    Hi team,

    Sbicard is start harassing me, very bad experience with sbi card, when i was complaint and trying to contact customer service that time no one responding, now they giving me the threat is that the bullet will die, the wrong charging will also have to be done, if anything happens with me, then only or only sbicard will be responsible.

    I already complaint about my online charges are not correct that misused my by someone.

    However i called customer service multiple time but most of time call got disconnected.

    First of all why sale executive forcing for credit card, at time of appling card sale executive start calling every day to take credit card, he explain each and everything benefits.

    But he did not informed me that we are charging extra to the customer after that we are not listing even i already raised request for transection dispute that time customer care did not inform.

    That you have to send chargeback form i still unable to find out chargeback form on sbicard.com.

      Mera father &mera account branch code04621 me hai sir mere father ko atm ka knowledge nahi hai jiske wajah se mere father manually form me through withdrawal karne jate hai to branch nasariganj me rohtas bihar 04621me paisa dene sent manager kar diya jata hai jisase unki daily need effect ho raha hai kaya sbi me rule hai jo withdrawal me through nahi milega.

        Respected sir,,
        I, pyar chand having a sb account number in sbi barmana, bilaspur himachal pradesh, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

        Whatever happens to your registered mobile number you ca easily update it through any SBI ATM and this time the OTP you will receive will be on the new number you'll register. Also, if your finding it difficult you can go to your home branch and update the new number through offline form signed by you(No OTP in this case).

          Applied for credit card on 23 august 2017, my application no i received is465074, now on 05 oct 2017 got message that sbi need still 11 days for processing with application no[protected], what a promt and nice customer service.in between got more than 20 calls from sbi card stating that it is verification call. If this top secret and highly confidential sbi credit card verification is over please let me know weather i will get one or not so i can go for other bank

            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1079 rupees was successfully processed on 25th september 2017 to my account by flipkart in connection with order id — od[protected] amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with flipkart and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to flipcart's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Went to deposit rs 44000.00 of 22 notes rs 2000 through cdm attached with barasat sbi branch after confirming mobile no. [protected] and a/c no [protected] got the txn no 3001, atm id s5ne[protected] transaction date 06/10/2017 time 11.19 in a slip then as per machine instruction i submitted 22 notes of rs 2000 each into the machine but after some time 5 notes came out of the machine, i took the notes in the mean time confirmation or cancellation was not made and the machine timed out accordingly 17 notes of rs2000 each i. E. Total rs 34000 has not been credited to my account. Later with the help of security person the rest 5 notes deposited. When the pass book updated it is seen only rs 10000 has been credited and cdm charge of rs25 has been deductrd.
              I met the bank officer and submitted an application in the given form for atm transaction disput. The manager told me the fund of rs 34000 will credited within 24 hrs.
              Kindly do some thing to credit the fund as early as possible as it is urgently necessary and return the charge deducted for using cdm.

                I cancelled a order from paytm and they refunded amount to my sbi card and send me message that bank has given reference number arn: 74678447278000002602740 for successful refund of rs. 569 from paytm to the bank account and told please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.

                Please check the issue and refund my amount of inr 569 asap

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 9973 rupees was successfully processed on 25 sep 2017 to my account no [protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service with reference number igacbtfss9 but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly file charge dispute against this and locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  Kindly immediately resolved the issue

                      Hi,
                      I have been keep getting calls for sbi credit card regarding pending payment.

                      This card company charged me for two unnecessary services 1287 for each service. Please refer case2. Png file for more details. My question is, why did this company charge me for these service, i never said yes for these services.

                      My second concern is regarding false charges.

                      Once i had made a wrong transaction of 50000 rs. Instead of 27535 rs., i called customer care for transfer remaining amount in my bank account. But she did not transfer that money, so i did it, then this company charged me 449 rs for transferring my money from one account to another.
                      Why did this company charged me for transaction? I was transferring my money from one account to another. Please refer the case1. Png for more details.

                        Dear reader, i am very disappointed with your bank services, this is shameful and pathetic that the employees of bank do not understand or serve their services to their clients, they always make us disturbed with every little work.
                        I have a bank account in dehradun branch but i have got my salary cheque in rohini delhi so i visited to pitampura puspanjli enclave branch but they dont accepted it even did not behave properly, why we have bank branches if we have no any banefits its really bad. Please do something for a change dont irritate your customers.

                          Dear sirs, my che no.981557 for rs.49500/- dt 03/10/2019 favouring home needs, jeypore was deposited on 3/10/17 forenoon at bazar branch, jeypore, was returned unpaid on 04/10/2017 after noon with remarks signature differs. The payee telephoned me in the evening about the fact and laughed on my conduct as an sbi pensioner. Immediately i rang up the chief manger who immediately responded to pay the cheque on the other day and expressed grief of being returning the cheque since most of the employees know me and my signature quite well. Today when i entered the branch with the cheque and it was cleared then and there. I wonder who are the two persons who returned the cheque with remarks, intentionally, that signature differs which not only turned down my image but also the image of the branch and spoke of customer service and took clearance in three days. Necessary action in this regard is requested and action should be taken when the signature was not differing at all, which can be proved on verification. The erring staff could have telephoned me about the cheque and asked me to know the truth. I suggest an excellent idea of transferring those officials to any rural branches so that they can learn and trained in signature tailing for a good period of time and come back to an urban branch where they can satisfy the customers betters. Kindly confirm me the position whether who is wrong and who is right with suitable action on the complaint. With regards.                             My sbi credit card was compromised on 20th septemeber.
                            The hacker did a transaction of inr 95000 approx.
                            Even my mobile phone was hacked as i was receiving otps and the money spent messages by the fraudsters
                            I initiated the process of blocking sbi credit card as soon as i receive the first message among these fraudulent transactions. It took around 15 - 20 minutes in the process and by that time my card got blocked a total amount of inr 95000 was already spent

                            Being a layman in the subject of credit card operations, i could not understand with whom to the complaint about my grievance.

                            I tried to approach sbi bank, even the third party taking care of their credit card operations
                            I tried with filling a fir for the fraudulent transaction at a police station near my home

                            But never found answers to my questions.

                            I also discussed the subject with few friends of mine who happen to have experience from credit card operations from their past professional work experience and learnt that every credit card company happen to have a fraud and detection department which alert the cardholder for any suspicious activity. It made me understand that sbi credit card did not perform their duty appropriately while these fraudulent transactions were happening.

                            I have lost my hard earned money.
                            The day before yesterday i received an email from the bank stating that their operations were secured while sending the otps to the registered mobile number. Hence, the transactions were completed successfully. And, i have to pay the money for these transactions.

                            I am very sorry to say that i feel helpless even i tried writing emails to the top officials of sbi credit card (Including ceo, mds etc) and ombudsman at rbi - jaipur. Unfortunately, they all were not able to resolve or not willing to resolve my complaint and acting like an escape goat to buy time. Meanwhile, sbi credit card is now ready with their hands raised that the transactions were successful and i have to pay for the total amount.

                            This is very sad!!

                            I am really helpless. Please guide me through to whom should i reach and get the matter resolved as i will not pay for the fraudulent transactions amount.

                              मेरा पैसा मैंने मुंशीपुलिया ब्रांच { IFSC CODE__SBIN0011213 } में जमा किया पैसा मशीन में जमा हो गया मगर अकॉउंट में नही आया मशीन में ही फस रह गया ब्रांच में सूचना देने पे भ कोई कार्यवाही अभी तक नही हुई बैंक में जाने पे हेड आफिस के लिए कहा जाता है जबकि जिस ब्रांच में मेरा पैसा गया वहां का मैनेजर ही कोई रेस्पांस नही दे रहे है इधर उधर तहलाय जाता है आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप किसी भी तरह मेरा पैसा मेरे एकाउंट में ट्रांसफर करवा दीजिये

                                On 25.09.2017 i have received a message to my phone no. Saying that rs.999 has been detected from my account no.[protected] sbi arasaradi-madurai. Bank code 7482. Using my debit card for a purchase worth rs.999.0 onpos 02pl[protected] at rel retail ltd-digital txn#[protected]. Next day i went sbi - arasaradi and blocked my debit card and lodged a complaint in the sbi custemer care. Till date no reply. Actually i have not used for the above purchase. Kind do the needful. If the problem not solved i will reffer the matter to rbi. My e mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    I have an sb a/c [protected] with ssi peenya industrial estate branch. The account has opened more than 10 years back. It is supposed to work as whenever there is excess money in the sb account it gets transferred to mod account which fetches a little higher interest and also whenever the balance in the sb goes below the minimum balance the funds automatically transferred from mod to sb account. But now it has stopped working like this and sb is getting charged the fine for not maintaining the minimum balance even though there is a balance of 72000/-. Also i am unable to withdraw or close the mod.in spite of repeated complaints (Tkt no. [protected], [protected]) and also emails there is no response from the bank/branch. The branch does not pick the telephone calls any time.

                                        Online application for admission of dl ed in national open school nios
                                        September 5 to 7 in the evening, but due to the problem of network, the money was cut from account twice, but the payment of the form was not 4511.80 paise and 4510 rupees. Then after 4 hours i made the payment of the same form which became complete, but there was no refund of the payment done earlier. After contacting the bank, the bank is saying that the money was reached to neois only contact him. Contact with the satara september 12 i am doing but i can not.
