I am requsted my account transfer sbi poigai branch to hvf avadi. Date 18/01/2017. My account not changed .branch not support me. My account number:[protected] .. change to HVF AVADI:SBI0004675. Four days before my mother going to bank ..some bank staffs not respond and telling you go your son only asking me you go. I am work is no leave issue. Please sir understand and help me. I'm sagar my ARN is 17-[protected] I had paid fee for passport via online payment. The Payment status shows failed and Fee of ₹1500 also deducted from my account. The payment was made on 04/02/2017. Please look into the matter and refresh my payment status or refund the fee amount.

I have taken house loan from lucknow through sbi wave mall vibhuti khand gomtinager.My home loan a/c is[protected].As the interest rates have changed which will be applicable after doing some formalities.Other banks have informed to their customers for doing the formalities but sbi has not done so which will make the customer to suffer the financial loss.Kindly look into the matter and care for your customers and avoid the loss....

i went to sbi atm money is not withdraw due to sufficient amount is not there in the account, i had tried to withdraw amount lesser that the available balance, I return to home without money beacause o[censored]nsufficient...

Sir I got a refund from Paytm of RS 1453 ...It has been more than ten days but still I have not got it in my account...!!! I have been trying to contact SBI but nothimg happened.plz return my money..The Paytm guys say that the bank has not given the money...Kindly look into the matter as it has been a long time really and I need the momey now...I am tired of trying again and again...

I have given a cheque no. 466834 dated 19.1.2017 for Rs.15, 000/- (Fifteen thousand only) of SBT punnamparambu branch(70342) to Mr.Dilwar Hussain . They have deposited the same on 19.1.17 at SBI Kuttanellur branch(011930). His account number is [protected]. The amount is cleared from my account on 23.1.17 but it is not credited to their account so far. When contacted, they says they have by mistake entered the account no.wrongly and credited...

This is to inform you that the Tollfree and branch Kasba, Kolkata 700042 numbers of State Bank of India are not working.

I have tried to convey the inconvenience causing to customers to the concerned authority, but failed.

It would be of real help if you could make them realize the importance of the numbers they have displayed for public to contact them in actual operating condition...

I am karthik from visakhapatnam. i had received a fake call from +91-[protected]. They don't even know my native language and they said that my SBI Global ATM card is about to blocked since i haven't linked my aadhar card to my SBI A/C. They asked for my aadhar card number and i gave them. then they asked for my ATM's 16- Digit number. I refused to give it to them and said that i will contact branch regarding that. Please return my both amount.
And when I am asking to customer care then they are replying to talk to your branch and when I am talking to my branch then they are giving reply talk to the customer care.
So please resolve my issue.

On 28.01.2017 I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 10000(ten thousand) from two different ATMs for three times but didn't receive any cash or transaction slip. I didn't have receive any message in my Mobile as well. On 31st January 2017 on checking account I found Rs. 10000 had been deducted from my account on 28.01.2017. I had lodged a complain on that very day with Ticket No. [protected] and also informed the Burdwan University...

On 01/02/2017 I made withdraw from punjab national bank dharmapuri atm
first i withdraw 3000 for which transaction failed and amount re credited in my account which is fine.then i tried to withdraw rs.2000 and transaction was successful.next another 2000 i tried to withdraw.my account got debited and i neither got recredit in my account nor get cash in hand.pls look in to this issue and recredit my account as soon as possiblebr...

I own an sbi account in sme branch kannur, kerala via account no.[protected]. I have an account in "Address: State Highway 12, Rahama Bajar, Rahama, Jagatsinghapur, Odisha 754140".

I had applied for my mobile no. updation for net banking before 40-45 days,
and he told me, it will be active shortly. But till now it is not activated.So service of this bank is not good enough to be accepted.

Yesterday i went to sbi atm and it is not working, so i went to andhra bank atm for money withdrawal i did the process for withdrawl but i did not get any money from atm. But i got sms alert from sbi that i withdrawl 1000rs from atm. Please check the account balance and the process refund my money back.please help me.
