Hi, My home SBI branch is in Rudrapur. My ISFC code is SBIN0010207.

I am in a different town name Barhalganj. I am unable to go to Rudrapur branch for the cheque book.

I called and spoke with customer care of SBI, they informed me that I can apply for cheque book via SBI ATM also, then I walked up to the ATM machine but it has been out of order for many days.

The SBI ATM doesn't work. I spoke with the security guard, he also told that no one takes responsibility. Even common wiring is not there. How cheap you are!

Then I went to Barhalganj SBI and requested the accountant to apply for cheque book. He got surprised and then he said, "haha, how you can apply for cheque book via SBI ATM, I have never heard it. You have to go to home branch. You cannot apply for cheque book from this branch"

See! I went to Barhalganj SBI because the customer care confirmed it.

Check call recording if you ever listen! The mobile number I called from is - [protected].

There are two situations - the Customer care does not know anything and the accountant does not know anything!

My question is - Why SBI ATM of Barhalganj is not being repaired???

People are very frustrated!!! They just go then they come to know that it is out of order then they leave.

On the one hand the demonetization is sucking us while on the other your SBI ATM!

I want to complaint against the manager!

Advise me how to contact the head of SBI India!

Useless bak ever!

I have never spoken with such an illiterate accountant!

Your curse- unfortunately there is only one SBI ATM at Barhalganj.

How can you give two different information!!!

Either issue me cheque book at SBI Barhalganj or get the SBI ATM repaired!

    My name is Neha Phaliwal and I got a loan from SBI bank, agar nagar ludhiana to buy my activa.
    Now I have made all my payments but the bank employess are not providing me NOC certificate.
    I even paid rs500 charges for NOC to sbi bank staff in agar nagar but later I learnt that there are no such charges for getting NOC.

    please help me to resolve the issue as I can not get anywhere with SBI staff at agar nagar branch. They are just rude and unhelpful.

      Regarding problem in Submission Of COAL India Limited Application Form Fees

      i was trying to pay the fees of rs 1000 for coal india limited recruitment through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to coal india ltd. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But when i try to retry the payment it says -"payment has been made for the same reference number"....

      As per new peion it should be 10813*2.57=27789.41.but I am receiving less. Last month and this month I got only RS.21752.00. please you me enhance my pension as per my entitlement.

        Hi,
        I have an account in branch (10859) chowk bazaar chhatarpur. After demonetization I tried doing transactions online, but couldn't get any OTP.
        Then I found out that registered mobile number is wrong even though I filled the right mobile number. I thought of changing it through ATM card but my ATM card got expired at the same time and they have sent the new ATM card but can't generate pin for new card because of wrong mobile number.
        on 27th Dec, I visited the same branch and submitted 2 applications,
        one for changing the mobile number to the newly given mobile number and
        one for setting the enquiry why mobile number was wrongly registered and returning my money back which has been deducted so far for the mobile service charges.
        Branch Manager (Mrs Rajshri Jockchand Giroti) told me that mobile number will be changed within 2 days.
        But it hasn't been changed till now even after a month.
        I have filed multiple complaints using CMS and calling to customer care numbers but all of them gets resolved automatically by giving the fake solutions.
        I have tried calling to branch multiple times but they never picked up.
        I sent more than 20 mails to branch and customer care but haven't got any proper reply. Got one reply from branch manager after long time that they have changed the mobile number in CIF, but when I checked in my online banking profile tab, it is still not changed.
        When I replied to branch manager that it hasn't been changed yet, her reply was very rude and asked my to file a complaint if you want it on priority.

        Please do take an action on high priority.
        Also let me know why SBI is taking so much of time to change a mobile number. I have suffered a lot and want this to be done as soon as possible.

        Please update the status for this complaint.
        I have getting many messages from SBI with fake solutions like change it through ATM card or number has been changed. But it is not changed yet.
        It has been 40 days since I have submitted the application. Please make sure, to resolve it asap.
        If required, please take a step forward.

            मै दिंनाक 25 /01/2017 को शाखा पूरा बाज़ार कैश काउंटर पर बोला की मेन ब्रांच जाओ!
            30/01 को SBI के शाखा दर्शन नगर कैश काउंटर पर गया वहां भी बोला मेन ब्रांच जाओ तो मेन ब्रांच (फैज़बाद) पर लगभग 3:30 लाइन में लग गया वहा कैश जमा काउंटर तीन पर कैशियर श्रीमती अमिता ने आक्रामक लहजे में बोला ये मेराकाम नही है ! तो ब्रांच प्रबंधक मि.राजेश कुमार पाल के पास गया तो उन्होंने ने कहा 31/01को आना तो आज31/01 को लगभग 12:30 बजे कैशियर मिस. अमिता & ब्रांच प्रबंधक मि.राजेश कुमार पाल ने कहा नेट बैंकिंग से जमा करो ! मेरी ब्रांच में नही होगा ! मैंने पुलिसके पास 100 नं. पर कॉल किया फिर भी काम नही किया गया !
            आज DMRC CHALAAN का लास्ट डे था. जो की जमा नही हो पाया.अत : काम के प्रति लापरवाही बरती गई जो दंडनीय अपराध है.!

              I transferred the amount from buddy app to my ICICI Bank account on 26th january which is already deducted from buddy app but its not added to my ICICI Bank account and not geeting any kind of response from any of your branch. The branch manager and tool free numbers replies so rudely as if we are their servants. Waiting for your positive response as soon as possible.

                many times bank printers are not working properly. so customers are not shatisfy in bank service. today i went to bank for update my passbook but the counter clerk tell me i can't update ur passbook. my passbook not update more than 3 months. so kindly take step about this matter against staff.

                  On 15 Jan 2017 at about 1906 hrs I did a transaction with Policy Bazar.com for paying renewal insurance premium of my Bike through my SBI ATM Card vide transaction No HU [protected]. The transaction was unsuccessful but a sum of Rs 1099.00 has been debited. I made a complaint through customer care vide Ticket No [protected] on the same date. The complaint is still pending with PG[protected]. While checking the status, it is shown as "CLAIM RAISED WITH MERCHANT. COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED SHORTLY.
                  Sir More than 15 days elapsed the amount is not refunded in my account.
                  Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      I have been a longtime time customer of SBI at Rohini Sec 1/2 branch. After demonetization, as we cant withdraw the amount of cash needed, internet banking serves as a savior. BUT I cant do anything infact my money is blocked, I cant pay my LIC premium, I cant handle my expenses and my credit card payments cant be made too.
                      I have been trying to get my mobile no updated as the older no is not in my possession any more but the bank has turned out to be of no help.
                      I have lodged 5 compalints using CMS but none was resolved infact closed with fake promises. I also filed a complaint against the branch but it failed too. My account's security is at risk. I have filled forms, requested through internet banking itself but nothing has hpnd. The complaints no are [protected], [protected], [protected], CS[protected]. I need this to be fixed and need help to get it done.

                        your service is very very lazy and poorest.no any response care centre.i am used buddy or dated 30jan.2017 transfer amount is BOB.But not deposit amount in BOB.two days continue call of customer care but don't response thare.so my amount is refund my wallet.i promise no any time use your state bank buddy.

                          suddenlyi got message on 19/1/2017 that my account was debited by
                          rs: 2853 /- as i am using net banking i got afraid, as i had system problem unable to verify online .contacted the branch but no phone pickup the bank is 10 km away from my location i got nervous shock which affected my health after aweek i went to confirm the amount i found that this amount is for( intrest recovery as it is huf account we cannot provide intrest)
                          now my compaint is :
                          1 the bank shoud have intimated me of this deduction or given notice of recovery well in advance.
                          2 how can bank deduct amount withot my permission which was credited as intrest six month before or they have this right whenever they require they credit & they can debit.
                          3the liabiity of this credit is of sbi as they credited it as intrest we not requestd.
                          4.they created a tort by giving nervous shock.
                          so i request u to pls make a right decision to provide me the debited amount with compensation as it has given me nervous shock,

                            SBI, Dhandhuka Branch Code-0362 does not have sufficient staff, customer face so many difficulty for banking operation, and no good response from any sbi employee, and customer face bad behavior from SBI Employee, No any Responsible officer in this branch.
                            Branch Manager does not take any responsibility about the people stand in line for banking operation.

                              I went to sbi in sholavandhan for return my jewels... I need to know the interest with high amount.. I asked more than 3 times.. but that responsible person said.. u should wait 1 hour ...3 times i asked.. they told this same answer... now network not working.. so i m waiting extra 3 hours... today is last date. what to do... It's not the user friendly response... if i apply for jewel loan.. they talked very polite... is this the way.. to treat customer in ur bank.. i[censored] do like this... how can I will come again to ur bank

                                The deputy manager of the sbi bank is just delaying me . he is just not accepting my application form from three weeks . i have filled my application online but he keeps me away by saying, "lack of staff " from weeks together .
                                i don't understand such a big bank having lack of staff . please take further actions on the respective person. and at least get this problem of submitting the person 's details only to bank by accepting the details online .

                                  Purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 mobile phone by my SBI debit card on 09/11/2015. The offer was cash back of 5% of the invoice value Rs. 15000.00 which is Rs.750.00 on debit card swipe. Lodged complaint on 22th & 25th August 2016 against ticket no. PG[protected] & PO[protected]. But yet to get any resolution. Expecting immediate revert with resolution.

                                    I have an account in SBI kubernagar branch due to which I have to visit the branch on a regular basis . Every official present in the branch (except bank manager ) behaves unprofessionally . Being unable to speak or read the local language, I have to depend on enquiry . However, the officials don't listen and send me away to the guard saying that it is not an enquiry counter . The guard has all the forms kept with him but, the he obviously cannot answer the minor queries which arise while filling the form, or something that requires an unconventional approach . Most of the people who visit the branch are senior citizens and they all say that nobody listens to them in that particular branch and there is always a shortage of staff and a huge que ...
                                    The callous behavior of officials often results in apathy of visiting the branch, specially among the younger generation

                                      Sir main apke sbi card ke help line par bat kar kar thak gya hn is liye please mera hal kijiye muje bhut problem ho rahe hai aapka staff kahta kuch hai karta kuch hao is se aapne to mere problem he bada de hai i mean aap to shant baithe hai or muje tens ho rahe ki apke paise dene hai mera card aap d grade main kar do or jo paise bante hai wo aap lo muj se or han enul fees bhi muje nhi dene ku ki apke or se muje jo batya gya hai waise sab galat hua hai 2 year se payment kar he raha tha apko par is bar apne muje kaha 2 lakh rupe ke swipe karo to payment refund or aab last jab payment day aaya to aap kahte ho ki 3 lakh karo aisa to nhi hota sir is se nuksan mera he hai jo main 2 year main acha status banaya tha wo apne one month main khrab kar diya so please mere aapse hath jodh kar binte hai ki aap mere problem solve kare
