I have made a transaction through UPI (*99#)(Via UPI Registered mobile number ) on 02 July 2017 at 12:43:29 (approximately) but transaction got success and amount has been debited from my Account but not added into the Destination account.

I buyed a mobile by my card swiping in pos machine, the amount was debitted at that moment on 19th april 2017, but on 2nd june the amount debitted again.i have gave a written complain to my bank manager but no action has been taken yet

Sir I applied for the new debit card of State Bank of India on may of this year but upto now i didn't get any of the resolution about my Debit card
I deposited my SBI cheque on 09/06/17 in SBI branch Birsingpur Pali district Umaria MP ( Pincode: 484551) in account of Rama Rajak (A/C: [protected]) but still the cheque has not been collected in my account.
I request you to take quick action to solve this issue.

    I had used my debit card to pay for some services at Mahindra Logan Service Centre. After using the card, the accountant at the service centre stated that she had added an extra zero to the amount, in the POS machine. This resulted in instead of the bill amount of Rs 19331/- being charged, an amount of Rs 1, 93, 310/- was deducted from my account. The accountant cancelled the sale immediately and handed over the POS machine receipt for Rs 1, 93, 310/-, and also the VOID Sale receipt. I was assured that the amount would be reverted within 24 hrs. When the amount was not credited after 24 hrs, I rang SBI toll free number at [protected]. They informed me that the amount would be returned within transaction plus two working days. The amount has not been returned even after stipulated period. I have lodged a complaint on toll free number. Complaint no is PO[protected]. SBI should have the amount returned immediately.

    Fraud transaction happened without my involvement please look at this issue.
    One of the stupid thing, i have tried SBI customer care we dont have option contact in emergency case.

    I have submitted the form in SBI home branch bank - Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi, so that i can reset profile password, however i have not yet received any update from bank. No one is there who can pick up the phone in bank, i have tried multiple times.

I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 1512.75/- & 1512.75/- has been debited from my account on 06.03.2017 & 08.03.2017 for passport from fill up but transaction was failed & 30.03.2017 (Time-14.47.43)RUPI POS TRDT 06/03/2017 SEQNO 1880, RUPI POS TRDT SEQ NO 7245 08/03/2017 amount of 1512.75/- & 1512.75/- has been refunded but 15.04.2017(time-14.39.21) RUPI POS TRDT 06/03/2017 SEQNO 1880, RUPI POS TRDT 08/03/2017 SEQ NO 7245 amount of 1556.47 & 1556.47 without any reason passport seva Dept. again debited from my a/c without any information without any OTP without any SMS confirmation .

        Dear Sir,

        My SB a/c no. [protected], on 03/07/17 I made a payment through net banking of ₹1120 to Woohoo milk but due to some network problem my payment was not received by the party but the amount was deducted fomr my account and I received SMS which TXT as " Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IGABOVQDS0 for Rs.1120.0 on 03-Jul-17 11:55"

          Subject – Mental Harrasment and lack of services by branch manager.
          Sir,
          I am working as class - 1 officer in Sri guru granth sahib world university, fatehgarh sahib. I am head of establishment branch in th university. I have been associted with bank since 2013 when the branch was opened in the university campus as State Bank of Patiala. My account no is [protected]. I have been using various services of the bank like fixed deposit, salary account, credit card, cpf account, ppf account and over draft facility.
          The previous manager used to take extran pains to satisfy the customers in all grevience handling. After the previous manger was tranferd and new manger/current manager Mr Rps Bajaj has taken over as branch head, all the services provided to us are in turmoil. In the recent case of his high handedness and arrogant behavoiur regarding my overdraft facility / limit, he has created lot of mental stress and agony for me. When I was on vacation with relatives and friends to south india.
          The branch manger forced me to sign of overdraft / limit facility papers with the false promises that he will create limit of rs 94000 / and I can go on vacation without any hastels. But to my shock and surprise I found that the limit has not been created by bank manager. He even did not bother to inform me about the same. Bacause of careless attitude by branch manager I had to feel sorry in front of all my friends and relatives because unsufficent cash. I had to borrow from my relatives for payment of expensies of my vacation which ammounts to Rs 70000 /.
          The matter does not finish here and on my telephonic request to branch manager from south india, he again assured me that he can make limit of 40000 / but he never did it. He did not even bother to inform me.

          Even my credit card payment amount approx 23000/ and due date is 29.06.2017. there is no money left in my account. I want to know that who is going to give me late payment charges of the said amount. I also want to know that when I have submitted all my documents then why money was not tranfered. Who is going to take responsibility for the same the bank manager or bank higer authority / the bank.

          Please look in to the matter urgently and remove my grevience and take Justice.

          Dear Sir

          I took a car loan of Rs 2, 00, 000 from SBI Deepa Toli Branch in the month of sep'2010. The duration of the loan is 84 months.I have been paying the installment of Rs 3196 without fail any installment. However the bank has deducted the amount of Rs 10950. on[protected] in addition with the installment for the same month.

          I also met the Branch manager Mr. M.K. Sinha on[protected] and requested to transfer such money to my Saving A/c but he refused to do so and threaten me that your account would be NPA.

          I therefore request you to kindly help me as early as possible so that i could pay the tuition fee on time.

                Sir,
                e-receipt of payment made to NIT Silchar on 05 Jul'16 through SBI collect was generated and I have taken print out on 03Jul'17.

                However, College fee of Rs. 43011.50 to NIT silchar, Assam was paid on 04 January 2017 through SBI collect. Presently, I need to submit that receipt to My office for income tax obligation. I have tried printing that receipt through payment history and through my net banking but that receipt is not being generated whereas in net banking portal that transaction is being displayed in "enquiry" menu

                  I have issued a cheque of SBI bank to Holy family school for the term fee of my son but by cheque has been return back by State bank of India by giving reason that my sign differs with specimen signature with bank However when i have contacted with the bank my sign matches with specimen signature with bank but manager told me that cheque is cleared at bombay branch we cannot do anything about this.i have to face lots of problem becauase of this which are as follows:
                  1) Delay in paying term fee of my child.
                  2) simply waste of time without my fault.
                  3) Clearing bank of Holy family school is Bank of india.They have charge me fine of Rs 300/-.
                  4)I have to pay term fee by taking Demand Draft from SBI for that i have to wait for around 5 hours because printer is not working

                    My staff, in chennai tried depositing 21500/- into his family members account in Rajasthan on a June 2/2017. As per records they say that the money was not excess and has been taken back by the staff itself but they do not have evident proof of the same. They aren't willing to look at camera recording as well for the same. It's been a month and there's no update from the banks side. I would like you to take strict action against the issue and let us know who is guilty for taking the cash. Please help us or guide us to consumer court for the same and we shall see what is to be done.

Some of the people of this branch: Branch code is 010994, bacame very rude with him from last 25 days. They are not given my father internet banking KIT as well. There are the person, Mr. Sameer Sangani, who did wrong something account. I call Manshukh Patel who is the regional manager of Gujarat, Junagadh Dist. He told me I will not pick up your phone. In one time, he frustrated with my phone. My father is going at bank for internet banking. We are very very dissatisfied your service. Please tell me where can we complain of them.

                          I have withdrawn 5000 Rs. using CITI Bank Debit Card on 3rd June 2017 but because of ATM Problem I had received only 3000 Rs. and 2000 Rs. didn't come out from that SBI ATM located near SBI Agar Branch(State Bank of India, Nagar Palika Parishad Branch, Municipal Campus, Hospital Road, Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh). So I received only 3000 Rs out of 5000 Rs. but from my Bank Account 5000 Rs. deducted.

                          ATM Issue - ATM Machine is out dated. Machine is old and no space to dispense money outside still Bank is allowing this type of machine. Irony is that this ATM is situated near to SBI Agar Main Branch.

                          I contacted to SBI Agar Branch Manager Ashish Saxena and he told contact CITI Bank and they will communicate with SBI then your money will refunded in your account online.

                          First SBI Bank official told write application and give. I had given application then I contacted after 2 days on 5th June, Bank Manager first told write application again 2nd time when I started writing application then he told don't write application, contact direct to your bank they will send request to us then we will act on that request.

                          I send query to Citibank official they talked with SBI bank and after discussion between SBI and Citibank they informed me that transaction was valid and you will not get your money. When I talked again with Agar Branch Manager he didn't talk properly and told what I will do and again he advised to raise one more query to bank.

                          Bank Manager himself not helping and showing as he got all earth work on his hand.

                          This ATM is defected from last 1 year but no body is taking any action on any body. This is happened with me second time from same ATM. First time Bank people returned my money. Every 2nd day some one facing this problem because of this SBI ATM and problem is that this the main ATM of SBI in Agar Malwa.

                          Think if someone earning 5000 Rs per month and same thing happen with them then what will be the situation of that poor person. In this SBI Manager and Bank Official no body is helping.

                          This ATM Fraud is spreading in bigger level. God knows if every body is involved in this fraud. Every body is suffering because of this but poor people don't know where to complaint.

                          Please help this and take action as soon as possible. We know everybody is busy but don't do this type of fraud to poor people.

                          This is small thing for you people but it impact in greater level to others.

                          Please immediately take action on this and remove this type of ATM Machines.

                            i, janaki devi parupati, i'm working in govt of telangana education department in warangal area..
                            I was the guarantor for a car loan which is taken in sbi bank, waddepally branch, hanamkonda, warangal, telangana state.. I'm very helpful in repayment of the borrower mr. Mahakala rajender reddy, who is the main applicant of car loan in your bank..
                            I have my account in sbh, when sbh merged into sbi from last month, the advances manager mrs. Geetanjali, waddepally sbi branch has hold my account to recover the car loan payment from my salary.. But i have my loans payment from my salary account, i requested and i begging from last month she is not understanding my request...

                            Finally im requesting you that kindly unhold my salary account, the main applicant or the borrower is ready to handover the car to the branch or recovery department...

                            Finally they are not giving opportunity to settle with one time settlement also..

                            I hope this is not the correct behaviour of sbi bank employees and they dealing like the unofficial methods in banking sector or rbi guidelines and rules...

                                When I opened my account back in 2014 bank operations manager took 1000 Rs to open the account, i actually wanted a zero balance account, now when I go to close the account, a different person sits on that chair and says that there is 575 rs for the closure and I still don't get why does a govt bank charges to close the account. Bank manager operations even doesn't know why does bank charges for the account closure. Is this bank a govt bank or private bank. Totally disappointed.

                                  I have an account on SBI Tindivanam branch(00929), TAMIL NADU.
                                  When l tried to withdraw cash amount Rs.500 from my account twice in ICICI bank atm, Tindivanam, amount also deducted twice but i didn't received the cash.
                                  In atm it showed transaction failed.
                                  Kindly consider my request and take further steps for refunding the cash as early as possible.

                                    My Name is Shyam Sawalapurkar, My SBI Card No. is [protected], due to some personal issue, I will stop making payments to SBI Card. after few months I realized that I will become a defaulter so requested them to clear their outstanding.
                                    Last year I am applied for Settlement but they don’t agree for settlement and request for Total O/ S convert in EMI, but they don’t agree and same thing happened again.
                                    I am request to you please settled my Credit card.
                                    Last time I stop payment, but after they hares me i.e. continuous telephone call, office call, my home.etc This time I can paid but settlement amount. Please help me.
                                    Last 2 month ago my brother and sister married and that why I am totally financial cries.
                                    If you required for proof of marriage I will arrange you.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Who tell you resolved our case still pending from SBI.

                                    They are harnessing me continuously through by email and pressurize that pay out standing bill.

                                    I told him my financial condition not good and we have submitted all relevant documents with my salary slip and Weeding cards but they not agree for settlement or convert O/S amount in EMI.

                                      Hi, Swati Bhalekar having a SB account number in SBI, Town hall MHOW branch, my register mobile number has been inactive. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected].

                                        The Kotkapura branch of State Bank of India-01752 has wrongly debited my account with an amount of Rs.115/- on 07.05.2017 as EXCESS DR IN SB.
                                        I had mailed earlier on 13.06.2017 for the reversal of wrongly debited charges to "sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in", "[protected]@sbi.co.in", "gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in" but no one replied. Beside reminders on 17.06.2017 and 20.06.2017, neither they had reversed the charges nor any reply has been sent by any of them.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
