    Haven't received any response from the Bank yet and the State Bank manager at Hari Nagar New Delhi has been avoiding my calls for which I intend to file a FIR. I have also submitted a complaint at the bank and also keep the receipt copy with me. This had been about 6 months and why should a customer pay for the Bank's negligence in security systems. I intend to escalate the issue and the fire the manager for poor service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

        Dear sir,
        i had account in your bank code 2729 sice 15years. we are not getting proper information for any subject bank staff was not cooprating with us and they are shouting on us and other uneducated people who do not know any bank work There is no proper staff in the branch and there is no separate counter for heavy cash payers we also must stand in line for one to two hours for depositing the amount.some people are doing the work very slowly . you can check the cc camera footages on their work.

        Dear sir,

        please conform us is there any notification or go passed by the rbi to the banks not to accept the new notes if any thing is written by pen or pencil,
        here our branch staff was not accepting the notes if anything is written in it,
        we are losing our customers if we are not accepting from them. because in ruler areas people are nor aware for such things

          COMPLAINT/ APPEAL AGAINST STATE BANK OF INDIA UNDER SECTION 19(3) OF RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005 FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION

          This may please be treated as an Appeal/Complaint under section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act. 2005 (hereinafter referred to as “RTI Act”) against: (1) The Central Public Information Officer & Dy Gen Manager (B & O), State Bank of India, Administrative Office, Court Area, RANCHI : 834001 (Jharkhand) {hereinafter referred to as “CPIO”} and (2) The Appellate Authority & General Manager, Network-II, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, West Gandhi Maidan, PATNA : 800001 (Bihar) {hereinafter referred to as “Appellate Authority”},
          for not providing me the information sought under section 6(1)(a) of the RTI Act vide my letter dated the 25th Oct. 2016 (copy enclosed as Annexure-I). I had requested the CPIO vide my letter dated 25.10.2016 (copy enclosed) under section 6(1)(a) of the RTI Act with requisite fee to provide me certain information in respect of the SBI Employees Mutual Welfare Scheme of the State Bank of India, and the said CPIO was obliged to provide me within 30 days of the receipt of my requisition under section 7(1) of the RTI Act, which the CPIO did not provide despite 3 email reminders to him. This was followed by an Appeal dated the 12th Dec. 2016 to the Appellate Authority under section 19(1) of the RTI Act(copy enclosed as Annexure-III), (email copy of which was sent to the Appellate Authority on 10 Dec. 2016); which to my utter dismay also remained unresponded by the Appellate Authority and both of these recalcitrant officials of the State Bank of India preferred to remain mere silent spectators and oppressive in the matter, which relates to defalcation & misappropriation of my moneys recovered by the State Bank of India under its’ scheme named SBI Employees’ Mutual Welfare Scheme. The State Bank of India has recovered from my salary monthly/ annual subscription from September 1986 (monthly) to March 2014 (Annual) uninterruptedly for which undisputed evidence i.e. salary slip, issued by the State Bank of India (please see Annexure-II) has also been provided to State Bank of India and now the State Bank of India is saying that contributions to the scheme were made by me with various interruptions and hence the benefits of the scheme cannot be given to me. Thus, by defalcating/ misappropriating my moneys, the State Bank of India has committed offence under sections 409(criminal breach of trust by a banker), 477A (falsification of accounts) and 420(cheating) of the Indian Penal Code. As far as I know, there is no provision in the rules of the said scheme to skip contributions for a/some months at the sweet will of the employee/employer, specially when the salary was regularly being paid to the employee. To take the matter forward and to put my points logically, the information sought by me from the CPIO vide my letter dated 25 Oct. 2016, (copy placed at Annexure-I) is essential and the CPIO & the Appellate Authority are knowingly evading to provide me the required information with malafide & ulterior intention. I, therefore, hereby lodge a strong complaint/ appeal against the said Appellate Authority and the CPIO and request you to KINDLY look into the matter sympathetically to extend due justice to me. I request that the following reliefs may kindly be extended to me in this matter: 1) The beleaguered Appellate Authority & CPIO should be directed to provide me the information desired vide my letter dated 25.10.2016 addressed to the CPIO(copy placed at Annexure-I) without further loss of time, 2) Suitable penalty (Rs.25, 000/-) as stipulated in Section 20{1} of the RTI Act should be imposed on the Appellate Authority & CPIO for their failure to provide the desired information within the time stipulated in section 7(1) of the RTI Act; which should be paid by the recalcitrant officials from their own resources and not from the resources of the State Bank of India, 3) recommending under section 20(2) of the RTI Act to the controllers of the said Appellate Authority & CPIO for initiating suitable disciplinary proceedings against them; 4) The beleaguered Appellate Authority & CPIO should be directed to reimburse me the avoidable expenses of Rs.1300/-(approx) incurred by me in this matter togetherwith appropriate amount of compensation for inconvenience, harassment and mental torture caused to me in this matter due to inaction on the part of the Appellate Authority and CPIO, and; 5) Any other relief that the Hon’ble Commission may deem fit in this matter. I request that a suitable action may kindly be taken expeditiously in the matter and I may kindly be advised of the action taken/ decision of the Hon’ble Commission in the matter which relates to defalcation and misappropriation of my due moneys by the State Bank of India. It is disgusting that even their monies have been misappropriated and defalcated by the SBI; which also do not respect the Law of the Land.

              Till now amount is not transferred to the karnavati bank. Also not getting amount reverted to my account.

                Recently I wanted to open an account in sbi bt I was not having the pan card so i choose 60 while filling the form online but when I went to the bank for submitting the form they rejected it by saying that pan card is compulsory. Whatever is shown at the site is not their concern.So why they are working if customers problems is not their concern .They either inform in their branches about the same or make pan card compulsory even at online portal. The staff is non cooperative.Tge security guards are better than them as they are ready to help but the staff will not move from their chairs.As per government norms they are their to help us but I find at sbi is ridiculous. Can they please tell me that how many students in India own a pan card??

                  I have transferred money from SBI Buddy using Transfer to Account IMPS-IFSC on 21/01/2017 still it is not credited to beneficiary A/c. It was IMPS it should be immediate transaction. As per SBI if i get back that money in my wallate and if i transfer back to my bank A/c, it will charge 1%. who is responsible for this fault. My cheque no is 266114, 266115, 266116 dated 18 .1.2017 has been dishounered . I had contacted Branch Manager but he refused to give satisfactory answer about the reason .Rupees 460 deducted for each cheque ( 1380 Rs )

                      I have opened PPF A/c with SBI Mahul Road branch since 23rd Feb 1984 having A/c no 1284 From[protected], above A/c no got changed by SBI bank to [protected]-3. After my retirement from BPCL ; I shifted my A/c to SBI Hariom nagar Mulund (East) & hence again A/c no got changed to [protected] . As per request by SBI, Form – H was filled in on[protected] for Extension of PPF A/c after 15 years for withdrawl of Rs. 1, 00, 000 from my PPF A/c & as per final discussion by SBI Manager : “ You can withdraw maximum 60 % of amount available on[protected] Day of shifting of A/c to SBI Hariom nagar Mulund (East) ie Rs 407738 x 0.6= Rs. 244642 While filling up of withdrawl form for Rs. 1, 00, 000, again it was denied & told to apply for fresh form for Rs. 80, 000 only . Accordingly again new withdrawl form was filled in on 2-1-2017 for Rs. 80, 000 & submitted to SBI . Again as per SBI :- “ System does not allow twice in a year.” For your kind information ; on[protected] withdrawl was Rs.1, 00, 000 only from my above PPF A/c . Still the reply is same from SBI :- “ System does not allow twice in a year.” Again I approached SBI on[protected], now as per SBI :- “ you can withdraw only Rs 54000, & further added that : - “ System still does not allow for withdrawl twice in a year.” There is no further clarification to it . please clarify me urgently

                        Due to discrepancy in the billing amount, the person at the counter at Surya Child and Mother Care hospital, Pune had done Void sale transection for Rs.4824 on 17 Jan 2017. But the amount still not credited back into my account even after 1 week... The accountant at the hospital has refused any further help saying that the money has not been credited into their account. Kindly refund my money at the earliest...

                            I am using netbanking about 4 years, before some days i opened netbanking but not and telling you are inserting wrong password meanwhile i insert correct, i try 3+ 4 times and told contact your branch, i went to branch (Manikonda hyderabad ts) on 21/01/2017, there is gave me on user id and password, and tell after 24 hours you can use, i want to say today is 24/10/2017 but not activated my username and password, 4 days passed. So i request you please help me.

                              मैं भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ADB शाखा बहराइच में खाता खुलवाने के कम से कम चार से पांच बार गया लेकिन उनके द्वारा लगातार ताल मटोल किया जा रहा है कभी कहते हैं की १० दिन बाद आना तो कभी कहते हैं की १5 दिन बाद आना. शाखा प्रबंधक श्री अजीत कुमार से मिलने पर उन्होंने भी ऐसा ही जवाब दिया।

                                      II paid my Msc fee in favour of Pantanagar university on 5 Jan 2017. A sum of amount 35103.70 was deducted through my account. I paid the fee via SBI VISA DEBIT CARD no. [protected]. In this, transaction was failed but the above amount was deducted. 20 days have been passed but no refund yet. Please give me my money as soon as possible because I have to pay my fee. I am attaching the supporting document with this. I have attached the transaction number and POS number in the images. Please take remedial action. I have also attached the transaction page, after that nothing happened and transaction was failed and money deducted, but fees not paid.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      What are you doing? Please give my money back otherwise I have to file Court Case against you. I am a student and I don't earn, why are you harassing my by holding my money? How will I pay my fee?
