The employee got frustrated by his mistake done about file searching

And after half an hr he shouted and ask father to get out of bank.
U r just a cleark dude.
Is bank his father property???

Bloddy mc staff with sbi....

There is Lot of connectivity problems in SBI. The staff don't know the manners to talk with Women.they even don't like to talk with customers.They have no fear of any complaints and also Branch manager Mahendra shah don't know the importance of Letterhead of SBI. They have no responsibility to facilitate customers. This is one of the wrost (actually I don't remember words like B####! )Bank in India....

On 11 Dec2016 Rs 4400 has been debited from my A/c No [protected] in ATM swipe to Vijay Cycle Mart, Lothkunta, Secunderabad, whose POS [protected] and txn no 993825. But the amount does not credit in that shop and not to credit in my a/c.
I complained earlier on 21 Dec2016 and got Ticket No PO[protected] but till now it is not resolved.What should i do now?...

Fraudulent transactions was done through my credit card of rs 18000, 3041 and 8876 on[protected]. I complaint to police, Cyber cell and SBI customer support and no one was able to help. I received a confirmation from cyber cell that they spoke to customer care and SBI is denying to refund the fraud transaction so they can't help you. I won't be paying this as I'm not responsible for this transaction. Kindly assist to getting refund from SBI...

I am having an account with NAVALbase kochi branch.I visited my branch aod put up request for new debit card and cheque book on 02 Jan 17. I did not receive either of them hence revisited my branch on 24 jan 17 and asked the status. To my surprise, staff was totally non cooperative. I decided to meet branch manager who happened to be more non cooperative.

On dated 2/2/17 I (VIVEK KUMAR DANDAPAT) want to withdrawn Rs 2000.00 at first ATM show your trensecnction being process but after few minutes its show unableto process. the i went another ATM and withdrawn RS 2000.00 but when i check my balance through net banking i saw that the extra RS 2000.00is dabit from my account and the rs 2000.00 is not return til 4/2/17 on time 7.36pm...

I was purchased items from www.amazon.in on 20th jan2017 through SBI debit card. then i was returned items and amazon.in has initiated refund. Refund was initiated on 23 jan 2017. But till now amount is not credited in my bank account. When i call amazon customer care they told that they have already processed the refund and provided transaction reference number and advised to call bank. My account present at " Address: State Highway 12, Rahama Bajar, Rahama, Jagatsinghapur, Odisha 754140 ". Service of this bank is very poor. When ever you go to this branch for any work they have some issues either employee not available, internet issue etc.

To activate internet banking you have to go minimum 4-5 times. Everyone having there own work. It is not good at all.

The lady who is branch manager at vaidehi nagar branch SBI, she is very rude towards customers, the cheques deposited takes a long time to clear i.e, more than a week, if questioned for slow clearing of cheques we will get a careless answer from the manager.On november 7, 2016 I deposited a cheque it took more than a month to clear the cheque.In between when i asked about status of cheque she said it is not in our branch it is already sent...

I have a refund from amazon.in the amount is Rs 30350.The reference no. 242666 but no sbi customer care executive is replying me properly and the bank staff dosent even bother to even talk to me . They just say talk to amazon they have sent u the money . Where as the refrence no. is only generated when the transaction is sucessful . But sbi executive are not listening to me at all....

I had two SBI Sb ac. One is in Tamluk railway staion branch( SBIN0008745) and another at Bangalore city branch SBIN0000814. I visiting SBI for long time to update my new address at SBIN0008745. I closed ac on 17/05/2016. Now I am trying change my address on passbook and new mobile number. I asked to update my address as well as my phone number. I have submit a KYC filled forms and all documents. These documents are approved by accountant....

I am a DSP salary account holder as Serving in DEFENCE and I have paid IT to my Pay Acct Office (Other Rank) Corps of Signals, Jabalpur on every month. So why deduct amount Rs 19, 000/- which was our provident fund amount for using home make and also I m a home loan person which was paid amount of Rs 16.823/- on every month to INDIA BULL Home Loan....

I have a PJMDY zero balance savings accou t in SBI sadar bazar agra. Everything was fine till demonitisation but after november 2016, SBI is not proving me facilities properly, sometimes they stop my netbanking, sometime my debit card and now my account has been stopped wihout any reason and when i contact to my home branch, they said that the account will resume automatically and they are not giving any satisfied answer. Somebody stolen my filled check and withdraw Rs 20, 000/-from my a/c on 26 Dec 2016 (Monday). I withdraw Rs 20, 000/- on 30 Dec 2016 (Friday) by check.

How bank can do payment of Rs 40, 000/- within a week when limit was 24, 000/- during “NOTE BANDI”. Stolen check was issued by my name Manish Kumar Kanojiya then how bank can do payment other than me and there is no signature on back side of check who withdraw payment....

Dindigul District Authoor taluk, Marudhanathi dam usefull trees auction amount in the form of Demand Draft can not be accepted in the SBI Nilakottai Branch.
Even the SBI DD Drawn at Ayyampalam, Batlagundu, Periyakulam also not accepted. How i will deposit the government money to the Government. In the Nilakottai Branch nobody care about it. we are having the DD from[protected].
