    Respecter sir,
    I, riyazahmad bagalkot m having a sb account number [protected] in sbi, i have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

      Resp. Sir,
      I m having saving ac. Already in sbi here. But whenever i go to the branch for opening current account or any friend's saving, nobody takes an interest in opening new account.
      Should i beg them? One side banks are approaching new customers to open new accounts, and the other side branch here are show lazy ness like "come tomorrow, come on monday, or we dont have form, etc etc"
      Whose responsibility is this? Even they don't know how to activate online banking, and says that "we don't have kit, or etc"
      Pls its my humble request to pay immediate attention over here. Because what should a person do to open a new account? We cant beg to them.

        I am an old lady with age more than 60 .Today (23rd Jan 2017) I visited the branch with my son (for helping me ) for applying a new passbook .

        We approached the officer for applying it, but he refused to accept the application and said me to produce Identity proof. But as an old lady I forgotten to take my ID cards .

        I have given all the documents including photographs to the branch when I opened the account.But producing ID proofs all the times is unnecessary.I requested the officer that, please accept my application, otherwise please reject with written a acknowledgement.But he was not ready to do so.

        This matter is taken up by branch manager and invited us and discussed with her cabin.She also refused our request and not ready to accept the written application and give the acknowledgement too.And we repeated our request for either giving a passbook or a written acknowledgement.She told my son to get out from her cabin because my son is not her customer.

        State Bank of India is a public institution.As a branch manager, she is responsible for accepting the application or return it with an acknowledgement.The branch manager has no right to tell my son to get out from her cabin with an indecent manner.He accompanied me to help me, since I am not aware of Banking and its procedures.

        When i have open onlinesbi show display msg your page is hazy and pressing ctrl+f5 and write my username and pasword and show msg some tecnical fault try some time plz accept my complaint
        This month twice i got message from CBSSBI i.e.. you have debited 11.50 from XXXX account [protected]DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd-, i don't what happen, may be SBI bank also doing big scam, it thinks we have debited less amount so account holders does not consider due to this negligence the SBI got crores of rs, it is a big scam..

I have submitted 4-5 time letter for netbanking and also fill up the netbanking form. But i not get the kit. Then after i said to that problem in sbi branch sarai, nobody take responses. Again i would discussed all thing with branch manager (Niraj kr chaudary) then his said to me. I have no time for that work and you don't wastage my time, you get out from here.

            My ac no. [protected] has been on hold about 15 days. I need my money but i can't withdraw money please help me and solution my problem. I am trouble many days. And i always go to atm machine to withdraw money but it says insufficient balance and also deduct my money day by day. So please check my account details and remove hold problem from my account.

              Problem


              I received a call today form [protected] (surya prakash mishra)
              He told me my ppf account form has been destroyed,
              I opened my ppf account in september 2014 and i get this call 23 january 2017 morning,

              My status is now nri in bank, i changed my normal account as a nro account because now i work in spain from december 2015.

              (1) my question, is it possible to get destroy someone's ppf form by bank (by mistake) after 3 years of account opened?

              He is asking me to come india to refill again the ppf form and it's not possible for me to ask for leave again (i just returned from india in january) and also i can't afford flight tickets at this time.

              (2) is it not possible to fax the ppf form? because surya prakash (who called me on phone) says no fax is not possible.

              I want to launch this complant to sbi, and want some help,
              Because i can visit indian again in december 2017 only, and fill this form then.
              Please help me.

                Today i got a phone call from [protected] asking for my debit card details. He confirmed that he is calling from bank. When i asked for more details then he start using the bad wards and told me that your account will be blocked.
                You are requested please do some action against him. When i call on the same cell number then i found that he feed the name as a fraud bank.

                I have request for issue of cheque book as on 09/01/2017 through internet banking for 25 leafs but still not received.
                I have applied for SBI SCO exam and selected exam centre as CHENNAI while applying...but when admit card has announced its mentioning that exam center is in TRICHY...it is far away from my place...
                so please tell me some suggestions about change of center and do the needful...

                    One particulr employee Mr Baghel of the SBI IPE branch located inside ONGC IPE Campus is highly ill behaving and behaves very rudely with every customer for any small enquiry. Inside the ONGC Campus mostly highly literate people are there and the said Bank is holding the Salary account of almost all employees. SBI should post a civilised employee here as almost all employees do not posses any nuisance value and do not retaliate irresspective of the high handed rough behaviour of Mr Baghel. He takes advantage of the simplicity of the customers in this branch. After the demonitisation his ill behaviour has further compounded. To day (23/01/2017, about 12:00 hrs) while I enquired him about the limit regarding withdrawal on the begining of a week he started abusing me infront of my fellow colleagues and the present Bank staff rather than politely explaining me the issue. Such employee should be immediatele replaced as there are a lot of resentment against Mr Baghel. He is even beyond the control of the Bracch Manager, Mr Saklani. Please act, or else customer may switch to other banks/branches.

                          I tried several times for change of registered mobile numberusing ATM, on completion of steps at ATM number can not be changed. On comletion of steps message reveils to contact branch. Earlier I have submitted application at branch but still message is coming in old number only. I applied at A F BRANCH and SPECIAL BRANCH HIGH COURT JODHPUR but message is not coming to new number.

                            Why the hell surcharge is deducted from my debit card when we are going cashless... all the surcharge have been deducted after the noteban in india...
                            how can u da that as government has already said that no service charge will be applied... what can i do... i am fed up of this as unneccesarily i have lost near about 200 rs because of this surcharge

                              Sir SBI PROVIDES regional manager no.in his branch for any problem and complain but when I call to manager he uses very rough language which not suited a qualified officer like them I have a current account in sbi ghatsila branch as our honorable prime minister says I installed a posmechine but can't get messages I swapped from mechine I went to bank manager in leave and nobody for help but they misbehave and says get out because manager in leave I call to regional manager I says "yaha phone mat kiya karo "and put down phone sir if I put my money in bank and facing this behavior how can the cashless program will get success my account my email address is [protected]@gmail.com . my account name "PARIWAR"in ghatsila branch ifs code SBIN0014355

                                with due respect and reference to the subject mentioned above i am so helpless and apalled by the response of the SBI, Roing Branch code 5821 Arunachal Pradesh regarding the furnishing of the last pension paid statement by the Bank for which i am facing lots of problem in withdrawing the full settlement of the death benefit of my deceased Brother who had Saving/Pension reimbursenent A/c no 045/5192 in SBI Roing.

                                Prologue: My elder brother drew his last pension money on dated 29Nov 2003 .he use to draw the money at an interval of 2/3 months as the amount was just a Rs 1800 so it took him around Rs 1000 to reach the bank from the place of resident (PO Silapathar, Dhemaji Distt) which is far from the drawing branch as at that period there was no Core banking facility.Meanwhile due to illness he died on 17 March 2004.As for the final settlement of the child pension we were asked by the office of the Assam rifle to bring the last paid statement from the drawing branch.and when we approached the bank official were unable to provide the account detail as been said by them that the whole system of the transaction was shifted from manual to Computerized hence we were not given exact details but at last they gave us that the deceased has drawn the pension till March 31, 2004.which is totally a false and biased information provided by their part in order to close the whole process and not give time to my grievances till today I am facing hurdle in requesting the bank official to provide the statement as per the last recorded statement in the saving A/c passbook which has been clearly written and recorded of the transaction statement and account, amount and date.Sir it has been long 13 years i have been running from pillar to post but still I am being neglected & kept in dark by the bank officials.As the bank officials have given the last payment till march 31st 2004 i am being asked to return the amount after 17 march to 31st March which is totally invalid as a deceased person can never draw money from the bank after death.Hence I request the redressal officials to look into my pain on humanitarian ground and provide me the statement as peer the recorded statement in the Passbook which is in my custody.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  On request for issue of cheque book, Rs. 57.50 were deducted on 4th Dec'16, but cheque book was not sent by the Bank. After writing mail, once the reply came that complaint resolved then again complaint was lodged then Cheque book was sent at late evening. And after return they called over phone to collect ch book from branch. All done but now on 18th Jan a charge of Rs. 115 is being imposed for undelivered cheque book. What is it? Bank failed in timely delivery of ch. book, timely giving call and now charging for undelivery. Is it only to earn money by bank on how many counts. Why is there any such rule permitted by central bank or GOI.
                                  I will take up the matter upto highest level till I recieve proper reply and not mare that complainet resolved.

                                      DEAR SIR OR MADAM,
                                      I would like to inform u that, i am a sbi account holder(my account no-[protected]), my home branch at Ashokenagar WEST BENGAL.On 19.01.2017 i have tried to withdrawal RS.10000 from ICICI BANK ATM(park street chowringhee mansion) but i have not received the mentioned amount, i received the slip from the ATM machine mention that THE TRANSACTION DECLINED UNABLE TO PROCESS, after a few minutes i have received a cash withdrawal massage through sbi bank.i talk to sbi customer care with my problem but the executive did not received any complain from my side.the executive told me that the problem will be solve in 48hrs.But the problem should not resolved till now.
                                      kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
