    Dear sir,
    Myself hansraj yogi. Owner of khushi steel & fabrication. Main sheopur road gousala sanganer jaipur. [protected]
    For mudra loan i visited sbi bank durgapura branch.
    I fulfilled all the documents required by the bank manager. After that its about 1 month gone without any action taken by the manager. I have visited many more times manager always told that he will visit today. But there is not any satisfied reply by the manager. I request him to tell me the any dought & any missing in the documents. Yesterday he told that i dont get a time to look in the matter of your file. Its about one month old matter. After all he tells that. What a rubbish reply by the manager for any of customer. Now i will take a legal action against the branch manager at prdhanmantri mudra yojna. If there is not a satisfied reply. I have started a new one business after running 7 years of iron work. Noe i have started steel work like almira, wardrobes, bed, table, chairs and all related steel and iron work.
    For that i have purchased all the needed machinery. Now i want working capital for run the business. But i am very sad with the bank response.
    Please look in the matter as soon as possible.

      I have received my credit card 6 months back but still did not receive my amazon voucher, make a call, email and complaint to sbi credit card department but no action would be taken. I have paid all the bills on time but still, as per my credit card offer associated with, have not received any gift voucher.

      And whenever i am trying to get connected, it will take too long like a week, there are 3 complains registered against my name, they give a number and deadline but it is not going to be resolved.
      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      4 transactions on my SBI card on 24th Aug, 2017 done in AUD ( Australian dollars) Of total amount Rs.25401.58. The complaint given to sbi card, till now the case not yet resolved. The said transactions not done by me and reflecting in my bill cycle.
      please do needful in this matter.

      I already complain to customer care and complain no is [protected] but received msg from Customer care resubmit complain for transaction right in internet banking.so I request please activate transaction right in internet banking as well as full transaction only in net banking in place of limited transaction only

        I am just asking you, why my account is still remain is showing active, because i did't done any transaction on past 4 years.

        Every year SBI early charging from my account without any transation.

          I did a cash withdrawal from my sbi atm, at the end of which the transaction was declined. I transaction was cancelled and home screen appeared again. So i left the atm but after few min i got a message on my phone saying that the transaction was successful and 500 has been withdrawn from my account.

              I lived in lucknow, i have a credit card from sbi. Dated on 21/09/2017 time was 10:37, i received two sms, that i make two payment against some purchase. I received a call from sbi, they asking for transaction, i ignore it, because i was slept. How any person can use my credit card without receiving otp. Near about 1 lakh rupees was expense from my card. How i can get it back. I am socked. Please help me.

                Sir i have withdrawal 4000 rupees cash from the atm machine but the machine has withdraw only 1000 rupees and it shows the atm receipt for 4000 rupees though i have received rupees only 1000 rupees from sbi bank atm. And then i have withdrawal 2000 from same machine but it was withdraw only 500 and debited 2000 rupees.
                Though my account was in union bank of india for my necessary i had withdraw the money from sbi bank atm but i have cheated by that atm.
                Sir please help me.

                  सेवा में निवेदन है कि मै sbi वारसा ब्रांच का ग्राहक हूं। कुकरेजा ट्रेडर्स के नाम पर cc a/c no [protected] है।स्थानीय अन्य बैंक से कलेक्शन हेतु हमारे खाते में चेक जमा करने के उपरांत किसी कारण वश चेक अगर बाऊंस हो जाता है तो हमें वाउचर पर लिखे फोन नम्बर पर सूचित करने के बजाय बैंक से रजिस्टर पोस्ट कर दिया जाता है और खर्चा डेबिट कर दिया जाता है। इस आर्थिक हानि को टालने के लिए कृपया फोन पर सूचित किया जा सकता है।

                    Maine 21/07/2016 ko account khulaya tha. But accidental insurance scheme nhi li thi. Phir bhi bank be 500 rs kat liye 22/07/2016 ko. Jb main bolne gai to kha gya ki july se phale application de dena next time nhi katega. Tb maine may me application di to bole theek h an nhi katega. Lekin 4/09/2017 ko phir she mere 500rs kat liye. So plz refund my 500rs.

                      My name is dinesh kumar and i have account in sbi mathura cantt (Branch code-05716). I received sms from state bank of india on 05 sep 2017 that hold credited in my account for 199 rs. And 209 rs. Without any reason and today i received a same sms that hold credited in my account for 100000 rs.
                      I worried so i called sbi toll free number [protected] but they said you have to talk in your branch for this.
                      Customer care not telling me that what is the reason for hold in my account. I don't have any due from bank and not any loans, so why are they doing this.
                      Worst service by sbi service branch (Sbin0005716) mathura cantt.
                      Please help me

                        I have used state bank buddy, in my wallet appox rs 3000 or rs 3300 was their run on phone no.. Now, i received a message to upgrade sbi buddy app, then i made call to toll free no. To verify that up gradation of app. I used google play store to upgrade in month of september (Before 11 sept 2017). After up gradation of app, first two days app was not responding, again i contact to toll free no, the replied due to technical issue it was not working you can try after some time.
                        Again i tried to login, this time account was login but my balance amount was not shown.

                        Kindly help to retain my wallet money back.

                              My wife mrs. Arpita shah still at your halol branch for deposit a money for new op. Account after yesterday, the completer verification at 3.40 pm and your table no.7 sfatt say now you came next day for deposit the money i say ok but my wife came any deposit the money say ok.

                              Today my wife came at 11.10 am and me him but his behavior are not good with my wife and say you came after 13.00 hrs again my wife came at 14.10 hrs still your officer we not give sleep for deposit amount already form with him

                              So sir, let me know why your staff behaviors with the new comm er customer how with old?

                                I am esteemed customer of yr bank with s. B. A/c [protected] at madhura colony, hubli. I have dropped a vijaya bank, keshwapur, hubli cheque no.031517 for rs. 10, 000/- on 13.09.2017 at your main branch, keshwapur, hubli and they called on 16.09.2017 in the afternoon informing me to collect the cheque back and drop at yr account holding branch, since we are not able to clear the cheque and credit the proceeds to yr account. Today i went to yr keshwapur branch and found that the said cheque was still pending without clearing i. E. Even after 8-10 days. When i enquired with concerned officer has informed that henceforth not to drop my cheques at their branch i have to drop my cheques only at madhura colony since we are having lot of cheques to clear. I want to know is there any rules of the bank that the customer has to transact only through the branch where they have the account. I am very much unhappy and dissatisfied with the worst services rendered by your staff which shows the poor efficiency of the staff. Your bank should have sent the cheque through them to madhura colony for clearance which is part of yr service to the customer.

                                I want to know the rules for transacting with yr esteemed bank for deposit of instruments and clearance. Advise officials to render goods services to you customers to keep the name of bank high.

                                  आज दिनांक 21 सप्टेंबर 2017 रोजी sbi शाखेमध्ये गेलो असता शाखा दहा रुपयाचे नाणे माझ्या खात्यामध्ये जमा करण्यासाठी दिले असता कॅशियर साहेबांनी घेण्यास नकार दिला यावर मी शाखा व्यवस्थापक संपर्क केला असता त्यांनीही या 10 रुपयाचे नाने घेण्यास नकार दिला. मी त्यांना हे नाणे चलनातून बाद केले आहे का असे विचारले असताना त्यांनी उडवाउडवीची व चालढकल उत्तरे दिली व आमचे चलन जमा करून घेतले नाही तरी मे.साहेबांनी शाखा व्यवस्थापक साहेबांनी भारतीय चलनाचा अवमान केला तरी मे.साहेबांनी योग्यतो न्याय मिळवून द्यावा.

                                    It is disgusting to know that we have to buy challan form from market. Earlier it was available in bank it'self. I oppose this and want to know the reason. Is it so that bank is facing big crises if so, cut short the salary of the employees, they are not worth for so large amount.
                                    It is a form of pay in slip for govt accounts.

                                        Staff working on cash counter of sbi branch - betul, ganj district betul playing with his mobile phones, gossiping with 2 lady staff and one gents staff who was presented behind his cash counter. There is a queue in front of his counter and he was working too slow. Staff is posted from last 3 years. To get evidence about his poor working cctv footage of branch and cash counter can be checked. This incident happened on 21 september 2017 timing between 12 noon to 12:30 pm.
