I have made payment of gst through sbi e-payment portal. The gst amount is debited from my bank account on 23/08/17 but the same has not been credited in my gst account as it's showing awaiting bank confirmation. Last date for filing gst return for the month of july'17 is 25/08/17. So i request you to kindly resolve my issue so that i can file my gst return on time....

After merger of sbm to sbi my self and my wife pass word is not working. For your information i have given my kyc details also. When i approached sbm bemll nagar branch, beml - nagar, kolar gold fields manger for help the bank never treat the customer as a customer they treat us a uneducated person (I am by profession engineer). Please help us.

Why one should keep his money in bank? I have a saving a/c in sbi, branch - national law university jodhpur. I cannot withdraw money from it by either - cheque at branch or atm at the crucial time i need it urgently. My amount is deposited in bank a/c in form of mod (Fd). I want to close it prematurely but i am unable to do it despite trying so many times both online and by visiting the branch for manually closing it. I have tried going twice...

We have made gst payment on 20.082017 for gst tax payment under e pay order ckd3401340 with cpin [protected] however gst site is showing awaiting bank confirmation. Amount is debited from account.

Bank is saying gst problem gst is saying bank problem complete mishap

Please support as tomorrow is last day for gst return.

Please suggest further coarse of action...

Sir sbi extended over draft on fixed deposits to online net banking users in the e fixed deposits. But fixed deposits made prior to 1.4.12 are not mapped to on line users eventough other services like submitting form 15g available but they are not getting over draft on fd and system days their fixed deposits are not mapped into are not eligible for over draft. I had placed an order of rs. 3117 in flipkart on 8th august 2017, through sbi net banking. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. Sbi said it will take 10 days to resolve the complaint and after 10 days i got an sms that merchant has received the amount. However after confirming with flipkart, they have not received the money.

Contacting sbi on daily basis where the helpline no. Is telling me to send an sms unhappy...

I'm from surat gujarat, there is in our area varachha sbi bank branch there is many problems with there staff, that are not giving proper answer to costomer. And daily there is a problem one or two persons about simple questions. So my request is that please tell to staff to giving a good services.

Sir i transfer 2615 rupees in pnb account and status shown in screen that transaction failed i again transferred in another bank account, and status shown that transaction failed, sir but 2 times my money has debited, and no charge deducted for transaction, and as i confirmed the third party has not received money. Today i go to sbi kumarhatti branch code 13705 for opening bank account. Staff was very rude. I gave them my adhaar card. They asked me to give color print out. I said it is the original one and you don't need color print out. I talk to manager regarding same and he was also very rude. I showed them notification of govt of india but he didn't listen. I had to return from branch without opening my account....

The letter come from raipur ppf office. Bank staff says that money is transfer on evening and on 9 aug transfer sowing on mini statment, but on 18 aug shows debit hole amount, but me or my mother not transaction any amount ant it is 93858 rs it will not transacted in one time u check....
