      I visited SBI bank Ulhasngar - 3 shanti nagar branch as my debit card is not working internationally SBi has given me 2 debit cards one is Master and other is Rupay Global but both of them didn't work internationally when i was in dubai so after coming back i visited the branch and i was directed to first floor where someone by the name of Mahipal he was extremely rude has no manners to speak kept yelling at me saying that i had visited the branch and cancelled master card and i kept telling him i didn't cancel anything it was done autoatically and Rupay Card doesn't work in dubai its either Master or Visa but he yelled at me and asked me to leave saying nothing can be done.
      I was highly disappointed with his behavior he failed to provide me the solution and was very very rude it didn't matter to him . i have no idea what to do as i will be travelling to dubai again and SBI and its employees are least concerned about customers problem

        Did a purchase on Amazon and requested for refund due to some problem. They initiated the refund on 20 feb2022 but amount not credited in my account. They provide the refund reference number which is #[protected]. The bank says that they cannot help regarding this.

          Sir/Madam,
          I am M. Surya Teja. I returned a product on Amazon on 28/02/2022 and the refund was initiated on the same day. It was not yet credited to my account and when i contacted the Amazon, they have given me a Reference Number bearing #[protected]. The SBI is not responding to my problem and they're telling to contact Amazon but Amazon says to contact SBI.
          This is an urgent and please help me as soon as possible.

              I have been charged for Rs.26.55 for a POS transaction for fuel payment.
              I haven't been informed about this kind of any surcharge for any POS transaction.
              Kindly check the issue at the earliest to avoid any further charges being debited by the bank.

                I ordered a hair straightener worth ₹1399 on Amazon which came defective so i requested for a refund

                  Interest credited is debited on the same day

                  Hi Sir,

                  i have a SBI savings account # [protected]

                  Interest Credited in the account is Debited on the same day.

                  21st Feb 2022 - Amount : 1120 rs.
                  9th Mar 2022 - Amount : 1385 rs.

                  please help to get the money back....

                    Hello Team,
                    I applied for SBI Elite credit card and now I have come to know that the application is declined. Reason shown is negative office address verification. I told the customer care agent as well as the field agent that I am working from home, how can I be present in office to get it verified. I have also got my office email id verified. I want my application to be reprocessed as my CIBIL is 775 and I currently don't hold any credit card.

                      I have ordered a noise colourfit pro 3 smart watch from Amazon and it has some issue so i returned it so they said try the replacement product if we have same problem in that also they they will refund so i got my package and it has same problem so i returned it on feb 5 order no :[protected] . And I called to the bank they gave me a ref no.[protected] its been more then 1 month i tried to contact Amazon and even sbi but it didn't help me. they say that they initiated but I didn't got amount yet .and the watch was of rs.3299 so i request you to please help

                        I am Vikram, I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC but was unsuccessfull . Kindly help me to get the refund from IRCTC. So kindly do the needfull and get the refund .

                          I opened my account with sbi and they issued me ATM card, and gave me this tracking code of speed post 'JD[protected]IN'.
                          Today when I check the status it says that my item is delivered and it delivered it to Mumbai NSH. But it should delivered to me( I live in delhi). Please help me.

                            I had applied for SBI credit card which was declined due to unknown reason. The agents kept calling again and again and made me apply for more than 10 times. Nothing came through. It kept declining and the agents said due to some error in their network it was happening that way. Later I got credit card from a different company and the procedure was way too easy. After a while I started to get threatening calls from SBI credit card company claiming that she is the manager saying she would ruin my CIBIL score if I do not take their card and also charge a fine of Rs.2, 400 and odd. This happened again today. I got a call from [protected]. This women was so rude and no manners at all. Same kind of stuff again and same kind of threatening. These kind of calls ruin my day. They are irritating continuously. I get their calls from their agents almost everyday. I don't want to hear from them again. This is the worst credit card company I have ever seen.

                              Regular receive a fake call from SBI contact center for updating bank details and try to knowing the bank details via different subjects. I refused to share any details to them. But thied to get the details from me, received 3rd time calls. Now understood the series number of call and just request to take actions from you end so that it will helps to other people of India. Fake numbers mentioned below :

                                  On 11th March 2022, from my SBI account there are so many transactions and I'm not aware of it . All the transactions are made by OTHPG NOIDA and GURGAON, they've emptied my account and now calling from many numbers to gain more . I raised a complaint in SBI ( CNLU, PATNA ) they're not taking any action .
