Today i went to my sbi bank naval dockyard branch, visakhapatnam the bank counter staff told me we cant deposit ten rupees coins into your account they did not given correct answer to me then iam going to branch manager he is also did not given any responsible answer regarding this tens rs coins deposit and he is talk with careless and waiting me and my colleagues with out any correct answer. he is told me after some time that is those who are cant suppose to take ten rupees coins complaint against to them. i am telling sir your giving to me this coins at the time of demonetization so you should deposit in to my account. finally he is telling me go and complaint any where..

    I deposited Rs. 1.50 lakhs in my own account in the same "home" branch and this is my first cash deposit transaction of the month. I have been charged Rs. 51.75 and the description for the same is "Cash Handling Charges". I thought 3 cash deposits per month were free. So I contacted the SBI customer care and the only thing they tell me is to contact the branch but whatever action has been taken is correct. I do not see any rule book which says they can charge me this money but it seems in SBI wonderland, they can make up the rules as they want. What a weird institution to transact your business with :( How do I get my Rs. 51.75 back now?

      I Mr Rajbir singh presently holding an home loan account at SBI CGO COMPLEX LODHI ESTATE NEWDELHI . I wants to transfer my loan account to other bank ie. from SBI to Other bank, for the purpose I have required a loan closure letter and list of documents is urgently required but after lapse of one and half month bank have not provide me the above mentioned docs, self facing financial loss by keeping my loan account in SBI due to heavy burden of interest i.e. 9.25 % my loan a/cis [protected]. kindly help me and instruct the bank to provide me required document. thanks

        I made an online payment of sum of money rs.1512/-through net banking, for fresh passport through my allahabad bank debit card on 25/03/2017, at vijaywada, andhra pradesh state.
        Tthe payment status was showing failed, but money deducted from my bank account.
        Kindly refund the money to my account sir.

          Sir, it is very painful to intimate that, I had submitted my application for getting personal loan a month ago but till date I didnot got any positive response from field officer. I met dealing officer personally, so many times and plead to take up the matter as early as possible since I am desperately need of this loan to meet up the urgency but all went in vain. Therefore, it is requested that higher authority of the esteemed bank may please pursue the matter to the concerned branch i.e. SBI, Ganga, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh for early processing of my loan application so as to enable me to meet up my urgency well in time or before getting late.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            As per new rules of minimum balance, I request to consider zero balance for pension account, since most of the pensioner is not able to maintain minimum balance because of irregular income or mostly no income category people. Most of the people pension account is in sbi only. I come to know the minimum balance to be 5000/- for pension account where as pension amount is 1100/- per month. Its very difficult to maintain the minimum balance for pensioner.
            It will help to pension holders to do banking with sbi if zero balance consider by sbi management. I hope same will considered by bank and do the needful.

                When trying to download the hl int certificate (Prov) from the enquiries tab in onlinesbi portal (Userid: ravikiran3033), system is displaying the message as "you donot have any housing loan accounts".

                I have a housing loan account attached to my savings account and emi also getting debited from the month of feb 2017.

                When i raised the issue with the home branch, employees in the branch are not able to understand and simply passing the buck from one person to another. Now im not knowing how my issue can be resolved and no one is bothered to resolve the issue. Until i have taken the loan from sbi they have shown the interest and once their work is done no one is bothered about the customer grievance. So many times we have approached the branch (Branch name : pbb rajahmundry), but there is no reply from.

                As i lost the hope that the issue will be resolved at branch end i have to resort to lodge the complaint online to all the grievance cells available. Hope the issue will be resolved and required action will be taken against the employees in the branch for their worst customer support.

                I have already sent the unhappy message for last 2 days and there is no call or mail from customer support.
                I have raised the complaint online from my login page and there also there is no reply from anyone

                  I called the toll free number of SBI customer care. I enquired about the debit card expiry. But he was talking very rudely and didn't give any proper information. I feel very angry and unsatisfied with their service. Worst customer care I have ever talked. I will not even give 0 rating. Atleast he must have given me suggested me to contact the branch directly. But his tone was like shouting at me and telling me as fool. I hate SBI now

                    Sbi e. City branch bengaluru is one of d worst ever branch of sbi... There is no bank person whom customer could inquiry, r take assistance from... And today i had a worst experience with counter no 6 lady of that branch. She is pathetic... Though she is not yet done with the present customer transactions she is already calling d next token n making them wait in line... N saying that she can give only 10 mnts to one customer... On top she is complaining about one customer to another customer... Hope bank will take necessary action about such rude staffs...

                        3 fd accounts of amnt rs. 25000/- each in the name of achu chena, mannem chena & nemman chena was openned during 1990's (Exact year not recollected by parents) by our parents (Sri. B. K. Chena and smti. Inchan chena). Matured amount is again deposited to continue with the same fd account. N now the amount is more than a lakh. Unfortunately the my parents lost the certificate issued by the bank and the bank manager is not willing to help us out in tracing the same. Very dissapointing...

                            Today bank officials closed my savings bank account but I was surprised to see that they have charged Rs. 575/- for closing the account. My name is Mayur Raikundalia and my SB account number is [protected], I had applied for closing the account on 31/3/17 but they deliberately closed the account after 18 days so that they can levy the charges as per the new rules and policy coming into effect from new financial year. Secondly I met one more customer in the bank who had come to close her SB account but the concerned bank officer told him that the charges for closing the saving bank account is only Rs. 100/-. I don't understand how can the charges for closing the account vary from person to person and how can the charges be so exorbitant. I feel cheated by this blue colored soffisticated robbers who are unfairly looting us to cover up their losses arising out of bad loans abruptly given by them to defaulters who are hands in glove with them. Trust me friends I think nowadays banks are no more reliable and I feel unsafe in keeping my money in bank. I want to take strict legal action against them so I would request others who also feel cheated to come together and form an union and fight against them. Any lawyer who can help me out to recover my money can contact me on [protected].

                                      मैंने अपने mob. No [protected] में sms alert के लिए कई बार आवेदन किया था किन्तु अभितक कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई है! पहले तो accounts सम्बंधित sms आते थे पर अब कुछ महीनों से नहीं आ रहा है जिसकी वजह से मैं बहुत परेशान हू!

                                      I submit the atm card form for duplicate on 9.3.2017 at railway colony branch bilaspur but till date i cant received card because form not processed .But forms entry is done in front of me by the bank dealer.So please check what is the falt and please solve my problem

                                        I closed our savings account with one of the SBI branches in Chennai, the account of which my wife was holding for over 40 years individually and jointly for around 25 years.

                                        To our shock, about 25% of the balance in the account was recovered as account closure charges.

                                        On enquiry, I was told that they have done according to the latest service charges applicable with effect from 01/04 /2017. As a pensioner, this amount of recovery of around Rs. 576/-is really a very high and I request the bank people to reverse the same at the earliest.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        While using sbi global card in china, it is unable to operate. ATMs at China shows the massage, "Your card issuer has declined your transaction". How to solve this issues...?

                                        It is like a daylight robbery that loss making banks try to squeeze the customer by way of service charges when crores of their money is locked up as NPA.The big industrial houses simply refuse to pay loan or even interest but pay donation to political parties and banks will be orally instructed not to take action to recover dues.This loss is made up by more and more service charges. The govt also turns a blind eye.
                                        sbi have a hidden closing charge which they do not tell to there customer. if we know n ask at when our account is close at that time only they say that might be there is a charge on it. I request the sbi to revised it n tell all their manager to tell all the customers who want to close their account before.
                                        maine meri putra vadhu and putra ka joint account is liye bandh kiya ki vaha service charge ke nam per lootam patti chalu ho gayi hai, aur yah lootam patti cloging ke time bhi hui S.B.I. ne account close ka bhi R/s 575/- kat liya lagta hai ki bank kangal ho gai hai tabhi es tarah ki loot kar rahi hai.
                                        As per my knowledge and mentioned in schedule of charges of SBI bank, bank can charged closure of account, if account closed in 14 days of account opening. In short if your account is old more then 14 days bank can’t charges any amount for account closing.Please protest for these illegal charges.

                                        Please ignore my post. SBI can recover charges for account closing.
                                        SBI has to reverse the rules on account closing charges. Ridiculous to charge ₹575 + service charges and cess. They made loans to various businesses and industry who were their buddies without proper security. Now that those loans have gone bad instead of recovering it from corporate borrowers. They are being imposed on Savings Bank account holders which is immortal. I wonder why RBI is silent on this. They must be hand in glove with them.
                                        Getting a legitimate loan have always been a huge problem To clients who have financial problem and need solution to it. The issue of credit and collateral are something that clients are always worried about when seeking a loan from a legitimate lender. But.. we have made that difference in the lending industry.
