I got the abusive language used by sbi emplpyee name pramod or abhinav tyagi, if sbi wont take strict action against them i will escalate this to RBI If i have to
i will not leave this emplpyee whether he is from agency or SBI

    Refund initiated by amazon but still not received to my bank account

        I am totally fed up from the service provided by SBI Debit Card Department it's worst experience so ever i have.I was apply for debit card on 31 March 2022 and request was approved on Same Day. Since 2nd April to now it shows card not yet dispatched. Now it's been almost 23 days from applying the card. Now I need of cash so how can I withdraw cash as my SBI ATM. if in-case of you suggest me visit to your home branch, it's big crunch for me because of in my branch lack of staff, rude behavior by SBI employee, they treat customer as a pet-animals.If In-case you have a single piece of work at branch for that you have to reach early morning and it doesn't mean you will got the success on the same day may be it will for the next day as well you have do same process again. when I was contacted to branch for card issue, they people told me we can't help, as card is issued by SBI card processing unit now just i am waiting for dispatch of card. My Question is there does it make any sense a debit card reach to customer takes decades. It's totally pathetic.So, It's my Humble request to all of guy's please dispatch my Debit Card it's very urgent for me. i am very thankful to all of you.

        Recently, 23rd of April i was interact one of your executives. she told me, we don't have such information regarding your card. In that case if you not received your card we log the complaint. she also committed me sir you will definitely get the resolution with 10 days. Then, i was happy. and thought about that i will definitely got the resolution as she committed me. But accidently by mistake, i was dial your customer care no. and asked about "my complaint no. 95405172", and i got the reply "your complaint has been resolved" although i not got the resolution still, i writing this complaint . i want ask you how could it possible without resolve the complaint, complaint has been resolved. without ask to customer. what the hell going on in SBI ? i asked about the guy's name who have been closed my complaint from floor supervisor Rajesh, he was talk to round and round but never told me the name of guy. Finally, i was interact with Auchitya floor manager he told me guy name (case closing time 10.16 AM 25/04/2022 - name : Harsha Ande) who has been closed my complaint. without knowingly. and also Mr. Auchitya disconnect my call without provided me the resolution on this issue. is this the customer care process. I want please take serious action against these guys.

          Even if I have paid emi on time in my loan account statement it shows Fine Arr adjustment...what is this ?? Why this fine?? Does effect my Cibil score too??

            My Dad Mr. Vishnu Sawant (age: 72 years) has been using locket facilty with the SBI Chandavarkar Lane branch since 10 years. On 17th April 2022 he requested for the closure of FD (Rs.45803/-) as he didn't want to renew the same. SBI staff accepted the request but later on refused to do it saying that it is mandatory to keep the fix deposit with the bank for using locker facility and renew it by own saying talk to Manager about the same. As per RBI rule it is not mandatory for existing locker hirers.
            Please close my fathers FD of Rs. 45803/- as he already requested for the same and credit the money in to his account as early as possible.
            Kindly do not levy any charges for closing the same as he did not want to renew it already.

              My pension for the month of March 2022 wasnt disbursed. So when i tried contacting CPPC Belapur, I was told to submit life certificate. After that I visited the nearest SBI branch, they told me that they dont generate life certificate. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible and help me on this matter

                Received a SMS from bz-sbiinb that you have made invalid login attempts from your user id. But i have not done such activity. Got panicked if somebody hacked my user id and wanted to check if the source of the sms is correct.

                  I had placed an order on Amazon on 10 March, 2022 amounting to Rs 1, 599 (Order ID[protected]) and had replaced (Order ID[protected]) the product on 14 March, 2022.

                  The said replaced product was given for return and the return was completed on 20 March, 2022. Amazon had initiated the refund of Rs 1, 599 on March 20 but I have not yet received the refund in my bank account.

                              I have issued 2 cheques. First one get cleared without an issue but second one is returned with a comments: CAS CORR PR CHQ
                              REVERSAL OF WITHDRAWAL BY CHEQUE and fine imposed of 177 INR.
                              Whereas I have sufficient fund in my account and there is no problem from my end.

                                  I am Sadhna singh, I am having a very bad experience with SBI credit card. I am having a SBI card .I request sbi collection department for payment but they are calling me every 5 min and they are following me everywhere I told them after covid my financial condition is not good, so please settle this amount minimum payment but they are saying to me khate to ho na bhukhe to nahi mar rahe they are also calling my relatives and my office staff for this and sms me aap office jakar dikhao dekhta hu kaise jati ho aapka koi sattlment nahi hoga. I have all whataap chat number is [protected](satyam) I am so much disturb for this. I scaled this to SBI top level. Some nodal officer and sent so many email but they are not solve my problems. I want to pay your amount but I don’t have so much money so please confirm me where I will go for minimum settlement.

                                  NO THEY ARE NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM Dear AGMCUSTOMER, how can I tell YOU the name of the agency when I am giving you all the numbers on the proof. you can also check how many calls have come on the numbers I have been calling noodle officers since morning. All the numbers on websites are wrong, nobody picks up the phone. somehow I got the number of the branch and called that number, but they also did not give the solution. Now you need the agency name. They are always telling me I am calling from sbi bank and you told me you don't have the name also., no worry I will tell you the name (HBD). I am so upset that it seems that I should do something on my own if you are not giving me a better solution. you have bothered me so much. Also, your team is calling me 100 times a day.
