I would like to highlight the problems faced by the customers of sbi. After the merger of associate banks, the quality of service of sbi has gone down drastically. It is very sad to say that people are spending hours together to update their pass books to know their balance lying with the bank. As a teacher of accounts, i had suggested the banking authority to give vrs to those employees, performing below par. Please look at the performance...

I have transferred amount of 80000 on 9th august 2017 to india for some family emergency purpose. Its been 5days over, but still there is no confimation message from bank side and amount was not credited. Pls let me know the status of the transaction. Its little bit emergency too for my family.. This is in regards to my sbi advantage plus card - [protected] which was offered to me on my savings account : [protected]

I paid inr 25, 000/- for fixed deposit and used card around more than 4 years.

This year in may 2017 i applied for simply click credit card and got it approved.

I decided to close my sbi advantage plus card - [protected] as i did not want...

On saturday 5th aug, i had deposited 3000 rupees in cdm at shivajinagar, pune. It gave me receipt of sucussfull. But on my account it didn't get credited. Since satarday i didn't check amount i had waited for long time for gaining amount, but i didn't get. Please see this problem as early as possible i am in big trouble now. Thank u

On 16.07.2017, total amount of rs. 80, 000/- was fraudulently debited from my account without my knowledge. The said amount was withdrawn/ transacted at sbi atm hfnc[protected] patpargunj, new delhi through total 5 nos. Of transactions, which are checked & found in my online banking portal.

To my surprise, i was present at my residence at mathura refinery nagar, mathura on 16.07.2017 & my debit card was also available with me...

I have very less knowledge in english so please try to understand what im saying.. My problem is my nearest atm centre is'nt working around in a month.. So i tryd to complaint in the bank (Sbi kerela chingavanam) then thy said that some of atm parts has been complaints and that is not available to replace so the atm is not gona work again till tht item is available... Please let us know every branch has same cheque deposit time? We facing inconvenience for this, at m. G. Road, kandivli-w. Branch it was 9.00 am to 9.30 am., is it sufficient? Besides this now it is reduced to 9.00 am. To 9.15 am. Only 15 minutes. No bank in india has such a less time, every bank has minimum 1 hour time. So with humble request please increase this timing...

I m rakesh patel today i visited in sbi branch of burari for demand draft at 4 pm and i have summited my form and counter no. 2 mr. _, gave time by 5 it will reach to you and i began to wait inside of bank and later on 10 minutes security gard came and said go out you can not inside, i said politely that i m far 6km from my home it takes long time to come here if i go at my home but he didn't listen me...

When cash was about to release that time power got failure in atm machine cash got stuck in sbi atm machine. I did not even get the money and receipt. Yesterday i made a transaction from sbi kovvur ac no[protected] ifsc sbin0000860 to hddc bank ac no [protected]. Ifsc hdfc0001033 through bhim application in mobile. Amount debited in my account, but transaction failed. Transaction i'd is[protected]. Hence please credit money into my account 4800 rs. I checked bhim app for transaction.
