It is submitted that i have an SB a/c No:[protected] at Visakhapatnam, A.P., and i have received ATM cum Debit Card on 13th December, 2016 but PIN number not yet received till today and i have generated through IVRS on[protected] but unfortunately i have not changed the pin within 24 hours, and on[protected] generated Through ATM services, but not yet received any SMS from you. hence my card is not validated. hence please requested to Generate the PIN immediately
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please resolve my issue for internet banking. the bank officers activate user id & password.as per what you provide inter net user name password.but still, it shows invalided user name & password ( net kit)
I took housing loan on[protected] and the same has been repaid and account closedref page no 9. But the same loanis shown once again in page no 3 which is same as above loan..It is requested to please verify the same and to remove from your report.
I beg to say that I am new account holder of state bank of india.I applied our check book in 9 Jan. From sbi bathinda bibi Wala Chowk branch but I did not received. So please registered my complaint and gave solution fast please.

      I have a S.B.Account No.[protected] at SBI, Duburi Project, Danagadi Br.Code.08529. I purchased some material from The Store, J.K.Road vide ATM-Cum-Debit card No.[protected] for Rs.1356 on dtd.20.12.16 but, the transaction failed but the said amount was deducted from my account. Till date after 40 days the amount is yet to be credited to my account. I have already complaint in the SBI toll free no.[protected] on 26.12.16 vide complaint no.P[protected] but in vain.
      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Hi Team,

      I am not able to add intra bank Beneficiary since last 8 day in my SBI internet banking account. it is always giving message "We are experiencing network delays. Apologies for the inconvenience".

        Dear Sir., I'm Nizamuddin the account holder of the SBI bank resident of Frazer town Bangalore. Sir, in my home branch of SBI that is Richards town branch Bangalore there is no Proper response from staff. I came to bank at 2:05pm, she told me that she has to go for lunch and she left for lunch at 2:10 pm and she dint come back till now... At present the time is 3:15 pm sir.. this is from the counter number 15 Richards town branch.. kindly...

        My debit card not receiving. Last Dec month I opened account. I went 4 times to get abt my debit card. They saying through courier we Wil send. But already one month ovr. Still I didn't get my debit card. I called speed post head office also. They said complaints to sbi we Wil send again.state bank of Arakonam. Not responding properly. Pls can again send to my address.

        I have bank account with state bank of India balanga odisha branch. Due to some personal work I need a cheque book of my account. When I apply for a cheaque book the manager denied to proceed the book and giving so many excuses.
        I have received a call from SBI (Claimed) and they were saying that your account will be redeemed by 7840 INR as reward. They were requesting to share all my card details. Call came from [protected]. It look like fraud. They were requesting to submit my CVV number on IVR. Which they claimed to be SBI IVR. They also claim to have my bank statement.

          I had made on line payment of Rs.1512.75 on 29/01/17 towards POS against which I have a debit advice from the concerned Bank, ie., Canara Bank Versova Branch but the Online Application Receipt comes out showing payment failed. Please either connect my payment or refund the fees so that I can make the remittance again. Or advise next step

            Respected sir/mam
            I am KALYAN DAS . I have paid an amount of 1500/- online through SBI bank debit card, but due to some cause, I was logged out & payment status was initially showing Pending. Further, as per instruction given in passport site, to get confirmation of payment status while I clicked on pending & payment status was showing FAILED.
            Application Reference Number:- 17-[protected]
            Transaction amount : - 1500/-
            Transaction date :- 18/01/2017
            Type of application :- Normal
            Payment Status :- Failed
            A/c no., from which payment was made: [protected]
            Due to the above circumstances, I have again paid Rs. 1500 online through ICICI bank debit card. Payment was showing success & visited PSK kolkata according to scheduled date.
            Kindly look into my issue and please refund my failed transaction amount of rs 1500 in my bank account as soon as possible .
            Ref to my below email & also over phone, I tried to communicate to you, but till date I did not get any response from your end.

            I have paid Rs.1525.35 towards application fee for my passport renewal through city bank credit card on 19 th January 2017.
            Though confirmation from city bank was received, no confirmation was received from the SBI merchant
            kindly confirm receipt of the same.

            I submitted 2 forms to reissue of my and my brothers passport and payed for the appointment but the payment did not process and money was deducted from my bank account and the number provided by customer care seems be not reachable so I want my money back or an appointment to reissue my passport.

              Transaction got declined but amount got debited from my account. It has neither reached the merchant nor it was credited back to my account. Raised a complaint to customer care but they closed the ticket saying details are not there.

              Date of incident : 20th Dec 2016

              Desirable Resolution : Request a refund back to the account

              The amount of 26542 got debited from my account on 20th Dec, the transaction was made to Titan Co., and we have a written letter from the merchant that they have not received the amount in that case it needs to be credited back to my account which did not happen . The complaint was raised to customer care who provided us with a complaint number BO[protected] . All of a sudden we got message saying they did not find more details regarding the transaction.

              What should I do to get my money back?

              I have never experienced such a worst customer service.

                I wanted to know how much balance amount is lying down in my Educational loan no : .[protected].I have been paying my loan regularly but i don't have any idea as from total paid amount every month by me how much is going towards interest & how much is going for principal amount.When ever i am asking the Branch Manager i have been told one amount which is always almost same from the previous balance. Kindly help me to get my loan statement.

                  I had requested for a cheque book on 19th january 2017.I haven't received it yet .When i lodged a complaint, I got to know that the ticket(ticket number-[protected]) has been resolved and cheque book had been delivered to me on 19th(i.e on the same day).However, It hasn't been.Please do something.I need the cheque book urgently for some important work.I have been complaining since many days but every time they say that the complaint has been resolved.

                    I have issued a personal loan from the bank for 5year term.Now i want to reduce its term to 3year.but the chief manager or loan manager are not considering my application.when i question them they replied me in a rude way and without showing any reason they just rudely with me which i don't like.they just don't want to help the customer or account holders.

                      Since from 3 -4 days before I add one beneficiary acc number for NEFT transaction but still it is not verified.ur not follow ur policy.instead of SBI other bank service is very good as compare to lazyness towords acc activation.
                      But one thing is true that I was facing many problems because of this, right now no one has patience to wait upto 3 days so think on this Complaint and revert back with your major technical problem

                        1. Please refer my S/B account number : [protected] which is operating at SBI Ballygunge, Gariahut Road, Kolkata.

                        2. I have received new State Bank Global Debit Card No [protected]. I have visited to SBI Ballygunge two times for security PIN Number but they did not provide. They have guided me the procedure through registered mobile number.

                        3. I have sent my request two times for PIN number from my mobile number [protected] but not received PIN number till date.

                        4. Without PIN the ATM Card is invalid. You are requested to kindly send the PIN number in my email address : [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number [protected] at the earliest.

                              Sir, i am from hasanpur district samastipur and my home branch is hasanpur road and the branch code is 05912 .
                              The service men of the branch is not opening new accounts and tell us that the the branch is not able to open new accounts.
                              The service of the branch is also very poor as our hole day engaged in doing a small bank work.
                              So please look for the same so that we common peoples get a better atmosphere.

                                I Sakshi Agrawal and would like to complaint about the bad service which i had faced. I live in gwalior and I am a student of amity university. I went to SBI branch in patel nagar to have a new account on january 21' 2017. I filled the form with all necessary documents and then i was asked to come again on january 25' 2017 to get the account number along with necessary details because they were having many accounts to be opened which are left due. But because of my college timings i could not come on given date as i am a hostler. Then after i came on Friday i bunked my college just to get the account to be opened. I went with my father on january 27' 2017. I went in and asked for the account number, there was a lady siting on her chair and she told me that your account is not opened due to bad connectivity problem. Then my father came forward to ask that my child stay at campus and just to get the account number she specially bunked her college and yet her account is not opened why so? then there was a men who gave me the registration form said " sir we have 25-30 accounts left to be opened and due to shortage of staff and bad connectivity problem all accounts to be opened is delayed" this was his statement also i have a written proof of this statement with stamp. Then i went to canara bank with my father to get a new account and their i did all necessary formalities and so i got my account number within 10 minutes. So i am fully satisfied with canara bank. But i want you to please look into the matter and take strict action towards this so that later on no other customer faces the same problem as i did because this is shocking point that the great SBI branch have shortage of staff and so could not help the customers or maintain the relations with the customers so well. I want an answer or an action to be taken towards my matter.

My ATM is RUPAY, so when i withdrawn money from my ATM its showing tempurary error and unable to process last 2 months. Some days ego only swipe done on my ATM, but now all process are close .                                       I lost my debit card and I applied for a new debit card .The debit card has been issued but didn't reach me .The post is being circulating in the wrong address . I just checked it in the speed Post tracking, and as I observed it's not in my provision .So I kindly request you to change my the postal address on it and please make sure that I receive it to my current address which is in your database.
