Dear Sir,

I am complaining about SBI Credit Card payment. I agree the outstanding is there and I am currently not in a position to pay and I told them I will start payment next month onwords .they forcing like anything .Today, I received various calls from the no.[protected] by the name of a person named Navin Kumar [protected]/[protected] from SBI cards Collection Department location Delhi harassing me and insulting me by calling
using abusive language and threatening.I told him that Since I was not well, I was not going to office for the last two months and by the next Monday weill join office and start getting salary but he is not ready to listen anything.I am afraid from them because he is saying he will do drama infront my Landlord house who is nothing to do with this payment.
However, the SBI recovery collection agent have spoiled my work for about 2 hours and it is totally not acceptable. He is visiting my landlord house in Delhi where I was staying in Delhi and threatening them as well.My landlord lady was crying badly over call when she was talking to me .She is very much afraid for that agent's behavior. There is no guarantee that he will not call again and again and threaten us.I am feeling very bad because he is threatening my landlord for the my credit card payment.

Right Now I am in Kolkata
I am finally requesting I need time nest two weeks .if they give any settlement for less amountI will start next months onwords. Please help me.

    Respected sir or madam,

    I am holding an sbi account since 2006. So far i was happy with the service but from last two months it seems like it was a big mistake to open an account with sbi.

    I would like to share an incident of 15 may 2017 wherin i wanna transfer my accont so i went to my home branch in pune to do the needfull.

    When i enquire what is the procedure to transfer the account the madam who was available help me with the form she was very nice with the service, unfortunately i forgot her name. But the pathetic service start from there when i went at counter number 4 a person at the counter first did not pay attention than send me at the next counter, when i went to the counter showed by the second person that person again send me to the first counter i. E. Counter number 4.

    I was very unhappy with this because this cause me trouble as well as i feel like there is no value for me. Finally when i submit the form and asked the person that why did you not take the form in a first instance, why you send me to another counter the reply was very casual and unprofessional he replied what you have to do now..

    I have done with my procedure of transfering the account in my so called home branch. But i have been told that the rest of formalities to complete the transfer of account i have to do it from the branch where i need to transfer the account, in that branch which is mahad branch with code 415 also face the similar patethic service.. When i ask the service manager at counter 8 he said if you are not happy than close the account and service with the bank.. I think rather saying this he should regret of his service and make me assure that we will give you the best service.

    Yet my account is not transfer..

    I have taken out my valuable time to share my dissatisfaction with the service of bank, i hope that whoever is authorize will take a action and will do the needfull.

The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number.           Sir मे 17 मई को sbi के pooth kalan branch me 3:00pm पर कैश में dd बनवाने gye thi, to vha के staff or मैनेजर ने cash dd बनाने से मना कर दीया kha की चेक से बनेगा.उसके बाद जब me check ले कर 3:50pm पर form fill kar k submit कराने के लिए gye to Log line me lage hue they cash receive or deposit हो rha tha to cashier ने dd बनाने से मना कर दिया कहा 3 बजे के बाद dd nhi banta.ab 4 baj rhe h.form लेते हुए ओर Form fill karte hue किसी ने मुझे ये nhi bataya ki ab dd nhi banega. Me ye जनाना चाहती हु की मेरा dd cash me kyu nhi banaya..? or cashier cash transition कर rhe they to उन्होने 3 बजे के बाद dd बना से kyu mana kar diya जबकी public dealing 4 बजे tek होती h..?

            I am sbi bank customer and indian army soldier i was withdrawal money from bank of baroda atm but money not recived and balance dr from my account, i was complain online sbi but till not answer me only given complain number in my mobile so i have visit 18.05.17 my home branch (Saraspur06139) and meet branch manager i told u my problem but he not ans me and rudely behavior with me so pls tell me how i am compliant to him sbi senior levels.

              Tried to withdraw rs 10000/- from Andhra bank ATM(ID-136004) at Vedayapalem, Nellore using SBI debit card(No-[protected]) on 7.5.17(Tx ID-3380).But the ATM said to enter lesser amount.So I entered Rs 4000/-and got it.But the message from SBI says both the amounts i, e Rs 4000 and also Rs 10000 were debited.
              Complained to toll free customer care number of SBI.But they did not send any Ticket number as promised to track my complaint.Very poor cusgtomer care service from SBI.

              When I couldn't contact the SBI directly I complained through Consumer complaints and within days the complaint had been acted upon and the debited money was credited to my account on 25.5.17and a message was received on 27th confirming the action.Thank you very much for Consumer Complaints in taking my complaint to SBI notice.Thank you.

                Sir, I transferred my Account ([protected])from SBI branch ONGC Ankleshwar (Gujarat) to SBI branch NDA, PUNE ( Maharashtra), in the month of July 2016, at that time I submitted all the relevant documents in SBI NDA Pune branch, and after that I started my transaction, but on 11th may 2017 when I go to the branch to renew my ATM Debit card, Mrs.Noopur, who was looking the matter she verified my A/C, and said that, "CIF No" was not transferred from the previous branch i.e.SBI ONGC Ankleshwer, then she saw the CIF no. and said that, "your account was showing at SBI ONGC Makarpura, VADODARA, branch" not in the ONGC Ankleshwar branch" Then she gave me one form to transfer the CIF no. I fill up and handed over the form to her. she replied that same will be scanned and e mail to Vadodara branch they will transfer your CIF No. Then, Today on 19th may 2017 when I was go to NDA Pune branch, I came to know that neither my form sent to Vadodara nor any action was taken. That form was sent by e mail today only. So I want to know that, What was the purpose to harass me ? I was the customer of SBI since 1984 We are believe only on SBI.So why this treatment was given to me? This is only the carelessness of SBI Employee. Sir my all the transaction was blocked due to not availability of My ATM Debit card.you are requested to pl. see the matter seriously and solve my problem as early as possible.

                    For the last 2 months, I have visited the nearest branch of "State Bank of India" ("JAGADISHPUR Branch" of State Bank of India) for several times for just opening one savings account. Surprisingly I experienced unexpected behavior from their sight. In April I every bank stays busy, I admit. But, even in May, they continued harassing. When I visited 2-nd May, they told after a huge work schedule in April they are too tired to open any new account so I was asked to visit in the 3-rd week. And, when I did so, they told there are many jobs pending so they can't accept a new account request. At that moment I had no other option so I had to accept those jokes and this is why I was forced to complain about the so-called most dutiful bank of India SBI.

                        On 4, may 2017 at 03:56, i did the payment in passport service but the payment is not done and the amount of Rs.1512 is deducted from my account.There was no related information is provided such as transaction id, instead the payment is failed. The payment mode which i was used is "Debit card of ALLAHABAD BANK".

                          Dear sir,

                          I had applied for a Sbi simply save credit card. A men executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

                          I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

                          "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                          I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

                            Sir I have purchased one cooler with 6499 rupees and requested​ to convert in EMI but the some issue created about that hence I return it and requested to cancel the EMI within required time.but the EMI is Continuing till now means not cancelled till now by the SBI card company.and second issue is I have purchased one mobile on[protected] and also requested​ to convert in EMI but they didn't convert it in EMI and sent me statement of total amount for credit.I have contacted them on phone two times but they said to paid the statement amount either u will charged.so please sir consider my request and try to solve as soon as possible.

                              My SBI account no is [protected], and My account balance looks incorrect in total available balance category in Internet banking.
                              In internet banking my MOD balance is showing 9.05 lac where as total deposit available balance is showing 6.8 lac, thus off by 2.25 lac. I also noticed the sweep transaction “SWEEP TO [protected]” on 11th April is not getting displayed in all deposit account detail list. Could you please help it getting fixed asap as I have to do some important transaction.

                                I am Arpan Sarkar, I hold a joint account in SBI with Shuvra Sarkar Biswas, account number “[protected]”. We have created a fixed deposit of two lacks rupees on 18-Mar-2016 (FD No[protected]. For tendering purpose on[protected] we requested bank for creating bank guarantee in favor of “DDO, O/o The ADG, DTRTI, EAST BLOCK -2, LEVEL 2, R K PURTAM, NEW DELHI” against this mentioned FD from barasat sbi branch.
                                As per tendering authority as they have not received bank guarantee on time, so they have disqualified us for the tender. So, we requested them to return us the bank guarantee. And they have returned the same to SBI Barasat branch. But when we have contacted to the authority of Barasat branch they informed us that bank sent Original copy of bank guarantee to tendering authority, but as tendering authority have not returned the original copy of bank guarantee to bank so bank is not able to release the FD for closer. We have contacted tendering authority; they informed us that they have not received any original copy of bank guarantee from Bank. When some official from bank also communicated with tendering authority, tendering authority have informed the same to the bank official.
                                We are following up this issue with concern bank authority since February 2017, but still this issue is not solved. Previously Mr Dkhina Ranjan Tarfder of SBI Barasat branch was taking care of this issue. We have followed up with him several times, but he has never shown the empathy to solve the issue. IT Delhi, sent the release letter addressing him. But now he has resigned from SBI. SBI barasat is so much unprofessional that they have informed us that, as the person has resigned, so they need to call them to know where they kept the letter. Unfortunately on 16/05/2017 when I were in bank, Mr Dakhina didn’t receive the calls. So, bank officials informed us that as they can’t do anything if he didn’t receive bank’s call. So, I asked what can be done if he never receive their call? Then they suggest that we need to get the release letter again from income tax Delhi, because as per them it is impossible for them to find a document related a case, if a staff who was handling the case before, leave SBI.

                                I think SBI is only organization who follows this worse work culture. I want to close this FD, if this issue don’t resolved with in tomorrow then I will take this case to consumer court. I have the entire conversation recording with bank officials and I can prove how they harass people every time.

                                  विषय-प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम के ऋण अनुदान दिलाने के सम्बन्ध में।
                                  महोदय
                                  विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी ने भारतीय स्टेट बैंक -शाखा -बुदनी मड़ावरा, जिला-ललितपुर, उ0प्र0 से मार्च2016 में प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम की योजना अनुसार रुपये तीन लाख का ऋण लिया था एवं बैंक द्वारा निर्धारित समस्त आवश्यक ओपचारिकता पूरी की एवं बैंक द्वारा निर्धारित क़िस्त हर माह समय से जमा कर रहा हूँ।महोदय अवगत कराना है कि प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम योजनानुसार प्रार्थी को ऋण राशि पर 35प्रतिशत अनुदान मिलता है एवं जिस दिन से अनुदान राशि बैंक में आ जाती है तभी से अनुदान राशि पर व्याज बंद कर दिया जाता है।अतः प्रार्थी की अनुदान राशि रूपये 105000 मई 2016 में ही भारतीय स्टेट बैंक -शाखा -बुदनी मड़ावरा, जिला-ललितपुर, उ0प्र0 को प्राप्त हो चुकी है जिसे बैंक द्वारा न तो प्रार्थी के खाते में जमा किया गया न है अनुदान राशि पर प्रार्थी का ब्याज बंद किया जा रहा है अतः जो योजना के नियम का कठोर उल्लंघन है और प्रार्थी से पूरी ऋण राशि 300000रूपए पर ब्याज लिया जा रहा है इस सम्बन्ध में प्रार्थी ने शाखा प्रबंधक महोदय से कई बार अनुदान राशि पर लगने बाले ब्याज को बंद करवाने के सम्बन्ध में विनती की इस पर प्रबंधक महोदय ने कुछ दिन में अनुदान खाते में भेजने का आश्वासन दिया परन्तु एक वर्ष होने पर भी न तो अनुदान प्रार्थी के खाते में भेजा गया न है उतनी राशि पर ब्याज बंद हुआ अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी की अनुदान राशि नियमानुसार प्रार्थी के खाते में डलवाने एवं मई 2016 से अनुदान राशि पर लिए गए नियमविरुद्ध ब्याज का भुकतान प्रार्थी को कराने की कृपा करे।

                                      I am using internet banking since two years almost and now i have forgotten my profile password, i went to my branch-PBB REWA, code 12296 but they always say that our authorizer is on a leave or is not here at the time, infact they even said to me that we cant do anything and we dont bother how big is your problem.I hope my problem will be consider with great concern.

                                        Is dedected rs.144.88 from my account any stating any reason. So sir i want to my money back from my bank that is state bank of india.
