Dear Team

This is to inform you that, ICICI bank hold our credit card payment of Rs. 3, 30, 000 since 27 January 2022 which we supposed to used for our business.

We were in emergency for funds otherwise we might have to shutdown the business bcaz of outstanding payment of supplies.

Apart from that, credit card interest of 20% is also being charged by bank

Kindly help to release the funds on priority basis.

Kindly understand the situation in this pandemic time.

However, I am getting the harrasment calls from SBI credit call recovery agent and abusing and threatened to me as well as my family from this number +[protected]

      I am Fazal Ahmed, holding an SBI Account with Abiramapuram Branch, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600018. I've been your customer since 2008.
      On 11 April 2022, an amount of Rs 3, 235.70 was automatically debited from account without my consent and credited to a Razorpay account.
      Please find transaction details below.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          This is to bring to your notice that My mother Mrs Shashi Bansal is family pension holder in State Bank of India since 1st July 2007 after the death of my Father Mr. Swatantra kumar.
          Her bank account is opened in Kapoorthala bagh branch in lucknow (branch code 08067) and holds account number [protected] her PF account no is 681431.
          We had submitted the application and form in kapoorthala bagh branch on 21st Jan 2022 for revision of family pension however it has been close to 2.5 months since we have no update on pension revision.
          I have written many email to kapoorthals bagh branch manager as well as other employees with no response.
          I have also written to cppc lucknow department and have received no response.
          Please help to get this issue resolved.

              Hello Sir

              I am Amit Karad, a SBI prime credit card holder now upgraded to Elite Credit card Member.

              I am dejected to the core by your serivce let me explain as to why,

              In the Month on Nov 2021 I used to get repeat calls for converting part of the amount into EMI termed as flexipay,

              I agreed to it and coverted Rs 40738.45 into 9 months EMIs following are the details of the same.

              Dear SBI Cardholder, your request for Flexipay of Rs. 40738.45 for 9 months with an EMI of Rs. 4755.82 has been taken for Card No. XXXX3777. Your request will be processed within 5 working days. Please note the Service Request No.[protected] for your reference.

              This was on 07 Nov 2021,
              To my surprise on the very same Day three loan of same amount was loaded on my credit card,
              at that point the limit of my card was Rs 98000 with Flexpay of Rs 122214 which is unbelievable.

              Now, on paying good five EMIs still my outstanding was approx Rs 80000 so I rechecked my credit card statements for last five months and I was shocked to see that I have been charged three EMIs every month for last five months along with Interest on all three EMIs, GST, and over limit fees as this made my card cross its limit.

              As a loyal SBI customer I had to pay

              1. EXTRA EMIS
              2. OVER LIMIT FEES
              3. INTERESTS
              4. GST

              I have brought this to customer care's notice and raised a complaints repeatedly but till date nothings has resolved.

              Due to a SBI employee's care less mistake I am still paying extra Money which I don't even owe to the bank.

              Sir,

              I am writing this email to the authority with Faith in you,

              Kindly get this sorted and refund the extra amount paid, also a humble request not charge any interest on the same as I have over paid it well before time.

              For your reference a screenshot shots of my statement elaborating the same have been attached with the email.

              A prompt solution will highly be appreciated.

                Dear sir/madam, I continue to receive this message: "Dear SBI customer, your transaction at POS 78004315 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account. I regularly get this message at 4.30 am when I remain asleep. I have not used the physical debit card in the last 2 weeks in any POS. Please resolve this issue. The POS number 78004315 is the same in every message. Please keep my account safe.

                  on 28 March 2022 I have created SBI bank account and applied for debit card online. On the following day it showed me Card Not Yet Dispatch. Today (10 April 2022) it's still showing Card Not Yet Dispatched. It been almost 12 day since applying Card.

                    My name is Subhajit Ghoshal and I had ordered Apple iPad Air of RS.50783 in Apple online store on 20th March, 2022 and on 23rd March, 2022 I canceled this order due to personal reason. And on 23rd March, 2022
                    Apple online store initiated the amount to my card, but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 74332742084208354430729 and told me to contact my bank branch, but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy to track the reference number.

                      Hey I am frustrated from the service provided by sbi worst experience so applied for debit card on 10 March and card request was approved on 11 March and card is under process its status shows card under process for dispatch now when I check it shows card not yet dispatched now it's been almost 29-30 days from applying the card so now I am in need of cash so how can I withdraw cash as my sbi atm doesn't support yoni cash withdrawal please ship it as it's urgent contacted my home branch for the card issue even branch can't help as card is issued by sbi card processing unit now just waiting for dispatch of card even mailed the official email id of sbi but customer service didn't responce. I am gonna sift to different bank as its a frustration in banking with sbi as for a simple debit card it's takes decades to dispatch

                          I opened a new current account with SBI around 25th Septmber and received the Netbanking access around 9th aJan. Since then, I am trying to transfer funds, but it always shows "Debit not allowed with LCPC scrutiny"

                          On asking the Branch manager he said he will do the needful., but yet LCPC has not done the needful.

                          It's my new business started in & I need to make payments, EMI, monthly living expenses, Rent etc. and all my funds are blocked with SBI.

                          I can't Even close the account

                          Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

                            I am Apu Dasgupta having sbi online internet banking account ending with 3394. My branch is at Maheshpur Pakur Jharkhand with ifsc code as sbin0003156. Till day before yesterday i was able to access my account using my net banking facility. But from yesterday i was unable to login to my net banking using my id and password. It's giving the error that my user id has been deactivated. No sms. No email alert. Nothing. Simply deactivated without informing me that the user id has been deactivate. I contacted the branch manager, customer care all of whom gave me the same reply "we don't know the reason why the user id is deactivated". I was asked to fill up a form in the branch. Even when trying to use the forgot username link, the system is not taking my cif number as invalid.

                            Please help me getting my user id activated.

                              My name is Krishnan C Subramanian and I am holder of bank account ending 5208 with State Bank of India. My primary banking branch is West Mambalam, Chennai. My online access was working fine till a couple of days back when it has been de-activated without any notice - no e-mail, no SMS, no information to me.

                              I have written an email to the branch two days ago, but that has not been responded to. I am unable to go the branch in person since I am traveling.

                              I need my online access to be restored at the earliest opportunity. Please help! My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com in case you need to reach me for further queries.

                                Sir,
                                I have purchased a product on emi merchant through sbi card dated 17.01.2022 and after some time i have cancel the Purchase. The total amount got refunded and reflected in my credit card on 19.01.2022. but they have’nt close the emi and taken one installment in next statement. When i call customer care to cancel it. They unnecessarily taken it into foreclosure and not cancelled it even it hasn’t completed 40 days. They have taken one emi installment it’s service charges and foreclosure charges. I have complained many times to sbi customer care but every time they give unresolved solution. I have given approx rs. 2000 extra for the purchased and thay are always misleading my issue not resolving it.

                                      This is anurag sameriya using sbi credit card My money is deducted from sbi card without informing me, i have paid the bill and there was no information provided that after paying bill my credit card limit would exceed and the transaction was successfull, after two day they are asking for limit cross charges around 600 plus taxes, please help me to get refund, and same happened twice before after paying bill on right time. The bounce charges was applied and looted 1200 pus taxes

                                        I had made the online payment for NEET PG application form on 15th Jan 2022, sum rs.4250 (Four Thousand Fifty Rupees) via PhonePe application from Standard Chartered Bank account. Transaction Id for the reference# T2201152210298860876173 . Amount got deducted and application form was not submitted and shows an error message 'Pending for the payment'.

                                        On the same day re-paid using Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card for rs.4295.14 (includes additional charges) and application form was submitted with Payment Successful message, Transaction ID reference# 74678442016000000943631.

                                        Totally two transaction made for same NEET PG application form, first attempt amount got debuted but non-successful at application side. After second attempt application was successfully submitted.
