Sir, i have a saving bank account in sbi, everytime i went to update my passbook in bank, the bank representative told me that the update machine has problem. Since six months they are telling like this with customer. So i need a update of bassbook for last three months which is urgenty required to me.

    Am karthikeyan, my father have account on SBI main branch pudukkottai, Tamil nadu, for past 20 years account services done here. We get Agri Jewell loan ( Rs 287000)on[protected]. We plan to return my Jewell's, so me & my father came on 9-2-2017, the Jewell section officer said to come next day. So we accept & come next day[protected], but he did't respond good manner &he plan to wait more than 7 hours. My father age was 65. I ask what service SBI provided to customers...

      My Debit Card expired on NOV 2016.But I didn't get any new card still now.So I tried to apply for the new card through online SBI Net Banking.

      When I tried to apply, I am unable to proceed as it says ATM already received to customer.Please provide me the Solution how to apply and get for new card.

      I asked the post Office near by my home, they also checked and said that didn't receive any card in my name and address

        I am Raja swarnakar, living in karimpur. I've opened my account in Karimpur SBI branch since 4th Nov'16, till I have not received. I've visited the bank 5 or more less. They ended saying machine is not working, someone from kolkata will come to fix this issue.           Hello,

          My name is Rishi deo Kumar, I have an account in SBI bank with account number is [protected].
          I have face some problem from last week, acutely On 05 feb I transferred Rs 13395 to my indusind bank credit card but untill I don't get amount in my credit card. For payment I use SBI anywhere personal anorid app.after payment done I got a SMS is "Credit Card transfer to rishi for Rs. 13395.00 completed successfully.TID: UV00005586".
          In this rishi is called for my credit card become I save/add my credit card in my SBI account with name of rishi.
          For this regarding I call to sbi customer care but they not issue my complaint, they said you not give me valid reference number, but I don't get any reference number, I get only TID no which I given above.
          So kindly please help me what I do.

            Hi i would like to bring to notice the kind of harassment and unethical/unprofessional practices of debt recovery by SBI recovery agents which is in violations of rules/regulations laid down by competent Authority. I have been using TATA SBI card for more than 1 years and i have been paying regularly. But recently i had a reduced income and also a new born baby in the family so i couldn't keep up the payment. i have paid till november 2017. But the recovery agent is coming day and night and harassing my wife infront of my infant children. i have told them i'm in financial problem so will pay/settle in two-three months so give me some time.But the agent came early in the morning 7.30 am till 9 pm and threatening and harassing my wife and my 3 years old children. One agent name Kapil even said he will take our refrigerator and you have to pay today. My card is 5242********8492. Please stop sending those thugs/Wolf agent. Give me some months and i will surely pay this off.

                  I ordered a microtek inverter from Amazon and it has been cancelled by seller but money is not credited in my account I complaint it to Amazon then they provided me a reference no and told me to file charge dispute, but State bank of India is not ready to file charge dispute they even don't know what to do with the reference no, now Amazon keep telling me to file charge dispute and SBI is not ready to file charge dispute both companies are not help full SBI officers don't know how to file charge dispute or what it is

                    I am KAMBIDI SUVARNA RAJU Andhra Pradesh state government employe in education department.And iam the sbi account holder from past 15 years in branch BAKURU AT PADERU.BRANCH CODE.SBIN0009473.Me and my wife applied for loan in month of october 2016.we both are govt.employe.and iam having a service of 25 years. but here branch manager behaviour is very rude.he is talking like insulting before my colleagues.so please kindly solve this issue

                      I - I am Citi bank member from more than 5-6 years. I am well satisfied with bank.

                      In Mid Dec 2016, country club invited us to their office and lured by offering many offers after showcasing the presentation. They told that they have tie up and we can pay using citi credit card

                      Executive had informed that if i use my SBI bank credit card, i will get a 24 months interest free emi. One of the reasons why i have taken this membership is due to the tie up with SBI bank. I trusted that SBI bank has done its due diligence. SO i paid Rs 69000 using SBI credit card.

                      They Club) had promised many things which i later found are wrong. They do not even pick phone or entertain us and in terms there is mention of increase of AMC every year by 10%. Also they had earlier told that we can use DAE hotels on per night basis but when i contacted them they told that if i woudl use it for 1 night i would need to pay for 6 nights..

                      SO i want to have refund this money and you please take it back from them.

Whenever I am going to bank they told me to come tomorrow or after 2 days .                           Hi,

                          Its been 3 months I have taken loan from SBI. Initially promised the CAR loan account will be added to my main account and I can pay excess amount anytime I want and close the loan amount.

                          But after requesting so many times to link my car loan account to main account so that I can close the loan amount Online. Not sure why they are not adding and making it complicated to me.

                          I wanted to close the loan before Dec 31st 2016 but as the account is not linked so I am not able to pay any extra amount.

                          Just to avoid interest which I have to pay if I continue the loan, I wanted to close it at the earliest but now I am unable to do.

                          My request is to take this complaint seriously and get it resolved. I don't want to pay any extra interest to SBI.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had to change my mobile number for internet banking account so went to bank but didn't got the proper response from the staff.Each staff was sending me to other satff to discuss and resolve the request.No one was ready to take the request.Any how I managed to know the process and submitted the downloaded form to bank on 8th feb but still its pending no one is actioning on my req. this is totally redicules. It was my worst experience and I am done with SBI staff. from 8-9 days struggling to change my mobile number.

                            Request you to please resolve my issue ASAP other wise I have to quite SBI Account.

                                I would like to inform you that my home loan account no [protected] has been active since 2010 from SBI Baguiati Branch (01488) and as per the new announcement made by SBI chief that home Loan interest would be 8.65% w.e.f 1st January2017. But Still my statement is showing the current interest is 9.5. So I am requesting you please look into the matter. and also sorry to say that present Baguiati Branch manager is not cooperative at all.

                                  We have an current account at state bank of india, (A/C No-[protected], Branch-Tarapith, West Bengal) now we didn't get the SMS facility properly, we already contact with branch but the bank official can't solve the problem and also can't suggest a way for solve problem. Now we want to change our Mobile Number which is already registered in our said account. The new number mentioned below which we want to register newly in our said account

                                  Generally I recharged my prepaid mobile through (SBI)state bank anyware mobile app on 1st February. Balance not received in my mobile but amount was deducted in my account (2 times). And deducted amount also not refunded in my account.how can i get money back to my account.                                     But I assure you that this is not belongs to me and information which you have in this CARD is wrongly entered that's why my cibil report is negative.
                                    So Kindly help me and resolve my problem, also rectified the entry in Cibil Report ASAP.

                                      Hi,
                                      This is to bring to your ATTENTION the INEFFCIENCY of your complete SBI staff to Resolve my complaint.
                                      The complaint was registered on 28 jan with no. [protected].
                                      The issue was i Used you SBI anywhere app to make my CITI bank credit card payment through pay bill option available in SBI anywhere app.
                                      I entered all the CORRECT details and the OTP was generated i entered the details and I received and error notification so i tried again and same thing happened.
                                      But when i checked my account the amount of Rs 10, 976 was debited twice from my account, my account number is [protected].
                                      The transaction in my online statement is visible.
                                      When i checked my online statement the debit was showing with Ref No UB00003738 and UB00003751. but no transaction message or Id or anything...
                                      UB00003751 TRANSFER TO [protected]
                                      UB00003738 TRANSFER TO [protected]
                                      THERE IS NO TRANSACTION ID FOR THIS.
                                      If there is no tranaction id for this then the amount must be reversed back in my account in 48 hours but that not has happened yet.
                                      I was constantly in touch with your bank officials but in vain.
                                      now i got a resolution that issue is closed and raise a new ticket with upi app...Y should i when i never used UPI app to make payment...Y SHOULD I?????
                                      I want a immediate resolution on the same and asked your officials to call me on [protected].
                                      I want my MONEY REVERSED BANK IN MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
