Now for submitting income-tax return either the savings book is to be up-dated or one yearly statement of that account is required. So curtailing my office time...

I got a call from a person calming that he is from sbi credit card department. He then said that they want to give me cash back card of sbi and gifts based on my association with sbi credit card. They started asking me credit card details. I of course did not provide the details initially but later they some how managed to get the details and spent the amount 7798.00 at "subh exports".

This fraud activity has done by one of the vendor, to whom sbi credit card team has given sponsorship to make call to different people requesting to avail credit card.

Reason:when one the team member of sbi credit card team called me and requested to avail credit card, that time i had requested them to block my existing card.
After that same guy had followed up with me to how to block the card through ivr number system...

Sir there were 2 transactions in my sbi a/c no [protected] name-chandan kumar behera i received sms on dated 31/05/2017 (23:52hrs) & 01/06/2017 (01:05hrs) of rs 40, 000 & 19, 500 via atm withdrawal which was not done by me. The atm card is my possession. I request you kindly investigate the matter & arrange to credit the amount to my account at the earliest....

I am really surprised because non of team (Gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in, chairman. [protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@rbi.org.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in) has not even acknowledged or replayed.
This seems like non ethical and criminals activities are supported by india's number 1 bank.

I am not sure that these id's really exits or for window dressing.

Dear Sir, I transferred Rs. 5000 on 18/6/2017 by NEFT from my acc no [protected] to my son's acc no. [protected] . No UTR No. is generated nor money is credited to beneficiary. I did second transaction of Rs 2000 to the same account on 21/06/17 . UTR No. SBIN[protected] is generated but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary. In both the cases amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the the beneficiary . Kindly...

1. I tried to withdrawn of rs 5000 but could not it but at the same time accounts shows it had withdrawn of rs 40000 on 22.3.17 by 7.02 in the evening.
2. I had written complaint inform to my sbi which is at doranda in ranchi

Dear sir,
I applied cheque book on 29/05/2017. The officers said that you will receive cheque book after one week at the time time of submitting my request in the bank.. It seems to be nearly one month completed but still now i am not received my cheque book. And also they debited amount rs.80 from my account for cheque book requesting service. I need cheque book as soon as possible....

Yesterday from 11:45 at night i tried to pay fees of a college through my sbi fbb style up credit card but transaction failed again and again as many time as 8 time almost..
Everytime it shows transaction failed..
But one time my money debited from my credit card i. E rs.-6385/-
But already i did that payment throgh my debit card..

I purchased goods from a store on 20 June 2017 using my debit card, and am surprised to find that there has been two deductions for the same transaction. The store provided me the details of the transactions where it showed that there was only one time successful transaction from my account for the said items. I have complained about it to SBI and received the complaint no [protected]. But I still haven't received any update...
