Sir,

I am Udayan Das form Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, applied for credit card in my name from Rupnarayanpur SBI, (SBIN0002114) Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal in 2019. The day the credit card came to my house, a few days before the fake call started coming. but the day the comes home, the fake call comes again, then he say my name, address, birthday and sbi card number everything correctly. but i did not answer the call, but he say that he is from the bank, so he knows all my information, and I have to give OTP to turn on the card, I believe it, immediately there is credit of 49000/- (Forty Nine thousand) rupees with me. That's when I informed the matter to SBI Bank and Credit card staffs. They said they would arrange for a refund. But I have not received any money back till today, since 2019 I am still deducting from 500/- to 3000/- rupees per month from my account.

(My question here is, how did the person who called me know my personal information?)

So far, a total of about 60000/- to 65000/- rupees has been deducted due to SBI credit card. I have applied many times since one year to closed the card, I have requested many times but SBI bank has not yet taken any action to stop the credit card, I am requesting them that I am deducting a lot of money, so close the card, but they are going to excuse me.
My special request to you that please make arrangements to close my card permanently so that there is no link of SBI Card with my Bank account, try to resolve the issue in any way, I am in a lot of trouble

3. Etee (Credit Card staff) Mob- [protected], [protected]
(Who applied for my credit card in 2019 and avoided after the money was swindled)

4. Dhriti Chakraborty (Credit Card staff, SBI, Rupnarayanpur Bank) Mob- [protected]
(To whom I have submitted the application on 05.07.2021 and she is still trying to close the SBI Card)

    my name is rupesh kumar kshetrapal i am a customer of sbi charoda bhilai branch(chhattisgarh) my account number is [protected] branch code number is 12129. my atm card limit has expired in june 2020 and i have tried many times in sbi helpline number and told my problem but they said go to your home branch to find out there. I went to my home branch 3 times, the staff there did not help me and said once again apply for atm, I also applied today it has been 8 months there is no solution.
    Sir please solve my problems so that i will be forever grateful to you

      I have deposited ruppes 1100 in sbi kattanam branch cdm by using my debit card on 28/02/2022 around 9.15 pm. But due to technical issue the deposited amount not credited to account and stuck at machine. Same day i have contacted sbi customer care and also give request to sbi branch. At the time of giving Complaint they said your amount will credited to your account wthin 5 days. But when i contact them on today, things are not as they said earlier. They are saying false accusations over me and try to me as a culprit. I also inform them that you can check cctv fottage and check the login details of my account using debit card. But they are ignoring me and my voice. Where can i Complaint to get back my money as soon as posible. Help me im this regards.

        I ordered a product from MYNTRA but having not liked it i returned the product Myntra initiated the refund on 28/02/2022 and gave me a reference no "[protected]"
        But the STATE BANK OF INDIA still haven't credited the money in my account

            THE Last complaint or message i did was on Dec 31, 2021 and i was asked to write to the email id provided. However, i haven't received the NOC nor have someone contacted me. Every time I call the customer care for the NOC they only say we have raised a request you will receive it in 7 days or 15 days i have made multiple mails and calls but nothing seems to work out. I have been punished for not activating the Credit card nor using it. But levied with annual charges and effecting my CIBIL for non payment. Is there some human working here in SBI who understands the pain and can work mannerly not just talk like a puppet and Not give me the same TAT.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                There was a money deduction in my account saying..
                DEBIT SWPO [protected] 23-FEB[protected] 89050645

                But i did the transaction on 23 Feb and already money got deducted that day but on 1st March i got a message from SBI saying Rs 250 has been debited from my account.

                Money got deducted 2 times from my bank account first on 23rd February which was done by me and again on 1st march from SBI end.

                Now because of technical issues or something else i don't know but why did SBI deducted my money 2 times?

                And if because of technical issues then why i have not received the money yet into my account?

                Please refund my hard earned money back into my account.

                I am providing the screenshot of the same as a proof of the money deduction.

                Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and refund the money into my account.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had an SBI credit card which I had closed long back and after closure I did not apply for a new card nor did the bank issue me a new card.
                    After this, sometime back the bank sent me a statement of Rs 588, for which I requested SBI Credit Card Customer Care to cancel it and they also assured to cancel it with a positive response.
                    But now again they have sent me in the same statement with more charges, for which I applied again in the bank but they have refused to cancel it.
                    At the same time, I also want to say that it is very difficult to talk to their customer care, how many times after dialing the number, it is very difficult to talk once.

                    He listened to my problem and after listening said, I have put a request for your statement.

                    Today i.e. on 06.03.22 around 9 am I got a call from this number [protected].
                    The man said that your complaint has been registered, in order to remove the bill amount which is showing in your SBI app, he asked me for my phone's unique number by downloading quick sports team viewer from google play store.
                    After that told me to allow in your phone, then I did not like this method of his, that's why I did not allow him
                    He kept on clarifying again and again but I felt that some fraud should not happen.
                    Please guide me further so that I can know the further process.

                          On 28 Feb, 2022 i send an amount of 1300 rs to someone through Amazon pay upi. Also 100 rs after that. The transaction was pending and then it failed the money got deducted from my account but neither it is refunded nor credited to others account. Kindly refund me the money at the earliest.

                                  SWOS Unauthorised deduction Money

                                  There is a debit of my fathers account of 40000. In statements it shows 20000 debit SWOS [protected] on 1 march 2022 for 23 feb 2022. It debited 2 times. A total of 40000 amount has been debited.
                                  About 3 years ago a fraud of 7000 also stated from this account.
                                  Please ask the bank to reverse the amount and try to stop such types of fraud which are happening mainly in SBI accounts.

                                  The sbi customer care number are getting disconnected all the day.

                                      I placed an order on Amazon.com on 1st March 2022 amounting to Rs. 1, 130. The order details page on Amazon.com properly shows an order of Rs. 1, 130 but when I see the online bank statement on SBIs website, there are two transaction rows each with a debit amount of Rs. 1, 130 as opposed to one row with the same amount. The bottom line is that the amount debited from my bank account is twice as it should have been. I'm really upset that such a thing happened, and want to get it resolved as soon as possible.

                                      So, the resolution I'm expecting is to get the "extra" debited amount back while the actual payment stays(I don't want to cancel the order). I'm attaching the order invoice from Amazon as well as the bank statement generated from SBIs website as proofs.

In case the amount is not credited even after transaction + 1 working days (end of the day), we request you to kindly write us back for further assistance. Alternatively, you may also contact our toll free numbers to register a complaint against the disputed amount. For any further assistance or queries, please contact us by: Calling on our 24X7 Toll free Helpline No.18004253800 and 1800112211 and Toll No.08026599990. Writing to us at [email protected] Assuring you of our best services at all times." Today March 3rd, 2022 8 P.M, the amount was credited back to my account.
