My PMSP A/C NO [protected] Name - MUKESH KUMAR JHA is presently transation in ICT branch Cargo new delhi . I had taken personnel loan No[protected] Rs 5, 60, 000 since April 2016 . I have sent to request to decrised personnel loan Intrest rate from privious interest rate13.60% to current interest rate 11.50 PMSP personnel loan . I have also informed that accouuding to “ KEY FACT STATEMENT OF XPRESS CREDIT LOAN” colum No 03 Interest type – “FLOARING”when I had taken Personnel loan .I had requested on dated 14 JAN 2017 through coustmer care NO [protected] .(2.) Forwarding application through sbi.[protected]@sbi.con in your brach on dated 27 Jan 2017, (3.) forwarding application by hand with receipt on dated 31 Jan 2017, (4.) again through sbi.[protected]@sbi.con in your brach on dated 03 Feb 2017, . Now till date No any response/ action taken by your branch .

    My ATM card is under UBI and A/C No[protected]. I try to withdrawal amount of Rs 2000.00 on 08.02.2017 at around 14:07:45 from SBI atm. The amount debited from the a/c but the amount does not came out. In passbook it show the particulars CWDR/[protected]/[protected]/MINDAPORE. Machine Id is IHNN000/32015 or may be IHNN[protected].
    How Can I cash back the amount.

    I have doing txn for SBI ATM dt 02.02.17 but cash not recieved and amount deducted Rs. 10000/- . I have also calling SBI Helpline and contacted to SBI Jehangirabad (whose under the ATM) they are said to me within 24 hour return amount automatically but till now we cant recieved the amount.

      Hi, my name is Rajesh chandra barman. I opened a savings account in SBI NBU campus, Shibmandir, Siliguri. One month ago i had given an application to the bank employee for my account transfer to Coochbehar Khagrabari Branch but they are not doing their job. My account is still there in SBI NBU Campus.

            Dear Sir,

            This is Mr Abhijit Dey. Ive applied for home loan in September, 2016 at Rajarhat Branch, Kolkata.I had submitted my documents and feestowards legal and evaluation.On regular follow up I used to be told that bank processes are getting delayed due to audits, demonetization etc. Please give a suitable reply regarding the status of the loan. Please tell me as when the loan will get sanctioned. I'm in real agony and the builder had already demanded an amount.
            I chose SBI for its transparency, which reflects in its rates. Please allow me to keep that faith.

              Sir, mera ek express credit loan hai. Oct14 370000 loan liya.15% intrest mera loan sanction hua. Offic ka noc mai 2% intrest chut milna tha. But nahi mila.12/13emi dene k ba mereko pata chala. Maine branch mai jake bola to bataya mera loan galat sanction huya. Mera application diya to 2% intrest less karke mera loan dubara sanction kiya. Lekin batane ka bad bhi payment kiya extra 2% intrest amount abhi tak refund nahi kiya. Plz reply me..

                I had done online transaction on 28 of January 2017 for to pay lic policy with out adding any biller. Amount was debited from my account and I did not receive any confirmation massage about that deduction .

                I wasted a lot of time with SBI customer care center but I didn't found any solution.

                  I went to deposit 20, 000rs to my account through cash deposit machine present at my home SBI Sholinghur branch linked to it. I entered my account details but suddenly a pop up appeared at screen and it read as 'Transaction Time Out' I informed about all this info to the account officer who was present there at his desk that day, cash deposit machine every time out of service, please clear this problem, branch have any time heavy crowd, So I hope some proper action would be taken for my assurance.

                  Respected sir, in spite of my request send to sbi cppc chandigarh on 18/01/2017 by sbi 51, church road jalandhar cantt followed by all documents pertaining to above subject sbi cppc has stopped my da on pension . Sir please intervene

                    My account in sbi bhadra, pin code -335501 (raj.) sir my account is not mapped to the username in inb. i have done manage account display option like unhide account but the problem as it is . i give them application to update my mobile no. in internet banking but they do no done . i have also phone banking there is my mob. number is updated.
                    through mobile banking i received all facility like OTP in new mobile no . but in internet banking i have no receiving of OTP, no mobile number updated, no account mapped and no transaction rights . why i so double behaviour in one account .

                      11/1/17 Rs 10000 debited for amazon after shown failure all the times.After asking to amazon they find that only three times they have received the payment of Rs2000(total 6000), which they have returned on16/1/17.we have contacted to get back money from SBI customer care but as per them on this date no such transactions were made.my passbook copy is attached please see.

                        I am Rohit shivhare I have an education loan ..And I have also submitting the installment ..But few month I did not submit the instalment cz since long time m coordinating with the SBI branch manager Mr. Chobey ...But he did not entertaining me and I have given written complaint also that I don't have loan account no please provide the loan AC no otherwise start m online banking so I can track it ..But he did not get it done after that I have complained with Mr anil who was also the BM but he also did not work on it ...And after submitting the installment every time my family member getting the call from branch ...I have complained many time but no one is working on it ...And they suddenly ask me for deposit the money which is not possible...And I have also told that link my saving account with loan AC but this think also not done...I can not track any think how much I have paid or need to pay how much is remaining I can't track any think ...And bank asking me to deposit hows it possible and why should I pay cz m not even getting the receipt ..And this type of process ...Spoiling my image as well my family image every time they complain to other people but I don't even get any call from bank ...Kindly work on it and now bank is saying m defaulter but process is wrong from your side so why ??? I am defaulter please work on priority...

                          My ATM was blocked due to wrong PIN entry, then after 24 hour when i tried it displayed that you need to change you are PIN. I then after 24 hour again try to change my PIN with the OTP but it got blocked and it displayed on the screen that it's due to three wrong attempt.

                          Customer care people are so vague about the thing they are keep telling the same process, since 3 days i am facing this problem where my ATM getting block again again. Neither the PIN is changing with provided OTP nor the ATM accepting old PIN.

                          Customer care said that i need to submit a written complaint in the nearest branch for new PIN generation, but the branch denies that they do not entertain written complaints and i have to visit my branch. Please tell me what i have to do now i cant go to my branch as its in different state.

                            I have applied a Credit cards month back still there is no feedback from SBI the guy who came to collect the documents from me told it will take 15 days to credit cards to come to u but now its more then 25 days
                            no respone from ur toll free no. there is no direct no. from where i can contact this is really a chutiya bandi all my friends told me dont take SBI cards its having very #### service and this kind of service made my friends right

                              it is requested that the cheques issued by us are regularly returned but sbbj officials are not taking any action our pm is going to promote the cashless schemes but sbbj officials are not taking action against the responsibles
                              No Response to our Email dated Sat, Jan 21, 2017 at 4:25 PM regarding REFUND (DEBIT-COMMTMNTCHRG OCT TO DEC 2015 FOR TID:TN002055-- an excel sheet with all details had been sent in the mail) of overseen debit entries and ADDRESS CHANGE and Internet Banking Portal giving the same old address even though after repeated FOLLOW UPS with the branch.

                                4.2.17 को इनकम टैक्स जमा करने के लिए हाँसी स्टेट बैंक में चालान फॉर्म और चेक दिया था आज तक वो क्लियर नही हुआ है। कभी भी स्टाफ शीट पर मोजूद नही मिलता। मेनेजर से 2 दिन से लगातार मिलने पर बुरा व्यवहार किया जा रहा है। बोलते है ये मेरा काम नही है तुम्हारे लिए बैठा हूँ क्या मैं मुह उठा के चले आते हो। स्टाफ के लिए पूछा तो बोलते है वो मेरे काम से बिजी है कल आना बार बार गलत शब्दावली का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं।मैंने कहा मैं खाता ही बंद कर देता हूं अगर आप ऐसे व्यवहार करेंगे तो बोले कल क्यों आज ही कर ले तेरे से बैंक चलता है क्या। आपकी तरफ से कार्यवाही का इन्जार रहेगा

                                  On 5.1.17, I have deposited Cheque No 179149 of SBH Govt account section Aurangabad, Maharashtra . The cheque is deposit for credit to my Savings account at SBI paud road Pune branch.
                                  Against follow up so far i was informed that it will take time.
                                  On 9th Feb against a phone call, i am informed that the "Cheque was returned by SBH on 23.1.2017, asking SBI Paud road to be submit for clearance to SBI Clearing cell ".
                                  the amount is still not credited to may account . I dont know whose fault is SBH or SBI but i am losing interest and also this money is needed by me for an urgent need.
                                  Who will take care of this and who will compensate the interset pportion.
                                  Do i need to go to consumer forum for this ?

                                    i had a loan ac with SBI civil lines roorkee( a, c no [protected]) MC- SBI top up . i am regularly paying the monthly Installment ( date on 23 of each month.by auto swift, date given by bank authority..
                                    but bank withdrawal 8.418 Rs with out any information says debit adjustment SBI GEN Insurance. This is cheating with customer, even no bank employ tell me about such type of insurance at the time of loan sanctioned.

                                    already i had insurance against my house with SBI General ( Home loan a.c [protected]).
                                    So refund my money in my pnb a.c.

                                      I purchased a product from Amazon.in with my sbi debit card on 23Jan 2017 and cancelled the same order after 1 day, i got a mail from Amazon.in with a reference no(authorization code) mentioning that the refund is processed and should reach within 5 business days and if it doesn't credit, please contact customer care no of sbi branch, now when i am calling customer care number of SBI they are saying we have receiving account so its pending from Amazon and more that this we don't have the authority and we can't help you more than this, and when i call amazon they are saying payment is done, call customer care of sbi and raise charge dispute with reference no. but from both side nobody is willing to help. I am waiting for my amount to be refunded till date. When i went to the sbi home branch of my account i.e. bagmari, kolkata, the behaviour of people were so rude, you will not accept even the customer care people of sbi on call cut the call saying its not our issue. I am feeling unhelpful from both side, but for sure i wont do anymore transaction using sbi and may be will close all my sbi account, this govt bank is the worst bank i think in terms of service and now i can understand why people want to join govt bank since there people think its there office and customer are there servant.

                                        I hasan farooqui had applye for the passport at online mode.i paid rs 2000 through my debit card.the amount had deducted from my account .but payment status is showing "FAILED".Sir, i humbley request you plese retrun my money as soon as possible or refresh my payment status of passport.

                                        I used my sbi rupay debit card to make online payment at firstcry through mobiquick wallet.. amount was rs 1280.9.. i tried to make payment twice but it was unsuccessful.. later i realised that 1281×2=2562 inr was deducted from my account while payment was unsuccessful..
                                        I have applied for checkbook but 1 .5 month passout but i could not found please take strickt action towards this branch
