    Dear sir i have deposited a cheque for collection in hamirpur himachal pradesh but its more than 1 month but the cheque is not clear yet. This is very very poor service. I have also lodge online complaint having complaint no. [protected] on 02.06.17. But no solution yet. Poor service or may be inefficient employees. Pls provide me the solution or just give back me my cheque so i can deposit it to another bank for clearing.

      On 07.03.2017 purchased iphone for rs.20000 using by sbi debit card for which the cash back offer of rs.5000 was not received even though the time limit of 90 days as mentioned in the transaction slip was over. My account no. [protected] with sbi kakinada main branch-0850.

      I have already made three continuous complaints mentioning the issue within 500 characters as required but the complaints were not considered.

      I want immediate justice in this regard and i request you see that the cash back amount is credited to my account.

      Presently, i am in usa and i can not approach the bank till nov.17.

        There has been unnecessary transfer of money from my account to unknown accounts without any approach from my side. It has been several times when i did not made any fund transfer cheque nor online transaction but still my money has got transferred to other accounts.in spite of running behind sbi bank executives, no one is even ready to look into this matter. They're just postponing my issue by saying that they'll resolve this problem. Total amount of 60, 000/- has been debited from my account without my information nor i did receive any text message from sbi bank reg. These transactions. And also because of this issue, i've been charged several times for cheque bounce case. Kindly look into this matter and please do the needful.

          I prakash kumar sharma holding a/c no. [protected] in bank of india branch chandwara jharkhand, using bank of india's atm card in your sbi naya tola bhikhna pahari patna branch for withdrawal an amount of rs. 8, 500/- on dated 02/06/2017 at appox. 8.30 pm but due to some technical issue the amount was not received from your atm machine and massage received through mobile amount was deducted but till date not received. However i personally visited sbi branch which comes under jurisdiction of naya tola bhikhna branch patna and complaint lodged two times through letter in to your bank branch but still have no any reply have been received.
          You are requested to kindly check and revert the same amount through neft into my account no. Which have bank of india.

            I have been folling up with your sbi dahisar west mumbai branch for reversal of my below charges but have not received any revert n my complaints are closed without informing me.

            Sms alert charges for fy 2016-17
            Debit card annual fee charged for fy 2017-18
            Amb chgs debited. The sms i received is below:

            Your sb a/c xxxxxxx3112 balance in apr'17 is below the required minimum monthly average. Pl restore in 30 days to avoid charges in june. Details at bank. Sbi red on 5/5/17

            I have funded the ac on 25/5/17

            They have charged me still for the amb chgs. Kindly reverse the sms alert chgs. Debit card annual fees n amb charges. I shall escalate to banking ombudsman n take it to the consumer court. This is day light robbery.

                I pankaj kumar would like to draw your kind attention on the rude behaviour and irresponsibility of staff of state bank of india, sargasan, gandhinagar branch ifsc code 014973.

                1. On 3rd may’ 2017 had submitted the request letter for transfer of mine (Account no. [protected]) and my spouse’s saving bank account (Account no. [protected]) from, sbi, link road, maharajpur, sahibabad industrial area site 4, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010, branch code: 3066) to (State bank of india sarthak, the mall, 1st floor, kh road, sargasan chokdi, sg highway, sargasan, gandhinagar, branch code 014973) and

                2. Sbi, 7, local shopping centre dilshad garden, new delhi, branch code: 9370) to (State bank of india sarthak, the mall, 1st floor, kh road, sargasan chokdi, sg highway, sargasan, gandhinagar, branch code 014973) respectively.

                3. In spite of multiple personal enquiry at branch, it’s come to our knowledge and it was very surprising and shocking that:

                A. Till 12th june’ 2017 my both request letter for transfer of account is lying in the drover of branch manager.

                B. Concern lady at enquiry simply told “this is not our job for getting transfer your account from anywhere to concern branch” you go yourself or get in touch personally with the branch for getting transfer of your account.

                C. Concern lady at enquiry told that all the information you are getting for transfer your account are no relevance…

                D. All the staffs are very rude and not ready to listen any concern, when i asked her name she simply told go to branch manager and register my complaint.

                Sir/ madam, i got transfer from ghaziabad to gandhinagar and shifted my family, now as advised by staff of sargasan branch, to visit to home branch to transfer the account is not feasible or possible, because now we are in digital era and advise given by sbi staff are like a lay man.

                You are requested to please intervene in the matter and arrange to transfer my and my spouse’s account at the earliest.

                Sir I submitted an application of a sbi saving bank account to transfer near my resitential area which is phalodi(rajisthan) branch code-17024, but now my account is in Kanpur panki branch code-11607 where branch manager is not accepting my saving bank account transfer application and making very delay to transfer my saving bank account...                     Dear sir,

                    I am a senior most citizen of india having age 80+ years. I have retired 22 years ago i. E.in the year of 1996.
                    Suddenly i have received one letter (Attached here for your reference) from you (Letter no-letter number: cm/cppc/as/13/783. B) on 25 may 2017. Letter says 'recovery of amount rs. 118762 - ppo no. Pen/se/ada/1996/b-232/ps/e/4623 dtd 02/04/1996'. I have not received any other letter/enclosure 'calculation sheet' for this. When i contacted sbi, domjur branch about the details/enclosure (Calculation sheet) of this letter they said they don't know anything about it and said 'contact cppc'. But at this age (Being a cancer patient) i cannot go there to contact you, also cannot hear properly so thought to write you.
                    I have submitted written letter to sbi to provide me the details about that deductions, i have not yet received any details or calculation sheet for that.
                    Today 12 jun 2017, when i went to sbi, domjur branch to withdraw my pension they have refused to give me the pension.
                    May i know on what ground sbi can hold my pension? I cannot understand what to do, feeling so helpless cannot express in words, got retired about 22 years ago, after 22 years getting letter which is asking to pay a huge amount of rs. 118762. Trying to know the reason for that; not getting the reason for what i am getting such punishment in this age. Also sbi is not giving me pensions, really i cannot understand how is it possible-without any reason bank can stop/hold my pension. Is this innovative way sbi has invented to harass helpless aged pensioners like me?
                    Unfortunately, i don’t know whom to contact and what to do; so am writing to you, i strongly believe you will look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
                    May i request you to give me my right pension amount at the earliest? Appreciate your kind help for this matter. Thanks in advance,

                      I rceived a sms on[protected], from vk-axisbk, informing me as follows "we confirm having remitted rs. 56653 today to your account *7001 with sbi through neft being proceeds of fdr no. 00006441 with dhfl. If any discrepancy please contact your branch". When i went to get entry into my passbook, no such amount has been credited in my account. I therefore request that the amount if remitted may please be arranged to be entered in my passbook, duly informing me by a sms.
                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I often go to deposit money in sbi's thakurganj branch.they always distribute the tokens but they follow this rule when they want.they most of the time give the reason of server not working.is public fool.when they r taking money randomly, why not take mone by token when everyone has token in their hand.bankers don't follow the token rule.
                      I have deposited 5000rs for my brothers SBI account from SBI E-corner with using my SBI debit card.

                      Still amount didn't transferred to my brother's account.

                      Kindly assist me soon.

                        In sbi's internet banking at the time of fund transfer, our customers are raising the compalint that they enter ifsc as a jpcb0000005, but on your portal it shows jalgaon janata bank as the bank name.
                        Actually the ifsc jpcb0000005 belongs to the jalgaon peoples co-op. Bank ltd., jalgaon.
                        Our customers are in confusion, as the ifsc code is correct but on sbi portal it shows wrong bank name, hence they can not perform the transactions.
                        Please rectify the ifsc bank name error on priority and display the correct bank name to avoid the confusion of customers and wrong transactions.

                          Today by mistake i transferred (Imps) 5k amount from my sbi a/c [protected] (Ifsc code=sbin0013547) to one of a/c in union bank of india (Ifsc code=ubin0554596).
                          I contacted to union bank manager, according to him the a/c in which i transferred was nonactive since last 3 years and he suggested me to contact in sbi, so i am writing this.

                          Transaction details are as below:
                          Sbi a/c from where transfer = [protected]
                          Transaction ref no = imps[protected]mo49977550
                          Union bank branch = pashan (Ubin0554596)
                          Amount = 5000

                          As per a/c statement, the a/c in which amount was transferred is might be as [protected]

                          SBI illegally deducted of Rs 57.50 from my saving account today. And I complaint for that to SBI but my balance has but refunded till now. Therefore, I am forced to complaint to you so please take action against SBI do that they refunded my balance of Rs 57.50 immediately.

                            I am customer of sbi bank old purti bazar branch. I needed a dd from bank but the bank official refuse to provide dd saying that they do not have that service also the people in that branch are rude. Please look in this matter. The services and products of sbi is degrading day by day. Private banks are providing good services as compared to sbi. If this situation continues then there will be one day that workers in sbi will have to roam in the city for getting customers. Hope you will take proper action. Thank you..!

                              The fraud person on phone introduced herself as miss from delhi (Ph. Nos. [protected],[protected] also she give his office incharge mr. Hardik ph. No. [protected] mobile wallet pvt ltd contact he assured this is my what's up no. U don't worry i have jenuan co. I work with sbi card, i send u courier your address, u don't like u should return our curious then l will refund amount in your sbi card then he asked my mailing address and provided my name. At that time received call from my sbi bank my another phone transaction made u transaction? I denied. She block my card and say u ring customer care and make complaint he said u send mail [protected]@sbicard.com. Send massage copies. Two massage come sbi card interested mob. No.[protected]

                              How you people can share such kind of sensitive information with anybody.
                              This is my first time used credit card and i don't know how to used
                              He also explained me the offer and asked me to provide required details to other person to process the request.
                              After some time other person from sbi has called on my phone and explain the same offer and asked me to provide otp. This is very shock for mi all particular with other person. Only call asking name. Card no. And take money.

                              Later on when i contacted sbi customer care they told me it was fraud call and submit the dispute form on your sbi card.
                              It was surprising to see the transaction on my sbi credit card without my validation and approval.

                              Hence, kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly.
                              I have already asked the sbi customer care to block the access of sbi credit card to stop further transactions.

                              Same prank call i am also getting daily from diif number. Since only happen after applied SBI credit card. I think with SBI involvement happening this type of stupid or weather SBI taking necessary action regarding this?

                                Sbi, merces, goa branch - fd #s [protected] & [protected] matured on 1 june 2017 - previous qtrly int paid on 1 apr 2017 = rs 3469 on principal of rs.150, 000. On 1 june 17 rs. 150, 071 credited to sb a/c's [protected] & [protected] respectively. Last interest due from 2 apr 17 to 1 jun 17 for about 60 days should have been about 2280, 60 on each of the two fd's.

                                pleased suggest me how I closed my sbi credit card and how I earned NOC of closed sbi credit card.
                                It is being information to notice that my home loan application kept in the locker of sbi plassey code number 1382 and no action have taken by them. You are requested to instruct SBI Plassey code number 1382 to give me a written explanation of the same for my further necessary action please.
                                I am not using my SBI credit card so pleased closed my sbi credit card and give me NOC of my closing credit card.
                                I often go to deposit money in sbi's thakurganj branch.they always distribute the tokens but they follow this rule when they want.they most of the time give the reason of server not working.is public fool.when they r taking money randomly, why not take mone by token when everyone has token in their hand.bankers don't follow the token rule.
                                Messeges regarding debit/credit not receive on my mobile no.[protected] of savings account no.[protected], IIM Br.Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Also the cashier of the same bank Mr.Sameer Vaishnav is not behaving proper with clients.Atm machine of IIM br.is not working permanently.
                                My docket no.EB[protected]IN do not deliver this atm card till date dispatch date February 2017 but not delivery till date.

                                ATM machine of mansurpur area in Muzaffarnagar uttar Pradesh, most of the time is not working...it only works for 1 day in a week...that causes inconvenience to people...please seek into the matter...pls seek into the matter...matter..matter...matter...matter

                                  I am trying to pay for ignou admission form through sbi atm cum debit card it display an error message that "transaction not captured in fss site" what should i do??? Pls solve my problem as soon as possible because last date for admission is 30th june 2017. I have my atm cum debit card but i have not done online banking regarding this to pay my online fee m trying this but facing problem with this fss site problem.. Pls help soon!

                                      It's very urgent, my atm linked to account number [protected] has been hacked by someone. 1, 50, 000 has been debited from account into card[protected]. I request you to track this account and seal it. Please help me to track this account and help me to find the culprit. A person made these transactions in two days that is june 10th and june 11th.
