I have opened zero balance csp account in sbi.My schlorship will come for which i need normal saving account in SBI.I have to open a normal saving account but i cannot open unless close my previous account but SBI(IFSC SBIN0000051) is not closing my account and not transfering into normal saving account. So please help me in gaining my schlorship otherwise my schlorship will return and i have to postpone my higher study.

    My sel[censored]day,[protected] I Paid 2017 Rupees to Passport seva by Selecting other Debit card section and pay the amount after in my bank account money would be deduct but Status on passport dash board is on failed.
    what i do now.. please help me.

      My sb a/c ([protected]) with sbi, lower parel is debited with rs. 4933.78 for mediclaim at jain international organisation but i have received message from payumoney that trasaction is failed. 1 week have passed but amount is not credited. U are requested to do the needful at the earilest. I had made 2 transation out of which 1 is failed. Kindly credit the amount so that i can repay the amount for medicalim mobile no.[protected]

        I give a cheque for clearing in to the sbi bank ved road branch.surat.gujarat at 8 march 2017 and today i have nothing msg for clearing my cheque after that very much days
        N i was complaint branch manager
        So he say after note bandhi we was cleared 200 cheque per day and now we have 2000 cheque
        So how we work????
        And that same time i was claerd cheque at other bank in only 2 days
        So they was not work load after note bain
        Pls take action n do results

          My transaction through my net banking ac. no [protected] for paying income tax against Pan no.ATCPD4089M on 16.02.2017 of an amount Rs.14750.00 was failed. But amount deducted from my account. Till date the amount was not returned back to my account.. pleas look Into the matter and instruct the concerned.I have informed the same in my home brancheck and informed sbi customer care also.But no action so far taken. Almost one moth passed the amount deducted from my account.

            An employee mrs amisha of state bank of india maninagar branch is behaving rudely with customers and if we ask any question about banking she replies wrong and very rudely always. I also informed to her branch manager. Today i asked her how i can transfer my account from churchgate to maninagar branch, she replied go to churchgate and apply there. We can not do anything. On 14/03/17 i deposited my cheque and asked when it will be cleared she replied it will take 15 days. Then i asked her manager she replied it will take minimum 3 days. Mrs amisha's behavior is very rude and answers very wrong information.

              Dear sir/madam.. Iam pediredla. Karuna kumar.. I have small issue on 17/03/17 dated.. Yesterday morning i have transfered amount 10, 000 from my sbi account to bank of india i have done.. But with my mistake i have suddenly transfered to some other person account number.. So i went sbi home branch, gajuwaka, there nobody responding regarding to my complaint.. So kindly i requesting u to credit my money to my account number sbi or any solution to get back my amount...

              dear sir.. gajuwaka sbi branch...MANAGER is not responding to customer complaints if we has any doubts about transferring or any information regarding he is irritating on customers...and blaming us in bank..we said mistake is ours only please say the solution for that..he didnt say anythin to us...kindly take our complaint and am requesting you to give back my money from that account number to my account number.

                I have sbi credit card of your band and the registered ph no is [protected] this no is not is used for a long period of time this number is not with me i am not using now.

                so i want to change the phone no to [protected] as my new phone no.
                Kindly guide me how to do this process. As i went to bank of SBI they said there is form on website KYC form to change the no. But i didnt find any form on the website.

                    An amount of Rs 452.67 is debited to my s/b a/c no. [protected] on[protected] for reason not known to me. When enquired to my home branch (Baguiati Branch, kolkata), it was told that the amount probably represents demat charge. So far my knowledge goes no such amount is supposed to be debited to my account. In view of above, please look into the matter and set right my account.

                        Yesterday i tried to upgrade my free site to premium site just to know the contents provided in premium membership vs the the free site . I tried atleast 5 times to make payment on some sites i had listed below but everytime payment failure occured and i was advised to change the card i had Why cant i make payment through sbi visa atm card (silver)on certain premium sites where payment is done under cgxpay platform it says card not acceptible kindly help to resolve the issues description of sites tried

                          UPI transaction done via the BHIM app failed. However the money got debited from my SBI account but not credited to the recipients account. I registered a complaint via the app on the same day (23rd Feb 2017). No action by the bank for over two weeks.

                          Tried to register a complaint on SBI online (https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/). This system refuses to even register the complaint - and does not send back a ticket number as it claims to do.

                          Tried calling SBI customer service at[protected] several times. They play tricks like putting me on hold and pretending to transfer my call. I wait patiently, but eventually they just disconnect the call without even giving a response.

                            I return a product to amazon on[protected], they refund money my card on the same day with transaction reference number 454429,
                            Till today i didn't received the amount.
                            I enquired about my money with amazon they said to me we send refund amount to your card no xxxx. Please contact your bank.
                            I contact branch by phone and e-mail, also they said there is no problem from our side.
                            So i requested to you please take necessory action and solve my problem as early as possible.

                              With due respect, I am a customer of Subhash chowk branch balaghat(30394)..I have 10 accounts in which 2 current account and 8 savings account.i found that the staff is having lack of confidence and lack of knowledge even senior staff is not quite responsible for customers.every time I went there and they asked me keep waiting for half hour or saying me come after some time or even said come tomorrow.i have one account named JC complex and it's a/c no - [protected].in this a/c, the amount of 10 lac is liened or locked by bank in which we don't have any loan account or anything else.we ask for the reason they keep saying come tomorrow from last week.Please take actions against such inconvenience.

                                  Sir/Mam yesterday while renewing my daughters passport online i did the payment online through my hdfc visa credit card the amount Rs.1525.35 got spent from my cc of which i got the sms on my cell phone that u ve spent 1525.35 but after submitting the details it appeared on my pc screen that payment has been failed i dont know the reason but i want the money spent to be refunded at earliest and now how proceed again to renew the passport shall i do it immediately or else wait the refund than go for it again.

                                    A refund of 1033 rupees was successfully processed on 08 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also contacted state bank of india main branch, JATNI and all the details including the unique transaction reference number given but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                    kindly go through the charge dispute, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      Sir my self Praveen Kumar kadami did try to transfer 3467, rupees from my a/c[protected] through card no. last digits 7380 dated 27/02/2017 from mangol our sbi ATM to sbi credit card last digits 5105 but fund did not transfer to credit card and amount is deducted from the a/c.
                                      I did try to lodge my complaint in sbi customer care but they refused to lodge because the transaction is not show in there system when I tried to give him the transactions no. That is 8405 so they said this id is not show in his computer and they mailed to consultant department. But still the have not get any information about this transaction.
                                      Due to this credit card department impose a late payment charge on me and as I said I am not responsible for that.
                                      Please short out this matter as early as possible. I am also attached my pasbook pics that shows the transaction

                                        Transaction of 1512.75 has been made twice...and it has been debited twice but every time the site is showing the failed status... I made the payment on 2 march and haven't received any refund. I am attaching the screenshot of my Pnb mobile banking which shows 2 times debit and wen yu will check the status of those 2 transaction it comes out to b failed. Please tell me where is my refund please
