on 22/03/2017. I had applied for re-issuing of my passport,
money has been deducted from my A/C .but in track payment status it is showing ''FAILED''
so kindly help me how can I get my payment back refund
my reg. no. is ARN[protected]
I had went to bank to confirm whether payment has been done ?
they also confirmed payment has been done.

    We have two housing loan amounting 6 lac and 3 lac in the name of Vijay Kumar Verma and Sucheta Verma during period 2014 and 2015 from Darshan Nagar Branch, District Faizabad.We want secured our both loans underRINN RAKSHA SCHEME of SBI LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED.For this purpose we contact at Darshan Nagar Branch but Branch Maneger did not help us.Kindly insure our both housing loan.

        I did the transaction on dated 10 march 2017 for the purchase through retailer for amount of rs 1940. My card was swiped twice but the retailer said it to be failed transaction, so i had to pay in cash. But the amount was debited both times from my account and was once reverted immediately even, but not for the second time. I did complaint to sbi portal but they are taking too long time . Kindly help

          I am 16year old and open minor account in sbi before one month because i am going to stay out from home town for a study in few days. I open a bank account for that reason only my parents send me money through the bank and i debited through the atm. But they didn't give the atm. I call the customer care They said that if you operate an check book so you are applicable. I know many of friends who got a atm in 13-14 years age and also they operate it. Is this rules is only for me not for the others
          Please make a concern on this and solve this issue as soon as possible

                  I made three online payments on 15th March 2017 between 12:30 to 03:00 am to the Passport Seva using SBI portal.
                  All the three transactions failed but the amount was deducted. Total amount deducted is 1500x3=4500.

                    At time of passport reissue fees payment passport site redirect me to SBI gateway for secure payment and they deducted my amount.but in my status in passport application they says failed and in this case my amount shuold be credited back in my account in 7 days which is not happen.at passport web site they says email on customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in id if you dont get refund i emailed 3 time no reply. phone is not ever connected to sbi passport designated number.

                      I have a Saving Bank Account (A/c no: [protected]) in your Branch. I have submitted KYC form on Saturday 18 March 2017 subject to change of permanent/mailing address. But still my new address is not updated on the record.

                      My new address is Flat No 9, 3rd Floor, Plot No D-1/8, Palam Kunj, Sector – 7, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075. As I recently shifted to new address, I, don’t have any address proof in this address. As discussed with Branch Manager, I submit my rent agreement as an address proof.

                      I request you to kindly take the necessary action and change my address on your record as soon as possible

                        Dear sir,

                        I had applied for a Sbi Air India Platinum card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

                        I got one message from SBI - Please give us 11 working days to process your application .But when i checked online its showing

                        "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                        I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application.

And told that u have insurance in s.b.I.. I called on that no. They told these things to me..than I felt something wrong ..so I want to know ..is this fraud call?

                          amazon.in has issued me refund in my account on 11th to 15th march and still i didn't got refund. i complain on SBI customer care representative, they are telling we are not taking complaints and we cant check through your transaction reference.

                          Sir, I am Abhijeet Baburao jitte. Last month I requested my ATM CARD in state bank of india, Mandrup Branch having IBFS CODE SBIN0012484 but yet I not received also I am not get pass book also. For my education purpose I required ATM card so I requested you please help me as early as possible.

                              The amount of 3536 has been deducted from my account on 18th of February 2017. After that I have tried to call SBI payment gateway customer Care number more than 500 times and I have sent them more than 30 mails. Till now I didn't get the money back. I didn't get single reply from SBI.worst service from SBI. Pathetic service from them.
                              What kind of payment gateway and what Kind of blunders they ate doing I don't know. When they cannot give resolution why SBI mentioned their mail Id and customer Care number I don't know. That too in Passport Seva website. Passport Seva website people also helpless people.

                                I am holding a senior citizen saving scheme account at AF Station Hindon branch of State Bank of India. In March 2016 I have submitted an application for transfer of the same to the SBI branch at Thiruvananthapuram. However, no action was taken by the branch in this regard. After making repeated complaints, the manager has intimated that he is unable to transfer the same due to some technical issues. More than 20 correspondences and telephonic discussions were made in this regard. Even after passing one year, the bank has not transferred the account to Thiruvananthapuram. As per the government policy in the regard, the senior citizen savings account can be transferred to any where. However, even after submitting the requests at various levels, the bank is not ready to transfer the account.

                                  My father kapoor chand gupta was expired on 21.5.2016 and he had a saving account no.[protected], govt.teacher. My mother savitri devi has also saving account in SBI, Brahmbad(Bayana) account no.[protected].She has submitted all the required documents so many times but the bank asks repeated additional documents resulting we are feeling harrasing. It is joke that my mother savitri devi is wife of Late Shri Kapoor Chand Gupta who is also getting family pension but it is beyond understanding that why bank is not transferring the amount in her account even we have submitted all the documents. a period more than 10 months passed but yet formalities are not completed by the bank. Kindly arrange to make payment to her account at the earliest otherwise she has to take shelter of civil court and claim mental and financial loss for which bank shall be responsible.

Suddenly I got high fewer so I aidmited my native hospital without availed administrate clearnece in sbi regional business center Rbo . So above reason my medical bills were returned so that kindly arrange to give proper settlement as soon as possible because I have been availed gold loan so that request you solve my problem

                                      I have applied for appointment at indore psk for passport two times on 26 & 27 Feb 2017 .                                         I transferred rs 5000 from sbi buddy wallet on 6 march to an account but amount didn't transferred .on 10 march I registered a complaint on customer care that told that within 10 days amount will be back. after ten days I contact customer care but no response they told complaint registered and Will receive a message but not received a message and amount.
