    I had ordered boat stone 1200 f bluetooth speaker on dated 28 january 2022
    I got it damaged so that I returned that product and asked for Refund
    I had ordered it by the cash on delivery method
    And then for refund I had added the my account details on the amazon app
    I had purchased that product through amazon

          Dear Team,

          I am Bhadram Kavya issue relating to harassment by SBI credit card agents. My cardno (xxxxxxxxxx081632). Agents are calling to me inform about my card payment i am attending call i said we will pay but take 2-3months, if you need urgent then we said please go to court we will pay, and we are not deny to pay, need little more time to get amount. AFTER INFORMING EVERYTHING THOSE SBI agents called to my relatives and My colleagues in Office(OPTUM Global solutions) who i unware.And agents are calling to them and asking to pay amount as they are not know by me and we didn't give any reference no to any of Credit card.This is legal issue collecting there no without knowing anyone and using bad words.and those wwho got call from SBI agents complained to Local area ps.
          Please take an action on those agancy or SBI credit card collection dept. It causing personal image damage and mentally torching .I think to do some bad.so requesting to taken action immediately on those calls or i am going to file on case those callers in womencall.

          Harassing the unknown person in office which i don't know few of them already raised compliant to local police station against agent who is calling to their mobile numbers and also the SBI agent who have called me in afternoon abusing bad language i have a call recording … kindly requesting to take a action on the person immediately below are the numbers which SBI person calling .

          Till not complaint resolved SBI People calling my organization people to asking to pay money as I don't know they contact me through internal.mails..they just applied some loan or card if organization is same means department and sector may be different ..it's leading me again mental torcher...if the call go any of my organization people I will suicide along with my kids before that I will raise case against SBI .

            Sir,
            I had placed an order on Amazon on 11th February. The order id is #[protected].
            But somehow it got cancelled on 15th February, and Amazon e-mailed me about that. On 16th February, Amazon notified me that my refund for the order had been issued.
            A part of the order (of Rs. 572) was paid through Amazon Pay UPI (debited from my SBI savings account). After the refund notification, I checked my Amazon app and under 'transactions' tab, there it is showing that Amazon has issued my UPI refund of Rs. 572 to my bank account & it was credited on 15 Feb 2022, 02:31 AM. But still now, that amount has not reflected or credited to my bank account.
            Amazon has given a Refund Reference Number (RRN), which is[protected].
            I contacted SBI customer care in this matter, but they said to contact the Bank's branch. Today I went to branch, and requested again and again, the Bank manager and service manager to check the matter, but they refused to do anything, they said they cannot do anything in this matter.
            I, therefore earnestly request you to take necessary action on the above mentioned problem, so that the SBI bank credit the refund to my bank account as soon as possible.

                Today at around 8:25pm I went to this ATM at Goregaon Station (East Side), Mumbai. I was withdrawing cash, the ATM went out of service during my transaction. The amount was debited but cash it didn't dispensed cash. There is this ATM guard aged around 50 years. Instead of helping me, he started scolding and using slangs in marathi as if broke the network intentionally. He even refused to let me do my transaction in the other machine available there. But I did my transaction anyway since I needed cash and said nothing but he was using slangs till I exited the ATM.

                  Sir, I had ordered a product "onion hair" on mamaearth online shopping for hair on date 18/01/2022 whose mamaearth order id is - [protected], I had paid ₹662, 15 to this product through upi. And then later I canceled this order dated 20/01/2022. Mamaearth issued its refund ₹662.15/- on date 24/01/2022. Whose RRN No. is [protected]. But this amount is in my account. I did not reach and the bank is not helping me.So sir you are requested to solve my problem.please sir help me,

                    3. Confirming the release of the MOD to the registration department and clearing the encumbrances previously registered for Bank.

                    Whenever we are sending any letters to release of MOD, we received a letter from Bank stating that it is the duty of the borrower.

                        I am facing financial crises since covid 1st wave... I have 2 kids and has to pay home rent as well as home loan emi. Even I am unable to pay my son's school fees.
                        But these SBI credit card agent pahle toh aage peeche ghum k card k liye mante h agr leke 2-4 din payment aage peeche ho jayegi h toh bolte h kisi se b lekar krdo payment..ulta seedha bolta h..hum kya bheekh mange. Jab inke landline call na pick kro toh alg alg number se call kr harassment krte h..meeting ho interview ho kuch b ho inn logo k calls aate rhenge. Muje b pta h ki interest badh rha h late fees lag rhi h... But nhi ..aaj [protected] number se call aaya mne bola late fee wave krdo toh bhadak gya bnda bolta h shopping krne aaye ho kya jo ye maaf krdo wo maaf krdo... Arey itna interest khate h itna late fees khate h ye SBI credit card wale fir b apne logo ko tameej nhi sikhate... Arey nhi ho skta kuch toh araam se bol do... Aise bhookhe bhediyo ki tarah baat krte h jaise phone p hi kha jayenge ..
                        Me ek chawanni nhi dungi.
                        Balki ab muje mere self respect ki dhajjiya udane walo se bharpai chahiye.
                        Me ek lady hu...baat tameej se nhi hoti me women cell p call krdungi next time with naam and number leke... PMO tweet krdungi.

                            1. I had taken a home loan of 25lacs for which an EMI of 25000₹ was deducted on 11th of every month. Since Jan 22, there has been no EMI deduction and the bank has started developing a lien amount of 25000₹ every month despite having the amount available for emi. My loan account number is [protected]

                            2. They are charging interest on the principle amount periodically which would have been reduced if they reduced the emi on time. Probably the intention was to extract more interest.

                            3. Moreover by the virtue of my service, I am in a poor network zone. Despite which I tried contacting the branch manager and also the customer care but was left stranded and disheartened.

                            4. It's my hard earned income of my sweat and toil. I request you to please aid me ASAP on this issue. Thanking you in anticipation.

                                I have raised a new debit card request online on 19-Jan-2022. Till date the status of the request shows "Card not yet dispatched". Tried calling toll free number few times but same status giving, not providing any next steps or expected date of dispatch date for the card. Please see the card request status details screen shot attached.

                                  I opened one PPF account in the year 1996 with State Bank Of India, Rewa (MP) Main Branch. Branch Code : 468 Account Number [protected].
                                  I got shifted to Ghaziabad (UP) Delhi NCR in the year 2008 and wrote to my home branch to transfer this account to Vaishali Branch, Branch Code : 013238, IFSC Code : SBIN0013238, MICR Code :[protected] and kept on sending them several reminders regarding this. This account kept on visible with home branch as Rewa only. Whenever I visited Vaishali branch they told me to contact home branch and the account was not traceable. Recently one of my friend who was posted at SBI Branch 40092 told me to send him account details. He took one statement of account stating that the account has been shifted to Vaishali Branch on 17/6/2013. A demand draft was issued for Vaishali branch with an instruction to open a fresh account and deposit Rs. 19307.44 in new account. Now Vaishali branch says that they are not having any traces of the amount received. Once again I visited Rewa Branch and deposited request to locate the details and they sent me two screen shots of the DD issued from their system. I am in a fix as now I am retired and this amount is valuable for me so May I request you to help me to get this amount with interest from 2013 till date.
                                  I am attaching account statement, screen shots and my application deposited for your reference. Hoping to get this issue resolved.
