Dear sbi authority,
With respect to the subject cited above, i, dr. Himanshu kalita, customer of sbi, dharapur chariali branch (Po-dharapur, ps-azara, dist-kamrup metro, stat-assam, pin-781017) bearing ifsc code - sbin0018065, micr code[protected], bsr code - 0018065, branch code - 18065, inform you that, today 1st march 2017, when i visited the branch to deposit an amount of money, the cashier refused to received the money through deposit silp and told me that without atm he would not received and return me. He told me that atm is mandatory for deposit as well as withdrawal in the cash counter.
For your kind information, let me know, is the atm mandatory for deposit & withdrawal in the cash counter of the bank? Also i inform that the name of above mentioned cashier is “m. Sarma”.
If atm is mandatory for deposit, i have no complain otherwise i dissatisfied in your service.
