Sms alerts not received after transaction

I am having saving bank account with sbi more than 5 years. Since last year i am not receiving sms alert so balance change for transactions such as rtgs, neft, cheque transfer for credit or debit. The transaction amounts in all such cases was more than 25000. After giving complaint, they say that it is a technical problem since last one year. I went to the branch also, but they are not accepting complaint application....

Complaint: loan account 32844549555 - debited after closure

This is regarding the SBI car loan closure of the account [protected] which was completed on 6th May 2017. Attached loan statement and NOC from the SBI bank dated 06th May 2017
However even after the loan closure, the EMI of Rs 14, 936 (DECS DR/SBI, RACPC,[protected] is debited from my account on 10th May 2017. (Attached debit screenshot)
Upon many times following up with SBI Branch I have not received my money back with no...

Sir/madam,
This is to bring to your notice the following.
# we are maintaining two home loan accounts with ur sbi powai hiranandani branch.
Both loans amts are above 1cr.
And we believe we are one of your premium customers.

An application for conversion of term loan to max gain hl account was submitted on 30th march2017.
We were told that since annual closing is approaching it will take a few weeks.
After almost two months the conversion is still pending.
We have also submitted a cheque for 18lacs to be prepaid after the conversion.
The cheque too is not presented so far.
The approach of your branch staff and the manager is very unprofessional.
The branch manager said that, he has been temporarily posted and not aware of the technical issues.
I have personally visited the branch 10 times in these 2 months since no one responds to phone calls.
Now i am losing interest on 18lacs for two months and that is a big loss.
I fail to understand this sort o[censored]nprofessional attitude.
I request you to take up the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.
Sbi being such a big brand i am sure the customer care cell will look into it and ensure that this does not recur again and we can expect good service in the future.

    मैंने फरबरी में नया खाता खुलवाया अभी तक एटीएम नहीं मिला नयी शाखा है फिर कोई सही से बात करने वाला नहीं है कम से कम 10 से 11 बार शाखा में जा चूका हु लेकिन सुनने वाला कोई नहीं है क्या करे मुझे चेक बुक एटीएम मिलगा या नहीं कृपया करके बताने का कष्ट करे बैंक शाखा में जाने से कोई फायदा नहीं हराम का वेतन ले रहे है !

      Sir,
      I am using SBI Credit Card No-[protected]. But as am not satisfied with the company's terms and conditions regarding Annual Charges. So, i surrender the card. At that time some customer care executive explained me the total amount i have to pay and the card they will blocked. As per their instruction i paid the amount. At that time they told me to refund me the Annual Charges at the end of the financial year. But without refund my Annual Charger they put some extra charges to me. And now they calculate it with interest. Please take the matter seriously.

        Sr I want to apply for home loan but when I went to branch on 13 February 2017 for apply and from that time branch manager not give reply in right way till now and that time he will give me a check list and told that bring all related documents and after few days I went with all related documents but he not accept and told some More document and after 2-3 days I went with that document but now he start saying that ki kl aao, parso aao, av e nhi h so kindly help me

          I have a saving a/c in your bank with a/c no.[protected] for the past 4 years but here are few issues i face now-a-days that i need to bring to your notice. Firstly i can't withdrawl any amount from my account. Secondly i even can't withdrawl from atm card too. My atm card no. Endds with "8301". I am facing these issues from past 7 days and even i compained in home branch bank too but there nobody gave me correct iinformation in bank too. Hence i am bringing it to your notice.
          Please instruct your bank officials to check and sort out my problem. Till now i never encountered any problem with your bank and hope these issues will be resolved earliest.

            I have been charged with below headings in my statement of credit card from sbi card

            What are these charges?

            Total st debit for current stmt debit 69.86
            Total sbc debit for current stmt debit 2.50
            Total kkc debit for current stmt debit 2.49

            While issuing cards these are not at all mentioned?? Is this going to be monthly payment for statements?

            Need to refund these amounts asap.

                  This is with reference to the sb a/c number mentioned above, due to some un-avoidable circumstances, i could not maintain minimum balance in the account for next 15 days, i am forced to take a decision to close the sb account. I have visited the branch for the same, since i am in critical situation and in urgent need of money, i have told the officials to close the account. But i am surprised that i have been charged rs.575 towards closing of a/c charges like that. The bank staff or even the branch manager not said even a single word about the closing charges.

                  I was explaining my concern to the bank staffs and the branch manager clearly that since i could not maintain minimum balance i am forced to take a decision to close the account like that. Atleast at that time they may have informed about the closing charges. But all the officials are very quiet and returning the balance amount after deducting rs.575.

                  If i was informed about the closing charges in advance i would not have taken the decision to close the account even. I have again spoken to the branch manager about no information about the closing charges, if i have known i would not have taken the decision to close the account, pl do something don’t close the account like that. But nothing worked out.

                  I request the officials to return the money that have been deducted in my account, i request each one of you to help me in this regard. Kindly return my hard earned money.

                    In this bank i have a account, they are not printing my passbook after a lot of transition, they send me back saying that the printing machine is not working after 1pm all day in week. They send me back 3 times. And when i m asking about the machine they treat me rudily and saying that go and complain I'll not print your passbook.

                      I am complaining about SBI Credit Card payment. I agree the outstanding is there and I am currently not in a position to pay and I told them I will start payment next month onwords .they forcing like anything .Today, I received various calls from the no.[protected] by the name of a person named Navin Kumar [protected]/[protected] from SBI cards Collection Department location Delhi harassing me and insulting me by calling
                      using abusive language and threatening.I told him that Since I was not well, I was not going to office for the last two months and by the next Monday weill join office and start getting salary but he is not ready to listen anything.I am afraid from them because he is saying he will do drama infront my Landlord house who is nothing to do with this payment.
                      However, the SBI recovery collection agent have spoiled my work for about 2 hours and it is totally not acceptable. He is visiting my landlord house in Delhi where I was staying in Delhi and threatening them as well.My landlord lady was crying badly over call when she was talking to me .She is very much afraid for that agent's behavior. There is no guarantee that he will not call again and again and threaten us.I am feeling very bad because he is threatening my landlord for the my credit card payment.

                      Right Now I am in Kolkata
                      I am finally requesting I need time nest two weeks .if they give any settlement for less amountI will start next months onwords. Please help me.

                        Respected sir or madam,

                        I am holding an sbi account since 2006. So far i was happy with the service but from last two months it seems like it was a big mistake to open an account with sbi.

                        I would like to share an incident of 15 may 2017 wherin i wanna transfer my accont so i went to my home branch in pune to do the needfull.

                        When i enquire what is the procedure to transfer the account the madam who was available help me with the form she was very nice with the service, unfortunately i forgot her name. But the pathetic service start from there when i went at counter number 4 a person at the counter first did not pay attention than send me at the next counter, when i went to the counter showed by the second person that person again send me to the first counter i. E. Counter number 4.

                        I was very unhappy with this because this cause me trouble as well as i feel like there is no value for me. Finally when i submit the form and asked the person that why did you not take the form in a first instance, why you send me to another counter the reply was very casual and unprofessional he replied what you have to do now..

                        I have done with my procedure of transfering the account in my so called home branch. But i have been told that the rest of formalities to complete the transfer of account i have to do it from the branch where i need to transfer the account, in that branch which is mahad branch with code 415 also face the similar patethic service.. When i ask the service manager at counter 8 he said if you are not happy than close the account and service with the bank.. I think rather saying this he should regret of his service and make me assure that we will give you the best service.

                        Yet my account is not transfer..

                        I have taken out my valuable time to share my dissatisfaction with the service of bank, i hope that whoever is authorize will take a action and will do the needfull.

                              Sir मे 17 मई को sbi के pooth kalan branch me 3:00pm पर कैश में dd बनवाने gye thi, to vha के staff or मैनेजर ने cash dd बनाने से मना कर दीया kha की चेक से बनेगा.उसके बाद जब me check ले कर 3:50pm पर form fill kar k submit कराने के लिए gye to Log line me lage hue they cash receive or deposit हो rha tha to cashier ने dd बनाने से मना कर दिया कहा 3 बजे के बाद dd nhi banta.ab 4 baj rhe h.form लेते हुए ओर Form fill karte hue किसी ने मुझे ये nhi bataya ki ab dd nhi banega. Me ye जनाना चाहती हु की मेरा dd cash me kyu nhi banaya..? or cashier cash transition कर rhe they to उन्होने 3 बजे के बाद dd बना से kyu mana kar diya जबकी public dealing 4 बजे tek होती h..?

                                  Tried to withdraw rs 10000/- from Andhra bank ATM(ID-136004) at Vedayapalem, Nellore using SBI debit card(No-[protected]) on 7.5.17(Tx ID-3380).But the ATM said to enter lesser amount.So I entered Rs 4000/-and got it.But the message from SBI says both the amounts i, e Rs 4000 and also Rs 10000 were debited.
                                  Complained to toll free customer care number of SBI.But they did not send any Ticket number as promised to track my complaint.Very poor cusgtomer care service from SBI.

                                  When I couldn't contact the SBI directly I complained through Consumer complaints and within days the complaint had been acted upon and the debited money was credited to my account on 25.5.17and a message was received on 27th confirming the action.Thank you very much for Consumer Complaints in taking my complaint to SBI notice.Thank you.

                                    Sir, I transferred my Account ([protected])from SBI branch ONGC Ankleshwar (Gujarat) to SBI branch NDA, PUNE ( Maharashtra), in the month of July 2016, at that time I submitted all the relevant documents in SBI NDA Pune branch, and after that I started my transaction, but on 11th may 2017 when I go to the branch to renew my ATM Debit card, Mrs.Noopur, who was looking the matter she verified my A/C, and said that, "CIF No" was not transferred from the previous branch i.e.SBI ONGC Ankleshwer, then she saw the CIF no. and said that, "your account was showing at SBI ONGC Makarpura, VADODARA, branch" not in the ONGC Ankleshwar branch" Then she gave me one form to transfer the CIF no. I fill up and handed over the form to her. she replied that same will be scanned and e mail to Vadodara branch they will transfer your CIF No. Then, Today on 19th may 2017 when I was go to NDA Pune branch, I came to know that neither my form sent to Vadodara nor any action was taken. That form was sent by e mail today only. So I want to know that, What was the purpose to harass me ? I was the customer of SBI since 1984 We are believe only on SBI.So why this treatment was given to me? This is only the carelessness of SBI Employee. Sir my all the transaction was blocked due to not availability of My ATM Debit card.you are requested to pl. see the matter seriously and solve my problem as early as possible.
