Morning 12.16 a.m. on 03.01.2017 i recharged mobile for airtel using debit card detail and the payment did not go through hence i tried internet bankng n it ws done succssflly bt money gt debited both times plus at 10am frm atm i tried tking cash of 1000 n den 500 both gt declined stll it gt debited frm my a/c .wen i clld customer service they took cmolaibt stating wth 24hrs bt i din get refunded

    I have done payment on 28/11/2016 from SBI Buddy and it has Debited from Buddy and not yet updated to merchant site .
    MD I had make many complaints they r not provided resolution and at last ur team people called as depthi called me and asked me the time and not yet inform time and one month has passed so kindly check with it and help me ..
    Here I had confirmed with by my merchant side the TiD with has generated it's is not available in merchant site and iam working for the same merchant so kindly look in to it

    I hope u can resolve the problem if I have only one way I will see u in consumer Court only I cant wait more time...

    Something here first they will inform transaction is not traced. Then after two days they will say transaction was successful ...

    It's final feedback to SBI Buddy team i[censored]r not going to revert me with 48 hr iam going to consumer Court u have take it see.

      I am NRI account holder your SBI teller man contact very bad and Ilayangudi branch staff don't have more knowledge and taking one person queue more then half an hour and irrespect no more proper line NRI account holder not respecting and check withdraw clip once teller verify and then we collect and anther counter verify then teller giving money please change SBI teller employee good personality, lady or gentleman

        Atm pin by sms to 567676

        I have a sb a/c [protected] in sbi phadnis colony br. Indore. My previous debit card have been expired on[protected]. A new debit master card global have been received on[protected], i have visited branch on[protected] for pin. They replied that pin number is not yet received from head office & advised me to generate pin as per mentioned pamphlet
        I send sms to 567676 on[protected] &again[protected]. No reply or otp have been received...

        My SB A/c No.0XX0003XXXXXXXXX. You sent me a Debit Card on 03.01.2017 advising me to collect PIN from SBI Home Branch. When I gone to the Banker, he said that it is out moded. Before I reach them I sent SMS to 567676 seeking PIN to my Debit card typing PIN 9385 7431 on 03.01.2107 @ 10:28 p.m and on 04.01.2017 @ 11:14 a.m. but in vain.
        And the called thru Toll free No "[protected]" on two time successfully getting the executive who on two occasions cut the line making the line engaging.
        I, G. Manickamurthy, a Pensioner thru Br. Code 13383 am waiting for the PIN for operation and do not sent the PIN on Bank Holidays and thus making me one more hurdle in getting the PIN

        I am mukesh jangam I had used my debit card for withdrawn of 2500 rs in HDFc bank atm machine .. but my transaction was declined by machine and it shows debit in my sbi account no [protected] ..transaction no 3199. Cash was not despence by machin..

          Sir, my A/C in sbi bharatnagar branch in bhavnagar, gujarat. today 04/01/2017 at 10.30am i waiting in queue and when my turn comes clerk said this check related to post so it is dropped in drop box and we not accept at counter..and then my father comes and said i want clear check at the counter to same clerk then he said you must wait in queue. so he changed from their words and branch manager comes and my father said give me in written and he wrote in deposit sleep and dropped check without tell us and said it is work as this process..the clerk said at the end time the how uneducated person come here ? and i didn't understand he is uneducated or me?...so, they both have works with very rude and give bad answers...i think some education level require and some teaching require for service and work...

            I Khushboo Singhal having an a/c in the sbi sadar ganj bazar, meerut . a/c no [protected]
            when i tried to withdraw rs 4000 from my a/c [protected] on 03-Jan-2017 around 10:04 am from the HDFC atm HCL Technologies Ltd, Plot No. CP-3, Sector 8, IMt Manesar HAryana ATM No.S1ANHR49 at that time machine declined my transaction process and give me receipt for unable to process so that i could not received any money from the ATM .
            but when i checked the balance from my account after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

            So i am requesting you to take necessary action & refund my balance in above mentioned account.

            I didnt receive tickets but deducted Rs. 1000/- .

              I was gone to cash withdraw my SBI ATM card at Allahabad Bank ATM college road karaikudi on 3.1.2017 around 10.30 AM. Cash not dispensed but debited in my account of Rs.2500/-(Two thousand five hundred) and atm receipt also not came. Kindly re credit the same. Account details as follows.

[protected] but my payment was not completed and money is deducted from my account. plz refund my money. again i made payment towards tikona broadband which was successful but my payment was deducted twice.. resolve it fast. my account is of mahendergarh, haryana branch.

                    I have opened my current a/c in sbi Mumfordganj branch in allahabad city.My current a/c opened in the month of december 2016 against my application in october 2016.It took almost 2 moths in opening an a/c.
                    Now i have not recieved the cheque book yet.Finally i asked for internet banking.Still NO SERVICE.i have no option to transfer the fund.
                    a BIG SHAME for the service.
                    request to kindly solve my problem & consider d complain seriously.

                            About branch manager district surat-dindoli branch manager is not responding to any problem.
                            Branch manager refused from submitting my documents for saving account. I have the tarn (Aa[protected] and tcrn (Ac[protected] number by filling online sbi acount opening form. When i contact branch manager, he was not interested to hear my problem. All the documents required for opening saving account are all correct but instead he showed a rude behaviour with me and few times he abused me and refused from submitting any documents and opening account for me and others also. He told me and others to go for opening saving account in other bank. I have wasted my time for a fortnight but i was unable to open any account in sbi dindoli branch (Branch code 18159). After having many retries without any positive result from branch manager finally i have to go for other bank for opening saving account. I have no option instead. What can do a normal customer...

                              The Interest rate shown is 9.5 where as the present interest rate is much lower. please look into the matter and do the needful. My name T.V. Suresh. I had availed the loan from Kunnur SBI branch for 8 Lacks. Balance to be remitted is Rs. 71000. I had availed the Loan during 2012 and have remitted through EMI.
                              I was an employee of FCI and now retired.

He sent me Mr. Tiwari Mr. tiwari is not on chair .Tomorrow I want visit 300 km far from my place for my personal work I have no money.Bank also not giving cash they told no cash . Even when they have cash they give low amount .They give 24000 only their own friend. What can do normal customer do.

                                  I have activated gprs of sbi freedom in my mobile. L have done registration at my branch on 30/12/2016 but still my sbi freedom is not working, only showing message do registration at atm, net banking or branch. Please do needful. Apart from this l have done registration in atm also but atm showing mobile number not registered but my mobile number is registered in bank and l have received sms of all transaction on my number. L have also received my sbi freedom id and password on my registered number. If my number is not registered then l didn't get my id and password though sms. So please do the needful.

                                    My mother want to transfer 15k amount from her own account to his son axis bank, bittan market, bhopal branch account from sbi bank, patory, samastipur (Bihar) but they refuge to pursue rtgs in axis bank account. They give reason that due to note band their is not allowed any rtgs transfer at that time possible. After many time request manger agree for doing rtgs, but when she go at counter, again counter person refuge that. Is it true rtgs is not possible at that time or it's only misbehavior of that particular bank staff.
