Hi,
Me and my parents are getting threatening calls from agents and they are using abusive languages. My parents are currently out of india and they are calling him on what’s app number more than 20-30 times per day. He is a heart and neuro/ Ortho patent. Agent has misbehave with him and now his health is in serious condition. This is happening last 10 days onwards and moreover we explained the agent what the process we are doing with bank to clear dues. And in line with same this month three deposits were made in regards to dues. I have sent a detailed email to bank regarding my situation and condition along with settlement email, awaiting their response. Trying to connect on calls but unable to get it touch and emails are blocked.

Recovery agents are making calls to so many other people in my area those who don’t have any relation with this also getting calls.

Moreover my concern is if my father health will be disturbed or get any serious problem it will be purely fault of bank and it’s agents. I expect the bank will take necessary action and provide solution on this before we go to the next level.

    While depositing rupees : 10000 cash to my account using cdm cardless transaction. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".
    Please contact branch manager for clarifications
    Cdm details are giving below and attaching proof.

      I have sent mail to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in for activating my internet banking, which got disabled without any prior notice.
      Even I visited my nearby branch, since I am unavaialable @home branch location. they made me to wait for an hour( lady sitting in that counter was not present there, came after 1 hour) and insisting me to visit home branch ..
      Is SBI management living in 21st century??????????? Other private banks will allow this through customercare hotline number itself.
      SBI customer care told, they cannot do anything for internetbankig.
      For a small problem, SBI want us to visit the branch(most of people in bangalore are out of town in their native due to covid) and wait their for hours.

              Praveen kumar from SBI MG road Bengaluru had been calling my wife relentlessly and asking her for some payment but my wife has never had an account or a credit card with SBI .When i ask him for the details of the transaction or anything else related to the card he says that the card is registered on someone else name and address and a different phone number, but that card owner is not answering the calls so he wants us to connect the call to the card owner and he keeps calling 20-30 times continuously and is very rude and using very vulgar language towards my wife and myself.

              I have asked him for his employee ID number so that i can file and official complaint but he refuses to provide any other information and keeps calling and without any context he keeps saying us to make the payment or connect the call to the card owner.

              How are we supposed to connect the call to someone else . We have no connection with SBI, so why are we being harassed and I would like to know how he has got our phone number and under which policy is he asking us to make payment of someone else account?

                Sir, i have joint saving accounts viz 4 accounts with my family members.
                I could create f.D. Easily on internet banking system. But since april 2022 i could not create fixed deposits from my joint accounts. There is a remark after the processing the details that the mode does not permit to create the same. By the time i read the message i get sms in my registered mobile that f.D. Is created. Then checking my account i see that nothing is debited and the f.D. Receipt shows zero balance. Kindly rectify this problem else i will be forced to create f.Ds in other banks and give up sbi.

                  On 19th March I have ordered a product on amazon with order I'd[protected] and I returned the product on 25th March. On 26th March last month a refund was initiated by amazon into my sbi account, But the amount is still not credited into my bank account the refund amount is Rs 9550. The refund reference number is HSBCN[protected].

                    Hi, my name is Ritul Jha. I recently opened bank account in State Bank of India, Boring Road branch, Patna, Bihar 800001. Account opening date is 6th of April. Today is 26th April. It's been 20 days and i haven't received my atm card. It has not even dispatched yet. Such an unprofessional behaviour by SBI. I am in dire need of cash right now and i don't have atm. My account no's last digit is 7206. Please it's a humble request to send my atm debit card as soon as possible to my address

                        I have ordered a human geography book on April-1.It was to be received on April - 17.I have not received my product. So I was returned. Amazon initiated refund and it was expected to come on April - 22. After 22 not received any amount, I contacted amazon customer care. They gave me the reference id (ONUS[protected] and they said contact your bank customer care. Sbi customer care said approach your home branch. I visited home branch also but no one response me. Refund amount still not credited. This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

The flipkart was telling that seller has refunded this amount to your debit card on 16th April 2022. But still I have not received this money.

                                    Unauthorized / fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI credit card on dt-24.04.2022 @ 02:30 p.m. of Rs. 103, 950/- at FLIPKART PAYMENTS - BANGALORE. Total 7 nos.unauthorized / fraudulent transactions, each of Rs. 14850 have been done by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to please stop the payment for above transaction reference numbers and please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.                                       Dear sir,
                                      My name is SUSHILA DEVI SANKHLA with account no. [protected] in SBI branch Chetak Branch Udaipur, 313001. From september 2021 to April 2022, there have been many unauthorised trasaction mentioned in my bank passbook. Most of this trasaction are done with Paytm money, OTHPG or Cummunication L etc. Around 1 lakh has been debited from my account in last nine months without any trasaction made by me. I want to solve the issue and get back my money. Please help sir. Thank you
