Hi, One month back i have submitted Axis bank cheque on 4-August-2016 in SBI bank to credit check amount into my SBI account. Branch staff told me that it will take 10 days to credit that check amount, now almost 28 days crossed, but money did not credited to my account.

Sir...i using sbi a/c last time i register of my old number but i lost the old number so nopw m going to register to my new number so pliz try to make it sir, , coz i really need to my transection to my business otherwise dont any option this company r using this A/C we are upgrade that to all my coustomer ...your faithfully MR.Pipenthung P Lotha.

    I am an account holder of SBI Bank, ILoanavala[KUKREJA BLDG., L.T.MARG, LONAVALA-410401], the employees there have no neat and calm way to talk to the customers.They behave in such a rude way as if they are our master and we are slaves working for them.Their way of behaviour is too aggressive and its not just me facing this but all the customers are facing this problem but only because we do not have rights to misbehave or be rude with the employees so we can't say anything to them.Only because of its customers the bank has its value if they wont be there then there would be no meaning for the existence of bank.We keep our own money there we don't beg in front of them that they treat us in this rude behaviour.

      THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING the Bakery Junction branch of SBI, KERALA.I WENT there today to open my locker as tommorow is a bandh day. Las time i went there a year back. today(1-sept-2016), i reached the locker at 5pm. Lockers could be operated by customers till 6pm earlier. Today they said that now locker service is available only from 2pm to 4pm. Hearing my request the two staff members of the bank suddenly took the key and closed the locker.(i believe that till that moment at least one lock of locker was kept open). They were totally adamant and were not ready to co-operate. I told that i have not received a notification regarding the change of time of locker usage via mobile or e-mail. All the staff behaved as if they were teasing and enjoying the scene ( a lady too was amid the staff). Sadists of SBI. What more should i say. I feel like closing my account with this branch.
      Why was the customer not informed about change of timing. Waste of my time and energy. This experience was a total insult to me.

          I have just withdrew rupees 1500/- (Fifteen Hundred Rupees) from state bank atm six mile area, Guwahati, State-Assam from my ICICI debit card, But instead of 1500 I got only 1100 Rupees and the atm deposit slip it shows 1500 debit from my account .

          Please look into the matter.

                Req sir my ac no [protected] i am ac holder of this ac 29 aug 2016 i was try of hdfc and obc atm for widrawl money three time 10000 rs and one time 5000 rs. One time reverse widrawl 10000 rs. Now 25000 rs are not back in my ac. I regesterd my complaint but jot solution. Ple sir do some. Transection id is 4474, 4475, 62421, 62421 the id is two time is shown. 10000 rs and 5000 rs widrawls this transection id.

                Yesterday i went to sbi main branch marathahalli bangalore to open a new savings account. Where while collecting my atm pin SBI employee named Sumer/Sumeer singh yadav shouted at me rudely saying i need to print my passbook first. I was unaware of the procedure of opening an account but this does not mean that sbi employee will shout or scold me.
                Yeaterday i went to sbi main branch marathahalli bangalore to open a new savings account.                   1) my brother worked as asst. Manager in nehru chowk, sbi, anakapalli, visakhapatnam district from 2yrs

                  2)branch chief manager a.Sai prasad daily showing his harrsment on my brother and also mainatined illegal contacts with my brother wife namely unnam aruna

                  3)on nov 15th my brother murdered by both of them.Then i have complaint on branch manager to state bank of india chairman arundhati bhattacharya.

                  4)then staement given by the visakhapatnam sbi, region - 4 rm, ravi chandran in that some aligations found about chimata hanumantha rao(assist.Manager) murdered issue.

                  5) again i hve complaint to chairman via e-mail about aligations .Till time no reply from state bank of india chairman arundhati bhattacharya.

                  6)i have asked my brother job profile via e-mail to working branch. No reply. Then i have send e-mail to state bank of india chairman arundhati bhattacharya till time no reply from chairman.

                  So kindly help taking legal action and kindly help to my family members

                    The people in SBI counter are very useless because they ask for application for every work and they do not do their work up to 15 days.when again I Go to branch for query they do my work in front of me.then plz tell me what is the use of application I m talking about SBI Mana branch plz tell them to service us properly otherwise we will transfer our account to other bank

                          I have again received a call today at 4.11 pm and again. He very rudely told me why did you not made the payment and i explained him all the conversation, which has been going on for so many days.

                          He said i don't know, what did the executive told to you and i am not responsible for that. He said that, i can be given an extension for only 2 months and not the 3-4 months extension, what i was told initially.

                          So, is that the way it would. So, very unacceptable way of treating the people, who use the card.

                          So, are you trying to threaten the people while collecting the money.

                            I had applied for a home loan at Ottapalam PB branch. I had spent around 10000/- Rs. for legal opinion, valuer's report and other documents. After submitting the documents the manager waste my time. After fed up with the process I took back my all documents. Another bank assured me home loan. Please take necessary action.

                              when i went to bank for opening a new account they told me to buy an accidental insurance for 10-20 lacs for rs 500-1000 annual charges at the time of opening of new account..
                              why it this compalsury
                              i they forceed me to avail this insurance for opening new account..order them to open a new account without this policy...

                              sir at the time of account opening the bank sbi is making fool to customer as the policy is compalsury to open a new acount... i tried to open a new account and told to not avail this policy but they told me that the policy taking is compalsury

                                Today, i surprised to see that in my sb a/c statement, charges of rs 115 deducted after a cash deposit of 1 lac. I don't see the reason, why such a big public sector (Sbi) charging on us against cash deposits. They have not even informed us why would there will be cash deposit charges.
                                If so, what is the difference between nationalised bank and private bank?

                                Now a days its almost a self service, by swiping card and entering cash deposit details on our own.in this case there is no such service provided to us as the machine performs all the computations.

                                To some extent we may agree, if the charges levied in other cities. But how is it justified if it is being done at home branch.

                                There has to be change in banking policies or else this is just a looting service by the government of india and policies framed against the interest of public. Idiotic policies... Feeling ashamed to be a citizen of india.

                                  I am working in a ltd company and my payment comes through cheque of hdfc bank. My savings account is in sbi bank at my hometown which is300 km far from my work place. As today i go to near sbi bank to my work place for deposition of my cheque the staff of sbi bank misbehaved with me and telling that your cheque can't be deposited here. They said me to go my home branch wherever it is. I requested them a lot but instead of helping me they misbehaved and didn't accept my cheque too. Please help me in this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I had purchased sbi life insurance policy- sudarshan plan B in 2005 through agent Soma shekhar agent who is absconding now.
                                    I had received mail from sbilife on 3.8.14 whereby they informed me that premium on 19.11.2013 was overdue. The last letter I got at my residence on 25th March 2014 giving information about sending the mail for every communication at my registered email id.
                                    On 4.12.2014, I got their mail that from that you will be sending us email instead of sending the paper letter to my residential address.
                                    From that date I have not received a single mail / communication regarding payment of premium from sbilife side about my above referred policy.
                                    It is pertinent to mention here that I am working abroad for last 5 years hence it is not possible for me to contact or communicate every now and then to their office.
                                    Today out of my curiosity I inquired with SBIlife Thane office about the policy and I came to know that the policy is lapsed for non-payment of installments and that I will have to pay Rs. 471641/- including penalty and service tax for year 2013, 2014 and 2015. In case I want to surrender the policy I will get only Rs. 67000/- against I have already paid you Rs. 95000/- till the date.
                                    It is actually lapse on your side that you have not given me any intimation about payment of the installments since year 2014. Consequently I will have to pay the penalty for keeping the policy alive. In case I want to surrender the said policy I will get only Rs. 67000/- that means I will incur loss of Rs. 28000/- after making payment of Rs. 95000/- which is very much unjust.
