told by him that the surety can't be CC account holder all vanish all the my working. He told me to arrange surety holding property in his name having account in SBI. and what he told me to submit the Nagar nigam receipt as the proof of property. Anyhow i again manage to arrange the surety having property again waste of money on notarized and stamps the old all vanished. In few days i again submit the full document to branch. again after few days i receive the call from him tolding that the nagar nigam receipt is not a valid proof. Being a Main branch of Sagar Mr Vaidya have no knowledge about the deceased process. He don't know that if we provide the surety how the valuation of property can be done and Finally after lot of frustration i visited the RBO office in sagar there i have been helped by the official to complete my process and get my money back.
                          IN whole scene Mr Vaidya was the criminal to me. He don't know the process but he is sitting on the chair and just teasing the bank customers . he is good for nothing. He has a very rude behavior and he don't elegible to be the part of SBI .In the complete procedure he told me that "ye sab itna aasan nahi haiii, , , time lagega.. tumhara kaam bahut jaldii hoo raha haii...itna jaldi SBI main kisii kaa kaam nahi hotaa... Ye to baar baar reject karte hain RBO wale.. hum baar baar send karengee wo baar baar reject.. woo baal ki khal nikalte hain, ..." Totally spoiling the image of SBI and SBI RBO.

                          I want the bank officials to take the serious action against Mr Vaidya and send some good learned and knowledgeable person in his place.

                            I srinivasa rao bobbala having saving account (A/c. No.[protected]) in your personal & services branch, narasaraopet, guntur, a. P (Branch code ‎007827). I have submitted a sbi multi city cheque (No.909983) of rs.2948/- on 05/10/2017. But this cheque was returned back to me on 06/10/2017 saying “chq ret charegs” at the same time deducted rs.7.85 and rs.582.15/- from my sb account (A/c. No.[protected]) as cheque return charges.
                            In my case submitted cheque was returned first time and same some banks cheques was considered second time without any problem, which clearly indicates negligence of bank. This bank’s negligence cost me rs.590\-. Hence i request sbi personal & services branch (Branch code 007827) to repay/credit cheque return charges of rs.590/- to my account. This excludes mental trauma created to me and my client.

                              I dr. Sunil patta existing sbi bank holder having account no. [protected], presently residing at kakinada east godavari dist. Andhra pradesh.
                              Today i have been to the sbi sarpavaram branch (Code - 020718) kakinada, east godavari dist. Andhra pradesh for transaction of card to card transaction through green channel.
                              The counterparty cardholder to which i wanted to transfer is my wife and since she was unable to visit the bank, i wanted to transact cash on her behalf to my account.
                              But the concerned person hadn’t accepted to my request and intended that the presence of the counterparty is mandatory.

                              But i have come to know from a superior sbi bank official that such sort of practice is not mandatory. I request you to kindly, make sure that the employees are well aware about the information and norms so that misinterpretation doesn’t cause inconvenience to the customers.

                                Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 7199 rupees was successfully processed on 27 sep. 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with flipkartand they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to flipkart's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I am having a bank account in sbi bank in adb phaltan (Pin 415523) branch but i am staying in my native place at dahiwadi. As per my knowledge i have to get my passbook or account balance details in any branch.

                                  For the same i went to dahiwadi branch where i asked regarding the same on counter but got very poor reply. He asked me to ask next counter. I asked almost on all counters as every asked me to go to next counter.

                                  As now i understand no one want to give proper help i directly went to manager's cabin and asked the same. But it's a damn big surprise for me that she is also tolerating and giving quite airborn answers. Also she asked me to start net banking and check it directly. So i asked for net banking form then. Again foolish answer that you can register from mobile no. Also. So i explain her that for the same thing i went branch 3 times to provide mobile no. So as to get sms and update regarding account but still waiting for the same.

                                  The behaviour and answering style of that lady manager is non tolerable as this is the worst experience i got. Please keep track on customer satisfaction also so as to improve our quality.

                                  I hope i will get proper help and support.

                                    State bank india sir,. My mother ac in sbi branch tiwaripur gorakhpur br code is 16800 sb ac no is [protected] she is availing cheque book facility but she is read and write urdu only her signature is in urdu former there is no problems transaction by cheque but present br manager is not allowed the urdu signature and the cheque is pass. Sir please tell me what the urdu signature is not allowed...

                                    The charge in my account minimum balance chr. Twice in my account
                                    Rather my account having more than 20000/- (Twenty thousand)
                                    Balance both the time. I complaint about it to bank but the do not
                                    Response for that.

                                      Flipkart has paid me refund of rs.1154 successfully with
                                      Txn id: [protected]
                                      Amount : rs. 1154
                                      But this amount has not been credited to my account ([protected]).
                                      Kindly help me... Resolve my issue as fast as you can... Flipkart is saying they have successfully paid the amount to my account and bank is saying amount hasnot been credited... Im totally depressed now pls help me...
