Hi,
I am naresh t, i'm using sbi irctc railway credit card for last 7 years and having 5000 points but unable to redeem these points on irctc website and most importantly they expired those points which i didn't used from long back.

It's a pathetic experience to deal with irctc and especially when you have an sbi railway card. They are not assisting customer how to redeem these points. There is no options in irctc website to redeem the points.

Please help me resolve this issue. Sbi being such a reputed organisation seems to be not responding in any way. It seems link they have given this contract to some company called ge. Please help to resolve this.

During demonetization, branch manager of cgo complex, branch code no.7837, lodhi road new delhi is not providing more than rs.6, 000/- through cheque to normal personnel these days and he is providing cash to cgo officers as much as they want. As govt restricted to drawl rs.24, 000/- through cheque. Request verify all accounts of said branch and action against defaulter as he is prejudicing with the customers. If no action will be taken against branch manager i will go further.

My SBI ATM card is not yet received. I have filed a complaint to concern SBI Branch and District Post Office, but they asked me to produce my Speed Post No., so that they might be able to track down the ATM card. Wonder ! How should I know the Speed Post Number from an unknown/unfamiliar sender ? After all, I still don't know which farm or company is responsible for the dispatchment of SBI ATM card. Need help.

I, subhadip guha a customer of your bank in sbi danguajhar branch (Sb a/c no. [protected]) have received renewed atm card (Debit card) ([protected]) few days back. But instead of repeated try i am unable to generate atm pin as instructed in the guidelines. Every time it costs rs. 3/- for each sms. I have approached to the branch manager but have not got any fruitful cooperation from his end.
I will be thank full if you kindly take necessary action.

Sir being sincere citizen kindly informing you that there is no timing of doing work in sbi branch code -6143.people are facing alot of problem and it is very sorrowful during notebandi...so I'm trying to make you feel the problem.sir please advertise it through your newspaper to show that you are serious about Indian.

Background
Mr Suneet Kumar is owner of M/s Sumitra and sons petrol pump Situated near loiharia chauk, thana – Chnpatia district West Champaran.
Mr Shansank shekhar is Assistant manager (Loan department), State bank of India, Narkatiaganj branch.
Ground for complaint
Mr. Suneet Kumar who is owner of a petrol pump and Mr. Shahshank Shekhar share the same house in which Mr Shashank Shekhar is Tenant. It is also notable that Mr. Shashank Shekhar has approved Industrial Loan above 50 lacs as well as KCC from SBI, Tikulia Branch when he was posted there in 2013 and later.
From[protected] When Rs 500 and 1000 notes were banned and could be used at few notified places. Mr suneet and Mr Shashank Shekhar took advantages and collected a lot more of banned notes and theses notes were converted by Mr Shashank Shekhar in his official capacity from bank.
The duos have gained a lot during this demonetized period as they charged fees for converting the banned notes of third party through petrol pump and bank channels.
Being a resident of India and devoting my all faith in the constitution I demand investigation in the matter and also request the authority to let me know the status of progress of petition.

Today i have came in the bank (Sbi, branch-kotwa, dist-ballia) to submit 'jeewan praman' of my father with him...
The staff, pankaj tiwari, who accept this type of document is absent without any information...
I asked branch manager about it...
He has no answer...
He is still quit...
I had come previous thursday... But he was not present then i realized that he would face some problems..
But today it is enough for us...

Please take a reaction against this arrogant behavior of pankaj tiwari...

Transaction failed in paytm but balance are debit by account
please credit the my balance in my account
i am pay the electricity bill by paytm but transaction is failed
and paytm give a meassge
you payment is declined by your bank, if any querry you concern with your bank, if balance is debit form your account please inform your bank then we refund the money

SIR, one state bank employee named MR. KAMAL DEBNATH of your GOLAKGANJ branch(02063) was misbehaved with me.
I requested him to renew my passbook but he refused to do so giving the reason that the passbook renewal machine was not working.But the machine was working properly according to branch manager & other staffs.when i again asked him to renew my passbook he behave with me very rudely and roughly.
please notice at my request and do necessary action.

Dear Sir,

I have come to know that, SBI, Industrial Area, Rohtak Branch are refusing to receive Coin of Rs. 10/- without any reason.

But they are giving 10 rs. Coin to other person, means

If anybody is depositing then this branch is not taking coin. But if anybody is withdraw then this branch is giving him 10 rs. Coin..

So, Please do needful and take any action regarding this SBI Branch

State bank of india has blocked my atm card with no reason. Whenever i insert my atm card in atm machine then its show with error code 150. I called sbi customer care and had visited branch 4-6 times but did not got any help from them from past 15 days during demonetitation.

On 27 dec 2017 in my account deduct rs9045 through online which is not a legal.so please check it. SBI branch code 17633. i am account holder in this bank.when i asked to bank manager he said this is not his responsibility. please sir got some attention for this... i am student...

My actual account balence should be 2058 rs. But it is showing 2000 as lien amount and i cant withdraw any money. But my balence is showing as 58 rs. What does lien amount means .can i get back my lien amount. Why did the transfere 2000 is kept as lien amount . How do i recocer my lien amount please help me

I have transfered rs.2000 from sbi atm card to sbi buddy (Transaction no. Hu [protected]on 25.12.2016). Then i transferred this amount to my sbt account (Account no [protected]) on 25.12.2016. But the amount is debited from my buddy account and not credited to sbt account. My buddy mobile no is [protected]. Please refund if transaction failed. My name is damodaran n a. Before transaction balance amount in buddy account is 2699. But now it shows that the balance is 699. Please refund the amount. No message recieved till date about the transaction.

I am 4 years old consumer of sbi
Some days ago due to some security reasons sbi blocked my atm card & issue new one, by post i 've received that.
After that i went to my home branch & they provide me pin. But when i went to atm for withdrawn money atm shows my pin is incorrect.
Then i talked with branch manager regarding this he told me to send sms as per below details from registered mob no

Pin card last 4 digit & account last 4 digit & send to 567676
Then i received sms due ro some security reason unable to provide pin.

Now i am out of city it is impossible by me to go my home branch so many times for atm pin.

I want to submit 4th semester fee through sbi collect as a foreign student at NIT Durgapur. But in the drop down list of payment category, there is no option for foreign student.Which category should I choose for the payment ?
For 3rd semester I have done the payment through SBI Collect where Foreign student option was in payment category, but now that option is not in list.
I have chosen 4th semester UG variable fee category, but registration number is not accepting.
I already talk to SBI Branch Manager, RE college Branch. According to him, for foreign student, payment category is 4th Semester UG variable fee. I have tried with same but when i put registration number and submit, it's showing "Please verify your data entered and try again”. But there is no mistake to put registration number. But the bank manager opens with my Reg.no. and its opening..What is the problem ? Please help.

Sir, i am from madurai, i need a help from your side to solve problem, i applied sbi credit card in my spot some agent people, further am not received cards, and never used any cards in life, but now came to know some due in sbi credit dues, it spoil my career, so i want full settle dues, waive and get to noc so give a way final, but i tried my level sbi banks and costomer care phone, no way so settle all dues to give a way, thanking you . k.jebastin selvan ph [protected]
