Sir i went to sbi osmangunj branch for home loan topup. Tha manager has responded properly and given information about home loan and also said take executive phone number for further contact. But the pune mr. mallesh has not given exective phone number even many times i have request him. The pune attitude is not good regarding customers. Please take necessary action.

    Here you are requested that a cheque of rs.100288.00 cheque no. 202689 of account no. [protected] dated 20/12/2016was deposited AT SBI BHIKHIWIND BRANCH DISTT.AMRITSAR PUNJAB on 21/12/2016 and we get the receiving of the same but the salary is not transferred to the employees salary account yet.
    What's the matter why your employees is so unresponsible.

      Hi Team,

      I have been said that rewards points can be converted to rupees while provided credit card of [protected].
      But later i came to know that rewards points were not converted to rupees, and raised a 3 complaints against it and the guy who gave me false commitment to sell Credit card.
      But i at-last i got a response from them stating that there is no miss-commitment.
      So i want to escalate it and i want my money back, so that these people will stop these fake commitments to sell credit cards.

      I am not satisfied with the response which I got from SBI...I want to file compliant against SBI. May I know the procedure ?
      Response is too bad.and False commitment to sell credit cards.

        I Debasish Bisoi (SBI A/C-[protected]) got a Message on dt.23/12/2016 from BZ-SBIINB to my Regd. Mobile no. [protected] that -Your A/C no.-[protected] is Credited by Rs.1530/ on dt 23/12/2016 by IMPS Refno.[protected]
        But till now no such above nentioned Money was Credited to my SBI Bank A/C no.
        So Please Make my Refund Honestly...

          I filled petrol worth rs.500/- at joy auto centre, bhubaneswar on 14/12/2016 through my debit card. However, on 16/12/2016, your bank debited an extra rs.14.38 from my account as surcharge (Please see the following details of the transactions).

          Recently goi has announced incentives of 0.75% cash back for filling petrol through debit card. But, surprisingly instead og receiving the cashback, i had to pay more. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

            I have made a Purchase at reliance store Poonamalle on 20th Nov 2016.I paid my Bill using my SBI Debit card.First attempt was declined and second was succesfful.When i check my account amount was debited twice.Reliance asked me to contact SBI and I Visited SBi branch they asked me to contact Customer care.NO proper response from Customer care.Worst service from SBI.

            STILL MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED.

But bank manager behaviour is very rude like we are a not human .my uncle age 40 but he have everything documents but manager wants birth certificate and then we are asking he told me I am not raven I have not ten head to work more .manger always taken rest in duty time but now coming little work he talking like dog .he doesn't know where need of Borth certificate.                   I was opened my sbi acc in 2014 its in pmjdy.in branch nannaj tal north solapur dist solafpur 413222. But my sbi jandhan account is holded on 21 dec 2016 so i want unhold it please i have to pay my ollege fees 40600rupies. I cant issue a d d or transfer or shop a debit card. I am ready to show my all document proof. I hope you will solve my problem as much fast.

                  I sarbjit singh holding A/c no [protected] got the kit for online banking on 8th Dec 2016 but sorry to say that inspite of repeated requests made to branch saraswati vihar delhi 110034 the same has not been activated till date The branch officer Sh Vimal Kumar refused to solve my problem Pl take action action accordingly

                    Refund of rs 1268 is not refunded till now. My husband name is ajeet kumar. He ordered a jeans from snapdeal of rs 1268 and cancelled the order. The refund was initiated on 14th december 2016. The complaint no are po[protected] and po[protected] and i received a message from sbi customer care that your refund is credited on 14/12/16 but the money is still not refunded in my account.                         I had dropped two credit card payment cheques for
                        1) sbi
                        2) citibank
                        On 15.12.2016 at bill box located in mtnl office, [censored]al nagar, mira road.

                        I had received confirmation of citibank payment receipt but till date i have not received any confirmation for sbi credit card payment.

                        Please note that earlier also i had submitted the sbi credit card payment cheque on the same drop box which was received by sbi.

                        The due date is 28.12.16 for sbi and till date no confirmation from sbi for receipt of payment

                          Sir from sbi credit card an amount of rs.573 deducted but not transfered to bsnl land line bill payment. Sbi trnsaction id is hu[protected] dated on 24:12:2016. So i request you to see my amount credit to my account back as early as possible. We are getting problem with online payments. Please refund the said amount to my account. Thanking you very much sir.

                                  Sir, I added money rupees 4000 to SBI ebuddy through SBI internet banking, then it was not added to SBI ebuddy but it was debited my account balance rs.4000 with in a fraction a second. My main SBI account balance before it was their RS.10352 after that my main balance come to RS. 6352. Plz help me out . i call to customer centers no one responsible

                                    As there is connectivity failure for cheque from sbi bank why there is deduction from my account of 173 rupees as there is no fault from our side and when i contact customer care they dont have the answer for the same as the grvience get raise till chairperson i didnt get any response fron sbi which is worst service provider n the india. Also i apply for new debit card of my father its near abiut 4month but didnt get any update from the sbi
