State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

On Dec 24, 2016, I tried to add money from my SBI account to my Paytm wallet. I made 5 transactions of Rs. 2000, 444, 200, 222 and 222. Out of which only one transaction of Rs 222 was successful. The rest of my money, Rs. 2866, has just disappeared.

Fraudulent transactions on desceased a/c @30Apr'15, asked bank @4thJul'15 to transfer 2 me.But till now not closed & transfered 2 my account. Recently 3 MOD FDs are withdrawn &closed .It started frm 25Aug'15 used last 16, 17, 18th & closed the complete FD's of cost 11L .Earlier also lost 1L complained 2 branch, no action .help pls.

I have been asking my regional sbi bank to open my saving bank account since November month of 2016.But they are not opening and says wait for January because we are busy because of demonetisation.so I waited.But in January also they are still asking to wait.Now January is going to end and still whenever I go they ask me to wait.No cooperation at all.Its my first bank account that I want to open im sbi.Why are they not opening my account....

I do respect that I am not debited to sbi. without my consent bank has transferred to from my account on the two phases. what a dare ? This account is not yours. In this case I have to court for resolving. I have lodged a complain letter to Manager, SBI, Bhedia Branch. He has informed that he has no time.

My name - bijay bahadur singh i am a exiting customer in sbi,
But, suddenly sbi excess charged my bank account, 12 times charged -287.50 in charged received mandate fail - 287.50 ×12=3450 and 1 emi advanced charged in my bank account.

With due respect i want to state that on 3rd dec 2016 i book flight ticket through internet banking and they send the message that the money was deducted and the transaction status was not provided the ammount is 7902 and today they send me that incorrect transaction details but i still din't get transaction number so please kindly consider this letter for your kind of act.

Most humbly and respectfully i want to state that on 3rd dec 2016 i book my flight ticket through debit card i, e, 7902 but the transaction was not successfull and the ammount was deducted i have been complain to the customer care but still i din't get any answer. I am also having internet banking facility.HDFC standard life has transfered the policy refund amount of INR 72171 /-on line success done on November 28, .2016 and ARN number is[protected]. However my account is not credited with this amount till date .

I applied for a fresh passport on 15th jan, 2017. at 2:30pm.I did the payment online through HDFC debit card. The amount has been deducted from the account but the passport payment status is being showed as failed.

On dtd. 02.01.2017 around 7:00 PM I have tried to withdraw Rs. 1000 by my SBI Debit card from Lakshmi Vilas Bank ATM in Mahavir Nagar, Janakpuri, New Delhi. ATM showed Transaction cancelled and no money was dispensed and I have not received any message on my registered mobile no. Later I received message around 2-3 hours later that my money was debited.
I tried to lodge complain online but unable to do so as there is some problem....

I used SBI Anywhere android app's mVisa facility to pay for Pizza Hut using QR code. In this process the money got deducted from my account but transaction was failed and popped a message stating about REFUND within a day.

Two consecutive transactions for the same amount with same merchant (but different ref no. Plz note the last digit)

I was trying to apply for passport on January 16th 2017 and I used my axis bank debit card to make the payment. The amount of Rs. 1500/- was deducted from my account and the website shows as transaction failed. I tried calling the SBI customer care and the call never gets connected.
