I have sent mail to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in for activating my internet banking, which got disabled without any prior notice.
Even I visited my nearby branch, since I am unavaialable @home branch location. they made me to wait for an hour( lady sitting in that counter was not present there, came after 1 hour) and insisting me to visit home branch ..
Is SBI management living in 21st century??????????? Other private banks will allow this through customercare hotline number itself.
SBI customer care told, they cannot do anything for internetbankig.
For a small problem, SBI want us to visit the branch(most of people in bangalore are out of town in their native due to covid) and wait their for hours.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
