I Need Home loan interest certificate provisional for my home loan account. I am unable to download online. I have raised few compliants in SBI online but still no resolution.

I am following with the bank for the past 25 days to get the same but no luck.

    सादर सूचित करना है कि मैं नवीन कुमार आपके ब्रांच का उपभोक्ता हूं। यह कि मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] है। दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर दिन शनिवार समय लगभग 11.50 मिनट पर चकला निर्मली स्थित शाखा पहुंचा। यह कि एचएमभीएल के खाता संख्या [protected] में राशि जमा कराने आये। ग्रीन कार्ड संख्या [protected] से स्वाइप मशीन के जरिये 25 हजार की राशि दो बार डिपोजिट के लिए डालकर डिपोजिट काउंटर पर पहुंचे। वहां मौजूद कर्मी कुछ भी समझाने के बजाय पर्ची को फेंक दिया। जब उनसे हने पूछा कि ऐसा क्यों किये तो उन्होंने हमसे कहा जो बिगाड़ना है बिगाड़ लीजिए। मैं यहंा हाथ खड़े कर बैठा हूं। बार बार खुद को तानाशाह समझने का हवाला दिया और चिल्लाते रहे।

      Every month rs.20, 000 was deducted from my sb account for loan repayment.

      As on 31st december 2016, 12hrs night I had Rs.40, 748.04 in my sb account.
      So I request you, please deduct the above said amount from my sb account and rectify the problem as early as possible. also avoid the penality of this month.

        I myself on november 23, 2016 swiped my atm-cum-debit card for transaction purpose at sakala jewels shop at bengaluru for an amount of rs. 10, 000/- on an p. O. S, but the machine declined the process and it was informed by the shop keeper the same amount would be refunded back to my sb a/c within 4-5 days as the process was declined on p. O. S., it was not done after 6 days in this matter i had given a written letter to the bank manager, the manager just ignored my request and kept pending my job, i hope u will look into this matter seriously as it one month ten days late, kindly do the need full...

          Yesterday when i tried to log into my account got a message saying incorrect user name / password. Tried again & was told that i was locked out for the day.
          I use a password manager to log in so chances of error are minimal. So why am i being locked out? The message also suggested that i can unlock username by clicking on 'forgot password' link. Tried that a number times, first time it said 'incorrect username', later it said 'wrong dob', next it said 'wrong mobile no'. Gave up for the day hoping the next day i would be luckier. The same thing happened the next day. Locked out for another day & clicking on 'forgot password' link did not work after many attempts. The change today is that it says 'username incorrect/wrong dob/wrong regd mobile no etc. Everything is wrong. I have checked & double checked all the information that i entered. To my knowledge there is no mistake. Can you please help resolve this issue?

              Sir, I am customer of SBI branch naval base. Kochi and I applied for DD online by mistake I chose branch address on 13 Jun 16 for the favour of CSD Hisar. Since I am presently working in Delhi and unable to collect the same. I have contacted to branch several times and send 6 times mail from [protected]@gmail.com mail ID and fax on 23 Jun with my signature. Sir please cancel my DD and amount in same account [protected] from which it was made.

                I (zunaid gauhar)& my a/c no is [protected] in branch jawahargunj jbp mp. i m withdrawal 30, 000 form atm 00039060 on 8/11/2016. but m recived only 20000. & i got the msg. frm bank to revies the amount 10000. but now the day m not recive in a/c.in same date my shows 50000 withdrawal & 10000 return.
                On same day my a/c show 10, 000 cash withdrawal by bank. plz refund my amount as soon as possible.
                I m alredy compliant in my home barnch more then 4 times. but they not give me solution of my pro. plz slove my pro. as soon as possible.

                I have processed to withdrawal of Rs.4500/- from State Bank of Patiala ATM ( ID-s10A[protected], Nehru Nagar, Agra UP on 03 Jan 2017 from my saving Bank A/C No.[protected] through Debit Card No.[protected]. But said amount has not been withdrawal by ATM and amount has been debited from my account (Transanction No.6229).I contacted my home branch but they have said complaint will only be lodged through online/helpline. plz refund my amount as soon as possible. plz slove my pro. as soon as possible.

                    As per pm message we are using cards whereever possible. I used debit card to fill fuel & other transaction. After going through mbank trans details found rs54.70 deducted as dom charges on 31st dec 16 & rs 2.5 as commission (2 transaction)
                    This is really discourage for everyone who want reduce cash transaction and hence request the bank to repay the dom charges & commission charges deducted from my account no. [protected]. Ifsc sbin00007631

                      Sir,. I’m a sr. Citizen aged 76, retired from t. N. Govt. Undertaking enterprise on 31/07/1999.
                      The terminal benefits that i’ve received after my retirement deposited entire amount in s. B. I. Kandukur-523105 in the year 2000. The amount deposited in nine (9) fd bonds in different accounts. What ever the interest i get that is only the source for our livelihood. I used to submit 15h form every year before the stipulated period to avoid i. T. I don’t have monthly pension since i’ve worked in a govt. Undertaking concern for a period of 33 ½ years (Till superannuation) to my surprise on 17/12/2016 a sum of rs.2013 deducted towards i. T.in two spells (Ie., 94 + 1919) in one particular fd a/c no. [protected] even after submission of 15h form in time and the said amount transferred to[protected] and the reasons not known.in respect of the rest of the 8 bonds a sum of rs.94 has been deducted in each bond and the same has also been transferred to[protected].
                      I, therefore, request the appellate authority may intervene and the deducted amount may please be reverted to my respective accounts for the reasons explained above and oblige.

                      My pro-rata pension has been revised w.e.f 1.1.2006 and SSA was issued by CPAO to CPPC, Cennai vide SSA NO. 1982864/6 cpc/OM/6.4.2016 on 14.9.2016. So far no arrears is paid to me on the revised pension including the revised pensio. Request for early action and revise the pension as per 7th CPC.

                        As on 03 DEC 2016 a wrong amount of 2060/- has been deducted from my account during a POS transaction which has already failed but the amount debited.that time i got a massage of reversal of amount but its about to 1 month over and still i don't get my money back.i complained to SBI costumer care and branch too but every time they manipulated me that wait for seven days 10 days or more.and come to next weak etc etc.

                          This is 2017 still I am facing the limitation of withdrawal amount per day at hosur SBI main branch, where the government says that we can do the withdrawal there is limit but for a week 24K, that means I have weekly limitation but not for daily still this bank is not providing the money above 10k on[protected].

                          Last month hosur SBI gave 6k limit per day. At that time I agree there can be money problem to the bank I don't believe still the situation may be same to the bank because at Bangalore where I work I am able to see almost every ATM s are loaded with money .

                          Ultimately the way the response comes looks like as such I n my father went for loan request .

                          There is a huge possibility here some money is going outside to one person.

                                    Dear All,

                                    I took home loan in Jan-2011.
                                    It is a teaser loan. 1st Year 8% & 2nd and 3rd Years 9%.
                                    There after it is on Floating Rate. (Base + spread 1.75%)
                                    By Jan 2014, based on the floating rate it touched to 11.95% (10.2 + 1.75).

                                    I opted for existing spread(0.15%) by paying penalty of 0.58% of Withdrawal amount.

                                    After MCLR implemation, my loan Base Rate is not changed for past 6-9 months.
                                    I am paying 9.45% till now, even the Home Loan for MaxGain is 9.3%.

                                    Now MCLR is reduced by 0.90%.
                                    MCLR is 8.00%.

                                    Based on my existing agreement with SBI, my home loan rate should be Base Rate + 0.15%.

                                    What will be the interest for my existing home loan for rest of the period.

                                    Whom to contact for correcting the Interest rates.

                                    Requesting all of you to have a look and help me if you faced the similar situation earlier and resolved.

                                    It will be helpful for many MaxGain account holders.

                                    Based on Customer Care rating(3%), i feel the service is poor from SBI.

                                      I am account holder of SBI ponda Goa branch with acc no. [protected]. Branch codeSBIN0000557. IT can bee seen in my trasction that service charges towards swiping of ATM card has been debited on 03/12/2016 and 13/12/16 from my account . GOVt of India has waived off the said charges till 31/12/2016. I hv visited the branch and got notice the above fact to officer of SBI Ponda. They have told that it will credit soon.After some days I have registered the online complaint vide ticket no. CR[protected]. On checking the status I came to know that the complaint has been closed. Still I didnt get any output of the complaint.
                                      It is requested to you kindly direct the SBI or concerned Bank to credit the deducted service charges in my account as Govt of India has waived of the service charges. And also it may be clarified swiping the of the ATM card will lead to any deduction of charges or NOT?
