    I had dropped two credit card payment cheques for
    1) sbi
    2) citibank
    On 15.12.2016 at bill box located in mtnl office, [censored]al nagar, mira road.

    I had received confirmation of citibank payment receipt but till date i have not received any confirmation for sbi credit card payment.

    Please note that earlier also i had submitted the sbi credit card payment cheque on the same drop box which was received by sbi.

    The due date is 28.12.16 for sbi and till date no confirmation from sbi for receipt of payment

      Sir from sbi credit card an amount of rs.573 deducted but not transfered to bsnl land line bill payment. Sbi trnsaction id is hu[protected] dated on 24:12:2016. So i request you to see my amount credit to my account back as early as possible. We are getting problem with online payments. Please refund the said amount to my account. Thanking you very much sir.

        Now i have been transferred to my hometown kadaura jalaun (Up) since last one year. So i was facing a lot of inconvenience.               Sir, I added money rupees 4000 to SBI ebuddy through SBI internet banking, then it was not added to SBI ebuddy but it was debited my account balance rs.4000 with in a fraction a second. My main SBI account balance before it was their RS.10352 after that my main balance come to RS. 6352. Plz help me out . i call to customer centers no one responsible

                As there is connectivity failure for cheque from sbi bank why there is deduction from my account of 173 rupees as there is no fault from our side and when i contact customer care they dont have the answer for the same as the grvience get raise till chairperson i didnt get any response fron sbi which is worst service provider n the india. Also i apply for new debit card of my father its near abiut 4month but didnt get any update from the sbi

                    Branch : Kala Darshan Char Rasta, Vadodara.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I am having a Saving A/c No.[protected] at SBI, KalaDarshan Char Rasta Branch, (Branch Code : 13481) at Vadodara.
                    I had issued a cheque no. 012404 of Rs 40, 000/- on[protected], which was dishonored by the Bank mentioning “88 Other Reason”.
                    I was having sufficient balance in my bank a/c – Rs 53, 922/-, the cheque was duly signed, so I wondered, what may be the cause.
                    When my husband Mr. Girish Joshi enquired this at the branch today, the Branch Manager Mr. Kaushal Kishore misbehaved with him, did not even see the details properly, and replied him that the cheque was presented out of the station, so it was dishonored.
                    At this, my husband told him that 1st of all the cheque was presented at Vadodara itself. 2nd thing is that, the cheque is a “Multi-City Cheque”, which is payable at par at all branches of SBI. So even if the cheque had been presented out of the station, you can’t dishonor it.
                    At this Mr. Kaushal Kishore became angry, shouted loudly, misbehaved with my husband & said, “Do whatever you can. Complain wherever you want.”
                    Respected Sir/Madam, I have a deep respectable place of SBI in my heart. Mr. Kaushal Kishore’s this behaviour hurted us a lot. Today SBI is one of the leading Banks of India & having a wide spread. If a Senior person of Branch Manager level behaves in this manner, this would cause a very bad image of SBI in people’s heart.
                    Kindly do something in this matter.

                        When today I am used card but transaction failed.
                        SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

                                I am a serving soldier. presently serving in field area i lost my cheque book and pass book. so i send my wife alongwith ink sigend application. I subimit an application dated nov 2016 with SBI Chinnamanur branch regarding issue of new cheque book . but the bank staff did not sent to me yet.The bank staffs behavior is very bad and the treat us just ilke a dog. i called more times they did not attend the call incl branch manager.

                                  Knowledge earned from my case are, from BST Ceramic person’s argument, we can understand that universally accepted accounting principles are totally wrong otherwise BST Ceramic person is violating Indian Administrative law. Secondly, bank manager s failed to fulfill his duties because bank manager is not able to prevent robbers for using his bank name for robbery.

                                    I deposited 12000 rupees from the atm cash machine on 11th december 2016. While depositing the amount in the machines the server went down and the cash remained inside the machine. Since then the amount has not been credited to my account. The sbi branch attendant told me that it will take 5-7 days for the issue to be resolved. However, it's been twelve days now and the the sbi officials have no clue about the problem.
