I have already downloaded your sbi pay app for online banking. While registering I am getting message on my mobile, "your phone is not linked with your account". So I am unable to use upi pay app for my account.

    I am trying to unblock my atm card which was blocked by sbi unnecesarily. My home branch is not helping me and just asking me to apply for new card. Iam helpless. New card is not free and my old card has expired. The comtinuity card i received from branch is locked... Without my consent. Talked with customer care but they say that i have to visit branch with application. I visited branch with application but the manager rwfused to process my request. My contact number [protected]

      I have made my passport fee payment of 1500/- twice by mistake, as the sbi payment site showed error while processing for payment. So i logged in again and again uploaded my application form. This time a different arn was generated. I assumed that my earlier payment has failed. The next time the payment showed a success. Afterwards when i saw option of submiitted application forms, i clicked on it and saw my both arns. I clicked on my previous arn and found the tracvk payment status, and it showed a success. Now my account has been debited twice, while i have taken appoiuntment once. Please refund me the excess amounrt deducted as soon as possible.

On 17 Dec I have paid 1000 Rs to the passport seva Kendra I have paid and one message had also come that 1000 Rs has cut from your account but still now it is showing payment failed and the has not returned I have been told that it will be return within 7 working days but it is not

                I got statement of my SBI Tata credit card where you have charged extra amount which need to revert back.
                Since last 5 years i am using this credit card and i have not received this kind of term condition.
                I am not going to pay this extra charges. If this service still continue than kindly cancel my credit card.

                    i am customer of your SBI and my a/c is [protected].i visit to main branch SBI Hisar regarding my problem of wrong deduction.Mr D K Gogia said that problem would be solve with in 24 hrs but now two month passes away and no solution.Again i visited SBI branch but rude behaviour. Actually, .Now A/c [protected] shows zero balance.it may cause of plenty's and unnecessarily, time wastage and paper work. i also intimated concern branch and main branch by email dated 27 Nov 2016.its raises feeling of harassment .Finally after one month i have putted his matter on GM& AGM SBI Chandigarh desk on dated 27 Dec 2016 by email.I also try solve matter by calling customer of SBI, at 1 :09 PM on dated 31 Dec 2016.Mr Roy was on the line but they cannot just see detail of my A/c.Completely failure of such a BIG and ESTEEMED Banking Institution.No coordination No Cooperation. I needs my money back.Please dissolve problem.

                        As per the de linking of pension I received higher pension and arrears from 01/01/06 .However while calculating my new pension as per the 7th cpc my basic pension has been taken as per the qualifying service [23.6 years, basic Rs 32428/-].However according to the de linking of pension max for my rank should have been taken as Rs.34764/-. As per this basic pension my new pension should have been Rs 89343/-, however I am getting Rs 83340/-. Please check and amend.

                            In my Sbi Savings account i am noticed continuesly the sbi is dedcuted 11.45 two times in a week till ithey are debeted my 100 rupees till now what are this charges when i call to sbi custmer help line they are saying that we don't know that charges one word they are saying that just contact the branch what if their own employee only don't know about this charges means sbi heads are doing some big scam ... please stop this cuttings without any sms or intimation please case a file on sbi i will provide my passbook print as proff lets intragate the sbi heads please help us we are our hard and earned money CBI has to take this case it is a shame to sbi private banks are provide great services to their custmers ..

                              After update the pass book identified the fraud as debited amount from my account. please reverse the transactions mentioned as per pass book below

                              2) POS[protected] Ebay_BD------ Amount debited : 19380/-RS

                              pls considered my request and cancelled the above mention translation.

                                This is the complain about Mrs.ASHA {staff} at Dodda bansavadi branch, Bangalore...

                                Who always gives annoyed answer with public, makes us to wait for the whole day and finaly when our tocken number comes...she gives an arrogant answer that there is not pass book entry... like this she does most of the time... atleast she should respect senior citizens who also wait for such a long time...they should atleast make a note at notice board so that public can notice it and go back..

                                no Bank people does not take any initiative about the bank staff... they just ignore many people and not even bother to respect public

                                Please take some proper action about this lady and appoint some other time the branch who can be patient to people.

Till date I have not got pin mber. They are deducing charge every year and not attending me for pin.kindly help me out.on customer Care no computerized question ask for information .they are asking for Mobil number which was registered.                                     I am a customer of SBI branch KV no.1 Agra (UP) & also a pensioner.I approached to the bank for pensioner's loan. The dealing person Mr Satendra Kumar called me for 3 days.Every day he calls and said come tomorrow. I am in argent need of loan & I have to catch my train on Saturday I already requested him but after 3 days I was unable to get loan & I have to move without loan.
                                    In lack of money l have to lose my advance which l given.
                                    If he is not able to give in 3 days he should not assure.
                                    I have requested many times but he has no provided.

                                      I am from sonarpur, kolkata. I want to open a new account in state bank of india. There is a branch of sbi here. Branch code is 17565 (Ghasiara branch). The branch manager's name is swatilekha ghosh. I have visited 5 times at this branch to open a new account. But they continuously misbehave with me. Even they didn't co-operate with me. Now, during 6th time visit (30th dec, 2016), they take my account opening form and the manager has been verified my form. After verification, they told me to give the form at counter number 3. But the staff of counter number 3 was not there. Then a staff of that branch told me that the person has gone for his/her lunch. The time was 1:50pm. It was not the time to take the lunch. Because the tiffin hour is 2-2:30pm. Anyways, i have waited till the end of tiffin hour. Even after 15mins of tiffin hour, the staff has not come. Then i asked a staff why that staff has not come yet. But he didn't reply. Suddenly i have seen that the staff of counter number 3 is coming with the manager and she has gone straight to the room of the manager. She was not doing any work. But i still have waited for more times. Atlast when the time was 3:15pm, i became so angry. Then i asked a staff where the staff is. Then he told me that the staff is absent. But i have seen that the staff has sitted at the manager's room. But the staff was telling me continuously lie. He just took my application form and told me that today is not possible to open the account. I was really astonished. The didn't open my account. When i asked them why today is impossible to open a new account, they completely misbehaved with me and told me to go out. I don't know what to do right now. I request to the higher authority to solve my problem and take the proper step against them.
