I have schedule return picked status on 24 dec 2021 and my order was picked up on 25 dec and they have issued the refund also but the amount is still not credited to my account.
Please help me to get my money back.

      I have applied to ATM card on February 22nd 2022 and I didn't receive yet till today I.e 11 march 2022. So I went to bank and asked about my ATM card status they said that it's not yet dispatched. Already many days passed but even dispatch is not done. What to do? I have to go to college before 20 but I have no ATM card phonepey gpay.

        I DO NOT HAVE A CARD/LOAN WITH SBI. Some woman with the same last name as mine listed me as a referral on a LOAN application on which she has defaulted. I am getting phone calls asking for her. I am not personally associated to her. When I tell these ### who identify themselves as employees of SBI, they insist on disclosing LOAN information that is not relevant to me. THEY ARE ENGAGING IN THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE OF DEBT. They then insisted that I find this woman and make her pay her debt like it's my job. When I took offence to his suggestion, he started yelling profanities at me asking if I'm her husband's ###. I hung up and he continued to call me. I blocked the number and he had one of his female colleagues call me and she yelled profanities at me. HARASSMENT OF NON-PARTY. I blocked that number and I received yet another call.

        So, tell me, SBI- what kind of goons are you employing to recover your debts? And are you exempt from laws? And now I know to never associate myself with your horrible bank. MAKE THEM STOP OR I WILL GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA WITH A RECORDING OF THESE CALLS.

          i have a sbi cc mudra loan on ur sbi bank

          i ask manager sir about my mudra loan pending balance

          sir told 17100/- is pending

          at last year ending i had clear total my sbi loan amount of rs--17100/-

          but iam not using my sbi loan

          i paid total balance

          since 2 days before i gone to our sbi bank to closure my loan with closure application

          but manager sir told
          again outstanding pending amount on ur loan

          please pay & close ur account

          but why sir 2 months before
          i had asked & paid totally due amount

          why again outstanding

          sir told it was some charges like insurance & some other else

          but i had taken 2.5 lakh loan only

          i had paid 95% loan due at 1 year back

          iam not using or i do not know about charges

          i pay totally due amount below loan time only

          why sbi bank is make like this waste charges on us

          if i have any pending or iam using monthly payment on due amount
          charges will apply

          with out using or no pending amount how insurance charges apply on my account

          if i donot paying payment insurance will apply

              I had opened my account on 18 feb 2022.
              My Atm card was issued on 19 feb 2022.
              But it has not dispatched till today i.e. 10 march 2022
              When I contacted the branch they said that they can't do anything as the card has been issued and i have to just wait.

                If a person having a public provident fund account with SBI and he dies intestate and the nominee for the same account is also dead. What is the process of claim settlement for legal heirs of the person?

                Is there a difference between processes for claim settlement for amount more than 5 Lac and less than 5 Lac?

                Is it necessary to produce succession certificate by legal heirs of the person if claim amount is more than 5 Lac?

                  First time in the last 15 years I was charged a renewal fee. I sent multiple email conversations to your customer support team and I informed them that don't have any renewal annual fee as I never paid previously. Then suddenly interest started charging and now the amount due is Rs 2600. I want to cancel my card as this is a harassment case. I later raised an issue with the nodal officer Mr. Ankur Chaudhary.

                  Mr. Ankur Chaudary called me when I was in the USA. He told me that I should pay my amount due and they will reimburse me the amount later. I informed him I don't have my credit card number and had not received so how can I pay the payment. He said he will contact me and share the details. He never contacted me again with the details.

                  Now, I have reached India last week. I want to receive my credit card and cancel my card with immediate effect. But no way to reach customer support via phone as you need a credit card number to reach them. I want to pay and cancel this card. I will never ever get a credit card from SBI. This is torture and harassment to a pensioner lady senior citizen. Its been a totally disappointing experience with SBI credit cards especially being a loyal customer.

                    I pay my credit card bill regularly but due to a financial crunch, I was not able to make the payment in the month of Feb'22 I had made the payment on[protected] Rs. 5200 &[protected] Rs. 2000/- Total 7200 still recovery agent is asking to pay Rs. 3100 and threatening to visit my premises I had tried to explain but was not ready to listen. There is a patient in my house this is very frustrating. I have attached the call recording there are more call recordings but unable to upload them all.

                            I had home loan from SBI with A/C : XX2783

                            also had one account where my Insurance Cut which comes with home loan A/C No : xx5511

                            Now In CIBIL its show Issue in Months as Below :

                            June-2019
                            May-2019
                            Aprl-2019
                            Jan-2019

                            Dec-2018
                            Nov-2018

                            but There was ECS cut from my Account : XX2850 which was auto facility.

                            so there is no ECS Bounce from my side as my home loan or insurance which was connect with my home loan's ECS deduct On time time and i had more then sufficient balance.

                            i have also email to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in but didnt get any response.

                                On 23rd of February using SBI Mukkam branch cash deposit machine deposited cash to my account using my debit card, the currency has taken by the machine but got an error message. On 24th made written request to the service manager of the SBI Mukkam branch and responded that it’s a technical issue.
                                Till 3rd march the amount wasn’t credited to my account. While checking the bank statement on 4th of march there’s a transaction entered as credited the same amount which I deposited using CDM but the same was not reflecting in my cash balance in the bank account. Contacted the branch through telephone I donot got any responds from the bank. On 8th march I personally visited the bank and asked about not responding to the telephone service manager responded that there is no customer care service here. And asked about the cash which I deposited they responded like they cannot do anything regarding this and they can’t say about when will it credited to the account, once it credited only they can say about it. Till 9th march I didn’t get the money which I deposited and without having the money I am facing some financial problems.
                                It is therefore I humbly request to do the needful.

                                        I open My new SBI Account for Educational purpose So, I can Easily Make payments nd pay fees to My Institute. After Completing all Documentation and All Formalities, they told me to pay 1000rs for Opening The Account. I paid the Amount they said me to Pay, after that They Told me to take Insurance bt I'm not agree for that Just because I've my Insurance in Another Company so I req. Manager To talk To the Employee bt Manager also Ignoring me. He told me to Wait for some time, i said ok I'll wait bt manager Giving his time to those People's who come to take loans or Depositing Money. So I went to his Cabin and I Ask Him again to talk To Employee bt he Ignored me again. And after that I Employee told me to sign and said to Go Home...after that I go my home...after 2-3 days I got my Cheak book bt didn't get my Debit card...so after 10 days i visit my Branch Bt this time also they are Ignoring me ...one employee she Told me to fill a form for debit card..just because they didn't issued my Debit card...now 2 months are Gone bt my Debit card is Not with me ... Very Bad SBI Service...
