    Dear Sir, This is a reminder to my earlier complaint which has not been resolved, yet.
    In spite of your assurances, the complaint (Ticket No. SR[protected]is far from resolved. I still keep on getting transaction details of account of an unknown person. The only change in status since my complaint was first lodged is that I am getting transaction alert of my transactions also along with those of the unknown person. The complaint is therefore not resolved and closed as some more corrective action is pending. My mobile no. [protected] should not be linked to transactions of somebody else. Kindly look into this matter and necessary action be taken for solving the problem.

      NOTE: This is addition to the complaint which i have already raised on February 9, 2017.

      1) Its been 4 months I took loan from State Bank of India, A.S Rao Nagar branchI. Initially they promised me that, the CAR loan account will be added to my main account and I can pay excess amount anytime to pre-close the loan amount. Even after requesting so many times to link my car loan account to main account so that I can track my EMI amounts and the remaining amount to close the loan amount Online. Still it is pending, I sent multiple emails but no response yet.

      2) Before taking loan, they promised me I will be notified of each EMI deduted through SMS as well on my registered mobile number. I have spoken with SBI people through phone call as well as sent multiple email to add my mobile number so that i will know when i transfer the amount to CAR loan account. Still it is pending.

      3) On February 28, 2017. I have transferred amount to CAR loan account from some other bank, i need the confirmation if the amount has been credited or not, as SBI did not link the car loan account to my main account as they promised AND as they did not linked my mobile number so I don't have any information if the amount which i have transferred has been credited or not. I raised this to the SBI team, but no one is responding.

      4) Some how i was able to manager to reach SBI, A.S Rao Nagar branch manager, i explained her the situation and the problem what I am facing, she told me who asked you take a loan from our branch when i told her i am not getting any messages when i transfer the amount to car loan account. Not sure how she became a manager who does not know how and what to talk with customer.

      I request you to please take an action on the above listed issues.

        I was used my ATM card on 17.12.2016 for purchasing a woolen jacket in Durgapur through POS machine. After swipe ATM card in POS machine, POS generated slip shows that " TIMED OUT TRACSACTION . CONTRACT YOUR CARD ISSUER FOR REVERSAL OF DEBIT" . I found that Rs.770/- debited in my saving account but the same was not credited to merchant establishment.
        In this connection, copy of POS machine generated slip is also attach for your ready reference. I also lodge complain online Ticket No. PO[protected]. and another complain through my bank Ticket No. Ticket Number: PO[protected]. But no fruitful result yet to be received. Till date I am not received 770/- to my saving account.

          I've received a call on 3 March 2017 from [protected]. The person told me that He is Mr. Ajay Sharma from SBI. He asked my debit card details for the verification of the account otherwise the account will get suspended.

          I refused to provide the details of my account then he told me he will suspend my account. So, please help me whether its genuine or fake.

            Sub: charge dispute "refund never processed"
            Dear sir,
            A refund of 9990 rupees was successfully processed on 2 january 2017 to my account. The reference number for the refund of rs 9990 is[protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of number but nobody has replied resolve the problem. No action is being taken.

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund to my account. And follow the path back to amazon's payment processer to locate the refund.

[protected](name:-DEB KUMAR BISWAS)SINCE LAST 14 YEARS AND MORE.i have only one ATM CARD of this a/c.On 13/02/2017 bank deduct two times atm annual fees for 2016-17of rs.115 each(TRANSACTIONS NOS:[protected]&[protected].branch not to be help me for this problem and not cooperate also.please correct it and refund my amount immediatly.

                Our iwmp scheme opens accounts of watershed commitee in ur phaltan (Adb). Our taluka agricuiture officer phaltan & some watershed commitee given rtgs/pfms orders of refunding funds to district project officer satara to ur phaltan (Adb) branch. But this branch delaying this procedure for last 10 days. This are govt funds, we don't know why this is happening all times. Our staff requested for this but no response from ur said branch. As please reply immidiately.

The manager and staff always give excuse for that...And nearest branch, dhebar road also not ready to do the same, The manager of dhebar road branch Tell me to do the passbook printing in home branch, Bhakti Nagar ...Last 15 days me my family suffering from the BANK behaviour...

                      My name is rakesh Mehta. My mobile no is [protected].I have dropped cheque of rs.9591/=for credit card bill payment in drop box of mahavir nagar kandivali west branch 7 days back, but still not presented in my bank.I do not understand when it is dropped in branch then why it is not presented in my bank for clearance.
                      In kandivali there are more than 5/6 atms and 2/3 branches but only one branch has dropped box facility, why?
                      That is why people are attracted to private banks.even our company having account in sbi marol branch but facility is worst.

                        I Santosh tiwari, on 20 February 2017 required Rs8000 but i have uco bank ATM card.There was the ATM of SBI in ayodhya, I enter to that ATM and swipe the card and everything which was required to withdrawal Rs8000 then at 07:46 machine give me only one note of Rs2000 and money deducted from account.So I requested you to take necessary action towards this incident.

                        I am Santosh Tiwari, I have a saving account ([protected]) with uco bank ayodhya branch, faizabad.
                        I have used SBI, Ayodhya, Faizabad branch ATM centre(ATM card no [protected] on (20/02/2017)for withdrawal amount Rs10, 000 but I have received only Rs2000 and left money were rolled in machine and stopped but don't come out of machine but money was deducted from the account then I call engineer, he opened machine and count the rolled notes and put that again in machine and advised me to complain in SBI.
                        So, I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.

                          Complain regarding transaction made on 20 February 2016 through SBI account
                          Sir/madam,
                          I Ashish Kumar Dehariya have a saving bank account in sbi, main branch, chhindwara(00348).
                          My account number is: [protected]
                          I performed a transaction for amount 19440/- on 20 feb 2017 through sbi net banking. Transaction reference number is:UV00011780
                          As per mini statement of my account it is shown that transaction has successfully performed and 19440/- amount and its transaction fees deducted from my account .
                          PROBLEM IS THAT THIS AMOUNT IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO THE RECIPIENT ACCOUNT(HDFC credit card account).
                          I lodged a written complain as well as complain through my yahoo mail id:[protected]@yahoo.com on 01/03/2017 but they are not responding even when I tried to call them on phone number[protected] given by customer care center of SBI)then they are not attending the phone.
                          During the submission of application authority of bank said that we are not responsible for this.Even when I contacted to the SBI customer care they they said that situation can be only handled by branch(Where I have saving bank account).
                          SBI main branch Branch chhindwara(code:00348)and customer care of SBI both are not handling my matter.

                          Please resolve the matter immediately as this transferred amount is bounded by due date 27Feb2017 if amount not submitted(to the recipient) in due date then there would be penalty to be paid by me which will be imposed by the recipient account (bank to which I have to send money).In this regard who will be responsible to pay the penalty amount SBI bank or me.
                          I am attaching the photo of complain application(duplicate copy on which receivers signature is also present) that I submitted to authority of SBI main branch, chhindwara(MP)

                            This is saunak acharya and my father(Pravinbhai Acharya) has account in sbi-branch dakor.today[protected] i visited dakor sbi branch near to my area for dairy farming loan.
                            i met manager of my branch and asked about procedure of loan for dairy farming.he told that its completely failed for kheda district and we are not providing dairy farming loan.as per the website of sbi i have observed that there is no ban for particular district.even i called to customer care, they also told that
                            he cannot say like this.so i just want clarification on this matter.because as per my understanding manager is lying and don't want to do his work.please take some action on this matter.i am from village background person and i just want to do dairy farming for helping my family.central government has announced subsidy for dairy farming and also mentioned that you can take loan from any bank, then why this person is denying.bank is for helping their valuable customer not for troubling them.kindly do needful for this matter and take some action for the same

                                I tried to withdraw cash of Rs.4000 in CUB ATM with SBI debit card. I received from ATM only Rs. 2000. but Rs.4000 fully deducted in the account. ATM ID : CUBFI791. Ref no.[protected] Date of transaction : 19/01/2017 time: 18:51
                                I complaint in one of the SBI branch and they registered the complaint. But still the money is not credited in the account.

I mailed sbi old secretariat branch to transfer these accounts to sbi KARTARPUR branch twice But no one has addressed thir issue yet.

                                    I transferred the amount of Rs.12352.35 from my SBI Account([protected]) to IDBI Federal premium on 16th Feb 2017 Ref. No. IGAAUTQQC4 through online transaction. The transaction is failed but the amount is deducted from my account. Please return my amount as early as possible. I also said premium paid on 19th Feb/2017 .

                                      I am sorry to say that i am not happy by sbi services.
                                      Before 2 month ago i was deposit an axis bank cheque to my sbi acc (pandua branch-04646).But sbi take more than 2 week for clear that cheque. When i was complaint for late cheque clearence that time they give a excuse about currency demonetistaion . But what about now?
                                      there are not demonetistation going now.
                                      Again i submited a cheque with the aqmount of inr 7310/- to my sbi acc no-[protected] on 14/02/2017, chq issued by axis bank, kolkata. But still that chq is not clear.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I got a call from this no [protected] (5 times) saying that they are calling from SBI and that my friend's SBI credit card payment is pending and also that he needed my friend's personal number.

                                        In the first place, never did my friend give my number anywhere as a reference and she has just applied for a cc. How can this happen ?

                                        I sincerely request SBI to personally look into the fraudulent identity behind this, penalize them. They portray a wrong image about SBI credit card services.
