I am using sbi debit card for online transaction regularly.
When today I am used card but transaction failed.
SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS 5265...declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

I am active on sbi. also using regularly.
Please check and solve problem. I want to use my card.

    My ppo no.[protected], ppo unique id r08432449. I came to know from my sbi a/c statement that on 30.8.2016 the pension and its arrs. Has been credited in my account for the month of aug.16 is rs. 44632/- as pension and rs. 45569/- as arrs. As per 7th cpc. But i calculated as per 7th cpc guideline that the pension should be rs.20840 basic pension x 2.57- rs.8336 commuted amount=rs.45223/- and arrears for 7 month rs.6669 x 7 =46683/-. So, i request you to see the matter please.

      Whenever i try to recharge my mobile or pay online bill by sbi debit card the otp number is take so much time. I receive otp after 1/2 hr but its valid only for 10 min from transaction that's why i always got failure to recharge or pay bill

        Hi,

        I am ex-employee of wipro technology and my era account become dormant. I send emails to sbi koramangala for activating my account. Submitted all the scan documents too. But no reply to emails\phone. No one replying on phone.

        I am working in pune and not able to come to bangalore for activating account.
        This is rediculous service by sbi bank.

          I m having a saving account in state bank of india .My account balance was Rs 210.50 .It was debited already by bank.After crediting pesion of rs.20770 today still my balance is 0. And bank had showing a lien amount of rs.50, 000. What is this? This is a form of cheating...how can i get my money back ...i dont have any idea how to get back my money in my main balance...it is really a problematic situation to me .

            Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky and manually entered the data (Mvisa merchant id - [protected]) using qr code.in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 400 was tried by me on 29th aug to tata sky (Mvisa merchant id - [protected])Total rs 400 deducted from my bank account. Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.

              Hi,

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, last year in 2015, around may month, I mailed SBI to block the card and provide some settlement amount, so that I can pay off the card. I wanted to make the payment to SBI.

              But, I never received the response as to my request of closing of card till december, which was not right. Then, suddenly I received a letter in late December, informing that I have to make a payment, which was close to INR 95000, which was impossible to pay as I was not using the card regularly and card was not blocked when I requested to do so.

              So, the executive asked me to agree on the settlement duration as he said you can make first payment of INR 12000 and then you can make payments for next few months and post 6 months, whatever amount which ill be left, you can ask for extention and you will get it . So, I agreed.

              So, now I was told last week, I broke the promise of paying the full amount of INR 70000 and settlement deal is invalid. This is invalid and this should happen. I was lied initially. This is seriously unacceptable, unprofessional and not legal.

              I request you to please grant an extention on the remaining amount, so that I can pay the remaining amount, which is around INR 33000 in next 7-8 months.

              I would like to inform you that, as I have already raised a complaint about your executives being a telling lies, how could you send me a legal notice about making a payment of close to INR 70000.

              So, make sure you look into this as soon as possible.

                My problem is not yet resolved, but your online complaint track system displays that the problem resolved/closed, by simply forwarding it to the concerned branch. Whereas it should be open till the problem is actually resolved/closed.

                My SBI account is with Thiruvananthapuram branch and I have deposited Rs 9000 in Sreekariam branch using ATM card. Rs 57.50 is debited as intercity charges. Stop this and maintain the CDMs properly. The CDMs of SBI are not working in Thiruvananthapuram city. All are out of order.

                  This is relating with generate the otp for sbi rewardz transactions. I have raised the complaint several times with the sbi group/sbi rewardz team but not able resolve the matter yet now. Whenever i am giving the call to them they are telling that issue will be resolved within 3 working days but upto now 3 months are over but the issue is not resolved yet now. I have raised the same incident with the sbi group as well...

                  Today I visited SBI, Vindyanagar branch to open a PPF account but SBI refuse to accept aadhar card as my address proof. Hence I am not able to open my PPF account. I am not aware about RBI rules. Is aadhar card really not accept as address proof then what is the use of aadhar card?????

                    भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के चाल-चलन से सम्बंधित, अपना अनुभव बाँटना चाहते हैं, क्या तक़लीफ़ है? अगर वो प्रशंसा के पुल बांधें, उसको स्वीकार लेंगे? वाह! इतने बड़े बैंक के साथ समस्या ही यह है कि चमचागिरी करते-करते उसके अफ़सर दूसरा पहेलू सुनने या देखने के आदि ही नहीं रहेI अगर कोई ग्राहक अपनी बात रख रहा है, उसको सुनने में क्या तक़लीफ़ है? संस्था और उसके अधिकारीओं का बड़प्पन तो इसमें है कि ग्राहक की परेशानियाँ कहीं भी सुनी जा सकेंI पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के विशेष सीबीआइ जज विनोद कुमार ने बहस पूरी होने के बाद अनौपचारिक बातचीत के दौरान हल्के-फुल्के लहजे में व्यंग्य करते हुए सीबीआइ अधिकारियों से कहा कि उद्योगपति विजय माल्या जैसी बड़ी मछलियां खुलेआम घूम रही हैं और आप इन छोटी-छोटी चीजों में उलझे हुए हैं। Cruelty at State Bank of India (SBI). That in case any thing happen to the life of Borrower due to severe mental pressure & agony and unending torture & threats since 11/2014 by SBI, the all the past and present SBI dignatories will be held responsible. Do you know that how SBI become road block to Make in India to a minority community and own retiree? We are not a culprit in the list published by AIBEA. We had not bribed any one but the Security and Resolution Agencies had paid commissions and bribes to SBI staff... at SBI, our hundreds of requests to re-channelize our borrowings of Rs. 70 lacs and turn our account into Standard from N.P.A. had been denied and unreplied, as it become a cash cow for staff to earn commissions and bribes from agencies. We had paid Rs. 83, 43, 905.00, till date. SBI is threatening to auction the sealed premises for non-payment of penal interest and bribed charges. The excess interest charged since 2012 had not been rechecked. Firstly, CC Account No. [protected] had been freezed due to non-renewal for 2 years, turned it into N.P.A., then sealed the pledged premises, now despite of paying justified principal amount + interest, no reply from SBI dignatories and all become deef and dumb, the charges debited are inclusive of heavy commission and bribes paid to SBI staff, viz. blindly paying @ Rs. 14, 539.00 x 3 guards placed at a pledged sealed premises, whereas currently only 2 guards are placed by security agency of which from 17.03.2016 to 03.06.2016 only one day time guard was placed. No checking of guards, the night guard placed since 03.06.2016 and comes occasionally and no night guard since 11.07.2016. The agency is paying @ Rs. 6, 000.00 for 12 hours each without any labour benefits. Where the balance money, its with State Bank staff... Complained to Chairman, C.V.O., etc. of no use. Time seeked for our apathy had been denied. Awaiting fair justified judgement... Jo imaandari se hamare jaise de rahe hain, SBI unhe laat maar raha hai aur jo Vijay Mallaya aur anay jaise chor, bhagode, beimaan hai, unhe SBI sehla raha hai... Kya Kalyug hai???

                    We had availed certain credit facilities from State Bank of India to the tune of Rs. 70.00 lacs and due to heavy losses, we had become defaulter in the same and Bank had sealed our pledged residence's rear half portion on 17.03.2016. Till date, we had paid a sum of Rs. 83, 43, 905.00. The Bank is further asking for penal interest and various charges coupled with bribes and commission received by Bank Staff. We had tried numerously to resolve the same with the Bank but on the pretext of bribes and commission involved they are demanding more a sum of Rs. 19.00 lacs appx. On refusal, they are trying to close our access to the passage which is common for public utilities viz. Water, Toilet, Entrance, etc. for front and rear portions, without having any orders from the Court of Law or Municipal Corporation of Delhi, etc... [protected]@yahoo.com

                      State bank of india with largest number of customers, and all sorts of government transaction is falling short of services to existing customers, with long ques, and what if it has offered services like cash deposit machine. this is to facilitate smooth functioning of the bank and saves on employee salary etc. so why is the customer to bear charges for the banks shortfalls. it is the duty of the bank to provide service or allot extra counters for cash deposits. the bank is fooling around with customers collecting a heavy service charge of Rs. 25 per transaction that to without the knowledge of a customer i came to know about this after i had updated my passbook. This is very bad.

                        Hi,
                        I have requested to close the credit card by calling the sbi credit card help line. They told they have raised a request to close the card. And they told i have to pay the yearly charges and after paying that, that amount shall be reverted back to your account. But i asked why i will pay and you will revert back to me, they told they have this procedure. Then i asked, if you have this procedure, then i want a mail or details about this in a mail, so that if i will not get back the money i can use that as a proof, they said, we do not have such facilities and they dint even send me a sms regarding the closing request number. Now after 4 months also i am getting card statement and the due is increasing every month by 500 rupees, so now the due is around 1700 rupees.

                        Please help me for the issue, and please do something, so that other banks and service provider should not have this type of problematic services.

                            I have issued a cheque of Rs. 49500/- of Bank of Baroda Ghugudanga branch for purchase of an MIS. to Sethbagan P.O. who deposited the cheque to Kassipore SBI. The amount is debited from my account at proper time. But till date I have not received the MIS due to dispute between Kassipore SBI and Kassipore head post office though about a year is going to complete. As per SBI the amount is credited to Kassipore p.o. which is not accepted by post office.
                            Being a widow with no other source of income, I am running between pillar to post to resolve the issue. I was told by Kassipore po that matter is pending due to arrogance of SBI branch.
                            I don't know what to do? Pl. help to resolve the issue or else I shall not have any other alternative except to go to consumer forum. I am suffering for about a year.

                                  I have transfered my two nos saving accounts from Washim branch to Buddha na sundar khed (Maharashtra)branch and applied for Net banking activation, but it is told that CIF Transfer is not done at new location and due to which net banking canot be activated.please arrange to do same so as to activate net banking.                                   12/8/2016 me transfer 2500/-rs to other sbi account through state Bank anywhere (imps) but money not transfer and also money cut in my account

                                    Dear sir/mam
                                    I am writting this mail due to the problems of my credit card of sbi because every month i 've faced the charges of fin charges of retail, cash, bt because they never told about this charges and same has been reflected in the montjly statement of this month of 19 aug 16. I can understand for the service tax, interest but these type of charges are really disappointed and they are fake and untold for me. So i am requesting you please help me to waive off this charges those somewhere around of rs 800 and otherwise please take a valid action against them.

                                    I forget my credit card no can u let me know
                                    I have registered the request regarding new atm pin of sbi atm card three months ago on [protected] which ticker No is at[protected]. It is shame full for the sbi managment that yet i am not provided the pin. It shows the carelessness of sbi management .pl close the customer care centers.
