Dear sir,
In sbi's internet banking at the time of fund transfer, our customers are raising the compalint that they enter ifsc as a jpcb0000005, but on your portal it shows jalgaon janata bank as the bank name.
Actually the ifsc jpcb0000005 belongs to the jalgaon peoples co-op. Bank ltd., jalgaon.
Our customers are in confusion, as the ifsc code is correct but on sbi portal it shows wrong bank name, hence they can not perform the transactions.
Please rectify the ifsc bank name error on priority and display the correct bank name to avoid the confusion of customers and wrong transactions.

I am waiting about half an hour in SBI Bank, shastri nagar, bhilwara(rajasthan) for lunch time only
Had done an IMPS transfer from SBI max gain account to Axis Saving account on 26/05/2017 of an amount of 50000 with the transaction reference number IMPS[protected]MO[protected]IMPS/P2A/[protected]/XXXXXXX113UTIB ) but same has not credited in Axis Saving account.The amount has already been debited from SBI account.

    Today by mistake i transferred (Imps) 5k amount from my sbi a/c [protected] (Ifsc code=sbin0013547) to one of a/c in union bank of india (Ifsc code=ubin0554596).
    I contacted to union bank manager, according to him the a/c in which i transferred was nonactive since last 3 years and he suggested me to contact in sbi, so i am writing this.

    Transaction details are as below:
    Sbi a/c from where transfer = [protected]
    Transaction ref no = imps[protected]mo49977550
    Union bank branch = pashan (Ubin0554596)
    Amount = 5000

    As per a/c statement, the a/c in which amount was transferred is might be as [protected]

    So kindly refund the amount asap.

    I have waiting past 45 days so still now no response so pls look into this and refund the my amount to my account.

    SBI illegally deducted of Rs 57.50 from my saving account today. And I complaint for that to SBI but my balance has but refunded till now. Therefore, I am forced to complaint to you so please take action against SBI do that they refunded my balance of Rs 57.50 immediately.

      I am customer of sbi bank old purti bazar branch. I needed a dd from bank but the bank official refuse to provide dd saying that they do not have that service also the people in that branch are rude. Please look in this matter. The services and products of sbi is degrading day by day. Private banks are providing good services as compared to sbi. If this situation continues then there will be one day that workers in sbi will have to roam in the city for getting customers. Hope you will take proper action. Thank you..!

        Respected sir/madam,

        Myself devdas vyavhare. Iam physically handicapped person and i retired for immediate medical help and urgent work i take and holding sbi credit card make life simple ([protected]) received telephone call on 28.04.2017 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of sbi offering sbi discount card along with some gifts.

        The fraud person on phone introduced herself as miss from delhi (Ph. Nos. [protected],[protected] also she give his office incharge mr. Hardik ph. No. [protected] mobile wallet pvt ltd contact he assured this is my what's up no. U don't worry i have jenuan co. I work with sbi card, i send u courier your address, u don't like u should return our curious then l will refund amount in your sbi card then he asked my mailing address and provided my name. At that time received call from my sbi bank my another phone transaction made u transaction? I denied. She block my card and say u ring customer care and make complaint he said u send mail [protected]@sbicard.com. Send massage copies. Two massage come sbi card interested mob. No.[protected]

        212632 is the otp for trxn of inr 9999.00 at the mobilewallet pvt ltd with your sbi card ending 7885. Otp is valid for 10 mins only. Pls do not share with anyone.

        2) received april 28
        Dear sbi cardholder, on your request, we have blocked your sbi card ending 7885. To reissue your sbi card in the future, visit http://bit.ly/26YWiZV for more details.

        How you people can share such kind of sensitive information with anybody.
        This is my first time used credit card and i don't know how to used
        He also explained me the offer and asked me to provide required details to other person to process the request.
        After some time other person from sbi has called on my phone and explain the same offer and asked me to provide otp. This is very shock for mi all particular with other person. Only call asking name. Card no. And take money.

        Later on when i contacted sbi customer care they told me it was fraud call and submit the dispute form on your sbi card.
        It was surprising to see the transaction on my sbi credit card without my validation and approval.

        Hence, kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly.
        I have already asked the sbi customer care to block the access of sbi credit card to stop further transactions.

          Sbi, merces, goa branch - fd #s [protected] & [protected] matured on 1 june 2017 - previous qtrly int paid on 1 apr 2017 = rs 3469 on principal of rs.150, 000. On 1 june 17 rs. 150, 071 credited to sb a/c's [protected] & [protected] respectively. Last interest due from 2 apr 17 to 1 jun 17 for about 60 days should have been about 2280, 60 on each of the two fd's.

          pleased suggest me how I closed my sbi credit card and how I earned NOC of closed sbi credit card.
          It is being information to notice that my home loan application kept in the locker of sbi plassey code number 1382 and no action have taken by them. You are requested to instruct SBI Plassey code number 1382 to give me a written explanation of the same for my further necessary action please.
          I am not using my SBI credit card so pleased closed my sbi credit card and give me NOC of my closing credit card.
          I often go to deposit money in sbi's thakurganj branch.they always distribute the tokens but they follow this rule when they want.they most of the time give the reason of server not working.is public fool.when they r taking money randomly, why not take mone by token when everyone has token in their hand.bankers don't follow the token rule.
          Messeges regarding debit/credit not receive on my mobile no.[protected] of savings account no.[protected], IIM Br.Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Also the cashier of the same bank Mr.Sameer Vaishnav is not behaving proper with clients.Atm machine of IIM br.is not working permanently.

                      I want to open new account, in por branch, near vadodara, but staff as well as manager was not supporting and not doing their job.
                      They kept my account opening form for one month and mean while said that your form has been submitted, but after one month they said your form was not found. After searching so many times they found my form in scrap. Then they told me to come next day to collect the passbook and cheque book.
                      When i went to collect the same they said we can not open your form because your adhar card birth date is differ with your pan card birth date, this is after one month and ten days. They are doing time pass and sending back to all the costumer by saying some nonsense reasons.
                      After struggling all i went to nandurbar, maharashtra branch they said come tomorrow, come in d evening... And still my account was not opened.

                          I always use net banking facility, but unfortunately on 2nd april 2017 i transferred 3000 rupees from my account to another bank account, money detected form my account while not deposited in beneficiary's account.

                          What it is? Still no reply! Should i hope or forget my money thinking become loss. While its government bank service we can guess, how it is! Please make a fast service for better of people and india, and please try to solve everyone's problem.

                            Sir i have taken housing loan in 2013. Account no; [protected] from jabalpur main branch. The present rate of interest charged. Is 9.25%.. But the rate of interest is reduced to 8.35% (For woman). I have asked the branch to kindly look into the matter but no response is coming. Atleast they should respond the reason for not reducing the rate. Whenever the rate is increased or decreased the rate always changes. It was 10.25% at one time the reduced to 8.35% the n increased to 9.25%. Since the present rate is 8.35% for woman the rate should be changed but inspite of manny reminders the rate is not changed.                               Sir on 11 november 2016 i tried three times to transfer 1000 rupees from my sbi debit card to account in gts cab but transaction was failed and 3000 rupees were deducted from my account... So please refund it as soon as possible.

                                  I have salary account in valluvarkottam sbi branch. I have received packed kit with net banking user id and password. While i am trying to log in, system shows log in id or password is invalid. I have given the complaint 5-6 times to branch includes one written compaint and also made a complaint through customer care. Branch staff says there is some technical issue to activate my account but it will get solved after 24 hours. But after many 24 hours has gone my problem not get solved. I am requesting to take necessary action to activate my account

                                    I have made imps transaction in sbi through net banking for an amount of 30.100/- on 09.06.2017 at about 11.20 am. The amount was debited in my account immediately. But the amount was not credited to the beneficiary even after 3 days. The status shows it was kept pending it was not cleared even after 3 days; the branch of the sbi is tiruverkadu, chennai. Branch code is 015492. My request is to clear the pending status immediately.

                                      I have submitted an application in the motimahal gwalior branch and requested to change my home loan account from max-gain to term loan and thereafter i want to opt MCLR in order to reduce the intrest, but bank is stating that it can not be changed. no reason has been stated by the branch and compelling to opt MCLR with same nature of Home loan account. if i opt the MCLR i have suffer the loss. my home loan account no. is [protected] first name is Smt Ragini shrivastava and second name is Anil kumar shrivaastava. please look in the matter.

                                        I see -198214rs.in my sbi saving a/c and lien amount 200000 rs. I have an emergency now what am i do?? I have 1700rs in my account please help me as soon as possible if sbi as we known as a reputed bank of india done this why a normal person open bank account and why he trust on banks and they will talk to us like we are served them if they don't want they will not give our money to us
