I have sbi credit card xxxxxxxxxxxx3696. I am at mysore to day ie 31/08/2017 but a transaction of aud 70 +70 and 180 +180 were reported by sms to my registered mobile at 16:15 hours. The transactions were unauthorised by me as for authorisation otp is required and i have not provided any otp and not got any otp info. All transactions sms generated at 16:15 hence i suspect it is the crime by the insiders of sbi credit card and the cards division is requested to cancel the transactions under settlement immediately

    Well it's a 'chicken & egg' problem when it comes to requesting a new cheque book on sbi online internet banking. As you are aware, the session expires after a few minutes of inactivity.

    When requesting for a new cheque book online, it sends the otp to your registered mobile number as a verification step. The issue is it takes several minutes to receive that otp during which the session expires!!

    Hopeless service. I am likely to close all my business with sbi in near future. Already i have had bad experience with them.

      On 31/08/2017, manager provide me kyc and health insurance form along with registration form. I filled almost every form except insurance form. As i asked, it is compulsory to fill health insurance form then he replied back with unwanted answer like health is important for everyone like that. Manager also said as per your choice whether fill accidental form of rs.1000 or health insurance form of rs.1300 which will deduct per year. I did n't understand what i do right now. So i filled insurance form. At that time, i had only rs.4000. Then he provided me deposited slip so that i could submit those rs.4000. Manager said that come tomorrow at nearby this time and submit the left money which is rs.1000. One thing important in this that before filling forms he said me earlier bring pan card, aadhar card and also rs.5000 minimum and mandatory requirement for opening an account but he didn't tell me about insurance form of rs.1300. Here i dont want to fill any such form like health insurance form, accidental form. So tell me that is it compulsory to fill health insurance form or accidental form.

        My sbi account [protected] is being maintained at sector 22 gandhinagar gujrat branch. To release my pension online by the pao crpf, bsr code is required. Accordingly i had visited the branch on 28/8/2017 and as per entry made by them with regard to bsr code0011352 the same have been communicated to pao. But regret to inform that they failed to intimate correct bsr code. Again i requested them to intimate correct bsr code, now they have provided another bsr code i. E. 0004329. The staff posted in this branch are not capable including manager. They may be transferred to rural areas as time and again they are look each other as and when any queries have been raised to them. Account opening form in english is also not available with them.

          Dear sir,

          Hope you are having great day,
          I am having a current acount in sbi branch (03650). As i lost my internet banking password and branch is too far from my current location so i have decided to transfer my account, as per my nearest sbi branch i got steps how i can do it.

          I followed those steps and sent request to branch to transfer it and customer support told me to wait for 7 days.

          Letter sent on 27th july
          Delivered on 2nd aug

          On 3rd aug i got call that we have got your request for transfer and by the end of day or tomorrow it will transferred (Pretty quick)

          On 5th aug i visited destination branch to know the status and result is mind blowing, its not transferred yet. I called the manager for that but he didn't picked up the call.

          On 8th he picked up the call and said due to some problem it is not transferred but it will be transferred today.

          On 9th i revisted branch and there is no update of transfer : (

          I registered a complaint regarding the same and they said wait for 10 days. After 5 days i got a message that your complaint has been resolved..

          Resolution "sb account could not be trasferred due to unavoidable reasons. Please contact branch for details at telephone number.[protected]"

          Unavoidable reason?? Whats that// i called on the number and he said it is transferred already. On 18th aug i visited for same and he said your account has been transferred and in process. I said can i get my statement and he said we don't have authorization for your cif because its transferred : (

          I have registered another complaint regarding the same but that too closed : (

          Today i have called again and manager said it is transferred and in process : (Almost more than 20 days : (And customer support is saying not transferred : (

          It's really annoying and frustrating i just need my 2016-17 statement : (

            I have been charged aud 70/- two times and aud 180/- two times last thursday (23rd august) and my sbi card has been blocked. I called customer care for the support and they said it will take minimum of 120 days to investigate the fraud transactions after the submission of transaction dispute form.in the meanwhile if the bill generated means i have to pay the money and if they found the transactions are fraud they will refund. I did not see this as a fair customer service.

            Why 120 days??? Why not within a month.

            Why their servers are vulnerable to hackers???

            I demand investigation and rectification of the fraud transactions immediately.

            Kindly address this issue.

              Dear sir

              A refund of 7999 rupees was successfully processed on 19 august to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I used sbi anywhere android app's mvisa facility to pay for irctc using qr code.in this process the money got deducted from my account but transaction was failed.

                The transaction of rs 295.885 was tried by me on 30th may 2017 with mvisa
                Qr payment ref. No: 715011a00013
                Transaction ref: transfer to[protected]

                I did not received refund for this failed transaction.
                I called customer care to lodge complain on this issue.
                They told me that they can not help me due to technical issue and contact home branch.
                I also visited my home branch. They told me that they can not help me on refund of any online transaction.
                Please look into it as three months passed and i still to get my refund money.

                            I got a call from some unknown person stating that she is calling from sbi bank and told my credit card is going to change due to security reasons. Then told i will get activation code which is required to generate new card. I trusted n told the otp. After that call disconnected. I found 10000 rs deducted and used by fraud to add to payzapp wallet. I called sbi custoner care and got the card blocked. But they are not able to stop the transaction. Even payzapp customer care number is not working. How did fraud guys getting my details. Fraud call came from number [protected]. Please take action and get money back to my card.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                My sbi credit card hacked today i. E. On 30th august 2017 (08.21am). Transaction happened without otp. Transactions were made of 43, 226.27 rs/-. (Indian rupees)

                                I have realized the transaction in the afternoon when i received a phone message. Within two seconds i got two messages that my card is blocked due to suspected activity. Then i called customer care and asked how the transactions happen without any otp and i got a reply that they will go through the issue and try to resolve in a month.

                                This was noticed by sbi team during transaction time (I got a mail from sbi team at the same time i. E. 08.21am) then why the team has not stopped the transaction and blocked the card?

                                I could see below transactions in the sbi card portal.
                                1. Mcm products usa inc new york us txn o[censored]s675.03 (43, 226.27rs/-)

                                How could sbi permit credit card payment without otp? This is purely recklessness of sbi team because i have noticed from cyber crime complaint register that there are my victims in this month only.

                                It seems these hackers only targeted for sbi credit card holders.

                                Note: who will pay the monthly bill when it statement is generated?

                                  Sbi, bina-etawa (Mp) have failed to activate my internet banking. It was tried 10 months ago also. They keep delaying it and now they claim to have lost their password and entering the new pin is not possible for them. So, internet banking cannot be started. Extremely dissapointing.
                                  Employees are not regular at work. So, they can't process the request. No particular date given when they can try to do it.

                                    There is sms service activated in my savings account [protected]. I have requested the bank verbally as well as in written on plain paper for deactivation of same since i have very few transactions in the account and i do not want such service.

                                    The bank answered that the service cannot be deactivated. If you want to stop the service, close the account then. They do not provide any form for deactivating it. I do not have net banking for the account.

                                    Solution: since sms service is value added service and not any banking service, customer has an option to choose for such services.
                                    Request you to kindly stop the sms service immediately since i have been already charged many times for the service.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We, divine tree limited having current account no:[protected] at satellite branch, ahmedabad. After merging of state bank of bikaner and jaipur, state bank of mysore and state bank of india. Staff of this branch is not supporting us properly. Even when we are complaining to the manager[ajitbhai], he is advising that if you are feeling these kind of small problems close the account. They are talking to us like they are having monopoly in bank division.
