On 28th june 2017 19 purchases has been fraudulently made and thank you messages were received in my mobile from google. None of the purchases were made by me nor i received any otp for any of those purchases. Every time i make any purchase i authenticate with the otp received. But how google has authorised nineteen such purchases through debit card. Please investigate and credit the amount to my sbi account.

    I am used sbi card for booking ticket in irctc app while iam trying to book ticket iam entered all details of card which need after that amount is deducted from account but ticket is not booked so thats why iam complaining and i checked that irctc app it shows that ticket is not booked and i checked for reason it shows me no response from bank so iam complaining

      The wage saving account is [protected]. There is a large wage deposit in [protected]. On the date 01.08.17 the treasury office had passed the wage bill but the salary was deposited by the bank on 04.08.17, on the date of 02.08.17. Then, on the 02.08.17, the bank does not find the penalty of the amount of 590 on the installment. The amount deposited in the re-pay account.

      The salary bill passed by the treasury on 01.08.17. Bank account no. Payments in [protected] are deposited on 04.08.17. With that, the penalty on the amount to be deducted from the said account dated 02.08.17 would be 295, 295 and 590 of the penalty. At the time of the passage of the bill, ie the amount of money deposited in the said account on the next day, the penalty of 590 rupees is not found on 02.08.17.         Hi 12500 deducted from my account today.. Acc no [protected].
        Dad flat sarai. New delhi at 8:30 pm. Today (05/08/2017). I entered 10000 got message that 12500 has been deducted.. Regestered a complaint with customer service.
        They told me they will check and if they will refund within 7 working day.
        I just want to ask i. M jobless. I. Dont. Have money.. I have my liabilities need to pay rent.. Need household things. I earn just 15000 by doing some part time job... O just want to ask to the bank and to our honerable prime minister... Who will take care of my liabilities for 7 days... Whi will feed my family... Its not my mistake... I just tried to withdraw... So why the bank says 7 days... Who will. Feed me. And my family... The customer service are pathetic and rude...
        We have to keep minimum 5000 to sbi or else they will deduct money.. Or now they deducted 12500.. And now my acc bal was near about nil... So. Plz tell. Who is responsible for that... Its my money... Why 7 days then to resolve the issue.

First time i am given the item on be half of saman praday letter then i meet the sbi branch manager it say you give the material and bank pay the amount within 3 day and have order he material...

              विषय :- मेरे खाता क्रमांक [protected] में गलत आधार नम्बर लिंक किये जाने की वजह से अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा मेरे खाते से राशि आहरण विषयक ।

              निवेदन है कि मैं टेक सिंह गौतम पिता श्री मोहन सिहं गौतम मेरा खाता क्रमांक [protected] स्टेट बैंक शाखा अमरपुर में संचालित है एवं मैं दिनांक 05/07/2017 को समय 4.00 बजे (लगभग) ए.टी.एम. ग्रीन चैनल से राशि आहरण करने शाखा गया । तब मुझे ज्ञात हुआ कि मेरे खाते में मात्र 37 रूपये शेष है । जबकि मेरे खाते में 157437 रूपये होने चाहिये थे । जानकारी चाहने पर शाखा द्वारा बताया गया कि मेरे खाते में आधार नम्बर 3076, 2618, 0728 लिंक है, जो कि मेरा नही है, जबकि मेरा आधार क्रमांक 8373, 3730, 6162 है ।
              शाखा द्वारा बताया गया कि मेरे खाते से उक्त आधार नम्बर मदद से किसी सी.एस.सी.सेन्टर से उक्त गलत आधार धारक श्री परम सिंह सरौते पिता अमृत सिंह निवासी ग्राम बरसिंघा माल विकासखण्ड अमरपुर जिला डिण्डौरी मध्यप्रदेश द्वारा राशि 157400 रूपये विभिन्न चरणों में आहरित कर ली गई ।
              शाखा द्वारा बिना जांच किये गलत आधार नम्बर मेरे खाते में लिंक किया गया है । मेरे द्वारा बार-बार आधार नम्बर लिंक हेतु आवेदन बैंक मे आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसके उपरांत संबंधित बैंक कर्मियों कर्मचारियों के द्वारा आवेदन छोड़ जाइये लिंक कर देगें कहकर वापस भेज दिया जाता रहा है । साथ ही पासबुक अपडेट किये जाने के अनुरोध पर बार-बार प्रिन्टर खराब है, का हवाला दिया जाता रहा है । इससे साफ प्रतीत होता है कि शाखा द्वारा पूर्ण लापरवाही की गई है ।
              अतः मेरे खाते से राशि के गलत व्यक्ति द्वारा आहरण हेतु भारतीय स्टेट बैंक शाखा अमरपुर के कर्मचारी पूर्ण रूपेण जबावदेह है । अतएव निवेदन है कि मेरे को हुई आर्थिक क्षति की राशि 05 दिवस के अन्दर शाखा द्वारा दी जावे अथवा जिसने राशि आहरित की है उससे रिकवरी कराई जावे । इस संबंध में मैने संबंधित बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक को लिखित एवं मौखिक रूप से कई बार विनती प्रार्थना कर चुका हूं कि इस समस्या का समाधान कराकर राशि भुगतान करने की कृपा करें । किन्तु एक माह व्यतीत होने के उपरांत भी भारतीय स्टेट बैंक अमरपुर के शाखा प्रबंधक के द्वारा मुझे कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नही दिया जा रहा है । जिससे में निरंतर बैंक के चक्कर लगाते हुये एक माह से अधिक हो चुका है । अतः महोदय जी मैं एक कृषक हूं और मुझे पैसो की अधिक आवश्यकता है । किन्तु मुझे मेरे ही पैसे नही मिल रहे हैं बैंक से । कृपया उक्त समस्या का समाधान कराने का कष्ट करें ।

                      I booked two train tickets through IRCTC on 15.7.2017. The ticket fare paid through ATM-cum-DEBIT card of SBH No.[protected]. Only two tickets with name CH. VASANTHA issued. I received only two PNR numbers to my given cell phone and only two tickets issued. However, my account is debited three times and an amount equal to one ticket is wrongly / excess deducted. Please rectify.

                        Dear sir,
                        Subject: non dispensing of cash withdrawal from state bank of india atm, rdso on 01-08-17.
                        Reference: (I) my sbi account no. [protected], branch chander nagar lucknow (06056) &
                        (Ii) photocopy of atm transaction slip / atm customer advice dated[protected].
                        This is to inform you that on 1st august 2017 i tried to withdraw rs. 15, 000.00 (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) from rdso, lucknow sbi atm but could not receive the cash.
                        To my great surprise the atm did not dispense the cash and instead dispensed a slip (Atm transaction slip / atm customer advice) with the message:
                        “sorry unable to process”
                        “inconvenience is regretted. Kindly contact your branch or call 24x7helpline at [protected] or[protected]”
                        The security guard of the sbi atm was sitting inside the atm chamber. I asked him the reason for declining the transaction by atm? He replied, “server is down, you can try after half an hour”. I pressed the button ‘cancel’ of the transaction key board of the atm and left with ‘atm customer advice slip’.
                        I returned again after some time and withdrew rs. 20, 000.00 (Rs. Twenty thousand only) but the balance communicated to me by sbi through sms was rs.34.659.85 (Rs. Thirty four thousand six hundred fifty nine and paisa eighty five only) instead of rs.54, 659.85 (Rs. Fifty four thousand six hundred fifty nine and paisa eighty five only).
                        This clearly shows that an additional rs.15.000.00 (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) have been debited from my account though i could not receive the money due to the reasons best known to sbi only. The atm transaction slip / atm customer advice is an evidence to it.
                        Therefore i will request you to kindly credit rs. 15, 000.00 (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) to my above account immediately and oblige.

                            I, dr chandresh kumar bajpai having salary saving a/c no. [protected] in state bank of india, karari branch (07477), jhansi (U. P.). On 01/08/2017 at about 4.00 pm, i tried to withdraw rs 12, 000/- from my account from the sbi atm located at icar-cafri gate gwalior road, jhansi. After feeding all necessary steps, due to some machine problem, i could not received currency, neither any receipt from the atm nor any message on my mobile phone. Next day, when i checked the balance of my account from net banking the amount of rs 12000/- was deducted from my a/c.

                            I have already given the complaint to branch manager, sbi, karari, jhansi (Up), but after passing more than 4 days, till now money not reverted to my account.

                            An early action in the matter is highly solicited.

                              Dear sir / mam,

                              I jaiveer singh chouhan, the account holder of sbi chakar nagar branch ifsc:sbin0003547 account no. [protected] here by compaining about sbi chakar nagar branch here's staff is very cheap about to give customer services, i just tried to deposit rs.10000/- in my account in same branch but cashier redirected to me to get green remit card first, i tried to get form said i need to show pasbook to get remit card form some how i went to my home back to take my pasbook to get remit card form, i did and and after 20 min process i got green remit card and after follwing 20 min que of deposit, i reched at window cashier says give me the discription of the notes on the paper i told him about to get delay over whole process and paper less process and please give me specific format he returned my cash and said i am unable to count cash (Was chiwing gutkha verry poorly) but mistakely i used mobile phone while talking to him the sequrity gard had slaped me without asking any thing and and graved my pasbooks and mobile phone. I am very disappointed to the services of the bank as i am feeling that i m internally injured inside ear i am unable to listen clearly i would take madical checkup and claim and case to the court of india.

                              I really disappointed to the customer service and staff who are working in worlds largest bank and saying i am unable to count rs.10000/ only sorry so what you are green remit card holder and you understand paperless services and but give discription of the notes on the another paper.

                              Please look over the complained and do the needful.

                                Hello respected sir/madam
                                Today in my home branch sbi edlapadu
                                Gnt dt andhra pradesh pincode 522233
                                Branch code003726 date 4/08/17 time 11:30am
                                Purpose gold loan
                                Go to bank sharp 9:30 and wait almost till
                                10:30 am almost one hour over
                                Not coming staff any one
                                Call from home i am go back almost 50 minutes later
                                He is starting his duty with one customer
                                In gold loan chamber
                                Outside only 2 customer waiting
                                Then i am talk with gold loan officer in room
                                He say no gold loans today tokens already done
                                I asking no customers in branch area 2 more
                                What sir i need loan iam wait sir but
                                He say no polute n misbehaving words sir why iam telling
                                "get out" go go
                                Iam unhappy sir with him i hurt inner moodoff sir
                                Please take action sir

                                  Dear sir, i have opened 1 demat account no[protected] at ur branch your person told its free and open it after opening they charged me rs-1000 + amc aprox 2000 rs there after i gave many complaints but it is not solved then i hv process for closing my account and i hand over the closure form on 30-3-17, there after during 2-3 months u hv not closed my account, and now charging amc again, sir i only want to ask u within 1year how many times i will have to pay amc,

                                    With due respect, it is submitted that i have been received 02 messages in my mobile number [protected]. One message is -

                                    1. "your loan acxxxxx641751 irregular by inr 6, 643.00. Please contact branch manager ignore if paid."

                                    2. "your loan acxxxxx641751 irregular by inr 13, 011.00. Please contact branch manager ignore if paid"

                                    Accordingly, i checked my net banking loan account and seen that every month sbi has debited interest amount.in this regard, it is also intimated that this type of irregularities had been occurred by the sbi in 02 times and after repeated requested the amount credited in my account.

                                    I am a central government employees and i have salary account vide no.[protected] where every month my salary has been deposited and every month my 04 (Four) home loan amount has been auto debited from my salary account to my loan account in 5th of every month.

                                    On 04.08.2017 i checked my salary account and rs.7000/- has been deducted from my salary account.

                                    In view of the above, today on 04.08.2017, i contacted with the sbi, bikash bhavan, salt lake branch and they are informed that the amount debited as my account is damaged but they dont have provide confirm information and the amount debited manually from my account. They also suggested to contact with racpc behala.

                                    Accordingly, i contact with the racpc behala, new alipore branch. They also dont provide the correct information but they told that it may be sbi life insurance.

                                    In this regard i want to asked to your good office that -

                                    1. How sbi debited amount rs.7000/- manually from my personal salary account to loan account without my consent?

                                    2. Already i was paid the insurance when loan was sanctioned and after that when sanctioned 2nd time rs.100000/- then sbi deducted the amount for another insurance on the same building.

                                    3. This loan sanctioned on the year 2010, and after lapses of 07 years without my permission, or consent sbi debited rs.7000/- from my salary account on 03.08.2017.

                                    In view of the above i decided that my all the loan account and salary account transferred to another bank immediately. It is also requested to explain the reason in which circumstances the amount rs.7000/- debited manually from my salary account without my permission. It is also requested that the amount credited in my account, i dont want any insurance or other things.
