I have activated gprs of sbi freedom in my mobile. L have done registration at my branch on 30/12/2016 but still my sbi freedom is not working, only showing message do registration at atm, net banking or branch. Please do needful. Apart from this l have done registration in atm also but atm showing mobile number not registered but my mobile number is registered in bank and l have received sms of all transaction on my number. L have also received my sbi freedom id and password on my registered number. If my number is not registered then l didn't get my id and password though sms. So please do the needful.

    My mother want to transfer 15k amount from her own account to his son axis bank, bittan market, bhopal branch account from sbi bank, patory, samastipur (Bihar) but they refuge to pursue rtgs in axis bank account. They give reason that due to note band their is not allowed any rtgs transfer at that time possible. After many time request manger agree for doing rtgs, but when she go at counter, again counter person refuge that. Is it true rtgs is not possible at that time or it's only misbehavior of that particular bank staff.

        Its been past 13 days a transaction was made in my saving acount from my paytm wallet. After several discussion paytm gave me a arn no: for the transaction that they have made in my account. I tried asking on helpline number but it was negative, i even visited my branch but there was no such transaction details even with my home branch. I am being harassed by state bank of india (My home branch) for the same as well as by paytm, who is responsible for this delay in services and well as under what authority can any one utilize my money for so many days.

          On 23rd dececmber 2016 i purchased 3 items worth 6997 i paid money through pos machine. There was two machine one is hdfc and other is sbi so first shop seller swiped by sbi machine bt it was declined and he swiped again by hdfc pos machine and it shows successfull bt when i checked my balance it has deducted two times. So complaint to him as my two time dedeuction so he asked me and shows me that his hdfc account got my 6997 ruppes bt in sbi account it is not get money
          So please kindly do me a favour and take action as soon as possible as i can refund that 6997 rupess which is over drawn which i shall b oblige.

                सादर सूचित करना है कि मैं नवीन कुमार आपके ब्रांच का उपभोक्ता हूं। यह कि मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] है। दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर दिन शनिवार समय लगभग 11.50 मिनट पर चकला निर्मली स्थित शाखा पहुंचा। यह कि एचएमभीएल के खाता संख्या [protected] में राशि जमा कराने आये। ग्रीन कार्ड संख्या [protected] से स्वाइप मशीन के जरिये 25 हजार की राशि दो बार डिपोजिट के लिए डालकर डिपोजिट काउंटर पर पहुंचे। वहां मौजूद कर्मी कुछ भी समझाने के बजाय पर्ची को फेंक दिया। जब उनसे हने पूछा कि ऐसा क्यों किये तो उन्होंने हमसे कहा जो बिगाड़ना है बिगाड़ लीजिए। मैं यहंा हाथ खड़े कर बैठा हूं। बार बार खुद को तानाशाह समझने का हवाला दिया और चिल्लाते रहे।

                    I myself on november 23, 2016 swiped my atm-cum-debit card for transaction purpose at sakala jewels shop at bengaluru for an amount of rs. 10, 000/- on an p. O. S, but the machine declined the process and it was informed by the shop keeper the same amount would be refunded back to my sb a/c within 4-5 days as the process was declined on p. O. S., it was not done after 6 days in this matter i had given a written letter to the bank manager, the manager just ignored my request and kept pending my job, i hope u will look into this matter seriously as it one month ten days late, kindly do the need full...

                      Yesterday when i tried to log into my account got a message saying incorrect user name / password. Tried again & was told that i was locked out for the day.
                      I use a password manager to log in so chances of error are minimal. So why am i being locked out? The message also suggested that i can unlock username by clicking on 'forgot password' link. Tried that a number times, first time it said 'incorrect username', later it said 'wrong dob', next it said 'wrong mobile no'. Gave up for the day hoping the next day i would be luckier. The same thing happened the next day. Locked out for another day & clicking on 'forgot password' link did not work after many attempts. The change today is that it says 'username incorrect/wrong dob/wrong regd mobile no etc. Everything is wrong. I have checked & double checked all the information that i entered. To my knowledge there is no mistake. Can you please help resolve this issue?

                                As per pm message we are using cards whereever possible. I used debit card to fill fuel & other transaction. After going through mbank trans details found rs54.70 deducted as dom charges on 31st dec 16 & rs 2.5 as commission (2 transaction)
                                This is really discourage for everyone who want reduce cash transaction and hence request the bank to repay the dom charges & commission charges deducted from my account no. [protected]. Ifsc sbin00007631

                                  Sir,. I’m a sr. Citizen aged 76, retired from t. N. Govt. Undertaking enterprise on 31/07/1999.
                                  The terminal benefits that i’ve received after my retirement deposited entire amount in s. B. I. Kandukur-523105 in the year 2000. The amount deposited in nine (9) fd bonds in different accounts. What ever the interest i get that is only the source for our livelihood. I used to submit 15h form every year before the stipulated period to avoid i. T. I don’t have monthly pension since i’ve worked in a govt. Undertaking concern for a period of 33 ½ years (Till superannuation) to my surprise on 17/12/2016 a sum of rs.2013 deducted towards i. T.in two spells (Ie., 94 + 1919) in one particular fd a/c no. [protected] even after submission of 15h form in time and the said amount transferred to[protected] and the reasons not known.in respect of the rest of the 8 bonds a sum of rs.94 has been deducted in each bond and the same has also been transferred to[protected].
                                  I, therefore, request the appellate authority may intervene and the deducted amount may please be reverted to my respective accounts for the reasons explained above and oblige.

                                  My pro-rata pension has been revised w.e.f 1.1.2006 and SSA was issued by CPAO to CPPC, Cennai vide SSA NO. 1982864/6 cpc/OM/6.4.2016 on 14.9.2016.                                     As on 03 DEC 2016 a wrong amount of 2060/- has been deducted from my account during a POS transaction which has already failed but the amount debited.that time i got a massage of reversal of amount but its about to 1 month over and still i don't get my money back.i complained to SBI costumer care and branch too but every time they manipulated me that wait for seven days 10 days or more.and come to next weak etc etc.

                                    I have transferred money from my other bank's account to my sbi account and i have received confirmation by sbi that your account has been credited but when i am checking my account balance the amount credited is not reflected.and customer care of sbi is not helping me.my imps no.                                         This is 2017 still I am facing the limitation of withdrawal amount per day at hosur SBI main branch, where the government says that we can do the withdrawal there is limit but for a week 24K, that means I have weekly limitation but not for daily still this bank is not providing the money above 10k on[protected].

                                        Last month hosur SBI gave 6k limit per day. At that time I agree there can be money problem to the bank I don't believe still the situation may be same to the bank because at Bangalore where I work I am able to see almost every ATM s are loaded with money .

                                        Ultimately the way the response comes looks like as such I n my father went for loan request .

                                        There is a huge possibility here some money is going outside to one person.
