    Sir, i applied for loan, after that i deposited my dakument to the bank. After that i received the phone call from an agent and said that if i did not give 10 percent, then oh my job will stop. How can the poor man live if he continues?

      I jiwan ram having an a/c in the sbi bank mertacity bank branch code - 10115. My a/c no [protected]
      When i tried to withdraw rs 10000 from my account on 19/09/17 around 3.00 pm from aeps micro atm no - [protected] (Uco bc, ren) micro atm having problem of network connectivity off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the micro atm.
      But when i checked the balance from the other atm after one day the balance was deducted from my a/c.

      Sir i have already given the complain to the sbi bank branch and also to bc point manager but till now no any reply come not the money.

      So i am requesting you to take necessary action

        I had received a call in my mobile number from phone no.91-[protected] at 11.30am from a person named arun kumar who is introduced as working in reserve bank. He asked me to tell the renewed sbi debit card no., expiry date and cvv no. For updating the gst records. He is aware of my old debit card no. And asked for the renewed card details. I told him that these particulars are not to be told through phone. On hearing this, he stated that if the details are not told the whole money in the account will be debited. I did not told him the cvv details and he threatened to close my accounts. I closed the call and again and again he called, but i didnt take the call. You are requested to take suitable action against the above telephone connected person at the earliest. I have blocked my card after this incident.

          Day before yesterday a sbi executive called me to offer car loan. I agreed to take car loan and he said another executive will contact me on the matter. But neither any one call me nor any msg received this regard. I know sbi customer care is very poor.
          Once i visited my sbi branch hassan to open sukanya account but there is no one completely know about the scheme. Even manager told me come after a week. Very bad. Shame

            1. Complaint submitted on 22.09.2017 to manager, hseb sec 6 panchkula not solved.

            I had issued a cheque bearing no 541302 on 03.09.2017 on the name of sh baljit singh who submitted in his bank axis bank ltd. Sco 10 sec 10 panchkula on 04.09.2017 which is returned by your bank without any sufficient. Rs 590/- has also been deducted from my account no [protected] by your account for dishonour of cheque. Reason for the same is mentioned on the memo is 05- kindly contact drawer/drawee bank and please present again. I had visited to your bank so many time but no satisfactory response given by your bank. I had enclosed the copy of cheque & invoice for ready reference.
            I had also submitted an application dated 16.08.2017 (Copy enclosed) for closure of loan a/c no [protected] by transfer the impending amount from my above sated account for which i met to the manager more then ten time but the same is not yet closed.
            Please do the needful and solve the problems.
            2. Complaint submitted today (I. E. 26.09.2017)
            I have a salary account with your bank bearing no [protected]... An amount of rs 177/- have been deducted from a/c no [protected]. Please intimate on which account the same is deducted. I had already lodged an complaint with your bank on 22 sep 2017 for not closing my loan account and deduction of an amount of rs 590/- wrongly on account of dishonour of cheque. I had received no response for that also. Please expedite and solve my grievances.

              I went sbi atm muratganj for withdraw money on 10 sep 17 at 1229 hrs but after the coding no any action was shown on the screen then i was cancel the transaction and leave the atm but rs 20000/- have been debited from my account.
              You are requested to take necessary on this matter and refund money on my account.

                State bank of india chandrapura branch not accepting the coin of rupees 5 and 10.
                As per government decided customer and bank both accept the coin of rupees 5 and 10 otherwise legal action will take against him. Here bank take money to the customer of rupees 1000 per day and customer accept, but bank not accept coin.
                So enquire him against this problem.

                  sir, I have opened SBI Account but i didn't get my sbi check book till now the check book is necessary for me now i can't doing anything without my sbi check book, the check book is require for any sbi type of working, so i need soon and before four mounths ago i applied the check book but i didn't get so send my sbi check book as soon as possible

                      Sbi collection agent came to office today and shouted loudly on common floor for repayment of sbi cc which i failed to pay from few months. I am sr manager and eveyonw reports to me at this locatio and moreover senior person came from other office location. I requested him to not to do such things but he never listened to me. He also told me that wherever i go for this whether sbi manager or court or police he will be the same. If i approached anyone he will do more on next day. What i have to do now, to whom should i explian my pain... Grievance cell, ombudsman, ps, court... It’s been 24 hrs i am unable to forgive that incident. Completely disturbed unable to come back to normal condition.

                      Again they came to office today 27/09/2017, same kind of discussion went with them. I told them clearly that I lodged a complaint to customer care to change the agency person, awaiting for bank's response.
                      Same guy told me that it was resolved, no matter where you go, either RBI, High Court, Supreme Court, no one can stop him seems.
                      Call center people can't solve these things, he is the only person to deal from entire SBI.
                      I asked him whether they got any calls from official SBI Manager, they told he is the person told them to go and collect the amount.

                      Requested to share SBI Manager's contact information atleast desk number, they refused to that. They cant share any contact details until unless payment is made.

                      However, they started same conevrsation to pay the amount on 29/09/2017, it's my dead line, thats what they mentioned.

                      I agreed to pay on 03/10/2019, rules are not allowing them to wait till 3rd Oct.
                      Then I told them, will pay on as their wish but not amount that they are demanding, even they are not agreeing to that.

                      Finally I begged them to wait till deadline to pay the amount...

                      They gave me clear instructions that I need to give only cash to them not through any bank, payment methods or online, indications from their SBI manager seems.

                          I have account in this branch of SBI From 2009, I taken home loan in February 2015 which last installment cleared by bank to me in last quarter of 2016 . After 06 months of loan sanctioned my EMI of rs 11, 670/ started. In June 2016 i enquired about my EMI than bank official told me that u have to pay rs 16, 300/ every month so deduction started accordingly . In July bank deducted RS 33, 000/ as my previous dues of EMI. On August 1 St deducted RS 16, 300 / than again on 16th of same month deducted RS 16, 300/ I. I sent application in this regard and requested telephonically as I m serving away from my home town in armed forces at sukma, Chhattisgarh. But bank not returned my amount . On 25th September I given a cheque for rs 10000/ as I hathe balance of rs 15, 000/ in my account. Bank straight away dishonoured my cheque n penalised me RS 590 / . I sent my relative to bank to enquire it on 27 th than concerned official return me RS 16, 300/ which they deducted twice in previous month. It's very absurd..kindly look into the matter.tnx...

                            By bank's suggestion on 26september 2016 i had taken the family health insurance plan premium of rs 4600 regarding to which till date 26september 2017 not any certificate is issued by the bank insurance company.

                            And i also gone to the bank 3 or 4 times but there was no response from bank. Once they were saying sometime server is not working sometimes they say till now your policy didn't came so please come tommorrow etc. Only these kinds of response i was getting from the bank side

                            On 26september 2017 the auto debited from my saving account rs 4600 without any information or message to me.

                            So i want to cancel out the family health insurance policy which i had taken last year dated 26september 2016.
                            I want you to return the amount rs 4600.

                              I, ashok prasad khankriyal, had applied for opening of demand account under staff scheme. For this purpose i insisted to quote correct code in my demat opening application to ms bhavana, representative from sbicap securities limited working in sbi udyanchal branch, bhopal.

                              When i got confirmation call from care centre ([protected]), i was surpised to know that my name has been changed to ashok kumar khankriyal (Whereas in my pan and aadhar card it is ashok prasad khankriyal). Moreso, my account is being opened under dhamakha scheme instead of staff. Immediately i contacted pawan kumar ([protected]) but its in vain.

                              It is noteworthy to mention here that ms bhavana intentionally did the same to promote dhamakha scheme. My aim for opening demat account is for purchase of ipo, which seems to be impossible due to casual attitude of the staff.

                              Till date my demat account is not opened.

                                In 23/09/2017 i used my debit card for shopping from flipkart, but the transaction was failed. Later i checked my account it is showing some of rs.13499 was debited from my account. Transaction number-ks[protected]flipkart. I contacted with sbi customer care they told me to wait for 1 working day from transaction date it will refund automatically, but 3 days over till i did not get my refund. Than i call to sbi customer care, but they are not ready to take my complaints. They said the transaction number is wrong. And its not possible to go to my home branch, because am living outside my state at present time. My contact no.[protected]

But the customer care number of sbi demat [protected] is not working. Also the branch at which account was opened - kapp township (Branch code 7345) is also not helping in closing the account.                                     I deposited a cheque (No 034727) of assam gramin vikash bank of amount for collection in branch on 14/08/2017 and it is already 1 and half month, but, till today no collection is taken place. Now everything is in a digital way and till today no amount is deposited in my account, if in a manual way it would not have been collected ever. Importantly whenever i go to branch for enquiry no proper answer is received by me from anybody. One officer sends to another officer and so on. Why is there this type of harassment as i am also a valuable customer of the bank. From tomorrow the festival starts but i have not received my money. Till today, how can we survive. There are some other banks in which the officials are very much gentle and well behaved, so better i withdraw my account from sbi and open a account in some other bank.
                                    Kindly arrange me to get my money as soon as possible or advise me to withdraw the account.

                                      I belong to chandil (A village on the outskirts of jamshedpur)
