My name is koti and I had ordered (renewed)tecno pova 2 ( dazzle black, 6gp ram, 128 gp rom) of RS.12, 749 in Amazon on 11 march 2022 and after on 11 march 2022 I cancelled my order due to personal reason.And on 11 march 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money .Amazon send this refference number( ONUS[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank server shows some error.so please kindly respond to this complaint .It is very urgent .My card number is ([protected]).

    Hi,
    We hold a court order clearly stating that there is a public way leading to the property where the house is going to be constructed. But the loan was rejected even after submitting the court order to the bank. Where can I submit a complaint regarding the same?

            Sir,
            I have ordered a realme c21y mobile of Rs 6999 on date 28/02/2022. It was cancelled by Flipkart due to unforeseen reasons. Flipkart initiated the refund on 28/02/2022 and it was expected to credit on 1/03/2022.
            Flipkart gave me the reference I'd[protected] but the sbi bank has still not credited my money.

            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                I have ordered IQ Z3 5G mobile on Amazon feb 06.2022 but any reason l have cancelled the mobile 3-4 hours later and I seen my updates as my refund has been completed on feb 06.2022 but actually not credit to my bank account when l call to customers care they told me we are allready credited your amount but it is not going to your account IQ Z3 5G of SBI by default . They told me to call SBI costmar care I did. But i did not get my money on my account till now .after that Amazon costmar care told me to write a (charge dispute Frome) IQ Z3 5g from their site they given a reference number which is a proof for their payment but when i call SBI costmar care says that it is not our duty and this is going continuously 2-3 days happened no one is listening me. Help me sir

                  I ordered airdopes 141 on 10th March 2022 from boat's website at rupees 1399 and after sometime I cancelled the order due to personal reasons.. my order I'd was 1703543 and boat initiated my refund but i did not receive the money in my bank

                        Sir I have return a product Bajaj pigmy mini fan which cost Rs 969.And Amazon initiated refund on 6/03/2022 and I seen my update as my refund has been completed on 11/03/22but actually not credited to my bank account.when I call to customer care They told that we already credited you amount but it is not going to your account bcz of SBI defult.and they told me to cont SBI customer care I did .but I did not get my money on my account till now .After that Amazon customer care told me to write a charge dispute.Bcz form their side they given a reference no which is a proof for their paiment but when I call to SBI customer care they say it's not our duty and this is going continuously till 3 days happened No one is listening.

                          Hi Sir,

                          My father, V. Surya Narayana, has received a message on 16/03/2022 saying the amount of Rs 10000/- got deducted from his account from what seems to be a SBI SMS sender ID (BP - SBIKBP). So, he immediately went to the bank to check his balance and his balance was in fact Rs 10000 shorter and we raise the complaint regarding the same in the same branch but to no avail as the manager and rest of the staff has mentioned it is a fraud case where somebody somehow did balance transfer and that the money wouldn't come back. kindly help us in this scenario

                              Sir/Madam,
                              I am M. Surya Teja. I returned a product on Amazon on 28/02/2022 and the refund was initiated on the same day. It was not yet credited to my account and when i contacted the Amazon, they have given me a Reference Number bearing #[protected]. The SBI is not responding to my problem and they're telling to contact Amazon but Amazon says to contact SBI.
                              This is an urgent and please help me as soon as possible.

                                  I am retured 2 products from Ajio.
                                  The refund for RT57406531 was initiated on 2nd February, 2022 for Rs.539.1/- & RT57353821 was initiated on 3rd February, 2022 for Rs. 219.6/-
                                  But still now I am not received any refund amount.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had ordered a product KIOXIA 250GB Exceria NVME SSD (LRC10Z250GG8) on 11 -February-2022 through Cash on delivery product was delivered to me on 15-february-2022 . Later I returned the product due to quality issues . Amazon got returned ordered product and Amazon initiated the refunds of Rs. 3120 with same Refund Reference Number[protected] on 08-March-2022 and it was expected to be credited on 15-March-2022 on my Bank account by NEFT but I have not got refund till now it has been more than
                                    12 days.

                                    Amazon Customer Care gave me that Refund Reference ID Number[protected] but still money has not been credited in my bank account.

                                    This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.

                                        I, Avinash had ordered Asus Vivobook laptop with order id[protected] on Amazon.in(my mother's Amazon account named Usha Elumalai) on 6/2/2022. The total cost is Rs. 56990. I had also ordered for exchange of old laptop for Rs.6900. Exchange pickup fee is Rs. 100. On 6/2/2022, I paid 50190 to Amazon. The product was delivered on 9/2/2022. The exchange was cancelled, so I paid the remaining amount of Rs. 6900 on 9/2/2022. In total, I had paid Rs. 50190+6900 to Amazon. The product was not satisfactory, so I returned it. Amazon picked up the order on 10/2/2022. The exchange pick up fee of Rs. 100 was refunded to my account on the same day. All payments mentioned above were made via GPAY UPI linked account with id [protected]@oksbi. The remaining amount to be refunded was Rs. 56990. Amazon initiated the refund on 21/2/2022. The amount of Rs. 6900 was added to my Amazon pay balance. The balance refund amount of Rs. 50090 is yet to be credited to my account. After calling the customer service multiple times, Amazon finally provided me the refund reference number[protected] on 13/3/2022 and asked me to contact bank for further information. I contacted the bank on 14/3/2022 and provided them with all the details along with charge dispute. It has already been a week since I lodged complaint with SBI, but no further action is taken regarding the same. They have also closed the complaint without resolving the issue. Again SBI has raised another complaint on 19/3/2022 and asked us to wait for one week. I am really frustrated and suffering for almost 2 months because of this issue. I plead you to take appropriate action against SBI and arrange for refund of Rs. 50090 at the earliest. I have attached all the related screenshots for your reference to understand my helpless situation. Please resolve this issue.
