I ameth pensioner and have been using locker facility at sbi rajouri garden, new delhi (1705) since 1980. About a year and a half ago i permanently shifted to dehradun. On 16th aug. 2017 i went to delhi to surrender my locker with the key of the locker and letter duly signed by me and my wife (Co-hirer). While i operated the locker and removed all our belongings i was told that the locker could not be surrendered without the presence of my wife. I tried to reason out with the concerned staff and even the manager, but they behaved strangely without any sense of protocol or respect for a senior citizen. I had to come back to dehradun without surrendering the locker and i will have to keep paying the rent of the locker till i am able to go to delhi again without any apparent reason.

    Hi

    I am lakshmi shenoy, from kharghar, navi mumbai.

    Being a normal housewife, first of all it was difficult me to keep a track on my minimum balance and to maintain it. After facing several penalties i went for account closure.

    The actual problem arised when i got sms saying 590/- debited and remaining 4702/- credited to other active account.

    I knw about penalties, processing fees, other nominal charges etc. But what explaination you give for this 590/-? Is this your way to recover your loss made by several big npa's and other big business defaulters? Recovering from us common middle class honest people?

    I need explaination. Its my money... My saved money... I cannot let it go just like that.

      I have submitted 2 applications for the update of my mobile number and its 1 month yet the bank officials didn't update my number. I am having problem in generating new atm pin becoz of the not registration of my number. Please kindly update my mobile number so that i can generate new pin. I am having many problems for money transaction as i am studying aboard and i need money for my daily expenses, college fees, etc.
      The main reason is that the number which was registered with the branch is lost by me along with my atm card.. But now i got new atm and yet i couldn't generate becoz of the not update of new number.
      I am helpless sir... Kindly update my number quickly as possible so that i can generate my pin and carry others transations.

            My application no is[protected].
            First of all it my mistake to apply for a credit card from a non professional bank. They took almost a month to approve it. As it got approved i was about to shift my place to new address. I updated the new address on one of the verification calls. He assured me the address will be updated. Finally after a month and some days the card got approved and it was despatched to the old address and they have this stupid policy of delivering the package to the address only. The consignee can't even pick it up from courier office. I called the sbi card customer service 4 times before cancelling the card from 4 to 17. All assured me the address will be updated in 48 hours, three days but as i call them on respective days all i get is some stories and i understand. Finally on 19th aug i called them they said it will be updated before 23 aug. I asked for manager on 3 different calls in a time span of 3 hours one agent (Praveen) said they are in meeting they won't be free before 1-2pm and the other agent (Ashwini) said they all are busy on escalated calls. I asked her how many mangers are there she said 14 and all are busy on escalated calls. No wonder they are busy as the service of the largest bank is like this. I finally cancelled my card and it took them 5 mins to that.

              I am complain against our branch manager about education loan dispute but without any solution and contact my complaint closed that's not true please help me i want education loan but our branch manager said that they give loan on the base of colletral security but education loan in vidya lakshmi it is no need for colletral so please help me and my complaint closed without contact

                I am using sbi gold&more card presently and their credit card department contacted me for sbi elite card but i refused for that, inspite of my refusal they charged 4999+taxes in my existing card.                   Dear sirs,
                  We had a family pension account of my father in the name of my mother parvatabai shankar vilhe, bearing account number [protected] in your branch, she expired on date 17/06/17 at the godavari hospital, jalgaon khurd.
                  As soon as possible i informed the local bank about her demise. For her last rites i had borrowed money from friends and relatives, for her last rites.
                  As she was staying with me i had to perform her last rites as well as she nominated me for her residual amount, which was in her account, when she was alive. So as per the guidelines 1 1/2 month's pension for her last rites, and the balance amount should be given to me at the earliest, because the friends and relatives are pestering me for the amount, which i had borrowed from them.
                  Please release the amount as soon as possible, before for i see any legal remedy. Because when ever i visit bank i get stereotyped answers, "i am on this desk come to morrow" "saab is not here to-day, come tomorrow" "go to window no. Xxx" "this is not in my area of work" so on and so forth.

I applying vidya lakshmi education loan in sbi but our branch manager said that they give loan only for entrance qualified students like iit or medical but i am merit list student of bareilly college eligibility in this scheme i am qualifying and also demands of colletral security like gold but i belongs to a poor family please help me either my admission cancel...
                    And another issue that is i am qualify last exam from u. P board of education lucknow.in which subjects are theology, persian leterature, urdu litrature, general english, science but they reject my application before meeting.. Please i want justice

                      I used my sbi atm for transaction of rs 2000 from sbi atm machine but the transaction is not completed through atm and the money put in hold by the bank. Then i contacted to the customer care and they told me to consult with the bank. Now they are showing the money is debited. But i don't get any money. Please help me regarding this. How can i get my money back. And details about my transaction as well.

                        I have just got my credit card and while generating credit card pin my date of birth is not getting accepted. It says data is incorrect. I want to update my date of birth on sbi credit card record. I have tried there customer care helpline but didnt find any way o[censored]pdating my record. So please guide me how can i update my date of birth.

                          I haven't recive my atm since 2 month. And i have complaint in my branch but they don't do any thing they just told to wait but atm hasn't came here.                               I just now recieved a phone call from an unknown person that my atm is blocked.. So share detauls etc.

                              When i asked him which is ur nearest police station.. He used abusive language and cut the phone.
                              The asend of the caller was behari...
                              He wanted to extract the details of my atm..
                              He told i m calling from chepra behar..
                              He used rough language when i refered that which police station is near by the caller etc.
                              You are requested to speed up the enquiry.. Nd save many o[censored]r customers in future

                                I have an ac no [protected]. With dahisar west mumbai branch. Today when i visited the branch out of the blue moon they inform me that there are 590/- charges for account closure. Why should i pay the charges. I will not pay any charges. Then the bom informs me you can withdraw ur funds n leave the ac as is and not operate. Further they will keep my charging me non maintenance charges. Who will take care of those. They will spoil my track record. Pls help me or shall i write to the banking ombudsman. They are force fully levying charges when most of the private sector banks don't do such a criminal act.

                                    I recharged to my vodophone mobile no[protected] using sbi freedom on 17/08/2017at around 7:40pm an amount of 349/ rs two times. Amount was deducted in my account total 698/rs but recharge done to above same no. But same time deducted amount automatically from sbi freedom apps. I request you to refund that amount to my account as soon as possible my acc no [protected] and my registered mobile no- [protected]. Total amount of 349/ rs. Kindly return as possible as quickly.

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      I used "sbi anywhere app" to recharge my tata docomo number of amount of rs.35, rs.59 and rs.105 i. E rs.199 overall got deducted from my sbi account on 18th august 2017 around 1:45 pm but recharge wasn't successful. Kindly cancel my recharge requests and credit the amount back to my account. Following are the details i got from the app regarding unsuccessful recharge.

                                        I have car loan with you, sbi, nagras road, aundh pune. My loan a/c no. Is [protected]. I would like to inform you that, in this month i. E. August rs. 12, 260/- monthly emi is deducted twice a month from my icici bank.
                                        1 amount is deducted on 6th aug & 2 amount is deducted on 10th aug. I already intimate you regarding through email. I sent couple of mails to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in for the refund but still i have not received refund. May i request you refund asap
