Dear sir,
My name - bijay bahadur singh i am a exiting customer in sbi,
But, suddenly sbi excess charged my bank account, 12 times charged -287.50 in charged received mandate fail - 287.50 ×12=3450 and 1 emi advanced charged in my bank account.
Total amount charged - 3450 +2264 = 5714
Please refund my amount in my bank account. My a/c no[protected]

Today again applied for new cheque book. But surprisingly Rs 57.50 has been deducted from my a/c. What is this? They had done the fault and punishment is mine! Realy India is great!

Debited Rs 3000 dated 10 jan2017.
Branch manager not know prapur resen debited amount.
So that 3000 rs credited my account
A/C No. [protected]. Applied for new cheque book on 20.12.2016. But till today it is not delivered. Branch Manager did not take any step also.
as i got my noc certificate from bajaj finance, the bank is still charging the ecs mandate fail tax, please do refund, its been 8 times charged by the bank

    With due respect i want to state that on 3rd dec 2016 i book flight ticket through internet banking and they send the message that the money was deducted and the transaction status was not provided the ammount is 7902 and today they send me that incorrect transaction details but i still din't get transaction number so please kindly consider this letter for your kind of act.

                I am also having internet banking facility.HDFC standard life has transfered the policy refund amount of INR 72171 /-on line success done on November 28, .2016 and ARN number is[protected]. However my account is not credited with this amount till date .
                The details are

                Amount required from HDFC standard Life is Rs. 72171/-
                HDFC reference number of transaction is ARN[protected]
                Trans action date is march 28/11/2017.
                HDFC has reconfirmed this transaction successful.
                Sir please check it once and kindly transfer my amount to my account quickly.

                    On dtd. 02.01.2017 around 7:00 PM I have tried to withdraw Rs. 1000 by my SBI Debit card from Lakshmi Vilas Bank ATM in Mahavir Nagar, Janakpuri, New Delhi. ATM showed Transaction cancelled and no money was dispensed and I have not received any message on my registered mobile no. Later I received message around 2-3 hours later that my money was debited.
                    I tried to lodge complain online but unable to do so as there is some problem. My debit card was showing incorrect.

                      I used SBI Anywhere android app's mVisa facility to pay for Pizza Hut using QR code. In this process the money got deducted from my account but transaction was failed and popped a message stating about REFUND within a day.

                      Two consecutive transactions for the same amount with same merchant (but different ref no. Plz note the last digit)

                      The transaction of Rs 567.78 was tried by me on 16th Dec 2016 with mVisa
                      Payment Ref.No: 635119A00016

                      I did not received refund for this failed transaction.
                      I called customer care to lodge complain on this issue.
                      They told me that they can not help me due to technical issue and contact home branch.
                      I also visited my home branch. They told me that they can not help me on refund of any online transaction.
                      Please look into it as three months passed and I still to get my refund money.

                          I was trying to apply for passport on January 16th 2017 and I used my axis bank debit card to make the payment. The amount of Rs. 1500/- was deducted from my account and the website shows as transaction failed. I tried calling the SBI customer care and the call never gets connected. I even tried sending an email about my greiviences however no response from them yet. As per the website the amount should have been back into my account in 7 days and still amount has not been credited back into my account. I have attached the print screen of the reference #.

                          I humbly request you to check into this and have the amount credited back into my account.

                          Sir, EPF india published a new version portal recently where ECR loading and payment could be done in same portal. On payment option, there is two mode, 1. Internet Banking. 2. ATM card. I am trying to pay through ATM card continiously since 18th Jan'17, but response comes as "Transaction not captured in FSS sit" 20th Jn'17 is last extended date to submit EPF contribution for the month of Dec'16. Kindly do the needful.
                          EPF -NE region payment through ON-LINE ATM card failed to accept. Pl. show me the solution.
                          I have an account in sbi bank...my atm card is blocked...i will give you my a/c no . and card no. but plzz..

                                  Haven't received any response from the Bank yet and the State Bank manager at Hari Nagar New Delhi has been avoiding my calls for which I intend to file a FIR. I have also submitted a complaint at the bank and also keep the receipt copy with me. This had been about 6 months and why should a customer pay for the Bank's negligence in security systems. I intend to escalate the issue and the fire the manager for poor service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      i had account in your bank code 2729 sice 15years. we are not getting proper information for any subject bank staff was not cooprating with us and they are shouting on us and other uneducated people who do not know any bank work There is no proper staff in the branch and there is no separate counter for heavy cash payers we also must stand in line for one to two hours for depositing the amount.some people are doing the work very slowly . you can check the cc camera footages on their work.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      please conform us is there any notification or go passed by the rbi to the banks not to accept the new notes if any thing is written by pen or pencil,
                                      here our branch staff was not accepting the notes if anything is written in it,
                                      we are losing our customers if we are not accepting from them. because in ruler areas people are nor aware for such things
