Hi team, my card number[protected], when i took this card the executive wrongly committed that there is no charges for anything that's the reason i took that card but later there was some charges added in the statement. That's is the reason i have not used that card and i have given a written complaint to that same executive but still it's is in active and it's impacting my civil score also. I cant not make this payment. Kindly do the needful it's not my fault.

    My money was debited 32, 894 rs. From my account but i did not got my money from atm and i also did not get any slip from machine. Atm was sound like that was counting money but money counter did not open. I was waited there for 10 min. Than i try anther time in other atm there where i received 16, 710.17 rs. Then i checked my account from online banking my other left money is also disappear from my account and it is show me lien amount of 19, 999.58 rs. On my account. I am student here please help me because i'm in foreign right now. And my airtel number is not working condition here. If you want to contact with me, +[protected] it is my number. Thank you

      Respected sir,

      I am the customer of state bank of india raigarh chhattisgarh main branch. I have applied for a neft throu my banker to union bank of india raigarh chhattisgarh. The detail of real beneficiary is mr. Ram krishna gupta having a/ccount no. [protected] of tikri, madhya pradesh having ifsc code : ubin0569836. But the amount is not tranfered to this account till date. After enquiring with my banker it is found that the amount is wrongly credited rs. 6497.13 in account number : [protected] in the name of videshwar prasad gupta, the account is in gurhwa, jharkhand having its ifsc code : ubin0563838. My banker (Sbi raigarh) sent a letter to union bank of india raigarh to hold the money in this account. But inspite of my several request and reminders personaly with my bank no solution of my problem is given to me till date
      Along with this request i am sending scaned copy of the letter and rtgs form of sbi raigarh to union bank of india raigarh. Sir i am requesting you to resolve my problem at the earliest and issue an order to sbi raigarh regarding return my money with intrest in my account. I shell be ever thankfull to you.

        When we have visited sbi balakti branch, (Branch ifsc code sbin0012031) on 13/09/17 for a loan the branch manager behaved roughly and angrily on my father and on me. He said i can not give any loan to you. When he shouted at us. He said i have no time to discuss. His behavior is not good as per the general views of the customer of that area. Every one has bad experience with him. He can not handle customer properly. Every thing he says general people cant under stand. If any body asks twice anything he used to say i am busy i cant explain. He needs to be properly guided and warned by higher authority about his behavior. He has attitude that he is sanctiong loan as if he were the proprietor of the sbi. He don't use that sbi policy or sbi guide lines. He say my policy and i will not give loan or i will sanction. Poor and less educated people are harass about his behavior. He must be transferred from that office as demand by public.

          I wish to inform you that i had taken a housing loan from your bank no[protected] for rs 28 lacs form ekta nagar bareilly branch and for installments i have submitted the post date cheques of 25 for each months but i am sorry to say that all time the cheques were dedit after 25 and some times 10 days after.
          Here i want to know the reasion for delay and who will be responsible for interest for delay.

                Dear sir,
                I get car loan from sbbj but now it's sbi due to some reason my payment due of car loan of rupees 113000. But i have deposit of 60000 in a ten days and now i also deposit my due amount early as possible but bank regular send me notice to take repo my car and extra like this, its mean bank also not want that their customer make his account regular, and it's clear intension of bank officer and bank to make its deliguency to high. If bank officer do like this then if someone have wish to pay he also not deposit his outstanding.
                Please take early action on it other wise may be bank defaulter ratio and deliguency go higher then sales ratio. And bank get nothing to sale their vehicle.

                  Please help in getting this resolve as i am having account in state bank of india which was formerly known as state bank of mysore from the last 30 years.in this period i had presented almost more than 500 cheques.
                  But now after this merger of state bank of mysore and state bank of india.
                  My 5 cheques got dishonoured and i had been charged rs 590 for each check whereas i was having sufficient amount in my saving bank account.
                  I visited to sbi branch but they are not giving any satisfactory answer or reason of cheques getting dishonoured, they are saying to contact service branch for reason but service branch is not giving any information after several attempts.
                  I had sent complaint by sms also by writing unhappy but no response came.
                  I am a govt employee with salary account on same branch.
                  Due to dishonouring of cheques i got financial loss of rs 2950 and also given penalty to the party where i had given the cheques. Apart from financial loss i am going through social and mental embarassment also as where i submitted the cheque they are thinking that i am not having balance in my account.

                  Please help in getting this resolve asap or please suggest where to complaint further for reiumbursement of this amount with compensation.

                      I have account with sbi (Earlier sbbj, hiran magri sector 4 branch, udaipur, rajasthan)

                      Complaint 1 : with reference to the captioned subject, i want to inform you that 25/- rs charges has been charged twice for cash deposit. (A6/08/2017 and 09/08/2017)

                      Complaint 2 : i have never receive any sms of cash deposit nor withdrawal from your side as i am paying for your sms service.

                      I have lodge complaints on their portal and sent mail on their mail id's but still did not receive any response from their side

                        I rattan lal have saving plus account with account no [protected] in your sbi ghonda branch.
                        On 14.07.2017, rs. 115 deducted from my account for monthly average-bal non - maintenance charge though i have enough amount in my account and due to your software problem balance not transferred from mod balance to main balance.

                        I met your sbi manager today but doesn't entertain, what a shameful act being india biggest bank.

                          On 06.09.2017 at about 2.30 pm, i wanted to withdraw rs 40000/- at the atm machine outside chetak branch, udaipur. But i received rs.38500/-only (19 note of 2000/- and one note of 500/-) i. E. 1500/- less. I immediately went inside the sbi bank and given the application to the concern. On the next day i also met the branch manager, but he totally denied saying that we have checked the statement and rs. 40000/- (20 note of 2000/-) have been dispensed by the atm. Sir, i counted these notes in the atm chamber and when found 1500/- less, i asked my follower, wether he got some extra money. I thought that my 1500/- may be got stucked in the atm. But the person denied.
                          In spite of my best efforts till date, i could not get my rs.1500/-.

                            My name is tara chand having savings bank a/c no. [protected] with new anaj mandi branch, rewari (Haryana) from last more than 10 years, when it used to be state bank of patiala. I closed the aforesaid account on 06/09/2017 as i am not able to operate the account anymore. At that point of time, there was a balance of rs. 8700.00 in that account but the bank deducted an amount of rs. 590.00 during closure of account. On enquiry, branch manager rudely replied that system has charged such amount and i can not do something. I have also lodged a written complaint in this regarding to the branch manager on 07/09/2017 but there is no response from the branch.

                              Please note that last october-2016 i have submitted a written application to my home branch sbi - dabra (4222) addressing for adding my mobile no ([protected]) to my account no.[protected]. But when i check my wallet app its showing that your mobile no is not registered with your account. Even after submitting application my mobile no is not added and i am unable to get my sms regarding transactions.

                                I transcat money from dena bank atm on 12.05-2017 t. No[protected] and[protected] that are declined but money deducted from my account.
                                I complained in sbi customer care and refund of only one transaction is credited on my a/c on[protected]

                                I further comlained in banks and customer complaint no. But no money is credited in my account.

                                Please put some concern on this issue.

                                  I have made neft transaction on 11th sept 9am from indian bank rajkot to sbi rajkot for rs 11000. Ref no idibh[protected]. Generally it is done within 3 to 4 hours. I tried to look through interbanking but money did not credited. So i tried to locate phone no but on passbook old number is given. Bank is asking us to give kyc every years then why they are not updating details of theirs own? Complained online money was recd on 13th morning. Why delay? No explanations by bank reasons known to them only. My account no is [protected]. Rbi must punish bank officials.

                                  Today morning i have got a unknown number (+91 [protected]) call. He was told that My SBI Debit card is lock and he is calling from SBI Debit Card division for reopen this card, after that He is Asking me about my atm card information like card number, Validity Date, and Bank name, cvv number.
                                  Amount debited at several times from my account, amount ranging between Rs 500-1000/- (consolidated amount of about Rs 5000/-) with name "SBIPG ************MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR Mumbai". Kindly take strict action against this and refund my amount as soon as possible!!
                                  Huge cancellation charges on DD cancellation.for a DD of 400 SBI charge me 236 rupees as cancellation charge, I didn't understand why it so.and more over I saw in internet that there should not any cancellation charge of DD below 500 rupee.i would like clearification and I would like to know the actual set of rule of cancellation charges on DD.

                                      I was trying load money from sbi debit card to e-valet. The transaction got failed in system and money got deducted immediately. I called the customer care several time and haven't got any proper response so far.

                                      Also, the service was really poor and they made me to a situation where i did a big mistake by using sbi account.
