Respecter sir,
I, shivraj verma m a having a sb account number in sbi, sehore lish talkish chouraha sehore, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

    Sir, on 4th august i inquired about my pending atm card and otp query in the branch. They replied the matter is send to authorities. Same day i got the call from mobile no. [protected] for the verification of the account details. The person representing him as an employee of sbi. Then on 7 th of august again he called me for verification of details. He asked me about my otp no. Which was at time not working. I checked my account details and found fraud transaction of rs.15000. Then next day i communicate with bank. The officials told me that verification process done by third patry so may be your details has been leaked from their side. Then again i got the call from the mob. No. [protected] and asked me the same details. Bank authorities replied they can't do in this matter.in the bank statements it indicates the transaction from the noida area and the atm cards also provided from noida. So may be it is not a coincidence, may some internal person involved in this. I have already made complain to you but no reply from your side. Take necessary actions immediately.

    I got a call from the mob. no [protected], explaining about him as SBI employee. He asked me about my blocked ATM card complaint. then he asked for personal details to resolve and confirmation of the issue. Then he asked me about OTP no. for confirmation. I got mini statement then i found Txn no. POS GU[protected] for 5000Rs. take actions please.I inquired in the bank for this transaction then i found that transaction made from NOIDA and the ATM cards are also issued from NOIDA area. The bank authorities replied me that vitrification process made by third party not though the bank so may be details should be leaked from their side.Then again i recieved a call from the mob. no. [protected] and asked me same.Take necessary actions for this mobile nos. and transactions.

      SBI is charging Minimum charges Rs.50/- plus Service Tax Rs.7.50/- for depositing cash into Non home Branches.

      These charges are extra-ordinary.

      If suppose Rs.1000/- cash is deposited into non home branch, bank is charging Rs.57.50/- which is equivalent to 5.75% of the deposit amount which is extravagant.

      If the Bank is under CBS, you should provide these basic facilities at a reasonable cost.

      I am not satisfied with sbi Internet banking facilities because it do not work properly. When I sign up sbi Internet banking then it shows invalid account number etc. Please guide me to open a net banking facilities

        I used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky and manually entered the data (Mvisa merchant id - [protected]) as qr code scanner was not working.in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 400 was tried by me on 17 aug to tata sky (Mvisa merchant id - [protected]). Please return the money to my account as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.

        I observed ATM under this branch of my account (RAF. VASTRAL AHMEDABAD) in close condition frequently. I don't know what were the reason for this. This ATM is only one ATM of SBI in our area, also there are to many customer of this branch near this bank. This ATM is in close condition from 14.08.2016 to till now.

          Sir i have a account in sbi my account is debited with Rs.57.50 /- i dont know the reason but it says for excess cash handling charge in mini statement
          why they have debited money from my account
          i have deposited 3400 rs from green channel at home branch through using debit card .i want to know the reason behind the charge debited from my account

            I have submitted KYC documents 10/08/2016 at SBI Saundatti parasagada branch.and officer said that after 2days you will get ur passbook .
            I am visit 2 time to SBI and today date is 16/08/2016 I didn't get passbook and account activation.
            I'm credit card holder of sbi card no :[protected] .i would like to change my mobile number to [protected] to [protected] due to the loss of previous Mobile number .

Very recently i tried to withdrawn some cash from my account through this card but it gives me message "sorry unable to process - inconvenience is regretted.                 Sir, i am serving in indian army and presently working with directorate general of artillery (Artillery-10), integrated headquarters of ministry of defence, rajaji marg, new delhi and at present i am residing with my family at house no rz - 237, east sagarpur, pin - 110046, new delhi. I m holdind a defence salary package saving a/c no [protected] name raj kumar gupta and kamala devi gupta which is maintained by sbi konnagar branch (02078), west bengal. 02 aug 16 at about 1632 hrs, i have received two sms on my registered mobile no [protected] regarding withdrawal of rs 10, 000/- and rs 8, 000/- (Total 18, 000/-) and whenever the incidincident was occured atm cards was kept under custody of myself. I became victim of atm fraud withdrawal. I have complained the matter to sbi customers care, lodged fir, written complaint to home branch and complaint to punjab and sind bank, saket, new delhi (Ibid amount withdrawal from punjab and sind bank atm situated at b 1/1 ground floor, saket) but till date i did not received any positive reply of my atm fraud suspect. My online complaint was closed by sbi customers care that ur final reply has been sent to ur branch. Pl contact ur home branch. I immediately send email to my home branch to send me reply in my email but sbi konnagar did not provide any reply. I also asked cctv footage from punjab and sind bank but till date he didnot provide the same for my satisfaction and necessary action. Sir pl do needful to resolve my problem at the earliest.                   i am baskar from sannasi nallur village. i have borrowed rs 116000 as my education loan. due to some personal reason i could not pay the amount for few years.after few reminders i started to pay some amount to the bank.but suddenly the sold my all the documents to RELIANCE ARC and i went and asked the branch to give proper reason for selling the account.but they are not ready to disclose about anything including the pending loan amount.an now they are telling that the RELIANCE ARC ONLY RESPONSIBLE for the loan which i borrowed from SBI.Now the RELIANCE ARC asking me to pay rs.260000 as my loan amount.regarding this i already sent 3 petitions to CM CELL of Tamil nadu. but there is no proper response from anyone.
                  kindly solve the issue.otherwise i have no choice than trying because my family is very poor.

                    This transaction done through union bank of india debit card, from that day i am remind every week both the banks & still waiting for response.

                        Sir, i had borrowed an education loan in 2009. The total some of money was 190000 that is taken by me in three consicutive year[protected]. Aftr completing graduation i did nt get job, although some how i manage to pay 5-6 month in sepmber 2013 to march 2014 as around 3500 monthly. After dat i break the flow due to some finential issue in family. My account became npa in november 2015 now unable to pay a huge amount in one time but bank is saying to pay whith in 3 month. I belong to poor background i am requesting to bank plz leave atleast intresst i will pay principal amount. Mean while they seize my both accont in which some mony was there for my monthly spents as i live out of home for study. Wat should i do?

                          I visited sbi evening branch, silpukhuri, guwahati to send money to my daughter ananya saikia through sbi green remit card (Number [protected] valid up to 01/26) as she has an account in new delhi.
                          I produced the card and rs.1000 to the clerk at the green channel but she refused to accept it declaring that it was my responsibility to use the machine there. I tried twice but the machine seemed dead. I asked her to try to see the problem ans she said "i do not know."
                          I tried to locate the branch manager but no one co-operated.
                          Moving from table to table i tried to locate an sympathetic officer, and i was guided to one person and then he indicated to a table in a closed security enclosure. This person was ready to help. The money was transferred.
                          My complaint is "how an un-trained person is allotted a responsible table."

                            I had to block my atm card as it was lost before 2 months. It was later found and i applied for a new one. The website had mentioned a time period of 2 weeks for the issue of the same. After waiting for three weeks i contacted the branch. They informed me that they haven't received any such application. Therefore i requested them for unblocking the old card. I gave formal request letter as they have directed me to to do. They said the card will be activated after a week. Now, even after three weeks it is not active. They haven't given any updates also.

                              I have made payment through website for passport office using myhdfc. Debit cards on 10/02/2016. I have paid excess of rs 3, 000 for one application. I have made this payment using my debit card no [protected] rs 1, 500 and [protected] rs 3, 000. I have to get back rs 3, 000. I have taken up with passport office and they have asked me take up with you for excess payment. Hence this complaint. I have taken up with you about one month back but there was no action from you. Kindly pay the excess money received through in my hdfc a/c no[protected]. And oblige. My passport application no 16-[protected]. Early action is requested.

                                I have been using sbi gold & more credit card bearing no.[protected]. Its validity is up to 4/17. I am not getting outstanding details of purchases made through this card on a regular monthly basis. My registered phone no. Is [protected]. The last date of making payment is 24th of every month. Till date i have not received any message for this month's payment. Kindly sms the total amount so that i can make payment intime. Whenever payment of more than 10000/- is to be made, your bank does not send sms. As i want to avoid late payment charges and any interest on the outstanding amount, kindly send sms of outstandings immediately.

                                  My sbi credit card application no.[protected] which got rejected, all verification done after that they rejected my card application, i called the executive asked him the reason of rejection then he said due to negative verification. How it is possible sir, they called me on my mobile no [protected] also they called me on my office no. Every where verification was positive, nobody came to my home or office for physical verification, even i asked then nobody has come to my home or office for physical verification, they said may be they do only phone verification, then how can they reject my card please tell me. If they dont want to give card they why they have taken application from me. I am already carrying hdfc bank card bank have given me car loan, indusind bank has approved my credit card, my cibil record is strong, they why sbi card rejected my application. Why they are doing so much of marketting, send emails and disurbing, their guys approaching in malls for credit card, are they insulting of all peoples that they have rejected. This is absolutely rediculus

                                    I applied for closing my account client code esi 64322 at mg road branch bangalore in the month of july 12th to mr ashok mohanta. Later the same day mr jaison desouza helped me sell all the stocks and the account showed zero. After innumerable attempts and calls they have been saying the same thing that account will be closed or reprocessed.

                                    I want to escalate my concerns to higher authorities and stop charging maintainance fees if they cannot close my account. Please give me their contact email of your general manager or vice president.

                                      I anupama vashishth having a car loan from ur bank.. Although applied for 7years but ur bank employe did for 3years. After complining they said may b there ia communication gap. Although i deposite 1st inst. And after then 2lac rupees and tgen 50000 thousand rupees.. Due to i loss my job and stucked in financial crises. Even i write letter to bank also that will pay... On 1st aug 2016i got call that come on saturday otherwise fri launch.. I went there mr arvinderqho called me. Even i said that settelment karva do.. Was not there. I called him that sir i am n bank he said branch manager in meeting aap mange ram ji se milo.. Mai mange ram ji ke pass gai or jaise hi bola sir mai anupama. He start abusing. Tu samjhti kya hai apne aapko. Maine kaha sir mai bat karne aai hu. Kahte nahi karni mujhe bat mai fri karvaunga and aome ashleel word. I think ye koi tarika nahi tha.. Kindly help me and i am ready to pay. Kindly use principal me settel karvake 3instalment me de sakti hu.. Kindly do the need ful asaap.
