Sir
I have ordered a Havells HC4045 5 in 1 Hair Styler on 31/01/2022 .But received defected product & returned it.
Amazon initiated the refund on 06/02/2022 and it was expected to come on 12/02/2022.
Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

      I got a call from Ritu Kaushik SBI GURGAON HEAD OFFICE and she was speaking to me so rudely and was being so unprofessional that she does not deserve to be in this customer care industry...The matter was about my closure of SBI CREDIT CARD...Take a strict action against her or I will post this complaint everyday

          मेरा नाम राजेश कुमार यादव है सर हम दिनाक -7/10/2021 को Yono SBI से 10000 पैसे किसी को भेजे थे, लेकिन उनके अकाउंट में पैसा नहीं पहुंचा था और मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा कट गया था सर हम बहुत बार state Bank of India गए थे, लेकिन बैंक अधिकारी बोलते हैं कि पैसा वापस हो जाएगा. लेकिन आज तक पैसा वापस नहीं हुआ कल हम फिर बैंक गए थे लेकिन बैंक अधिकारी बोलते हैं हम आपकी कोई मदद नहीं कर सकते,

            Description:
            Due to some defects in the product, we decided to return the product on above mentioned date. the return was taken by correct time on the above mentioned date, but still refund was not yet received. At first we reached the flipkart customer care to know the details about refund, they thought as the renfund was initiated by flipkart at correct date as above mentioned . After that they provide reference number too, so default the refund was pending from the bank side. kindly help us to get the refund amount .

                    I ordered a digital camara on amazon portal on 24.01.2019 and paid amount of rs. 39989 through amazon pay using my sbi credit card bearing no . During transaction EMI option was opted for payment. But due to some reason, the order was cancelled same day and the balance was credited back in credit card statement but EMI of Rs 999 was imposed and not cancelled for the order which was not honoured and never executed. Later, penal interest was continuously imposed on EMI of Rs. 999 in subsequent bills for the order which was cancelled immediately on the same day. Now, even after several reminder and personal visit at sbi card jaipur office, penalty imposition has not been stopped and due bill amount has become Rs. 5692 from Rs 999.
                    Later complaint raised through INGRAM portal bearing Grievance Number: 2654965 / Complaint Ref No 1-[protected] dated 04.03.2021. It was responded that through amazon pay on 24/1 n same was cancelled and full refund was credited but he has been charged with Rs.999 as EMI. as checked there was no emi generated for said trnx and Rs.999 was debited towards AMAZON STANDING INSTRU MUMBAI on 23/02/2019. also, there was no dispute raised within time frame thus liability lies with customer. further o/s informed and settlement offered.
                    Not satisfied with reply. Resolution sought is still not provided even after perusing matter for more than year through various modes. Whatever already known and stated in application itself is reiterated in reply given. Further, it is falsely stated in reply that they have offered settlement. No settlement offered clarifying amount and terms & conditions of settlement till date. The reply is given has no use. It was requested to review the application and requested to provide settlement amount and terms & conditions thereof.
                    We are bound to pay what we have spent. We cannot bear the burden of what we haven't purchased ever. Even we don't know Rs 999/- was paid for what, if it is not an EMI as responded by SBI Cards. We never ever did this transaction. It is forcefully and falsely applied. Now we are being forced to pay this with penal interest and all which is affecting my CIBIL score continuously.
                    Therefore, SBI cards is requested to either reverse immediately the entire overdue amount charged for the EMI/unknown transaction or offer full and final settlement to clear this falsely imposed principal amount of Rs 999/- and penal interest etc thereon which is stated as due amount of Rs 5692/-at earliest otherwise we do not have any other remedy except take shelter of legal recourse.

                        I had received SMS through SBI that the amount is deducted at Rs.295 for DEBIT Mandate fail Charge txns

Even till today, the process hasn't been initiated and I've not recieved the amount in my account. Today they're saying that they've lost the documents. I've complainer several times but in vain.                               I am jagjivan ram so anarath ram, i have a account of state bank of india, i have transaction on 18 Nov 2021 on 05:20pm of Rs. 20000 and not giving any cash from atm machine and i have received a massege from bank your money is deduct from bank but i don't have received any amount and i have raised a many complaints in bank from branch manager but he was denied of any matter and he said that i don't have any authority from atm machine ... I want my money in my bank account . plz help me for this.

                                Sir,
                                I have ordered a product ( SAI PRASEEDA Heavy Duty Front & Top Load Washing Machine Stand). It was to be recieved on 9jan. But I have returned my product on 26jan. Amazon initiated the refund on 29jan and it was expected to come on 4feb. Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

                                  Sir, my son name Lokesh yogita mahendra patil, in his account at sbi and correction in name of mahendra VISHWASRAO PATIL instead of mahendra vishwanath patil...since 3 times get round in sbi branch Chalisgaon 0345 but not accept kyc as per suggested branch servent ...and today also my wife gone at branch staff never accept document said that you may submit after 10 to 120days

                                    BUT IAM NOT USING MY CREDIT CARD

                                    But SINCE iam receiving my pending amount of rs 550/& at last month ON DEC 2021

                                        I have ordered a product at in.puma.com on 25/01/2022 and the price of the product was ₹ 4281.23, the order id is[protected], payment made through UPI. When I contacted them after a few days they said my order was not confirmed and the money was refunded on 27/01/2021 to the same mode of payment I used for the transaction. They gave me some details about the refund-
