    This complaint is in reference of letter (Ref: ops/claims/umat/int/51881/[protected] received form sbi; regarding maturity of my policy number [protected] uin number 111n0555v01

    At the time of purchasing policy i was promised with day dream number, but after seeing the letter i am very disappointed. It states that maturity amount would be rs. 108514/- (Before tax), however i've already paid 105k (Approx). Even a simple 4% interest would give more than the maturity amount.

    I tried to connect with sbi so many times so that i can have real time status time to time, but they always used to reply with vague
    Answer.

    I am unable to understand that if this shubh nivesh is totaly an market base policy then why a person cannot see real time value (Time to time). Or if it is a traditional policy then how sum assured can be lower than (Premium) paid amount.

    I don't know how much they spend on their employee to train so that they may cheat the people

    Waiting for sbi kind and clear reply.

    P. S. Ever i raised any concern, i got ambiguous reply.

      Sir, i transacted through sbi anywhere app by bharat qr code. Amount was debited many times. But the transactions with merchants getting failed. I called thrice to your customer care but there is no response from them. I given ref. No. Of transactions thrice. No use. They are saying call us after 2 to 3 days. Also i called but no use. They saying we forwarded to concerned department. Yet there is no answer. A fortnight completed. My money not refunded. Installing app many times. No result. This shows negligence towards customers.

        My payzapp account mobile no: [protected]. On 01/09/2017 i tried to add an amount of 5000 to my payzapp wallet with credit card. Amount is debited from my credit card. Transcation failled but not credited in my payzapp wallet. Please check my transactions once. Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

          I am shankar jee, and almost 2.5 years back i applied for a credit card with my documents which was declined citing poor cibil score. But, i am getting messages almost on every 3 months that sbi is checking my cibil for the credit card and they will inform me once this is made. I fail to understand that giving my papers almost 2.5 years back has put me in a unique position. You can not check my cibil without my express/implied permission as i dont need sbi card now. And using my papers which were given 2.5 years back for this is criminal breach of trust. I get message every time from am-sbicrd that send this msg to [protected] within next 3 hours, i never reply or send this msg on the number given and after few days i always get this msg that your card is declined. I have all the msg saved in my inbox and can be produced anytime you wish. Please get this ordeal stopped. And my papers should be destroyed as the same can be used for malafide purposes

            100/- is deducted from my account but i didn't used my card or any service in
            Last few days. I do not know why you deducted money from my account but
            Please tell me why 100 rupees are deducted from my account. I already spoke with your customer executive and she was telling that you have to entered your card number and atm pin than another executive will respond you and will try to resolve your issue. But i cut the call at that time and i thought its better to complaint my issue online. So, i hope you will respond me as soon as possible.

              I submit my application for new passbook.
              Your employer said i will give you new passbook yesterday.
              I visit sbi 6 to 7 times everytime he says i will give you passbook yesterday.
              Then i go to another employer he said you are not submit your application form but i submit my application form. Everytime he says you not submit your form.
              Now i realize sbi is worst bank...
              I request you to take action on this employer..
              And one thing is that he talk to customer very rudely

                delay in disbursement of my home loan

                I had applied for my home loan transfer of my home loan account in hdfc for rs. 29 lakhs. I had applied in jan 2017 and after completion all formalities my loan transfer was sanctioned in march 2017 @8.6%. I paid abot rs. 4800/- for the same

                However, government revised the home loan interests in march and i asked whether my loan interests can be revised. I was informed by sbi executive that it is possible but they need my latest...

                I go to sohna branch sbi to deposit the party cheque in my account shri laldas communication and the manager said that you go outside and the employee can create the que bt tha employee said there is no connectivity in tha bank but the manager said that there is good connectivity there. I enter the bank at 3:15pm and they said the bank is closed. The party account no whose cheque is to be deposited is [protected] shri ji cell point sohna.

                  The credit card which was issued to me in the year 2014 has already been cancelled and i never used it and crashed out as per instruction. But on 1/9/17 rs. 590 has been deducted from my account. It is quite injustice. Please look into the matter and remit rs. 590/- at the earliest.

                  It is further intimated that i have never requested to auto debit as i do not have any sbi card.

                    Sir i 0n 4.5.17, 5.5.17 deposited 10000 cash in patny secundrabad br, cdm cash 10000 and beneficiary account no [protected]. But cdm machine did not gave receipt only demanded mobile no and account no both i entered and transaction success after i made a complaint to the patny br. They are unable to locate as i dont hace m/c no. And receipt also not gave by m/c. Pl povidethe refund

                      The branch manager of sbi i have bought two products from amazon
                      1) red cube mi4i back cover (Reference no[protected]
                      2) nike flip flop (Reference no[protected]
                      Above these two product i have returned it to amazon due to its quality and size and they approved these cancellation request and initiated my money into my sbi account. But that money i haven't received till now.
                      So i request you to check this transaction with above reference no. Which i got from amazon customer care service. Please go through it and refund my money into my sbi account as early as possible.

                        I am working in bangalore and my sbi branch is in gujrat (Ifsc :sbin0060033) so i am not able to come personally to branch for any changes in bank account (Like adharlink, pancardlink, change in address, atm card renewal, etc..).
                        Some of the application i can do by using online sbi, but other are still offline.

                        So i requested my home branch to do it by my registered email id. I have sent online application via mail so many time with all documents required, but still i did not get a single response of the mail.

                        In this case i am out of gujarat and i am in trouble with this thing. Recently my atm card has been expired.

                        SBI credit card sent SMS on 26th June 2017 with a link - saying transact through SBI and get 15% discount on garments. I clicked and found not relevant. When I came back from that site 9.99 dollar being charged without any transaction and OTP SMS...
                        Since then I am being charged 9.99 dollar Evey monthly 26th...

                            I have sbi credit card xxxxxxxxxxxx3696. I am at mysore to day ie 31/08/2017 but a transaction of aud 70 +70 and 180 +180 were reported by sms to my registered mobile at 16:15 hours. The transactions were unauthorised by me as for authorisation otp is required and i have not provided any otp and not got any otp info. All transactions sms generated at 16:15 hence i suspect it is the crime by the insiders of sbi credit card and the cards division is requested to cancel the transactions under settlement immediately

                              Well it's a 'chicken & egg' problem when it comes to requesting a new cheque book on sbi online internet banking. As you are aware, the session expires after a few minutes of inactivity.

                              When requesting for a new cheque book online, it sends the otp to your registered mobile number as a verification step. The issue is it takes several minutes to receive that otp during which the session expires!!

                              Hopeless service. I am likely to close all my business with sbi in near future. Already i have had bad experience with them.

                                On 31/08/2017, manager provide me kyc and health insurance form along with registration form. I filled almost every form except insurance form. As i asked, it is compulsory to fill health insurance form then he replied back with unwanted answer like health is important for everyone like that. Manager also said as per your choice whether fill accidental form of rs.1000 or health insurance form of rs.1300 which will deduct per year. I did n't understand what i do right now. So i filled insurance form. At that time, i had only rs.4000. Then he provided me deposited slip so that i could submit those rs.4000. Manager said that come tomorrow at nearby this time and submit the left money which is rs.1000. One thing important in this that before filling forms he said me earlier bring pan card, aadhar card and also rs.5000 minimum and mandatory requirement for opening an account but he didn't tell me about insurance form of rs.1300. Here i dont want to fill any such form like health insurance form, accidental form. So tell me that is it compulsory to fill health insurance form or accidental form.

                                  My sbi account [protected] is being maintained at sector 22 gandhinagar gujrat branch. To release my pension online by the pao crpf, bsr code is required. Accordingly i had visited the branch on 28/8/2017 and as per entry made by them with regard to bsr code0011352 the same have been communicated to pao. But regret to inform that they failed to intimate correct bsr code. Again i requested them to intimate correct bsr code, now they have provided another bsr code i. E. 0004329. The staff posted in this branch are not capable including manager. They may be transferred to rural areas as time and again they are look each other as and when any queries have been raised to them. Account opening form in english is also not available with them.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Hope you are having great day,
                                    I am having a current acount in sbi branch (03650). As i lost my internet banking password and branch is too far from my current location so i have decided to transfer my account, as per my nearest sbi branch i got steps how i can do it.

                                    I followed those steps and sent request to branch to transfer it and customer support told me to wait for 7 days.

                                    Letter sent on 27th july
                                    Delivered on 2nd aug

                                    On 3rd aug i got call that we have got your request for transfer and by the end of day or tomorrow it will transferred (Pretty quick)

                                    On 5th aug i visited destination branch to know the status and result is mind blowing, its not transferred yet. I called the manager for that but he didn't picked up the call.

                                    On 8th he picked up the call and said due to some problem it is not transferred but it will be transferred today.

                                    On 9th i revisted branch and there is no update of transfer : (

                                    I registered a complaint regarding the same and they said wait for 10 days. After 5 days i got a message that your complaint has been resolved..

                                    Resolution "sb account could not be trasferred due to unavoidable reasons. Please contact branch for details at telephone number.[protected]"

                                    Unavoidable reason?? Whats that// i called on the number and he said it is transferred already. On 18th aug i visited for same and he said your account has been transferred and in process. I said can i get my statement and he said we don't have authorization for your cif because its transferred : (

                                    I have registered another complaint regarding the same but that too closed : (

                                    Today i have called again and manager said it is transferred and in process : (Almost more than 20 days : (And customer support is saying not transferred : (

                                    It's really annoying and frustrating i just need my 2016-17 statement : (

                                      I have been charged aud 70/- two times and aud 180/- two times last thursday (23rd august) and my sbi card has been blocked. I called customer care for the support and they said it will take minimum of 120 days to investigate the fraud transactions after the submission of transaction dispute form.in the meanwhile if the bill generated means i have to pay the money and if they found the transactions are fraud they will refund. I did not see this as a fair customer service.

                                      Why 120 days??? Why not within a month.

                                      Why their servers are vulnerable to hackers???

                                      I demand investigation and rectification of the fraud transactions immediately.

                                      Kindly address this issue.
