I applied for closing my account client code esi 64322 at mg road branch bangalore in the month of july 12th to mr ashok mohanta. Later the same day mr jaison desouza helped me sell all the stocks and the account showed zero. After innumerable attempts and calls they have been saying the same thing that account will be closed or reprocessed.

I want to escalate my concerns to higher authorities and stop charging maintainance fees if they cannot close my account. Please give me their contact email of your general manager or vice president.

    I anupama vashishth having a car loan from ur bank.. Although applied for 7years but ur bank employe did for 3years. After complining they said may b there ia communication gap. Although i deposite 1st inst. And after then 2lac rupees and tgen 50000 thousand rupees.. Due to i loss my job and stucked in financial crises. Even i write letter to bank also that will pay... On 1st aug 2016i got call that come on saturday otherwise fri launch.. I went there mr arvinderqho called me. Even i said that settelment karva do.. Was not there. I called him that sir i am n bank he said branch manager in meeting aap mange ram ji se milo.. Mai mange ram ji ke pass gai or jaise hi bola sir mai anupama. He start abusing. Tu samjhti kya hai apne aapko. Maine kaha sir mai bat karne aai hu. Kahte nahi karni mujhe bat mai fri karvaunga and aome ashleel word. I think ye koi tarika nahi tha.. Kindly help me and i am ready to pay. Kindly use principal me settel karvake 3instalment me de sakti hu.. Kindly do the need ful asaap.

      Sir,
      I opened an SBI bank account 3 weeks ago, they gave me the welcome kit and told that I'll be able to access to Internet Banking within 24 hours. But Whenever I'm trying to login it is showing "invalid username or password" I contacted branch and customer care also but my problem has not been resolved yet.
      I need to access internet banking urgently for some transaction.
      Please help.

          Sbi is one of the worst bank in india i have ever seen. My father had sb a/c at mirjanhat sbi in bhagalpur bihar. I know that if a person died than the whole of the amount in saving bank a/c and fd amount given to the nominee immediately by banker cheque after producing death certificate. I have submitted all the documents (Death certificate, passbook, fd certificate, cheque book, atm etc) to the staff on 8th august monday and staff told me that it will took 2 days since madam (Branch manager) is not there. So i again went to the bank on wednesday evening and he told me, it will take 2-3 more days for the processing or you come tomorrow and check if madam has come or not. So i went on thursday and fortunately madam was their and i request her to complete all the formalities and give the banker's cheque to my mother as i will not be there from monday to bring her. On friday i asked the madam and she told that link is not there and argument started. On this guard of sbi branch started humiliating me by saying that i used slang language to their staff and all the staff turned against me saying that we will call the police or you hold the ears and ask sorry. I have not used any slang language. When i caught the guard lying, all the staff started behaving politely. Right now i am in mumbai and not collected the the cheque. Hope when i reach bhagalpur after 20 days my cheque would be ready. Also i planned, i must closed all my and my family account in sbi immediately.

            My sbi credit card application no.[protected] which got rejected, all verification done after that they rejected my card application, i called the executive asked him the reason of rejection then he said due to negative verification. how it is possible sir, they called me on my mobile no [removed] also they called me on my office no. every where verification was positive, nobody came to my home or office for physical verification, even i asked then nobody has come to my home or office for physical verification, they said may be they do only phone verification, then how can they reject my card please tell me. if they dont want to give card they why they have taken application from me. i am already carrying hdfc bank card bank have given me car loan, indusind bank has approved my credit card, my cibil record is strong, they why sbi card rejected my application. why they are doing so much of marketting, send emails and disurbing, their guys approaching in malls for credit card, are they insulting of all peoples that they have rejected. this is absolutely rediculus

              I am r bandyopadhyay is holder of sbi credit card no.[protected], my existing mobile no.+91 [protected] is not being updated in the system. Hence i'm unable to activate my new sbi credit card for generating the necessary pin resulting my inability to use the card.

              Also i want to change my new land line no to [protected] from earlier no.

                This amudha m from kanchipuram. I have an account in sbi, naganallur branch, chennai -61. I want to change to sms alert number for my all transactions. My previous number is [protected]. Due some problem i deactivated that number. My new number is [protected]. Regarding to change sms alert number i have submitted requiisition form sent to the sbi, nanganallur branch on 4/08/2016 by post from kanchipuram.. By replying to this requisition from sbi, nanganallur branch over phone on 09/08/2016 to my new number to send two id proof with verification from the nerest branch manmager, sbi. That also sent to the sbi, nanganallur branch on 10/08/2016. Till now the new number not updated.

                I have some personal problem to submit this form directly to the branch.
                So i request you to take necessary actions against this complaint at the earliest. The mobile number changing 2 minutes working. But sbi not ready to work for customer for 2 minutes.
                But they to want get more salary with out working. This is the t100% true for sbi.

                  I have sbi debit card... I m using it for bsnl exam form payment... All procedure are going through n i also have msg for otp n then there is msg on my mobile for withdrawal of 1008rs of bsnl exam form. But transaction is failure msg is blink on bsnl exam form portal... Money withdrawn from account but there is prblm.. Then i completed my form using another mode.. So plz refund my money to my account..

                    I tried to book train ticket thru irctc on 11-aug-2016 by using my debit card unfortunately irctc booking reservation failed for transaction id:[protected]. But sbi deducted 6437 amount from by savings account thru debit card txn #[protected].

                    In this connection i maid telephone compliant to sbi on that date they said within 3 days the above amount will be reverted.

                    On 18-aug-2016 i maid compliant to irctc thru [protected]@irctc.co.in

                    Now i request pl. Revert to that amount to my savings account as early as possilbe.

                      I have been approached sbi no. Of times for home loan. But none of the branch of satana taharabad and nampur is replying properly.
                      It seems sbi just make big advertising but actually not interested in home loan and their staff will find 100 ways to irritate you
                      They talk like they are busiest people
                      Shouting on customer is their passion
                      Pathetic service

                        Please be informed as my settlement of sbi card number [protected] has happened and as per sbi card issued by mr. minimoy das (mobile number : +91-[protected]), manager, sbi card settlement, pritampura branch, the money has been paid.

                        The payment of money got delayed a bit as there were frequent changes for the person dealing as they were moving for their betterment and every time a new person use to get involved. first it was rakesh singh - mobile no : +91-[protected], as he moved on, then surinder, mobile no : +91-[protected], then he moved on, then shivkumar, mobile no : +91-[protected], then he moved on, then rakesh thakur, mobile no : +91-[protected] / +91-[protected], and finally manish, mobile no : +91-[protected], took rs 3000 from me as fine for the late payments, for which i have the receipt and there was a person called naveen, mobile no : +91-[protected] for issue of noc.

                        Now today i got a call from ms. ritika, manager sbi card, saying that the amount has not yet been settled against the card in system and noc cannot be issued.

                        Can i request you to please have this settled immediately and noc issued and i have paid rs 71000/- in total and the fine amount of rs 3000 /- also for noc issue.

                                I am vary sad with the service provided by HPC Kakagnagar brach. I have been making complaint from last one year but they never try to solved my issue.They say every time they are checking my issue and asking all my details but they never come with the solution.I was approaching them every time but they always try to away from my complaint.So i have made a final decision if now my problem will not be solved them . I am going to post in the public post of FB and tweeter .

                                      The payment due date was 11/08/2016. I had made online payment through sbi bill desk on 09/08/2016, but it was also auto debited by you on 11/08/2016.

                                      Thus it was twice debited my account. So you are kindly requested to refund my excess amount of rs. 10255/-.
