      Making Medical Insurance Compulsory for Opening Account

      SBI Kariapatti(TamilNadu) Branch. They are forcing customers to take medical insurance while opening account. Many people are villagers there. They are telling that it is mandatory to take medical insurance(Rs 200) for opening account. Every year they auto renewal it without knowledge of customers.       We have submitted a cheque No.000220 dt 13/1/2017 for Rs.20000.00 which was deposited at SBI Dhawan Villa house No.05 Rani Bagh Khandwa Branch code - 11779Road Indore (MP) on 23rd Jan 2017 with account No. [protected] (Gyan Chand Pagare) but not credited to till date on said account .Manager SBI not responding in proper way and his working style is not as per professional.

        I Mr SOLANKI wanted to open a new account in Sbi in Sarrornagar branch but they were asking that the minimum amount is rs.3500 to open a new one. The manager also asked that we should have health insurance

          I am a SBI Credit card holder. On 17-FEB-2017 i got a message in regards to the transaction of Rs 1599 from Card at ASSISTANCE SERVI P GURGAON IN, without my knowledge.           I have requested several times to transfer my FD/Ac No. [protected] from SBI Oggiyam Doraipakkam Branch, Chennai to SBI Jadu Babus Bazar Northern Park Branch( Kolkata ), with code No 5736, immediately to the Branch Manager of the above mentioned Chennai Branch. Till now no action has been taken from there end. Please take action soon.
          I have visit sbi model town rohtak branch to open new current a/c i haave complete documents submitted but he employees said ihave don't enough time to check my documents . he said submit the documents with mobil no. if i m free than check & call minimum 3to 4 days one currently a/c opening he said 3t to 4 days how i m working please check them

            I am from the southern part of the country holding an nri account at the alleppey sbi.My card got expired at last december. As i came eventually on vacations its really difficult for me to come directly to the bank in between for the followups. Till date i havent received my cards. I have went for at least 5 times to the bank and they really have no idea about the issue. All the time they used to tell some silly excuses like, we need to check the address, ur phone no is not right, pin code is not right etc. Its a really pathetic condition how the state bank people treats their customers. You people need to go and check the new generation banks how they deal with the customers. There is no professionalism in clearing the queues. They make their customer stand for hours for simple reasons.Give and do the follow ups to the staffs training regarding their job knowledge.I am really not happy the way sbi operates.Its been 4 months i havent received my atm card, could anyone belive it.And finally when i am tracking the id the parcel has went almost every city of India.Really pathetic.I don't know whether anyone will notice this complaint or not this is how a well established firm in india works. Really shame on the way operations are taken care.

              I had used quick transfer facility to transfer 5000 ra on 28/02/2017 with reference no. UA02263288 . But the amount has not be credited to the transferred account though it was deductes immediately from my account. Also i wrote mail to bank and customer complaint of sbi but i have not received any response till now. The call center always says their server is down and online complaint system never works.

                            सर, मै SBI JUNAGADH(GUJARAT) का खाता धारक हुं, मेरा A/C NO. है [protected]. ता.5/2/2017 के दिन मैने विज्या बेंक जाजरडा रोड, जुनागढ से Rs.5000/- निकाल ने का प्रयास किया ।प्रथम प्रयास असफल रहा लेकिन कोइ परची नहीं निकली अत: दुसरा प्रयास करने पर रुपए 5000/-निकला मगर परची न निकल ने की वजहसे मे तुरंत नहीं जान पाया की मेरे खाते मेसे कितने रुपए कटे ।जब मोबाइल पर मेसेज आया तो पता चला की Rs.10, 000/- कटे है।
                            मेने बेंक जा कर अर्जी दी पुरा ब्योरा दिया ।१५ दिनों के बाद मुजे SMS से पता चला बिना कोइ रिवर्सल ऐन्ट्री के मेरी फरियाद बंद कर दी गइ है । जो मुझे मंजुर नही। क्रुपया निचे दिये गये दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाय।SBI passbook ऐन्ट्री दीनांक 5/2/17 की देखे ।एक ही ऐंट्रीक्रमांक से दो बार Rs. 5000/- debit किये गये है।

                              I, LOVEPREET SINGH was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1500 using a state Bank of Patiala internet banking the amount Rs. 1500 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 11 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                Sbi employees are most uneducated and pathetic when it comes to providing info.even sbi manager don't know rules and regulations of their bank.why do ya hire rogues who don't know anything about your own bank.i have a cheque bounce case which says KINDLY CONTACT DRAWER.nobody in bank can rectify the exact reason why cheque was returned.they behave like bunch of illiterate giving and guessing different reason.IF A CUSTOMER DON'T KNOW WHY HIS CHEQUE WAS REJECTED, HOW DO WE RECTIFY OUR MISTAKE.sbi employees are most hostile and lethargic rogues.for each and everything they will say 'GO TO HOME BRANCH 'EVEN TO GIVE INFO.why did ya computerise your banking and why do ya feel proud to say SBI CORE BANKING .sbi is same as bank which was 30 years back which used to run on paper and ledger books. sbi employees dunno why they are provided with computers.i dunno how sbi hires such dumb idiots into banking who can't give exact reason for cheque return. most of sbi employees dunno even things that are written on sbi website.even sbi manager is ignorant of that. SBI IS MOST UNFRIENDLY BANK TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND PENSIONERS.they want 70 year old to behave like 30 yr old.

                                they have customer care which is useless like its employees, they dunno anything, they just ask to contact home branch.home branch says they dunno cuz it happens in cts. to whom should we ask for genuine info, i have contacted 3 sbi bank branches, i got 3 different answers. SBI HAS DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT BRANCHES ACCORDING TO ITS EMPLOYEES.

                                SBI ROGUE EMPLOYEES ARE BUSY IN SERVING RICH AND FAMOUS THROUGH PHONE CALLS AND MAILS. THESE ROGUES DON'T GIVE INFO AND ARE VERY HOSTILE TO COMMON MAN AND SENIOR CITIZENS. THESE ROGUES GIVE BRANCH PHONE NUMBERS, THEY ARE VERY HOSTILE TO SPEAK ON PHONE OR GIVE INFO TO CUSTOMER WHO HAS ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK. REMOVE PHONES FROM YOUR BANKS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ANSWER CUSTOMER QUERIES.

                                SBI THE LARGEST ROGUE BANK IN INDIA SERVING RICH AND FAMOUS ROGUES.YOUR BANK SUCKS BIG TIME.

                                    I, Srirambharadhvaj reddy ramidi was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a HDFC Bank Debit Card the amount Rs. 1512.75 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 9 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I had applied for a Sbi Simply Click VISA credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

                                      I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

                                      "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                                      I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.
