I had made payment for full and final settlement in cash as wel as cheque for total amount of rupees 12500 vide RECEIPT NO 4096405 DATED 26/12/2005 BOOK NO 081929, CASH PAID 4500 . AND 3CHEQUES OF RS, 3500 EACH BUT 1CHEQUE is not presrnted by the bank AND I APPLY FOR ANY LOAN CIBIL IS SHOWN SO do tell me what shoud be done even though i have paid the amount and since i was hospitalised for long period i was not able to look into this matter and I am a single person earning with three depends and i am heart paient sob kindly help me to solve this matter, credit card no [protected] my name S.     I deposited chqno. 811112 dtd 15.06.16 drawn on sbi-bansdih branch up issued by ho. Post office ballia up, deposited into my od a/c sbi-borivali-east branch on 22/06/16 but after 4 months it is not credited. Rti done on post office but found this is matter of sbi not postal. Pls. Take care of the matter. Eagerly waiting for your kind action.

        I have deposited a Saudi cheque @ SME branch Mahadevpura, Bangalore in the month of August.As per the last communication with the bank manager The amount is cleared from Soudi last month i.e. October first week.however its not yet credited to my account.Please help/suggest me.
        I have registered a complain in sbi portal and it was automatically closed.

          Hi team

          This is with regards to open a new sb a/c in bhrampuri sharda road branch,

          I visted on saturday on that they refuse to open the a/c,
          Visted again on monday - full day form morning 10 :00 am to 5:00pm. at 5:00 clock i came know there is problem in your form, now you come tomorrow as day is end
          Visted again on tuesday again till after noon no response, after that 3 :00 pm he said form is fine, but you will come after seven days, as concerned person is not there wo submit your form.

          Anyhow i give my acoount to him.

          Kindly look into this, for a single a/c i visted there 3 days, and end of the 3 days, they told come after 7 seven days as person not in office who open the a/c

          I enquired about the person they told he is habitual of the same. and most of the person are having probem him,

          He is approving the a/c opeining there. sitting very first sear of office.

            I have an Sbi IRCTC card and have 576 points in the card to redeem. I do not know how to redeem my points at irctc. Same i have asked to a sbi card customer care executive, he told me to mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in with my details to get the user id and password. Mailed irctc, they replied to use forgot password link to regenerate password. But i do not have any User id to do so. the sbi and irctc both are not attending to my problem.

When I contact to my concern P.O., post man said he did not receive anything against my name. But by tracking speed post no. I came to know that it was received by the P.O. on 25/10/16.

              Here I enclose the tracking details.
              Do something for such neglijency.

                SIR, Despite giving two requests to restore my commuted portion of pension w.e.f nov2014 wherein i completed 15 years of retired period the bank has not restored commuted portion of rs 2768.00permonth from nov 2014 onwards till date. kindly do the needful as the bank as per govt of india letter issued is supposed to automatically restore the commuted portion of the pension.

                  Today i deposits 700 rs in my sbi account but suddenly sbi deduct 50 rs from my account what is that ????? now sbi charges in deposits to
                  what the hell is that this is a main problem for me .. now if i deposits my money in every 5days then they charges 50 rs every time by this i have lot of money which is wasted during every transaction

                    We are facing a problem in Cash deposition at Virudhachalam branch State bank of India, the teller is not accepting the cash payment and asking to use the ATM machine as per teller advice we are tried using the ATM machine but the cash got blocked in the machine.we have deposited Rs.40000/- on --------. we never received any acknowledgement for the money deposited. When enquired with the teller about the problem, he never helped, he said go to the ATM and check if any another customer is facing similar problem, yes there was another customer who deposited some money and that also got stuck in the machine, when this was again reported at the teller/branch manager, they said to come back after 10 days, if their cash does not tally they would intimate us about the amount deposited by us. Last month also when we I tried to deposit cash this same response was given.
                    Please look into the matter and help us. After 7 days when I went to branch to check they said out of Rs.40000/- deposited they have received only Rs.33000/- and are asking me to wait for 1 more week to tell about the remaining Rs.7000/- that I had deposited. This is hard earned money please have the money deposited in my account.

After that i got to know its fraud call not from SBI. I raised complaint near police station also.even in cybercrime complaint

                      Please note the following :-
                      1. I received a phone call 7th nov 2016 on my mobile no. [protected] from mobile no. [protected] it was 12.00 pm. There was a lady voice she introduced herself as Ritu from SBI bank.

                      2. She suggested that my 5000 rewards point accumulated so far are going to lapse. If i want she can help me to get it set of against my card outstanding by rs 2500. She gave me reference of my old transactions against the reward point.

                      3. I with no suspicion and in good faith shared with her general information she asked about my card on the pretext of verification procedure. Still i didn’t not shared with her the secret 3 digit secret code which is on the reverse of the credit card.

                      4. I received an otp four times[protected] rupees(Paytm),[protected] rupees(paytm),[protected] rupees (Ideamoney),[protected].69 rupees (MMPL)was advised to key in through my phone to complete the transaction. She assured me that now these reward points has been adjusted with my outstanding in the card by rs 2500 and same will reflect in three working days in my card statement.

                      5. As i was over with my conversation with the sbi bank / so called sbi bank lady representative i received three (4) transaction sms on my mobile. These transactions were not performed by me. The transactions details are :

                      OTP[protected] rupees(Paytm)

                      [protected] rupees(paytm)

                      [protected] rupees (Ideamoney)

                      [protected].69 rupees (MMPL)

                      6. As i could understand i received a sms from sbi bank that my credit card has been blocked.

                      7. I called up the sbi bank credit card customer care center. The representative on reviewing my card suggested that the bank security system has deducted of miss use of my card that is why it has been blocked automatically.

                      8. I enquired with the customer care representative about the above three transactions as they were not performed by me. He advised me to lodge an fir with the police station for investigation & re-addressal of my grievance.

                      Kindly look into the above fraud & see that i should not be charged the transactions.

                        I m account holder of SBI fort branch, mumbai. my account no. is [protected] . today 02:24 pm one unknown call came from mobile No. [protected] on my cell no. [protected]. he told me that i not submitted KYC form so my atm card blocked. to restart the atm card asking my atm 16 digit number. i denied. this is fraud gang.
                        so take necessary action on this call number person, so cant no sbi customer will be cheated by them.

                        Why is SBI not reducing the base rates for existing customers when they can reduce the MCLR rates.

                        No rate cuts in Base rates since Oct 2015. RBI has given many cuts in this period.

                        SBI is not treating its existing customers well.

                        Feeling cheated.

                          Hello Sir, My name is Narayan Patel. I paid an amount of 550 using sbi collect MOPS service but at last page after I entered OTP it shows transaction failure but the I received a SMS which is like: "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 5X9XX887X for a
                          purchase worth Rs550 on POS [protected] at MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR
                          txn#[protected]."

                            I lodged a complaint on Nov. 11, 2015 regarding non receipt of arrears of family pension as per 6 CPC report wef 1.1 2006. The complaint was marked as resolved on March 30, 2016, whereas nothing has been done. I immediatel commented that my complaint has not been resolved so far. Even after lodging a complaint a year back I am still waiting for the solution. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaint. I am submitting the details of complaint once again as under:

                                  With reference the above subject, we have applied Education loan in your SBI Gill Nagar Brach for my Son Master S.Ghowtham, BE, Civil on August 2015. SBI Gill nagar, they told we have sent your Documents to SBI RACPC branch at Egmore, you please directly go and collect the papers. We went to that RACPC branch there they told your papers are not here you please ask at Gill nagar branch. Our papers are not there at Egmore and Gill nagar Branch. Then where is our Papers???
                                  Along with those documents I have submitted Original Bonafide Certificate for 4 years fee details and Original Anna University Allotment letter.

                                    I have applied for Internet banking in SBI and registered online, but could not register via ATM details and submitted duly signed form to my branch and they said that they will activate in next few hours.. I tried logging in the next day and i was not able to login even though i am typing the correct user name and password.. I notified my branch and they gave me so called internet banking kit with the new user id and password. But whenever I enter them in www.onlinesbi.com, I get 'Invalid Username or Password' error. I notified my branch many times, but no solution until now.. I get the same error and I am not able to login. This really sucks! very bad experience with SBI..

                                      Respected sir/madam, i am an ex-serviceman shashi kumar, have sbacct [protected] in sbi birpur. On 03nov16, i used pnb atm on idt, kaulagarh road. First i used one atm for rs 10000/- it didn't dispensed, then the security at the atm advised to use another machine for maximum rs 4000/- as the machine has 100rupee notes only, so i did the same. But the didn't react and flashed only "your card is blocked for 24hrs". Thinking the error i simply came back to the sbi bank and asked about the incident then the sbi assured me that it may take time as the network slow. So i waited for next day i, e; 04nov16 and got my passbook printed it reflected debit of rs 10000/- and rs4000/- (14000/-aggregated). Then again i consulted to sbi they told me to lodge the complaint in sbi customer care, i did so, the ccare executive answered me that it may take atleast two days. It was saturday next day then i also tried to print but no fresh. So i went to ask the matter with sbi birpur branch manager she replied that she can't do anything in this cash as the matter is of atm and the dealing is not concerned with the bank's of both sbi and pnb. I am pissed in this "technique". Sir, i hardly get my hard pension of orop and the liabilities to pay children education fee. You are therefore kindly requested to take favourable action please... I have received SMS on my mobile and then I went to the bank and got my passbook printed then only I took a breath of relief.                                         Today, 1st nov 2016 I got a call from [protected], mentioning my SBI debit card is blocked and he needs information . He mentioned that he is calling from Chennai but has a strong accent of Bihar . When I challenged him, he abused and hang the phone .
                                        Today! I had noticed Rs. 57.50 is debited from my A/C due to my cousin sister deposit Rs. 2000/- from other branch of SBI.
                                        My Saving Account is in SBI Tekanpur, Gwalior, MP Branch and deposited branch is from Jalpaiguri from West Bengal.
                                        Is this is right?
