Dear Sir,

I deposit 94000/- (1000*94) amount in SBI Cash Deposit machine Date[protected], 7:50pm SBI Branch Sector - 2 Noida u.p. But cash deposit machine give me message "Your transaction be processed please wait" this message give around 5 to 6 hours but my transaction not completed and not credited my account i lodge complaint to SBI Bank Branch Manager, (same SBI, Branch, Sector-2 Noida u.p.). but after 16 day i could not get my Rs 94000/-, i am very disturb about this, How much time it will take to get my money back and how i will get the money back.

    Hi,
    Two years back i discontinued my sbi credit card and requested to close the account. There is no outstanding on card and its not in used from last 2 years in fact it is not active. But still i am continuously reported in cibil for outstanding of Rs. 10/- only due to that my loan got rejected two times. Due to loan rejection I had to bear loss of Rs 2 lakh in my business plan as well as it impacted my children education. I want to claim approx. Rs. 2, 00, 000 /- as compensation.

      I recently took SBI Credit Card Platinum its charges were 2999/-+ government charge. At the time when SBI called told me that first year free. Then forced to take Platinum credit card though I said No for it. For this they provided me wrong information about charges that you will be giving 3000/- rs coupons and u can buy it on website and from snapdeal amazon sites i also asked about snapdeal that i want to buy mobile of 10000/- then as gift coupon of 3000/- will be redeem then 7000/- bill will come then he said i can buy product from website. Now they are saying i can buy only 4 sites products. This is fake information for me to take credit card though i clearly asked about my requirement. Also I am eligible for free credit card from any of the bank like HDFC, ICICI, Axis with zero charges for lifetime. Also they are providing good multiplying reward points. But I took SBI is it faithful for me??? Is your commitments given correct also if such high charges i need to pay then why would i choose SBI??? Credit card providing to us and calling us is not our requirement. Kindly remove all the charges and provide it free I dont want any gift coupons just remove all charges. This is very painful for me to have a card of such SBI who dont care about customers and takes such very high charges from customers to full fill bank requirements. Also if you remove the charges still there are government charges means by any way I need to pay the money to SBI for taking credit card.This clearly shows instead of SBI bank providing credit to me I am the one who providing credit to the SBI and for the same I am paying charges. Poor service, wrong commitments, wrong charges while other banks are providing it with free or at cheap prices.

        Respected sir/madam
        I complaint about amod state bank of india branch nowadays early close 3:45pm so please action against the bank and bankmaneger
        The bank manager everyday close bank with locks by manager at 3:45pm early but if it is right time 4:30pm.The bank is not give money after 3:45pm.This bank maneger has not satisfy answer any problems of customers.Amod sbi manager do everytime rude behavior with customers .so please action against the manager and this bank .this bank has been locating at amod from Bharuch district in gujarat state of india

          Today i. E. On 16th dec.2016 i tried to withdraw cash from canara bank atm, situated at chevella, ranga reddy district, telangana. But the amount was not dispensed and a transaction slip receipt mentioning response code 070. However an amount of rs. 2000/- has been debited from my account.

            My account no is [protected]. I am trying to generate repin for my ATM card for the past 6 months, but I haven't got any solution. Through IVR I tried to generate Repin which failed, followed by that I tried through SMS, which was also a failure. I got my Repin through my bank branch atlast, which also didn't work. But the authorities have taked Rs.50 from my account for the generated and useless repin.
            Please fix my problem, if you could.

                Sir, i am sbi account holder no[protected], i have used my debitcard for a shopping on 10/12/16 for a purchase worth rs 1348on pos [protected] at sabhyata txn no[protected], hu[protected] respectively but the card got declined and i paid the money as cash, but latter i got message that the money is deducted form my acoount twice. So i request you to look into this matter and correct it.

                  After completing all the requirements for net banking registration
                  even after sharing all the details i am still unable to start net banking
                  it always shows Invalid Username or Password
                  and this is the reply again i can see from Consumer complaints while submitting

                  " There's already a complaint for this company with the same description in the "subject" field. Please edit your "subject" field to make it more unique."

                  if you have the same description for this complain then please solve this Subject

                    Hi, i am yes bank customer and withdrawn rs-10000/ from sbi atm on 1st nov'16 and sbi not refunding my amount. I have raised complaints to my bank and same issue was escalated to sbi but issue not resolved yet.

                    As per sbi transaction was successful and i am lying but when i asked for cctv footage then they denying and not responding. So either prove that i am wrong or give my money back. Best would be if you can check that who is lying.

                      I jayanta sikder, an account holder of sbi bhowanipore branch, kolkata sb a/c no. [protected] and atm/ debit card no. [protected].

                      On 10th december 2016 i was trying to payment a glossary shop (Name sulekha) for an amount of rs. 1, 068/-. But that transaction was failed and sbi deduct that amount from my account.

                      I was trying to contract customer care over telephone, but nobody attending telephone last 3 days.

                      My SBI A/c No. [protected] debit card No. [protected]. On 10.12.2016 i try a cash less transaction (a shop Name : Sulekha) for an amount of Rs. 1068/-. After this event i will trying several time to your held line number but nobody response. I submit a written complain SBI Bhowanipore Br. on 15.12.2016, Online complain ID 1447788 on 16/12/2016 and docate No.[protected].

                      still now SBI not response or not refund this money.

                        I have a saving account with sbi bank from last 4 years.and my debit card was expired through nov 16 .i filled formality form for reissue of debit card but my debit card has not been posted to my homeplace its been more then 17 days.and today when i reached my home branch for this matter.nobody is ready to listen this matter..kindly go through this matter.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          With reference to subject card number, I would like to being to your kind notice that I had given a cheque for Rs.1680/- bearing number 479319, dated 23/11/2016.

                          But the cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient funds as you replied, but the funds are made available prior date only but the reason is that Bank has charged Rs.11/- against card swiping at petrol pump during the period of demonetisation of cash.
                          The bank has to charge as and when the transaction held or on the next business day. But debited after two days. Hence the cheque was dishonoured.
                          Due to this inconvenience, I have received the legal notice vide SI38NT/WEST/LA/CD2/284/051216/137 from SBI credit cards. But I held the SBI responsible for the instance.
                          Though, I am the customer of SBI since 8 years and the account is in the position of ACTIVE. For the purpose of bank charges, if any the banker can Debit even if the balance is zero and later will be deducted automatically from the subsequent deposit. But can't do the same for a minimum amount for processing a cheque, in favouring the regular customer. Then the banker should be alert to debit as and when the transaction held but why after two days...

                          It seems that the SBI group is doing such instances intentionally.

                              Its really a shame

                              Website is nightmare

                              Worst net banking experience

                              And customer care is hell full of pathetic worst

                              They should die with the shame how worst is this bank..

                              Hate all the experience i had with this bank.

                              Gonna close the account.. Better to go with any other bank.. But sbi is hell..

                              I wish i could abuse here..

                              Tats how much i hate it.. Just burn all the sbi banks... Shame sbi its a shame...

                                  My name is sreekanth ([protected]) i have been debited the surcharges for rs 25.88 /- in my saving a/c no[protected]at state bank of india main branch secunderabad (Pattini circle branch) which is not acceptable to me, government is telling to use the debit card for cashless transaction, in other way the banks are collecting the surcharges and infact we are not able to identify the transaction on what purchase the surcharge is been deducted, so we request you to kindly ensure the debited amount to be credited and please specify the items which are attract the surcharges.

                                    I have forgot my atm pin number as it was saved in my old mobile number and when i brought a new one, i have passed my mobile to my brother so he have deleted all of my contacts, where my sbi atm pin was also save bearing card number [protected] and it's expiry date is 03/35 and my account no is [protected]. Please send my atm pin number in my email. [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      Here at SBI NML, Jamshedpur, the Service manager and Customer assistant Clerk are having very rough and rude behaviour with the customers. They are not giving proper response also when we go to them for any purpose. They simply neglect or deny our requests without giving any reason. Please take action. They do like this with all the peoples who go there. So peoples have got irritated from their behaviour. Due to this many peoples think that SBI is not a good bank so they avoid to go there much.

                                        I used my debit card from sbi account no-[protected], through my debit card with last four digits 4242 on 10.12.2016 for rs 867/- vide transaction no.[protected] for life style vasant kunj new delhi the amount was deducted from my debit card as per the sms received from sbi (Photo enclosed)
                                        The letter from life style indicating non receipt of payment is also enclosed
                                        The sbi nihfw branch manager has told that they have not received the credit and advised to put the online complaint
                                        Please credit the amount to my sbi saving account number
