Open account summary then shows no accounts available and when i click on profilemanage a/c display profile password submit shows no accounts available unhide account then there is same shows no accounts available. So, i requested to you pls solve this problem. I shall be very thankfull to you.

    I (Surj mohan bhatnagar) have registered my mobile number [protected] with sbi civil lines, branch moradabad.in past i got regular sms, but since a long time i am not getting any massage. When i tried to reach manager of sbi on land line no. He repeatedily said, yaar bad mein baat karna. As iam a private school teacher and shifted to ghaziabad, they are not listening on phone and said you have to be there physically.
    Kindly do the needful to update my mobile [protected] with my account number [protected].
    I need it for income tax department urgently.

        I got a call from some unknown person stating that she is calling from sbi bank and told my credit card is going to change due to security reasons. Then told i will get activation code which is required to generate new card. I trusted n told the otp. After that call disconnected. I found 10000 rs deducted and used by fraud to add to payzapp wallet. I called sbi custoner care and got the card blocked. But they are not able to stop the transaction. Even payzapp customer care number is not working. How did fraud guys getting my details. Fraud call came from number [protected]. Please take action and get money back to my card.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My sbi credit card hacked today i. E. On 30th august 2017 (08.21am). Transaction happened without otp. Transactions were made of 43, 226.27 rs/-. (Indian rupees)

            I have realized the transaction in the afternoon when i received a phone message. Within two seconds i got two messages that my card is blocked due to suspected activity. Then i called customer care and asked how the transactions happen without any otp and i got a reply that they will go through the issue and try to resolve in a month.

            This was noticed by sbi team during transaction time (I got a mail from sbi team at the same time i. E. 08.21am) then why the team has not stopped the transaction and blocked the card?

            I could see below transactions in the sbi card portal.
            1. Mcm products usa inc new york us txn o[censored]s675.03 (43, 226.27rs/-)

            How could sbi permit credit card payment without otp? This is purely recklessness of sbi team because i have noticed from cyber crime complaint register that there are my victims in this month only.

            It seems these hackers only targeted for sbi credit card holders.

            Note: who will pay the monthly bill when it statement is generated?

              Sbi, bina-etawa (Mp) have failed to activate my internet banking. It was tried 10 months ago also. They keep delaying it and now they claim to have lost their password and entering the new pin is not possible for them. So, internet banking cannot be started. Extremely dissapointing.
              Employees are not regular at work. So, they can't process the request. No particular date given when they can try to do it.

                There is sms service activated in my savings account [protected]. I have requested the bank verbally as well as in written on plain paper for deactivation of same since i have very few transactions in the account and i do not want such service.

                The bank answered that the service cannot be deactivated. If you want to stop the service, close the account then. They do not provide any form for deactivating it. I do not have net banking for the account.

                Solution: since sms service is value added service and not any banking service, customer has an option to choose for such services.
                Request you to kindly stop the sms service immediately since i have been already charged many times for the service.

Even when we are complaining to the manager[ajitbhai], he is advising that if you are feeling these kind of small problems close the account. They are talking to us like they are having monopoly in bank division.

                          I geeta bhatnagar, holder of a/c no - [protected] having maestro card (No[protected]). At the time of depositing money in sbi cash deposite machine located at ashiyana colony, opposite khazana market, rs.6000 accepted by machiine but remaining rs.6000 has been declined, so i click on "add more cash" option and place the money of rs.6000 in machine but thereafter machine showing "hardware error" and my total money of rs.12000 locked in cash deposite machine in denomination 500*20 and 2000*1.
                          Please return my money of rs.12000 into my account.

                            I made a mobile banking transaction through your app sbi anywhere by scanning qr code the300 rs amount get debited from my account but my tv not get recharged imade transaction on 16 august. And my transaction id is:722816a00024. Even i complained through mail but i get no response from sbi customer care. When i called customer care they were not giving correct answer and trying to make me fool. They said your money will get refunded but till now my money is still not get refunded help sbi.

                            SBI acount no [protected] ifsc code 005598.On dt 27feb 2017 a fraud transaction was made through ATM of sum₹ 40000 .After complaining 33000 ₹.was Freezed .Now bank manager is asking to bring the culprit by myself and then to return the money.Please sir take some necessary action to return money.

                              Early in afternoon today i got a call and message saying i need to activate my debit card which i hadn't activated. I thought it might be fraud so i didnt share my details. Later i got message from sbi stating i should give the debit card details and i did give. I now saw i have zero balance. I am college student and now seeing my bank balance empty makes me feel miserable. What should i do??

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have made my GST Liabilities Payment Rs. 20826/- through sbi epayment on 24/08/2017 10:29:37, Rs 20826/- debited from my account but on GST portal did not get any credit and status showing AWAITING BANK CONFIRMATION, it is my CPIN [protected] .
                              I have a savings bank account in SBI Bagalur branch. Since this is rural area, a minimum balance of 1000 is sufficient to maintain. But for last two months, I'm maintaining balance more than 5000 and still the bank deducted 115 and 118 for last two months for monthly average balance maintenance. Please do the needful.

                                Vadodara southern township sbi brank no one help customer. I was visited for internet banking they just give me kit for netbanking not giving proper instruction that how you can do loging. I do login after 24 hour i wan not able to do loging then monday visit again branch they said try after 24 hour then still not able to do loging as said invalid kit number. This is the 3rd time i was visited my branch and still they didnt tell me whats going wrong and just said try after 24 hour. Its been 2 weeks i still not able to do loging in my internet banking for further transaction. They all have just government job they dont care about customer.

                                  I am a nri customer of sbi gho gha branch gujarat.
                                  My atm card got damaged, i have applied for replacement card before one month the bank has deducted the charge on same day. Still now i did not receive my replacement card.
                                  I have visited branch several times, i got answer you have to wait. When i met with branch manager by today... I got surprised answer. He said you have to visit branch every day until you get your card.

                                  I have only one week to go back abroad. I request you to make prompt action to solve my problem and get my card before going abroad.

                                    Today money has been credited to my account which is [protected] of sbi bank and after that the amount has been debited by sbi bank without any reason. Being a reputed world wide bank it is not a good way to treat the sbi customers. So i need a immediate refund and a immediate response from respected team or bank.

                                    I would like the reputed bank members to contact me [protected] and resolve it. If not this may leads to a major situation from our side to u.

                                        I had booked a ticket through easemytrip.com but the flight was cancelled so i was to receive full refund of 2881. Easemytrip initiated refund in two parts and i have received only one part of the refund. Refund of 1500 has not been received and easemytrip claims that it is pending due to bank.
