Hi,
I am Mrinmoy Hazra, SBI account no- [protected], Branch - UTTARBAG GHAT, IFSC Code:SBIN0008746. my atm card was lost on July2016, I applied for new atm card, atm card charges deducted from my a/c but sill today I did not get my atm card, I talk to Bank manager & customer care so many time but no one fill to solve my problem.
I send so many mail to sbi customer care but I did not get any solution or feedback from any one.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    That on 14/01/2017 I made an transaction for taking one year package subscription of airtel digital service amounting to Rs. 5500/- but subsequently I learnt the Airtel Money have not received any amount from my SBI card. Hence the service booked was not activated till date. And I have complained to SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE TILL DATE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED NOR THE AMOUNT IS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. The customer care executive had assured me that the issue will resolved. Today to my shock and surprise I have received a sum of Rs. 5, 500/- debited in my credit card statement for unsuccessful transaction. Hence this complaint to reverse back the amount of Rs. 5, 500/- at the earliest. kindly do the needful.

            Dear Sir,
            pl refer to my complaint Ref no.AT[protected] dt 19 Jan 2017.
            It is submitted that I was trying to Rs 4000.00 cash from AXIS bank ATM
            m/c ( ATM 991) located in the premises of DCP East Distt office Delhi on 13 Jan 17. I had completed all process, however as the cash was to come out of the m/c Electrcity went off. There no cash came out of the m/c then. However money has been deducted from my SB a/c [protected].I tried to contact Custmer care SBI but no one responded then. so, I lodged a complaint on 19 Jan 17. I was assured that money will be refunded, but so no action has taken place.
            pl refund Rs 4000.00 to my a/c at the earliest.

                Myself manpreet kaur.I have applied for reissue of passport on 9 jan, 2017. at 19:06:08 I did the payment online through canara bank debit card.                   I am Palash Barui with ac no [protected].On 21 January I gone added money Rs 400 from by debit card to paytm.Money deducted from my account & also got otp, but the transection was not complete. The transection I'd is[protected].At first I completed paytm care, they suggests me to contract branch. I contracts 24 January on my branch. They took time 48 hours, which is over.But still no solutions.

                      During Online check my statement on 27.01.17 at 5:14 pm my Credit card [protected] was blokced and I have tried the customent care for Unblocking and the online registration procedure through LAN line.

                      The Auto Answering system is not responding for the Unblocking of my card and says the network is not connecting & also unable to get any help from sms service.

                      so how can I unlock my credit card

                      This is a Complaint and has to be taken care assoon as possible

                        Unauthorized charges debit in my account detail=Rs.115+279+506+43+237=rs.1180/-dated, 10-1-17/31-12-16/30-11-16/31-8-16/31-7-16. I many times meet branch manger but can not solve because due to rush, he only say after 5 days come

                          Dear sir, i tried to add money Rs.2400)in my paytm wallet on 11/1/2017 but the amount was debited from my a/c (a/c no: [protected]) on 12/1/2017 but no value was added to my paytm wallet.n when complaining paytm tey replied with failed transaction detail at their end n when visiting home branch for several times they even do not listen my issues n here i am helpless with no idea where n how my issues get resolved so plz help me to get my money back .

                            Respected sir,
                            I ITISHREE SAHU having a SB account number in SBI, A/c-[protected], Digapahandi Main Road, have lost my sim and mobile number.
                            The same mobile number was entered in my SMS alert service and my Internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password message will be forwarded to that number. Now may i please request you to replace my mobile no to [protected] please.

                              I rajiv bharti submit my cell no. in sbi bank of ambala city many times regarding message alert but after that my fill of msg alert form i received only 2-3 times messages. for short period of time .in that time i submit again msg alert form but nothing i got any progress regaring this .

                              after some days problem again happened from complaint date to til today 27 jan.2017.

                                  Mera naam dilshad ali he. mera a/c no. [protected] he mene 26 jan. ko koi bhi transaction nahi kiya lekin mere a/c se 10000 kam ho gaye bank ne bataya ki BOB ke ek atm se 10000 ka amount withdraw kiya gaya he. lekin mera kahna he ki ye mene nahi kiya or nahi kisi or ko apna atm card diya or nahi pin no. diya. aap mere a/c se 26 jan ko kiye gaye transaction ki atm machine or time pata kar ke cctv footage dekh sakte hain. 26 jan ko koi withdraw nahi kiya. mere a/c se 10000 rupay kisne nikale nahi janta plz help me. thank you

                                    I purchased some groceries from Selvam Super market Poonamallee, Chennai-56, through my debit card on[protected] for the cost of Rs 1576-00. After swiping the above amount was debited my account and to that effect I have received SMS. (Transaction No: 353375)
                                    But, the salesman said the shop has not received the amount and asked me swipe again. I showed the SMS received as the amount has been debited. He said the transaction failed and the debited amount will be reversed soon.
                                    With no other go, I swiped again for the same amount of Rs 1576-00. (Transaction No: 370568)
                                    But, the excess amount (the amount debited from my account and not paid to the shop) has not been reversed. So, I went to the shop again on[protected] and explained the situation. The sales person after verifying print out of the transactions of sales on[protected] confirmed that they have received the amount of Rs. 1576-00 only once and suggested me to lodge a complaint with SBI Customer Care.
                                    Accordingly, I have spoken to the customer care[protected] and lodged a complaint for which a Ticket Number was allotted. (PO[protected] dated[protected].
                                    I have sent an E-mails to the following officials/ departments:
                                    (a) SBI, HAVF Branch on[protected], (sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in)

                                    (b) Customer care SBI on[protected][protected]@sbi.co.in)

                                    (c) Helpline on[protected]helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in) which was not delivered
                                    There was no response from anybody and on[protected], I met the Case Manager, SBI, HVF Branch Avadi and given a written complaint by giving all the details.
                                    On[protected], I met the same Case Manager of SBI, HVF Branch Avadi again and enquired about the progress of my case. In the same day I also met the Chief Manager, of SBI, HVF Branch Avadi and explained about the problem. The bank said there is no reversal pending as such the amount might have been deposited in the shop’s account.
                                    Several occasions I visited the Super Market to confirm whether they have received the payment twice or not. This Supermarket repeatedly says that they have received the amount only once.
                                    More than 35 days have passed and no amount is reversed and no solution is in the sight.

                                        My self Santosh Shinde, Savin AC no[protected], Bund Garden Pune Branch have applied for AC transfer to Kalyan Katemanivali Branch on 7th Jan. Form was been filled in the branch and was told will take up to 15 working days. Enquired on 14th reply was fax has been send and waiting for correspondence. Visited Bund garden branch on 24 th, they said, till now fax not received. They called up Katemanivali branch and forwarded necessary documents....
