I deposited 4 notes of 2000 into cdm in east fort thrissur sbiintouch branch it said processing and last gave a receipt saying time out, didnt got my money back also.
the receipt is attached here with this complaint
i hope forum help me to get my money credited in my account as soon as possible other details is written below

have given a complaint in east fort thrissur branch but no response till now

    So, you are requested to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis, so i could recover my lost money.

          My name is Krishna Kumar Srivastava & Savings bank account no is [protected] in SBI at Lucknow (U.P.) & Rs.69046/- was withdrawn from my account by unknown person through clone ATM Card on 1st and 2nd April 2017 at ATM situated at Vadodara District (Gujrat).

          I am trying to lodge a complaint but SBI taken only information letter with request to block the ATM card. There site link not registered my complaints.

          From last 12 days there are newspaper at Lucknow U.P. publishing regularly same kind of news of money withdrawn by Cyber criminals from Account of several person o[censored].P. with clone ATM Card at ATM situated at Vadodara District (Gujrat).

          Kindly do the needful to refund the money to me and several account holders which are unable to lodge their complaint.

          STF o[censored].P. Police is investigating this crime but SBI is not taking any initiative regarding this matter.
          Even Account holder having old ATM/Debit Card which have no CVV no. facility and outdated technology of CIrrus.

              Am hvng an sbi acnt in kerala, , today i was going to deposite one check from sbt to my acnt in koyambedu chennai branch. Ifsc::sbin0009675. Getting rply from branch as its not possible here, saying go to home branch, they are not gvng a proper reason...they are not ready to talk to me or gve me reason... Am doing some small buisness here, money is very urgent, no option to go home branch... The reason for using sbi is banking possible in all over india... Bt... Kindly gve me solution

                I am having an ATM o[censored]nion Bank of India.I used your sbi atm booth on 07.04.2017 at abut 11.25 AM. of india. i tried to withdraw Rs.10000/-, but only Rs 5000/- amount received by me from the machine and RS.10000- reduced from my account.I immediately told this to the security personal at the ATM and he advised me to go to the Bank Manager. I went to SBI manager with in two to three minutes and explained the incident. Branch Manager replied that please come in the evening, we will count the cash and your amount wii be returned to you. I went to Bank in the evening but they returned me back without any satisfying answer. I am daily going to the Bank staff and manager, but my money has not been received back to me.

                  Dear Sir,
                  The State Bank of India manager of Aruppukottai whose name R.Subbu Ramu was talking unnecessary words to me( K.Sankarlinga Pandian), a genuine customer of about 8 years. I had asked sign in a withdrawal form, he didn't even tell me to sit & speaking unwanted words. I said him to give respect, but he replied that, " I am the manager of this bank. It was not necessary for me to give respect to you. If you want, close your account and further he says many unwanted words which I don't want to disclose in this. I have bought 2 housing loans and one is completed and another is going on. I will not make anything serious but this matter makes me more angry. I had surrendered the locker and it is given to another person but the amount is debited in my account about 2 years. I will ask him everymonth but his only reply was write a letter and I have also given letter for many times by I didn't even tell it to others and adjusted. Now due to this matter of speaking unwanted words, I have closed all my accounts like car loan etc... And changed one housing loan to other bank.
                  I kindly request you to take action against him and I wanted him to ask sorry about this issue and further it should not happen.

                    Applied for new account on february 18 2017 at dharmapuri branch IFSC Code SBIN0000832. So for account got created (A/C No. *******2537), received Debit Card, account working on UPI and also could transfer money to the account but passbook for the account is still not issued.

                    Another, Inspite of submission of online application form with full proper credentials and KYC documents in person, both account holder name and address are misspelled and wrongly recorded.

                    I am waiting for my ATM pin for last 3 months.when ever I go to branch manager say it will come it will come.but not a single person helps me.my son also face the same problem and he quit the SBI account.help me what to do...

                      My ATM card got expired on November 2016 and I did not receive a new ATM card. So I had requested the bank to issue a new ATM card in the same month and they promised to issue the card within a week. I had visited the branch about six times with the same complaint. Every time they say that some technical error has occurred and I will receive the new card within 7 days. Now it has been five months since I applied for the card and I get the the same reply from them. It is really difficult to use my account without a debit card. Please take necessary actions.

                                  I'm an existing customer of the bank and currently I'm having the use of SBI core banking facility especially for my PPF and saving account. Today, I have to send a complaint about my nearer SBI branch and its staffs adequacy.

                                  Issue 1 :

                                  I had visited the SBI Adalaj, Gandhinagar branch multiple time about to take the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Jivan Jyoti and Jovan Bima yojna policies. The receptionist and other staffs had told to me and my wife that these schemes were expired.

                                  More than 6 months had passed on to this incident and today again I went to my nearer post office at Adalaj, Gandhinagar and i had came to know that these schemes are still available in post and in any SBI branch and so I went again to the following branch and I had been replied the same answer by receptionist and peon at the entrance of this branch.

                                  I had also confirmed with her for these schemes again n again but she had replied that the schemes were expired. This was the 2 or 3 time, I was replied with the same answer. My wife had already met the branch manager in this case directly on last week but nothing was helpful by him as well.

                                  Even they are not ready to help minors, senior citizens and illiterate people. In front of me, the receptionist had replied rudely to senior citizen. Every time, they are telling to customers that forms are not available, printers are not working just to avoid the rush of the customers.

                                  Issue 2 :

                                  I have both, PPF and Saving account, in the SBI and within last 6 months, I had done multiple transactions in my both accounts but my passbooks are not updated. As I'm a salaried professional employee, my working hours are fixed I.e. 9.30 am - 7 pm and I can't do my banking stuffs from my own. Meantime as a joint holder of SBI account, my wife had went to the branch for multiple times to get entry into both the account passbooks. She went at Adalaj, Gandhinagar branch 2-3 times on different timings between 11am - 4 pm except lunch break, but she was replied that printer was out of order on each visit to the branch. Is this customer's responsibility to get printer repaired.

                                  Today, I was just shocked by hearing the receptionist's statement that they had fixed the timings for passbook print up to 12.00 pm on working days after that they had refused to print the passbook. It means they had lied to my wife multiple times that printer was not working. Such a lied and lazy staffs at this branch.

                                  Finally, I was wondering what to do and I had called to SBI customers care about these issues and the executive had told me that my complaint was registered and I would receive the complaint number soon and my complaint would be resolved within 10 days of time period. But still I haven't received complaint number on my registered mobile number and thus I'm sending this mail in order to consider my complaint.

                                  In general, I have founded that most of SBI staffs are too lazy in terms of works especially in comparison the other nationalised and private banks. They are not ready to take little chunk of extra burden even in working hours.

                                  In my opinion, there must be a flying squad to take care of such issues and there must an audit system without informed the branch.

                                  Please kindly look into this matter and if anything that you think is not properly written by me than you can understand my problem as a genuine customer.

                                    There situated a kiosk banking point of state bank of india at keshpur(bhejiput) - 3a950438 under langaleswar -09673 main branch ;i opened a no frill account .The kiosk operator charged me an amount of rs 120 /-(one hundred twenty only) whereas he gave me a receipt of rs 20 /- (twenty only). When i asked for the same he can't explained me about the same.

                                    Please shut out the same.

                                      My mother owns a SBI credit card, she was fraudulent;ly charged for rupees of around 150000 on her card in FEB 2016, we have taken up the complaint and an FIR was registerd and the complaint was submitted to the SBI credit card division.
                                      on their advise we have been paying the regular minimum amount for a period of one year till feb 2017 for an amount close to 140000.
                                      in feb 2017 we approached the bank and enquired about the complaint and FIR,
                                      they said it was still under investigation.
                                      then we stopped payments dince then, now the bank has sent recovery agents who are repeatedly calling and thretening my 65 year old mother,
                                      what to be done now.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Hi,

                                      I have been getting harassment calls from the SBI collection department everyday for the past one week now.
                                      I ask them for the statement which they do not provide but keep harassing me to pay money for the statement generated without even looking at it. I tell them each day to send me the statement.

                                      They are not willing to do this and say it is my responsibility to get the statement and pay the money.

                                      Seems SBI has employed this people just to harass its customers.

                                        I applied for avenue super market IPO, in this connection Amount Rs 14950 was blocked in my saving account.
                                        I lodged a complaint on 07.04.2017 by ticket number [protected].
                                        I was advised to contact branch manager on phone number [protected].
                                        Branch manager simply told please contact Head office & put down the phone.

                                        As on date My account still showing blocked amount.

                                        Please resolve this & arrange to unblock the amount.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
