Dear sirs, my che no.981557 for rs.49500/- dt 03/10/2019 favouring home needs, jeypore was deposited on 3/10/17 forenoon at bazar branch, jeypore, was returned unpaid on 04/10/2017 after noon with remarks signature differs. The payee telephoned me in the evening about the fact and laughed on my conduct as an sbi pensioner. Immediately i rang up the chief manger who immediately responded to pay the cheque on the other day and expressed grief of being returning the cheque since most of the employees know me and my signature quite well. Today when i entered the branch with the cheque and it was cleared then and there. I wonder who are the two persons who returned the cheque with remarks, intentionally, that signature differs which not only turned down my image but also the image of the branch and spoke of customer service and took clearance in three days. Necessary action in this regard is requested and action should be taken when the signature was not differing at all, which can be proved on verification. The erring staff could have telephoned me about the cheque and asked me to know the truth. I suggest an excellent idea of transferring those officials to any rural branches so that they can learn and trained in signature tailing for a good period of time and come back to an urban branch where they can satisfy the customers betters. Kindly confirm me the position whether who is wrong and who is right with suitable action on the complaint. With regards. above cheque was of Gandhi Chowk branch(12095) and presented by HOme Needs at Jjeypore bazar branch (6909), Jeypore on 03/10/17, returned on 04/10/17 after severaal requests and finally cleared on 06/10/17 when myself physically presented the instruments. Jaganmohan Sabat

    My sbi credit card was compromised on 20th septemeber.
    The hacker did a transaction of inr 95000 approx.
    Even my mobile phone was hacked as i was receiving otps and the money spent messages by the fraudsters
    I initiated the process of blocking sbi credit card as soon as i receive the first message among these fraudulent transactions. It took around 15 - 20 minutes in the process and by that time my card got blocked a total amount of inr 95000 was already spent

    Being a layman in the subject of credit card operations, i could not understand with whom to the complaint about my grievance.

    I tried to approach sbi bank, even the third party taking care of their credit card operations
    I tried with filling a fir for the fraudulent transaction at a police station near my home

    But never found answers to my questions.

    I also discussed the subject with few friends of mine who happen to have experience from credit card operations from their past professional work experience and learnt that every credit card company happen to have a fraud and detection department which alert the cardholder for any suspicious activity. It made me understand that sbi credit card did not perform their duty appropriately while these fraudulent transactions were happening.

    I have lost my hard earned money.
    The day before yesterday i received an email from the bank stating that their operations were secured while sending the otps to the registered mobile number. Hence, the transactions were completed successfully. And, i have to pay the money for these transactions.

    I am very sorry to say that i feel helpless even i tried writing emails to the top officials of sbi credit card (Including ceo, mds etc) and ombudsman at rbi - jaipur. Unfortunately, they all were not able to resolve or not willing to resolve my complaint and acting like an escape goat to buy time. Meanwhile, sbi credit card is now ready with their hands raised that the transactions were successful and i have to pay for the total amount.

    This is very sad!!

    I am really helpless. Please guide me through to whom should i reach and get the matter resolved as i will not pay for the fraudulent transactions amount.

        On 25.09.2017 i have received a message to my phone no. Saying that rs.999 has been detected from my account no.[protected] sbi arasaradi-madurai. Bank code 7482. Using my debit card for a purchase worth rs.999.0 onpos 02pl[protected] at rel retail ltd-digital txn#[protected]. Next day i went sbi - arasaradi and blocked my debit card and lodged a complaint in the sbi custemer care. Till date no reply. Actually i have not used for the above purchase. Kind do the needful. If the problem not solved i will reffer the matter to rbi. My e mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

          Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

          Dear sir

          A refund of 9499.00 rupees was successfully processed on 29 september 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I have an sb a/c [protected] with ssi peenya industrial estate branch. The account has opened more than 10 years back. It is supposed to work as whenever there is excess money in the sb account it gets transferred to mod account which fetches a little higher interest and also whenever the balance in the sb goes below the minimum balance the funds automatically transferred from mod to sb account. But now it has stopped working like this and sb is getting charged the fine for not maintaining the minimum balance even though there is a balance of 72000/-. Also i am unable to withdraw or close the mod.in spite of repeated complaints (Tkt no. [protected], [protected]) and also emails there is no response from the bank/branch. The branch does not pick the telephone calls any time.

                Online application for admission of dl ed in national open school nios
                September 5 to 7 in the evening, but due to the problem of network, the money was cut from account twice, but the payment of the form was not 4511.80 paise and 4510 rupees. Then after 4 hours i made the payment of the same form which became complete, but there was no refund of the payment done earlier. After contacting the bank, the bank is saying that the money was reached to neois only contact him. Contact with the satara september 12 i am doing but i can not.

                  I had taken the education loan of 3.7lac and paid full amount except 70rs and now i have given the 3times loan closing letter but still branch manager did not close.

                  Now unnecessarily i am paying the interest, as i forced to branch manager then he said i will be close but it already 4 months passed

                  Even i have spoken to zonal office, they said we will talk but still nothing worked. Please suggest what to do next!

                        I am staying in hyderabad, whenever i do a internet banking transaction, used to get otp. My internet banking was compromised and the amount was transferred without otp on 13th jun'17 in a series of transactions. I made complaint online and in the branch also, till now there is no response. 3 months happened they don't even bother to consider my compliant as well, how many times i had complained by sending e-mail or called to the branch, sbi rajahmundry, kambala tank branch. My account no:[protected]. Government saying to go for digital india, where is the safety and security here. I would tell everybody not to go for digital india. Please consider my compliant and take action.

                        Hi,

                        Status about my complaint. I had lodged a complaint at cyber police, Gachibowli, Hyderabad(Complaint No: 1362/CCPS/CYB/2017)on 14/6/2017. Cyber police tracked down and gave the information about the person(Account NO:[protected], IFSC: SBIN0007036), they said the account is in freeze and not able to process further.

                        I have been following up with State bank of India, they just provided the transaction id's(mentioned below) where that amount was transferred but not moving further about my complaint or not trying reverse those transactions. I had asked State Bank of India about the person Identity, they didn't provide the details and not at all cooperating to the cyber police. In this process, It seems to be either the State Bank of India is supporting that person or compensating their losses by maintaining these kind of fraudsters, I think my complaint also trashed. How many times I had followed up they didn't replied me. Is the Reserve Bank of India checking the banks or itself a charioteer in these kind of issues.

                        These fraudsters are making lakhs of money by collecting very small amounts from every customer, but, the State Bank of India is not even trying to take a complaint from the customers and block them. State Bank of India is absolutely supporting or cooperating to those fraudsters.

                        Please let me know about my complaint status and about the transactions ASAP.

                          I have been trying several times from the atm machine and through sms process too to generate the otp. But i have received one time the otp but when i try to change the pin.. Its showing wrong pin i have put. Whereas for the 1st time i tried to change.. Why this is happening? The branch officers also dont know anything. So what should i do? Plz rply.

                            We are having above said sb a/c with sbi, a-1 block, dda shopping centre, paschim vihar, new delhi in the name of paschim vihar (Block a-1) residents welfare association (Regd).
                            Our above a/c has been debited for intt recovered on 24/4/17 for rs.6338/ & on 3/8/15 with rs.7087/. Interest given by bank from 1/1/14 to 31/3/17 is only rs.12322/ & recovered amount of interest is rs.13425/ which is on higher side.
                            No response is given till date to our various letter addressed to the chief manager.
                            We request to please check it at your end & instruct the branch to credit the interest applicable as per r b i guidelines in our a/c.

                              I got a call from [protected], he is saying that your adhar card is not linked to your bank account. Atm is blocked for 3 month & if you want to activate this card please do the following things, then asked me card related information so i gave him false information then he started to use bad words against me.
                              Please do appropriate action against him. Spread awareness against him.

                                My fd is lien with credit card. I have no any dues on that card. I want my money rs 50000/00 urgent. So i had requested by customer care as well as by email. You are answering by email & by call that your sbi fd no [protected] had been removal lien from this fd. You go home branch ^ collect your money. But i am very very sorry to inform you that i had visited three time three days for collecting my fd money rs 50000/00, but manager refushed to give my fd's rupees stating that we had yet not recd. Any instruction from credit card for removable lien from your this link fd. So i am fed up. My home branch ifsc no sbin0001174 vile parle east mumbai 400057.. So please send email or call my branch manager to release my fd immediately if you will not do now i will take legal action against your credit depatment tomorrow reply urgent

                                  Sbi credit card department has cheated me by providing some fake gift vouchers against my yearly fee of rs 2999 + taxes.
                                  First they promised to give me gift vouchers worth rs 5000 and all i got till now is only 500 rs m-coupon. I called up customer service more than 15- 18 times and their backend team is not investigating my issue properly and despite of solving my issue they send me a text message that my issue is resolved.
                                  Also i have written many emails to escalation team but not getting proper response at my end.
                                  I am raising the same complaint from last 2 months and still my issue is not getting resolved.

                                  Also their customer care executive named meena doesn't know how to talk to customers. She was very rude and disrespectful, she put my call on hold for 3-4 minutes and transferred my call directly to feedback ivr.

                                  Despite of paying joining and yearly fee, i am not getting those benefits from sbi as they promised.

                                  I request higher authorities to please look into this issue and take some strict action against these fraudsters.

                                      I'm jagsir singh from vill bhathuan teh moonak distt sangrur state punjab (148033)
                                      Yesterday i went to the sbi (Before[protected] is sbp) branch moonak distt sangrur. I went there to fill the high court challan and reached there at 4 pm.
                                      I went to the counter no 2 and ask the person sitting there can i pay the challan here or anywhere else? But he didn't reply of my question. Firstly i thought that he didn't listen me properly, so reiterated loudly again he didn't give me any response even he was sitting freely and waiting for the system to respond. All the persons who were present in the branch looking at me that why i was shouting like that. I thought he is busy in his work so i waited for 2-5 minutes. After that i asked again in a clear voice and very peacefully, but he just looked at me once and didn't reply me.
                                      He ignore me totally and misbehaved. I felt so insulted.
                                      The person who was standing besides me told that i should go to the guard standing at the gate and ask about the process.
                                      Firstly i wanted to meet to the respected manager but he wasn't present at that time in his office. I waited for 10-15 minutes but no one came.
                                      Then i went to the guard to know about the process. He said that your challan will be filled on the same counter where you were asking from a long time.
                                      In the end i filled the challan at the same counter.
                                      I hope that you will take an action against the related employee.

                                        My name Tilkeshwar Kr Jha retired on 31 Jul 2017 from AFStn Hindan. My bank account no is [protected] SBI Dwarka sector 19 IFSC code 17411 . My PPO no 08/14/B/12494/2017 .l had not received pension, gratuity and commutation till date . I received my PPO on 11Aug same time A PPO reached to Chandni chowk SBI branch and they had send one copy to my Dwarka sectorI19 branch l had contacted that branch regarding pension formalities ..bank staff told me to complete KYC formalities. I asked him any more they told me nothing then after one month when l not received pension l approached branch manager on 25 SEP .then l saw bank letter copy of Chandni chowk branch lt is clearly mentioned in that letter to take undertaking from pensioner .then l told manager he told me that undertaking is not required. You come tomorrow l will talk to Chandni chowk branch regarding pension delay. Then again l approached manager on 26 Feb .then manager talked to Chandni chowk branch they told that under taking is required. So pl tell me due to manager careless Ness my pension is delayed l am in loss of minimum 25 thousand interest of my commutation and graduity.then on 26 SEP manager told me that l will get pension within 3 or 4 days we had forwarded ur undertaking . But till today l had not received anything. I do not know why due to mistake of bank staff l should suffer and l will bear loss due to bank staff .this is the type of dealing to a retired defence personal of our country . without pension how we can manage our family expenses.

                                        Again when l approached branch manager after 3- 4 days he is not in bank .l waited there for around 2 hours then one clerk talked to him now he told me that you will receive pension after more 4 - 5 days l do not know. Where k should approach
