    My actual account balence should be 2058 rs. But it is showing 2000 as lien amount and i cant withdraw any money. But my balence is showing as 58 rs. What does lien amount means .can i get back my lien amount. Why did the transfere 2000 is kept as lien amount . How do i recocer my lien amount please help me

      I have transfered rs.2000 from sbi atm card to sbi buddy (Transaction no. Hu [protected]on 25.12.2016). Then i transferred this amount to my sbt account (Account no [protected]) on 25.12.2016. But the amount is debited from my buddy account and not credited to sbt account. My buddy mobile no is [protected]. Please refund if transaction failed. My name is damodaran n a. Before transaction balance amount in buddy account is 2699. But now it shows that the balance is 699. Please refund the amount. No message recieved till date about the transaction.

      After complaining this I have recieved a call from[protected] asking my e buddy details and withdrawn 699 from my buddy account .Now I cant operate the buddy account .last transaction no is Tid[protected] .for Rs 699.This amount is transferred by the hacker.Now i canot access in to buddy account even after entering forgot passoword.So please make arrangement for not operating the hacker to operate the buddy account

        I am 4 years old consumer of sbi
        Some days ago due to some security reasons sbi blocked my atm card & issue new one, by post i 've received that.
        After that i went to my home branch & they provide me pin. But when i went to atm for withdrawn money atm shows my pin is incorrect.
        Then i talked with branch manager regarding this he told me to send sms as per below details from registered mob no

        Pin card last 4 digit & account last 4 digit & send to 567676
        Then i received sms due ro some security reason unable to provide pin.

        Now i am out of city it is impossible by me to go my home branch so many times for atm pin.

        Kindly solve...

            I want to submit 4th semester fee through sbi collect as a foreign student at NIT Durgapur. But in the drop down list of payment category, there is no option for foreign student.Which category should I choose for the payment ?
            For 3rd semester I have done the payment through SBI Collect where Foreign student option was in payment category, but now that option is not in list.
            I have chosen 4th semester UG variable fee category, but registration number is not accepting.
            I already talk to SBI Branch Manager, RE college Branch. According to him, for foreign student, payment category is 4th Semester UG variable fee. I have tried with same but when i put registration number and submit, it's showing "Please verify your data entered and try again”. But there is no mistake to put registration number. But the bank manager opens with my Reg.no. and its opening..What is the problem ? Please help.

            Through sbi collect I could not submit college semester fee(NIT Durgapur), registration number not taking, six months ago i submitted college fee through collect...there was no problem.

              I have booked my rail ticket from SBI buddy wallet on[protected] .ticket has been generated but ticket amount of rupees 3040 was received as refund from SBI IRCTC Market place.TID [protected].During the booking of rail ticket initially The amount of rupees 3040 had been paid to SBI IRCTC market for TID [protected] but after the booking of irctc rail ticket the amount of rupees 3040 was refund from SBI IRCTC in my SBI buddy wallet.This amount may be adjust for my rail ticket price booked as PNR Nu. [protected] from my SBI buddy wallet.

                    I have made a Purchase at Vanam fashion on 16th Dec 2016.I paid my Bill using my SBI Debit card.First attempt was declined and second was succesfful.When i check my account amount was debited twice. Shop asked me to contact SBI and I Visited SBi branch they asked me to contact Customer care.NO proper response from Customer care.Worst service from SBI.

                    STILL MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED...

                    I tried to transfer money from SBI BUDDY wallet to my bank account. 2000 rupees deducted from the wallet, But is not credited to Bank..

                      I am student studing in Ahmedabad(Gujarat) and i am having mine account in mine home Branch Amreli
                      so i visited to Naranpura Branch with Self Cheque to withdraw money, Casheir adivce mine to ask Manager whether he will allow or not
                      so after his lunch get over he call got call to keep Rs.24000/- of some of his related coustmer so he told told casheir to keep money aside and not to give
                      so wen i asked whether i will able to withdraw money, then he say if after giving them if any remaining or any new cash deposite comes then we will provide you
                      and wait till that time in branch
                      After wards I Visted another branch Nr Dinner Bell . opp Memnagar fire station, they say that they vill provide to only home branch coustmer 10000/-
                      other they say to withdraw with card 2500/-only

                      At that time only I try to call SBI Coustmer Care Number But that number was not available
                      so please look in that matter

                        Receiving messages from DM- CBSSBI of sbi bank of other account holder

                        My mobile no is [removed] from ahmedabad. I have received message so many times from the code dm-cbssbi
                        That "your a/c xxxxx102111 has a cash withdrawal of rs. 2000.00 on... Etc."

                        When i don't have an sbi account. I am not sbi account holder. Still receiving this kind of messages. Please let me know who is using my number.? My complaint against sbi bank and that account holder who linked & using my...

                            I paid my convocation fee of gujarat technological university on 9th december at night but due to your site shutdown i couldn't pay my fees. (Confirmation page was loading and then they showed me of the shutdown of site page). So i tried again to pay my fees on 10th december.. And i paid it successfully. On that day i got a message on my phone that 500rs amount is debited from my account twice.. Both the payment were successful.. Then why did it show me that the site is already shutdown?
                            I want my first 500rs back..
                            My payment number is du58088031..
                            In my convocation form i mentioned second payment number..

                            So kindly refund my money..
                            It is clearly not my fault..
                            Your site was showing shutdown..
                            I have also the screenshot of that page..

                              I have done an online payment of rs. 5000, it was done successfully & i recieved a transaction reference message from bx-sbiinb with transaction ref no[protected]. But payment was not done and amount deducted. I have checked my account summary, it is showing the after deduction amount and not showing the transaction in last 10 transaction.

                                I cancelled an order from amazon worth Rs.1435 on 9th Dec 2016. Amazon has refunded the amount but it is still not reflected in my account. I contacted amazon, they said everything is done from their side, now bank has to refund the amount. I called SBI toll free number several times but they are not responding, I mailed them and registered complaints several times but they are avoiding my complaint as wrong categorization. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                  I g rajesh kumar account holder of sbi atmakur (K) kurnool district with ifsc sbin0014158 and account no: [protected]. I purchased shoping at saverabazar, kurnool on 09.12.2016 at 4.51.52 pm worth rs. 6146/- with invoice no: 12328. I operated twice card due to server problem. Then immedeitly i used another card to pay the bill and from the account rs. 6146/- was debited from andhrabank, atmakur (K) account.

                                  Hence i request you please remit rs. 6146 + 6146 = 12296 /- to my above account sbi account as early as possible.
                                  I enclosed all the vouchers with this.

                                    Sir i went to sbi osmangunj branch for home loan topup. Tha manager has responded properly and given information about home loan and also said take executive phone number for further contact. But the pune mr. mallesh has not given exective phone number even many times i have request him. The pune attitude is not good regarding customers. Please take necessary action.

[protected] dated 20/12/2016was deposited AT SBI BHIKHIWIND BRANCH DISTT.AMRITSAR PUNJAB on 21/12/2016 and we get the receiving of the same but the salary is not transferred to the employees salary account yet.
                                      What's the matter why your employees is so unresponsible.
