Hi,

I'm living in Bangalore and center that is allocated to me is Gulbarga, Karnataka. This is around 640 KM away from my place.

Please change my exam center in my current city, It is not possible to travel 640 Km in morning and give exam after that.

the exam center are allocated not on the basis of candidates current location. As it is far away from current location it should be reconsidered again. If current location is taken into consideration then kindly tell me mode of transportation you might have assumed while allocating center and how much time that particular mode of transportation will take to reach from my current location or let me know if the center allocation are done randomly?

        Dear Sir,

        During my recent visit to India, I have produced ATM card to the below merchant and he has mentioned that an error message is coming thereby I have produced another ATM card of Federal Bank effected the payment.

        However, on returning to Dubai and checking I have found that the debit has already been effected from SBI, which seems to be very strange.

          Hello,

          SBI Card Unused and Inactivated as soon as received. But still the bills are sent and expected to pay every month.

          My card has been deactivated, further to it the executives keep calling again and again for the same matter. However, I informed the matter to each executive every single time. At times, the executive sends a threatening message on Whatsapp messenger. This is something not expected from a reputed Bank and it's associates.

          This is to bring it to your notice that, I have never used the card as long as it was active. There were multiple charges applied once the card was received. In-spite of denying to have the insurance, the insurance was issued on the card.

          Upon repeated requests, the card was inactivated and I was told that - Henceforth I'll not need to pay the charges applied. After the card was inactivated, I received calls on multiple times for the payments and I explained the situation every single time to every single associate who called. This is a kind of harassment. At times I receive threatening messages from the SBI Associates.

          After confirming that I do not have to pay the charges, why am I being harassed this way? Ideally, I have made no use of the much hyped card, so why do I have to pay such a huge payment now? I have been a customer of SBI for more 7 years already. And this is how, I'm being treated.

          Can someone look into my grievances and address it? I'm very disheartened and disappointed by this. Please look into it ASAP.

          Take severe action against this
          FRAUD...Money debited from account but cash not received from ATM, this happened on 4th jan 2017 after 7pm that cash has not came but the money has been debited from the account.

                    The card payment by swipe with sekar emporium, chennai on 05/01/2017 for rs.799/- was not successful and complaint lodged through ccs ref. No.[protected]. But this was not yet resolved in spite of sveral mails sent evan to the chairman/dgm., etc. Further on line transaction with irctc on 11/01/2017 (rs.310/-) was also not successful and this amount too not reverted to my account.                     Hi, Though the said unsuccessful transaction amount Rs.799/- had been got reverted to my account after nearly 15 days, there was no action regarding payment of interest for the period from bank authority. in case of loan if obtained and delay in repayment of EMI for Evan one day. Bank claiming interest, why no such interest paid for the period unsuccessful transaction amount reverted .

                      I am one of the account holder of your bank. I forgot my netbanking login password so I went to bank and filled the form. The bank employee(Lady) gave me a kit and asked to reset the password after 24hrs which I did but, when I logoff and tried re-login with the new password it didn't work so I went to the Gaddinaram SBI bank and explained them about the issue. The bank employee said that once the password is reset after that they cannot do anything and asked me to fill a new netbanking login password form. The amount for the last password reset got deducted. As per the employee guidance I took another form and gave it to her and in return she gave me a new kit. She said that 115 rupees will be deducted after the password reset is done. I took the kit from her and tried resetting the password but still I am not able to do so as I am getting an error: user name of password is incorrect. Below are the login id and the kit details :

                        I have to inform that as per sbi buddy wallet offer who load rs 200/- or more through Rupay debit card then they get rs 25/- cashback once in a month.(offer end on 31/12/16) I load Rs 200/- in my buddy wallet no [protected] through Rupay debit card on 02/12/16. I called SBI customer care and mailed many times but no reply from them.Please take necessary steps.

                          I have applied for sbi assistant manager (System) jmgs-i 2016-17 and opted for chennai location. But these guys allotted my examination centre in madurai. If they cant allot examination centre as per candidate preferred why they are conducting exam. Its waste of money. Obviously they wont be refunding money if i take back foot now. What the hell or at least these guys could have allotted near to chennai location. For these guys madhurai is the nearest location even if candidate preferred for chennai location. Hell man.

                                three numbers in past three days we are calling from SBI mumai branch and you ATM Card is Blocked and we are dispatching the New ATM Card in 2 working days . You will receive the ATM card with Reward Points and she has taken the detials of my card and she has done the illegal transantion and i lost 30, 000 of amount. The transation has done to Airtel Money . Know i am help less to get the money bank . when i gone to bank complained about it.
                                Bank people we cannot do anything in online hack system.

                                  I totally agree SBI is one of the trusted bank by the people, lot many people do not know where to approach and whom to talk regarding information on banking, I have not seen a single staff member in the current branch that have guided the people in right direction with respect. They just look at people with sympathy as if they are nothing, but you have to remember they alone put SBI as the most trusted bank. If your not interested in customer service do not attempt to be a bank employee just for mere bonuses given by the government, else at least try to love your job and not embarrass the base of the banking system! That would be shame on you. Even the security barks yes barks and pushes people, rather they could explain why it would take long. And please do not brag on how long it would take to do banking with SBI coz, it takes 10 times more time than that! Do not misguide people, be real and do real job.

                                    I have closed my SBI credit card on June 2015 and paid total outstanding amount on closure of the card. They have confirmed that there are no due payable to them from my side and closed my card (Confirmation mail attached in this complaint). On Next month I got statement that i have to pay some due amount and raised my issue to them and they said i have still due amount to be paid. I have shown the confirmation mail to them and asked why due amount is still there in my card and they again telling that i need to pay the due amount. This issue was going from June 2015 till date.

                                    Kindly help to resolve this issue. I have attached conversation mail (Due closure mail also in the same mail chain) in this complaint for your better understanding.

                                    We have went to EKS pharmacy on 11 Jan 2017 and tried to swipe amount 577 in the merchant's POS machine. First time it got failed and again they have tried and it failed too. After that we have paid by cash. But Amount has been debited from the account twice totally 1154 (577 + 577). Kindly refund my amount back.

                                      I went to SBI to reopen my account, they said that it was reopened, but when I came back and checked it was not working so I called them about the Issue they told me to come to the bank then it was reopened, they gave me net banking and phone banking, but both of these are not working . I went to the bank sevreal times and contacted them several times but there isnt any kind of response from them.

                                      I am applied for atm card in online,
                                      In that process that asked password, i wrongly entered 3times..then after my account opened but showing this account not mapped for this usernsme...
                                      Please solve this problem...

                                        Recently i did fill up online sbi account opening application form but i am unable to download it. When i click on download 'completed application' option
                                        And after entering my tarn no. Which is sent on my mobile phone and my d. O. B. A message of "incomplete tarn no." is shone on the screen.. Even i enter correct and complete tarn no. Each time. I did contact with nearby branch too and they said it may be due to technical problem and they cant do anything.
                                        I have to download the completed application form and submit the print copy of it along with the documents as soon as possible bt i am unable to do so because of the technical problem.. Therefore i request you to please suggest me how to solve this problem..
