Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for a cheque book using sbi internet banking on december 14, 2016. It was mentioned that it will be dispatched within 3 days, and the request status will change once it is processed. But till now, it has not processed. I have raised a complaint with sbi, and there is no response for that as well.

Also there is no contact available to confirm when the delivery of the cheque book can be expected.

      I was trying to add Rs 100 in my Paytm account via SBI debit card on 4th Dec 2016 but got a payment failed in response after entering the OTP for transaction.
      Since then I have tried to contact Paytm many times but they say that bank will notify them in 2 working days about the failed transaction but sadly 16 days have passes and neither SBI nor Paytm is responding.

              After demonitisation, sbh team is donig a major scams i guess,

              Suddenly in my account they made my available amount to rs.0.00 and lien amount to rs. 6000.

              I visited my home brace twice time but they don't give me a proper reason.

              There is no any pending payment, any kind of loan and ipo against sbi bank account.

              I don't have any information to how can i get my money and how to solve this lien account problem.

              Kindly suggest me.

                we have been requested for the cheak book on 8 th of this month we have to be receive the cheak book on 11th of December but didn't receive it we are asking the reason for deal but there is no proper authorized officer to respond over this issue...till date we have not yet received the cheak please respond over this if possible kindly made it as soon as possible...

                      My self Darshan H S, i'm a user of SBI bank, my issue is that i made transaction through POS swiping machine on 9/12/16 in the machine it showed the transaction has been declined but from my account the money has been debited and i immediately contacted the customer care but their response was so negligence and they dint lodge the complaint and in bank also i gave a written complaint but they are neglecting, i still dint get my money back and i undergone mentally stressed due to this issue.please do help

                          A Sum of Rs 431 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. no where is Mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving...

                            RS 2000 debited from my account on 17/12/2016 while withdrawing from SBI atm S10N[protected] Txn-8791 which did not provide cash and the amount was deducted from my account.the sbi employeer says that the cash is already taken out by me but the cash is not yet received by me.i uploaded a photo of mini statement and transcation receipt. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.hope to get a quick response from you.

                              On 10th December i did went to shop for buying something but the transaction was declined still i got the message from Sbi that transaction has been done.Its been a 1 week and still my money has not been auto reversed in my savings account. As i am a working individual and so it matters me a lot. Please do resolve it as soon as possible. I will be very grateful.

                                I had been trying for long time to enable my internet transaction and no body is giving the proper information.If we call to customer care they would be responding some thing which we are not asked for and even they have not waited for the confirmation from the end user.

                                2nd thing if we go to the bank they will not provide the information as they have to understand their way of conversation whatever they are speaking.
                                I think they do not have interest to work just throw them out.Atleast for satisfactory purpose they should work as politely

                                See, to whom we need to complaint about the customer problem, it is a nationalized bank and they are very least bothered about the customer concern and if we go to the bank they will ask us to come for a bank regularly.
                                First day for login password, 2 nd day for profile password, 3rd day for transcation number ufff, customer is dying day by day with this bank services, as the employees are also not providing the details properly.as if they treating as they are giving it from their own pocket.
                                I just wanted to sort it out as how to add the mobile number for the internet banking and to enable the OTP online transaction purpose.

                                  Dt 21/11/2016 Rs 1870 paid to airtel mobile bill.Through my debit card. Amount deducted from my account but not paid to airtel mobile bill. And amount not refund till dated in my account. Many times complaint lodge to SBI Customer care but no any response. Please enquiry how it is not paid. Almost one month cross. I am waiting one or two days otherwise I am going High Court against above issue.

                                    I am patel rameshkumar. B. My account in amod sbi branch at amod district bharuch in gujarat. My account nuber is [protected] i went to the bank for take money on date[protected] friday at3:45pm but the manager locked the bank 3:45pm. I requested you for open the bank. But he did not open the bank. He stopped bank 45 minutes early than its right time. Nowadays the amod sbi manager close bank everyday 45 minutes early its right times. So please tietly action against the bank and its manager.
