I am writing to make a complaint. Yours is an organization of very good repute. It is known for great customer service, but recently, I came across disappointment with one of your employees.
My name is Kalyan Singh a coustemer of your ''gandhi maidan S.B.I branch, Gaya (Bihar) Pin Code 823001'' since 2011 when i was in 10th. i just go through your branch to activated Net Banking..I have tried since december after Demonstration, your stuff specially Dipti Singh returned me to said that your form is wrong even they not help me after that, she returned me 5 times by the same issue. but the last day she scold my father on this point in front of all. By this beheaviour i am very disspointed . I then, complained to her regarding this, but she argued with me and talked in a very rude manner. She didn’t listen to me. Her tone was very aggressive, and she also refused to make the correction, telling me that it was my fault.
I don’t see any sense in telling you the word-to-word conversation I had with this impolite employee of your bank, but I am sure that after knowing this incident, you will definitely take some action to educate your employee on behavior with customers which will prevent the loss of your business in future.
As I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, you must be concerned about the image of your bank, I believe I have done the right thing by passing on this information to you.
