I am kanakapur sbi bank customer I'm unable visit my home branch due to long distance mu home branch to my work place so i visit to my near above mentioned branch I asked my atm card transactions problems to branch manager this regard but he was suddenly started ti to shouting loudly I bad words and go to ur home branch why u coming u nonsense like un tell bad words in very upset by that manager knowledge very disappointed so pls take necessary action on him and provide satisfied services and improve branch my number is [protected] my account no is [protected]

    I m not getting my userid and mpin dispite registering my mobile number . I hv generated priviously but i m not getting new id and mpin as i hv forgot the old id and mpin .i allready registered with net banking but having a problem with mobile banking. Please suggest me how to reset userid and mpin . And how to generate new id and password. Because of that cant do mobile banking

      I have paid the bill of my credit card no [protected] (SBI credit card) of jan 2015 Rs 4254 but not credit in my card till now and carried the bill with several charges in next month. I have again paid the new bill of feb 2015 Rs 8579.2 and several wrong charges amounting Rs 1177.46. but where is the amount paid for Jan 2015 which I have paid in SBI counter and journal is 34055205 and my A/C NO is [protected] ifsc code SBINOO15274 .I have paid many dishonor charges Rs 350 each which is not applicable because I have not signed the mandate. I made several complaints request id[protected] call customer care but not got resolve the issue. I request you pls held me to get amount of total Rs 5431.2( bill amount Rs4253.74+wrong charge amount Rs1177.46) and all dishonour charge ofRs 350 each with compensation amount and interest of about two years .         Dear Sir,

        I have been absolutely shattered with the kind of service State bank of India, NRI cell is offering. I am now beginning to realize that i made a mistake by opening an NRI account in SBI.

        They boast themselves as the largest nationalized bank in india but i must say that the service they are offering is atrocious.

        First of all it took them 20 days time to convert my SB account into NRO account and now they dont even bother to reply to my query regarding activation of my debit card

        It has been more than 15 days now till date i am not able to activate my debit card/generate the pin.

        They dont even have some courtesy to reply to the mail and resolve the issue ASAP

          I did transaction of Rs. 3000 on 30th Oct. 2015 from SBI ATM situated in BHU Varanasi...But transaction failed and 3000 Rs. debited frm my Account..I complaint on SBI customer care and they return 3000 on 9th November 2015.
          On 21st March 2016 SBI Main Branch BHU debited my 3000 Rs...And not returning my amount...What I should do for that... Please help

              I tried ti withdraw Rs.4500 from one of SBI ATM on 11jan 2017 but it was showing unable to process.Then again i tried the same but again it qas shown unabke to process.On the next day 12jan 2017 when i checked my account details i had found that Rs.9000 had been deducted from my account.Then i called SBI customer care but they told me that they will raise thecomplain after 48 hours.Now today 14 jan 2017 after 48 hours when i again called SBI Customer care they informed me that still there is no updates in their system regarding that day and they are unable to raise the complain.Now it is really very much annoying situation for me because its my hard and soul money and still from the SBI customwr care side they are not giving any resolution and even i didnot get my money back.please look into the matter as an urgent basis.

                Sub : irregularties /corruption/misbehaviour in makrana sbi bank branch.

                Help me. Help me. Help me.

                I visited branch for witdrawal rs 50, 000 from my account. Mr. Bhanwari ji, mr. Bhavani singh along with assistant manager pareek and branch manager refuse to give rs 50, 000 and misbehave with me and used abuse language and warn me to gate out from bank.

                At the same time bank staff allowed his loved one’s to withdraw rs 50, 000. Bank employ give full amount to those persons who are coming through their local agents, (One agent namely aslam s/ kurban ali who shop are located opposite sbi branch). Agent charge rs 1000 /- to rs. 2000/- extra respectively.

                Because of the misbehavior and refusal for the money withdrawal from my account in presence of public, he tried to spoil my reputation and insult me.

                Help me.

                  Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky and manually entered the data using qr code. in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. An amount of rs. 255 was deducted from my bank account. Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.
                  Plz refund the amount (rs. 255).

                    Sir. My name is javaid Ahmad shahri . Today I went to open an account in SBI bank near Tourist recipient centre Ma road Srinagar Kashmir . Branch TRC Ma road . While filling the documents I was forced my the manager to buy accidentally insurance else he said I won't be allowed to open an account . RBI doesn't write in their terms to buy any insurance first . So I request u to take strict action against him . Thanks

                      My name is mansoor khan the holder of the above mentioned mobile number and its on my mothers name farida khan

                      As i dont have any account linked with ur bank but i still get transaction messages on my number. It is possible that the number was used by the person name kunal earlier so he had not yet update his new number or i dont know what it is... my concern is i dont want any messages from ur bank... any account related or transaction.

                      Its my humble request to u kindly provide needful ASAP as its verry disturbing to me..

                          How to told payment dispute. Then why give buddy App. I am load payment in my account. Transfer to another account.

                          Reason for using buddy:
                          In my account
                          1) beneficiary activate time 4 hours
                          2) for one time payment why I want add beneficiary and waiting for active 4 hours
                          3) in ATM cash not loaded
                          4) central government told if you pay cash use digital wallet and go cashless. But SBI buddy told "payment dispute".

                          Very worst buddy service.

                              मैं महेश्वर नगर की मूल निवासी होने के साथ ही एक वरिष्ठ अभिभाषक भी हूँ ।
                              वर्तमान में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने "नोटरी" पद हेतु आवेदन पत्र मांगे हैं । जिसमें निर्देश है कि नगर के राष्टीय कृत बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक से आवेदन पत्र के समर्थन में हस्ताक्षर लेंवे।
                              इस बाबद मै जब महेश्वर शाखा में श्रीमान प्रबंधक महोदय के सम्मुख गयी, तो उन्होंने मुझे हस्ताक्षर करने से इंकार कर दिया, कहा कि मैं तु म्हे नहीं जानता ।तब मैंने शाखा की पासबुक दिखाई, और "नोटरी" एक्ट की सम्बन्धित धा रा 4(3) की जानकारी दी । तो उनका जबाव था की बैंक एक हस्ताक्षर के 182₹ लेता हैं, बिना पैसे के कोई काम नहीं करता है। और आप मुझे हस्ताक्षर के लिए मजबूर नहीं कर सकती, मुझे इसके कोई निर्देश नहीं है, मेरी शाखा का मैं अधिकारि हूं मुझे कोई निर्देशित नहीं कर सकता ।

                                Hi my name sofia.F I got cal from one of credit card dep askin for do I need card I accepted for my save card which is 499 but verification cal juz confirmed my details evn after I said I wanted that my save card nothing else, I received a txt as plantinum card been processed. I dnt ask for tat card which is 2999. I dnt understand wat kind of ppl u having for processing credit card ."We have received your SBI Card Application. Pls give us 11 working days to process your App.No.[protected]. The ANNUAL fee on VPLT-SBI PLATINUM is INR 2999. Seriously feel irritated by the service offered at the beginning and I dnt think I wil be getting any kind of support evn after I receive the card. I dnt need plantinum card plz cancel it .thanks. my email id sofi.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  At 9.1.17 actually an amount of Rupees 4000 has been withdrawn by me at Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank ATM at Venkat Narayana Road Branch. It has been observed that this amount of rupees 4000 has been debited twice from my account ([protected]). Kindly check the transaction once again and credit the same amount of rupees 4000 in my A/C No: [protected] as soon as possible.

                                      I used sbi buddy wallet on 05th dec 2016 for my fee & amount deducted from my wallet n got this msg from sbi buddy too (Transaction successful! Rs. 755.75 has been paid to SBI MOPS for TID [protected]. Thank you for using State Bank Buddy.) But amount not received by merchant i paid them again from my other account. I launched complaints many time even mail sbi contact ceter but no refund till now. Kindly tell me what i do.
                                      Whenever i called customer service they told me to contact directly on mail n in mail they ask always for compalint no. Where i have already told them the situations many times.
