    I, dr chandresh kumar bajpai having salary saving a/c no. [protected] in state bank of india, karari branch (07477), jhansi (U. P.). On 01/08/2017 at about 4.00 pm, i tried to withdraw rs 12, 000/- from my account from the sbi atm located at icar-cafri gate gwalior road, jhansi. After feeding all necessary steps, due to some machine problem, i could not received currency, neither any receipt from the atm nor any message on my mobile phone. Next day, when i checked the balance of my account from net banking the amount of rs 12000/- was deducted from my a/c.

    I have already given the complaint to branch manager, sbi, karari, jhansi (Up), but after passing more than 4 days, till now money not reverted to my account.

    An early action in the matter is highly solicited.

      Dear sir / mam,

      I jaiveer singh chouhan, the account holder of sbi chakar nagar branch ifsc:sbin0003547 account no. [protected] here by compaining about sbi chakar nagar branch here's staff is very cheap about to give customer services, i just tried to deposit rs.10000/- in my account in same branch but cashier redirected to me to get green remit card first, i tried to get form said i need to show pasbook to get remit card form some how i went to my home back to take my pasbook to get remit card form, i did and and after 20 min process i got green remit card and after follwing 20 min que of deposit, i reched at window cashier says give me the discription of the notes on the paper i told him about to get delay over whole process and paper less process and please give me specific format he returned my cash and said i am unable to count cash (Was chiwing gutkha verry poorly) but mistakely i used mobile phone while talking to him the sequrity gard had slaped me without asking any thing and and graved my pasbooks and mobile phone. I am very disappointed to the services of the bank as i am feeling that i m internally injured inside ear i am unable to listen clearly i would take madical checkup and claim and case to the court of india.

      I really disappointed to the customer service and staff who are working in worlds largest bank and saying i am unable to count rs.10000/ only sorry so what you are green remit card holder and you understand paperless services and but give discription of the notes on the another paper.

      Please look over the complained and do the needful.

        Hello respected sir/madam
        Today in my home branch sbi edlapadu
        Gnt dt andhra pradesh pincode 522233
        Branch code003726 date 4/08/17 time 11:30am
        Purpose gold loan
        Go to bank sharp 9:30 and wait almost till
        10:30 am almost one hour over
        Not coming staff any one
        Call from home i am go back almost 50 minutes later
        He is starting his duty with one customer
        In gold loan chamber
        Outside only 2 customer waiting
        Then i am talk with gold loan officer in room
        He say no gold loans today tokens already done
        I asking no customers in branch area 2 more
        What sir i need loan iam wait sir but
        He say no polute n misbehaving words sir why iam telling
        "get out" go go
        Iam unhappy sir with him i hurt inner moodoff sir

          Dear sir, i have opened 1 demat account no[protected] at ur branch your person told its free and open it after opening they charged me rs-1000 + amc aprox 2000 rs there after i gave many complaints but it is not solved then i hv process for closing my account and i hand over the closure form on 30-3-17, there after during 2-3 months u hv not closed my account, and now charging amc again, sir i only want to ask u within 1year how many times i will have to pay amc,

            Sir
            I have received a call from sbi on 23.7.2017 at around 3.30pm saying that there was a suspected transaction of rs 36, 908.56 in ireland on my credit card and did i responsible for that, i told them that i have not received any otp and also not responsible for that and requested to immediately block the card. Then i got message that my card was blocked. Again on 2.8.2017 towards netflix an amount of rs 800/ was debited when the card is in blocked condition.
            As per the directions of customer care center sbi i have raised dispute form on 25.7.2017for the fradulent transaction requesting to revive the transactions for which i am not responsible.in the meantime i was asking to pay from bank the bill amount to avoid levying of other charges as per bank norms. It is a huge amount for me to pay. Please direct me

              Sbi bank kursakanta do not provide the account opening form without pan card i am student and does not have pan card. Due to this i am in a trouble. Please help me. No [protected].
              How i can open the account. Please help. The staff member who is working in the bank is not behaving good with coustmer. They do not pay attention towards the customer. If you asked from customers of kursakanta you will understand all the things. Bank will help those people only who is reach. They do not pay attention towards the normal people. Please take action against bank staff.

                Hi

                I made a payment to sbi credit card using paynet by axis netbanking.

                The payment has been deducted from axis bank but transaction is pending in billdesk

                Transaction id juti[protected]
                Amount 30360

                Please guide where is my money stuck and either revert it back to my axis bank or credit it to sbi card.

                Transaction shows pending since 1 day and your crawler should either fail the transaction or approve it.

As a customer of sbi my complaint is most of the sbi atm's in brahmapur does not have odia signboard instead it has hindi and english. As per the bank guidelines, local language (Odia) signboard should be there in all banks and bank atm. If you see the sbi atm board, it looks like it is in a north indian state. After a long time they finally transferred the account but did not transferred cif number. Now when again the branch approached they say that you contact to a sbi branch which is in jammu kashmir.                       Hello,

                      On 22nd of july i was encountered with a sbi credit card fraud.

                      Somebody make a payment of 11800 rupees from my credit card without my concern. This pay ment is smoothly proceed in a gaming company account. I dont get any otp or any other security check. So that i will aware about the transaction. My card had a limit of only 3800 rupees but the sbi overlimit my card by 8000 and make 11800 payment clear also.

                      After this sucessfull fraud payment the scammer again try to make a payment but this time the sbi team block my card and contact me.

                      I file a registered complaint about this fraud in sbi credit card team. Today i get a message that the case is in not my favour.
                      I don't know why. Despite being immediately informed by me regarding this fraud payment, they didnt stop this payment.
                      Please help me.

                        Dear sir,

                        I want to close my loan account no. [protected] which is with sbi, sector – 7, faridabad branch.
                        I visited sbi, sector 7 branch yesterday, as per the help desk, only branch manager can give the loan closure amount documents. She didn’t received the application.
                        Today again i visited bank, after much discussion, mr. S. S. Aggarwal taken my application & said approval will be give by main branch sbi sector 16 faridabad.
                        He said process will take time. Already i have lost my 3 leaves in this.

                        I requesting all senior person of sbi, pl stop harassing customer, if i wish to close my loan account, why i am not been provided required documents in time.
                        For getting lod (List of documents, i have already wasted 22 days.

                        Why should i pay high interest of 15.5% when i have other option available with me.

                        Pl do needful so that i could get loan closure amount detail as soon as possible.

                                I would like to highlight you a point/problem in-front of you kindly do need full for this, not sure i am the only person facing this problem or any others.

                                Got a call few days ago offering free sbi credit card along with bunch of offers, saying that no annual fee, rewards points, no extra charges. So was impressed and have taken card.

                                During that time they are not even informed me about my limitation of card even though asked multiple times, finally when i got card below are thing where i really got disappointed.

                                1) sbi cc usage limit is less than my other credit card.
                                2) name printed on card is wrong due to that i have not started using it (Even pin not generated till now)
                                3) next month charged 3499.00 inr without using card.

                                The above things are really inconvenient for a person who is using /going the card. I would also suggest to other friends to not to take sbi card.

                                At least please try to stop this kind of wanted mistakes on public.

                                Next day got call from sbi saying that they have during back check verification's recorded line informed about the basic features of the card which includes annual charges information, after that i had call with one of sbi card agent[protected]*) even though i have recording with me that agent promised there is no additional charges for this card. They dont have any answer for this

                                    I am government servant. I have salary account with sbi amreli 00312 branch. Before two months i requested for net banking service. I received net banking. But my online transactions are limited. I requested to my branch 10 to 15 times but did not solve my problem. Plz do further.
                                    Whenever i went to bank they were busy with some sbi buddy, sbi banks app installing some customers. Their behavior with us was very poor.
                                    My passbook of SBI Bank is not getting printed .They are saying go home branch only for printing.is it so.i need to go home branch only for this purpose.
